Thank you for helping me make this gluten-free ice cream cake for my family. They did the cake, and I made the decorations :). My son and I have been coming here for regular ice cream dates since he was 2 years old and we've always had a great experience at this store. This week, the manager went above and beyond to help me make a cake that all three birthday peeps could eat and enjoy.

I like Cold Stone in Hudson. The restaurant is normally pretty busy but is in general clean (around 9pm when I go there). The staff is a bunch of high schoolers however they tend to like their job. The various creations are quite good and the base ice cream is good as well. People do complain about the price however you get quite a bit for the price and the quality is good. Side note, if you give the staff a tip, they will sing a song for you.

I love coldstone! The ice cream is delicious and well worth the trip to go over the border for me! I love the ice cream soooooo darn much that I never really remember the customer service-- I am strictly rating the product.....so I can't remember anything else but having the yummy-licious goods!

As far as staff goes, Cold Stone is full of high schoolers who have not yet quite learned that customers can actually hear you when you're behind the counter, even after you're no longer serving them... But at least I now know who at HHS has had a pregnancy scare and whose boyfriend might be cheating on her. The ice cream is, admittedly, mediocre. Yes, you can stuff it full of every lardy candy/cookie/novelty ingredient on God's green earth, but no amount of fixins' can fix the mediocre canvas of "sweet cream". Take your hard-earned money and get your ass down to Knoke's. That's what a trip out for ice cream is all about.
