I have a lot of great things to say. I wanted to bad to give Marsel's 5 stars, but that would be saying it's my favorite joint to get pizza and I can't go that far. First off, prices are great, people working there are really cool and friendly, and the food is above average. I have tried a variety of different foods here, I have to say the fried chicken is awesome not to mention the mazerella sticks. The pizza is good as well, just wish the crust was a little more crisp and less greasy. Otherwise, when you orer it, it's fast, and very good. I strongly recommend this establishment for anyone looking for good food and great customer service.

Yes Yelp has the hours wrong....they are open later than 5pm....I've never had bad food from here. I really like ordering their combo deals, especially for Birthday Parties. Also their fish is very good. Pizza is buy one get one 50% off!! Better than ordering from chain pizza places!! Less money also!!

Had the Pizza twice and Lasagna...both were good. Definitely recommend the Lasagna. Not a fan of their garlic bread though. It is a strip store converted to an Italian Casual Restaurant. The employees were personable and friendly

Stopped in for a late lunch with my sister yesterday. The pizza we ordered had a nice crisp crust, generous toppings, great sausage and friendly service. Too bad we are heading home tomorrow or this would be our go to pizza place.

I'm torn between 3 and 4 stars as the sauce and cheese taste combo is great, but the crust could be a little crispier. I'm going with four stars because for some reason yelp shows them closing at 5....they DO NOT! I believe they're open until at least 9. Plus I figured 4 stars would get people to realize the hours are listed incorrectly by reading this review.

If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely disappointed for the second time, both with the pizza and customer service. When you take a bite of pizza, especially the first bite, the cheese should stretch. This is not the case with Marcel's pizza. With the first bite of every new slice the toppings slide right off so you're left with hard cheese covered toppings hanging from your mouth and a bare slice of crust in your hand. I've purchased two pizzas and had this happen both times. When I called to inform them of this repetitive problem they gave me the lame excuse that this is what happens when you have too many toppings. I had five toppings, no more than would be on any specialty pizza that they offer. The overall appearance of the pizza showed signs of extended time in the oven, the majority of the cheese was covered in brown burn marks. Experience is clearly not a requirement to work at Marcel's, since any cook with the slightest bit of experience would have noticed right away that the pizza was over cooked and immediately started a new one. I understand that mistakes are made which is why I wanted to notify the staff, but the response (or lack thereof) I received from the manager was just as disappointing as my pizza. If this is how Marcel's conducts business then I will gladly take mine elsewhere. There are many other pizzerias that actually care about the product they put out and I will gladly drive out of my way to order a pizza from them rather than order another disappointment from Marcel's.
