Only thing I can say is thy need to train their staff and be better organized. We waited for about 15 mins for a table only to get a high table . It was too high for min son to sit. So I had to one out and wait another 15-30 mins . Finally we got a table and the server was actually very nice and pleasant . Although there seem to be a lot of servers the service was really really slow

Where do I even start? Let's see... Waited 20 minutes when I saw about 15 tables opened and cleaned. The hostess was very rude to me. "Girl I need your name. Do you want a table or what?" Ordered the Moscow Mule. Did not taste any booze. Thought it was a fluke so I tried again with a different drink. After downing the Moscow Mule in 20 seconds. (Mind you I'm 109lbs. Usually one drink is perfect.) I ordered the Knockout Punch. Which has 3 different types of alcohol. Had a few sips, I did not taste A DROP OF BOOZE. So I asked very nicely to have them make it again. So he took it and came back in a minute and told me "we would make it again, but it'll taste the same it's a recipe. If you want you can pay for another one and we can make you something else?" You are fucking kidding me?? I bartended for 2 years. When someone asks you to make another drink because they can't taste booze, you suck it up and make another drink. Extremely rude. Food took over an hour to get to us. And when we got the food. We didn't receive silverware. So we had to wait another 2-4 minutes for silverware. The only positive thing I have to say about this place is the TVs are everywhere. Since the food takes so long you can watch tv. Other then that I have nothing positive to say. Whoever owns this Buffalo Wild Wings better get off his/her high horse and actually train their employees. I feel awful for some of the employees that are actually really trying to make the customers have a good time. It's not there fault. The manager and the owner needs to be here training at all times. This BWW is a disaster. I will never come back here. Ever. To many people walking around clueless while tables are dirty and employees are standing around chatting.

This is by far the best Buffalo Wild Wings in the area. Newest location too!! The setup is unique and HUGE, when you compare it to other locations. The hubby and I are big fans, and we have been going there since the week it opened last year.

On a Wednesday night it was fairly busy. The service was slow, but not terribly so. The waitress couldn't tell me the prices of the different beers. My Mediterranean salad was dry and they forgot to serve the pita bread with it. I don't know if this place will survive. They've been open for several months and they still don't seem to know what they're doing. And the food quality is below average, even for a chain restaurant.

First off, let me start by saying I love Buffalo Wild Wings. I love the atmosphere and the wings and the drinks. This location however, has been pretty sporadic. One time in specific, I ordered the snack size of traditional wings and they came out boneless. On another occasion, on my birthday, my boss and wife met me for lunch. We all ordered our individual meals and we wanted a small order of boneless wings for us all to share as well. When our food came out, the boneless wings for the table were missing. The waitress told us that they were still coming, but we knew damn well that she just forgot. On 2 other occasions we were seated right away at dinner time and I have nothing to complain about. The biggest headache about this location is indeed the wait time for both your food and a table. Some of the wait staff are awesome, while others fucking suck. That is why I gave this location 3 stars.

Despite some negative reviews (for service and wait time), my boyfriend and I decided to try out this relatively new branch of Buffalo Wild Wings. It was packed when we got there on a Saturday night, but we quickly found out they were also showing the much-anticipated UFC fight, so it was understandable. Even so, we only waited about 10 minutes for a table (the place is huge). Once we were seated, everything went really smoothly: we were greeted right away and placed our appetizer order (soft pretzel and fried pickles). The ONLY negative thing was that when delivered, the fried pickles were lukewarm compared to the steaming hot, delicious pretzel. We figured the pickles came up first and wished they would've brought them right away instead of waiting for the pretzel. When our dinner arrived shortly after, our wings were hot and delicious - we had a variety of flavors - Sweet BBQ, Honey Mustard, Asian Zing, Teriyaki, and then we also tried the new flavor - Buttery Maple which was absolutely delicious! True to what the server told us, they tasted like chicken n waffles. We had plenty of entertainment with the UFC fight, Bucks game, and even the guy next to us trying to polish off 12 of the spiciest wings in under 6 minutes. All in all it was a great experience with great service, food, and atmosphere. We will be back again, hopefully to sit on the big outdoor patio.

My husband and I went there after Christmas. The service was friendly and attentive, the seasonal pumpkin old fashioned was delicious, and the food was great as usual. We also loved the local high school sports paraphernalia. It have the place a personal touch. Can't wait to go back!

We arrived at the hostess desk and there were three girls chatting who didn't even look at us, much less greet us. Then looked annoyed when I politely asked for a table for four. Our waitress was annoyed with us from the second we sat down and asked to watch a hockey game, had to get the manager. I asked to try the new flavor, had to get the manager. (Manager was fantastic and friendly) Food took forever and there was only one bartender that night so our second drink took over 25 minutes. My husband and I got good sized boneless wings but my friend got the tiniest wings of all time half of which didn't have sauce. Bad service aside, the tvs were positioned directly above our table and when I hinted that we would like to move the waitress looked even more annoyed than before. We will not be coming back.

Had a really nice dinner here on a slow Wednesday night. The two bartenders, Kristen & Samantha, took excellent care of us one we moved to the bar. Really good beer selection imo compared to back in the DC area.

Not very good customer service/staffing. I called in an order for pick up at 4:30pm on a Wednesday. The girl who answered asked to put me on hold. I sat on hold until the phone started to ring again - you know, to remind the person that someone is still sitting on hold. It rang and rang and rang, until the same girl answered and we started all over again. She asked to put me on hold again, and when I said I'd already sat on hold a long time, she said she was not "the take out person", and it would only be a few more minutes. I sat on hold again, and finally someone took my order. I had two orders of wings, and I wanted bleu cheese with both - neither arrived home with bleu cheese, even though it was listed (twice!) on the packing slip. Very disappointed - didn't really want to eat it without the bleu cheese. Never going there during a "busy time" if this is what you get at 4:30 on a Wednesday!

