Many times my special someone has had his mid-day craving for tacos and this is the place we go! The cleanliness isnt the best inside the restaurant as its an older facility without many recent renovations, but the drivethru is typically very fast even when they are busy. The people are very sincere and often are giving us free drinks and free breadsticks the few times we have had a wait and ALWAYS make my mini pizza hut pizza fresh. My boyfriend also always gets the sauces he orders correctly and often finds mints in the bag after eating! The drivethru and inside register person are aways friendly and willing to answer questions politely, most of the other workers keep to theselves. Decent place.

The staff is nice, however today I don't know what happened as I sat in my car in the drive through for 40 minutes! Come on taco bell this place needs major help.

Took over 20 min to get through the drive through. Staff is very disorganized. I saw they are hiring managers I hope the next one can make a difference but I won't be back.

Horrible. It was 7:19pm and the person inside literally locked the doors right in front of us as we were going to open the door.... went to other door, it was locked... looked inside the lobby had people waiting and people sitting down eating... that is absolutely ridiculous.

Ridiculous. I stopped here and when, after 15 min. waiting to get to the drive thru speaker, they told me it would be 20 minutes before I would get one burrito and two tacos. Ridiculous. Never going he there again!!!!!!!!

As high of a rating as I can give for fast food. Tacos tasted like tacos, nice thing, maybe considered an extra was a wet wipe and piece if candy in the bag as a bonus. Nice thought and an "extra mile" high five.

Okay... REALLY?! I've eaten at this location a ton of times but really... ONLY because it's close. Normally, I'm not THIS irritated.. but for one; they got rid of that cantina double steak quesadilla.. : / SO.. I ordered a steak quesadilla... I don't know how to upload a picture here.. but I am NOT exaggerating.. I started biting into the first piece and though, weird, this feels pretty thin.. so I open it.. and sure enough, no steak at all... so I just put it down and went onto the next piece... SAME THING! .. third piece??--- ONE TEENY piece of steak.. So here i'm thinking they must just be sloppy lazy and have shoveled it all onto one little spot in the quesadilla... uh, no. That last piece had three little bites of steak. That was it... it's bad enough that they've messed up my order plenty of times... but seriously!? Taco bell as a whole is just getting SO cheap and it's disappointing as hell. I think I'm just done with taco bell as a whole.

Fine, I'm lowbrow. My goal is to Yelp as many Taco Bell locations as I possibly can. Ordinarily, I'm not influenced by advertising, but the XXL Chalupa commercials during the baseball playoffs got me. So I tried it out, along with the chicken flatbread sandwich. Verdict? Chalupa was very good, not sure I want to know the calorie count. Chicken decent as well, much more sensible. And this location had clean bathrooms, prompt and friendly service. Emphasis on the clean bathrooms- nice. Hence the 4 stars- a very solid & recommended T Bell location.

I never thought I'd review a Taco Bell, let alone give one more than 1 star. Late night, on my way home from visiting a friend in Campbellsport (Yes, the experience was as riveting as it sounds.) and needed a bite to eat. Burger King was open, but I just wasn't in the mood to have my stomach pumped tonight. Grrr. Taco Bell. Once my friend and for years my enemy. Whatever, beggars can't be choosers. The food? It sucked. It was Taco Bell after all. I'm giving this rating because of the very pleasant young lady at the drive through window. I'd imagine that her job is not fun. Working late hours, dealing with drunken Germantown youths and 26 year old dudes that attempt in vain to make the sludge they are about to eat somewhat healthy (Kopenski's Folly. It's a new thing.). Kudo's to you, nameless Taco Bell window girl. Thank you for suffering through my annoyingly complex special order. I admire your ability to be friendly under less than ideal circumstances.

I'm really disappointed tonight. No, I'm disgusted tonight. I don't usually issue one star except for extenuating circumstances, just as I'm not too generous with 5 star reviews - it has to be something really special for 5 stars and something really annoying for one star. In fact, I'm willing to give someone a point just for showing up, but this store last night? One star is too high but I suppose since the order was correct and part of my order was delivered (eventually) intact, they deserve at least one star. My order was placed, the associate asked for my name to put on the order. I could have told him my name was Hamlet, Octavius, Mercutio or Yorick, alas, I feel like him tonight except for the infinite jest part. No one was called by name, anyway. A couple came in after I did and placed an order. I was number 299, she was number 300. An associate came to the counter with a to-go order and said something that sounded like "two hundert" and she went up to the counter while I was starting a slow burn, wondering why she got called before I did. There were two bags in the order, she dropped one of them on the floor, it contained a burrito. The associate offered to replace it, but she waved her hand and made an offhand remark about it being her husband's anyway. About this time, another associate approached the counter with a to-go order that looked awfully small to me. He asked what I ordered. I told him, and he said this wasn't right. The woman said, "Oh, that's mine. This must be yours." She took that order and left. The first associate pushed the remaining two bags over to me and mumbled something like "Here is YOUR order." Lucky me. I get a burrito that got smashed on the floor. How grand. No one made any offer to replace it. I was so stunned at what had just happened that I couldn't think straight, and all I wanted to do was get out of there before I exploded. I just quietly left with a mental notation to never return to this location. My suspicion is that the young genius who came up to the counter with MY order couldn't tell the difference between a 9 and a 0, and the brilliant customer couldn't interpret that two-hundred is NOT three-hundred. Yes, I did report this incident to Taco Bell. I'll let you know if I every hear anything from them - you can watch me turn blue while I hold my breath waiting for their response.

One of the worst Taco Bells I've ever been to. The place was not very clean. Every table was dirty with trash and old food. There was standing water on the floor all around the soda fountain, the mop bucket was sitting out by the bathrooms for the 40 minutes we were there... you get the picture. Despite my best attempts to get any kind of positive interaction with the employees - "May I please have...", "Thank you so much!", "Happy new year!", they were hapless and uncommunicative. The customer area was in clear need of attention, but they were unmotivated and slow moving, doing only the bare minimum of work necessary to complete orders. And it wasn't very busy. The employees were hanging out and talking in the hallway inbetween orders. The 2nd star is because I was there on New Year's Day, and who wants to work on January 1st? I don't. And I know Taco Bell isn't a 5-star restaurant, but compared to every other fast food place I've been to, this place was really one of the worst.

About Taco Bell

Taco Bell is a haven for Mexican delicacies such as tacos, quesadillas, burritos, nachos, and other specialty items. Owned by Yum! Brands, Inc. Taco Bell is one of the fastest growing American chains of fast food restaurants. The restaurant operates from 7,072 different locations which are mostly run by independent franchisees and licensees.

The background story of Taco Bell is interesting and inspiring for budding entrepreneurs. The fast-food brand is the brainchild of Glen Bell, who started his first food venture as a hot dog seller in San Bernardino, California. The year was 1948. After witnessing long queues outside a Mexican restaurant called Mitla Café across the street, Bell saw the opportunity and demand for hard-shelled Tacos. He reverse-engineered the recipe and later started selling Tacos and called the venture Taco-Tia.

Later, the name changed from Taco-Tia to El Taco. Eventually, Glen Bell sold the company to his partner and opened the first Taco Bell in Downey in 1962. By 1964, the restaurant also got its first franchise in Torrance. The 100th Taco Bell restaurant was opened by 1965. PepsiCo acquired Taco Bell from Glen Bell in 1978 and the restaurant brand is currently a subsidiary of Yum! Brands which looks after the restaurant business of PepsiCo.
