Club 45 was a winter wonderland paradise. Great north woods vibe. Huge deep dish pizza (better than Chicago). Snowmobile trails lead right to the bar. Owners were super nice and fun! GO NOW - I'll buy the first round !!

Cheaps beers, good little selection, and the best cheese curds I've ever had (you can even get a half serve which is perfect.) It's a tradition to ride our bikes here from the family cabin (it's a wobbly ride home!) Super friendly bar staff & free wifi! It's great to sit out on the deck or closer down by the lake.

We were up for the weekend in Sept and the Bears were playing the Pack that Sunday. Had a total blast - place was super crowded with fans but the service was great. They had free hot appetizers and gumbo during the game which was yum. Free slices of the their amazing thin pizza were brought to the tables as soon as it came out of the oven. Also ordered a deep dish House of Payne while we were watching the game. Dave didn't like how it was baking, so he started one over again for us. He brought over 2 beers to us for the inconvenience of the extra wait. A must-stop if you head up North.

Located on picturesque Denton Lake, Club 45 is a really fun place to stop and have a few drinks while hanging out on the beautiful back deck. They host an annual canoe trip down the Wisconsin River headwaters every August which is always tons of fun! Dave and Jen are super friendly and their Chicago style pizza really hits the spot every time!

Have come here for a few years now. Love the family who owns the place. The location is great and the service is awesome. They have some great food items and everything that isn't great is better than good! Had a burger and chili cheese fries this last time and the chili was awesome! Great Chicago bar in the north woods.

Definitely the best Pizza North of Lou Malnati's... If only they could deliver to Chicago... Dave and Jen are gracious and considerate hosts welcoming their guests to a picture perfect setting. At sunset over the bar or from the back deck, Loons will usually be seen cruising lake Denton. Easily the best choice for dinner in the North Woods. Five Stars.

Dave and Jen the owners are great. It's our Chicago home in the north woods. Before we had our house here we would go in there to watch Bears games and Dave would even put the Sox games on for us. On Sundays people start pulling in in their Bears gear. Don't get me wrong, this is a Wisconsin bar with plenty-of friendly Packer fans. It's just a great place to hang out and have good food and good times. Nice atmosphere for families also and right on the lake.

We visited Club 45 for the second time this past Friday, and had another great experience. We took friends based on how great the pizza was the first time we went, which was with our family for a Packer game New Year's weekend. The owners had a nice taco buffet during the game, plus we ordered a thin crust and deep dish pizza. The pizzas were excellent! It is always a good sign of a good restaurant when the second time we had pizza it was again excellent. The menu has so many great items that it is difficult to decide what to order. Need to go back for Italian beef and the garlic Parmesan burger. Most important, the owners are so very nice and friendly. We felt like regulars the first time we were there. They definitely deserve success.

My favorite Northwoods joint. Some friends took us to the Northwoods in Feb of 2008 on a snowmobiling trip and we ended up here the first night (our friends had been here before, many times). It was a blast pulling up to this place on the "sled" after a long ride through the trails, sitting down with a group of friends and taking in the atmosphere. Nicole is right, the owners are very friendly people that mingle with the patrons, service is great, also. Lastly, I have to tell you, I've had pizza from all over the US, Club 45's is in my top 3 all time. The thin crust is that good.

This place is my second home in the summers. The owners are top notch people from Illinois, as are many of the patrons. Locals and vacationers alike are welcomed here. Dave, the owner shows Chicago and WI sports, which for me is heaven considering I can't NOT miss a Cubs game, not even while on vacation. The old bartenders were better than the ones that were there last summer (we miss you Casey!), but none-the-less, you can't find a better place to hang out and have a few drinks while in the Northwoods!! The menu is great, the Deep Dish Chicago Style Pizza and the Gyro Salad are two of my favorites. Beers and drinks are very reasonably priced. GO HERE!! You won't regret it!! (Note: some nights are busier than others, but I have never had a bad night here)