Just want to say this isn't in Colgate. It's in Germantown. Second growing pains for sure but getting a little better. It's my third time here and the bartenders are trying at least, (the one that held the door for me has been great - she'll get the reference). Weird thing is the "captain" is offering free flights of imports and IPAs for the people sitting on either side of me but has looked me in the eye about 5 times and hasn't said anything. Might be TMI but I spend a lot of money on beer. Customer service anyone? I'll update to a 5 if he notices me.

I went there for lunch with co workers. Waited about an hour and a half for the food, total time there 2 hours. We were a small group of 6. My wings were cold and not much sauce. However a large group that came in after us had their food 30 minutes before us. This was my first visit ever to a BWW. I will never be back to any location. I read reviews of other locations and this poor customer service seems to be a pattern

The new BWs on the block. Still seems to be experiencing growing pains. My wings were overcooked and undersauced, saw the manager who seems somewhat oblivious and angry at her computer. Service was slow and impersonal with more interest in their friends at the bar than helping patrons. Overall a poor day

You don't come here for the food (which is absolutely wretched), you come here because you don't have cable and the basketball game you care about isn't on network TV. And to that end it serves its purpose, but it'd be really great to have something edible to eat while watching. This experience inspired me to download the March Madness app so I wouldn't have to go back to BW3 to see the next game I wanted to watch.

I wrote a review for this place not long after it opened, i don't know where it went, though in the review i said i most likely wouldn't go back....well i did go back and it was a better experience this time (which isn't saying much). Service was much better this time around, the noise level was tolerable, the food was decent, though the chicken in the wrap did seem dry. but it's gotten better.

One word, SLOW. Every time me and my work mates have come here, we have not made it back within the time allotted for a regular lunch hour. We order naked tenders, snack size boneless wings. Nothing complicated. It typically takes about 45 minutes to an hour after we sit down at the table until we get our order. Many times I have taken to ordering all of our items during the drink order to get them to us in a reasonable time but it doesn't seem to make a difference. I don't know if the delay is in the kitchen or the wait staff but it's very frustrating. We can't come here anymore because it pushes past our lunch time period. Maybe some day they will get better. Until then I wouldn't come here if you are in any kind of time crunch.

Bad service! Very bad Tongue ring made it impossible to hear or understand the server, and her attitude was not good. Sauces and drinks took 10 minutes each time we asked

  • Alissa E.

Poor service, and the food was worse. After waiting 30 minutes for a small order of boneless wings, they came out cold and I got an attitude from the wait staff when I asked for them to be replaced. If I had to wait 30 minutes and they had come out hot, fine, I get it-The kitchen is busy or whatnot, but that was not the case. The situation went downhill from there. Completely appalled and will not return to this place.

My husband and I have tried this location twice now. Both times, while our servers have been nice people, the service itself has been cruddy. Regardless of how busy the restaurant is (the first time we visited it was dead quiet, second time it was standing room only) the food and drinks seem to take 20+ minutes to come out - so if something is wrong on your order (as happened with us. Both visits.) You will be spending around an hour just for your food. Plus, they ALWAYS seem to be running out of beer of some kind or another. Our first visit our waitress mixed up boneless with classic, and when my husband finally got his boneless wings they were way over-sauced. The second time, I ordered naked wings with buffalo dry rub. They came out completely unseasoned and when I asked about it I was told that I was wrong and that there was seasoning present... So they said they'd bring me some extra dry rub (which resulted in 20 minutes of waiting while my food got cold) and then I had to season the food myself. I am not typically a difficult customer; I don't act rude to my servers and I typically over-tip and put up with slow service, but this was obnoxious. I sincerely hope the managers are reading my review - this restaurant is on the wrong track for being newly opened and if it continues on this route it will become a dump just like the Mayfair location. Germantown does not need a dumpy restaurant. (Also, see other similarly themed reviews on this restaurant, they echo what I'm saying)

I don't know why I bother going back. The dining room is never open during happy hour at night. I hate sitting at the bar or high tops. The people that work there seem to have massive attitude problems, and don't adhere to any of the standards of the chain as far as greetings and talking to you about specials. The brusque tone they all seem to use isn't what I expect at a sports bar. There's no pep there, no upbeat attitude, seems like they're watching the clock until they can go home and are pissed to be there. The only good waitstaff I've had there were managers or male waiters. In not sure if this is company owned or a franchise but if its a franchise they need to have an intervention.

I used the app to order 3 things, the app said my order would be ready by 8:20 pm. I got to the restaurant right at 8:20 and they told me it would be a few minutes wait, which is fine. I ended up waiting 25 minutes for my order. When I got my food, it was cold. Which means it was sitting in the kitchen and no one could go check to see if it was done. This was my first and last visit to Buffalo Wild Wings. Save yourself the money and time and eat somewhere else.

Food is fine but don't understand why it takes so long. They now ask if you are on lunch break which I guess makes them move a little faster. Not really! Impossible to eat there on lunch break and get out in an hour. Slow!!!!!! The place was empty and it still takes 40 minutes to get wings?

Where do I start. The positive, the glass of Riverwest that I had was excellent. That's where it stops. I ordered their signature Caribbean chicken sandwich which I immediately sent back as it was not edible due to the overwhelming spices. Replaced it with a cheeseburger which was ok and then ordered a takeout six piece chicken tenders which only had five in the box. Now they did have 60 plus tv's to distract you from the food....nice play on their part.
