I visit this Subway frequently, since it is the closest to my work and I love Subway's Spicy Italian sub. I have never had issues with this place. I've seen people wash their hands, and I've seen them put on fresh gloves. It is clean. They sometimes give me a sandwich for less than I expected, which I'm not sure is some Subway policy or what but I always accept that! They make a perfectly good Spicy Italian, and I have recently tried the bacon egg & cheese flatbread which is very tasty as well.

I've been to this Subway a bunch of times, while it's not the best Subway, it's not bad. But today I went in and no one was in front, I waited about 5 minutes and still no one came out. While waiting I was looking at the food preparation area and noticed how dirty it was and they had stuff laying all over the place, not clean at all. At that point, I just walked out. I probably won't be going back to this Subway again.

The guys that work here couldn't find their way out of a paper bag. I don't need an education on whether they carry peperoni's or banana peppers -- if you could just put them in my salad I would appreciate that more than the "conversation" ... "oh should I get her about the banana peppers" quite honestly you might be closest to my work but since everyone one of you fools think you are SO funny and not the slightest bit annoying -- I will be more than happy to take my money elsewhere.

So food was typical Subway, nothing suprising. Decent sandwich at a good price. Place was clean and appeared well staffed. The issue I had was with Customer Service. Typical aloofness found in many fast food spots. I approached the counter and greeted the rep behind the counter. What I got from him? Nothing. He put on his gloves and stared at me in silence and waited. Now when I encounter customer service such as this I get irritated. So if they won't speak I won't speak immediately. We stood there and looked at each other for a bit til I gave him a smirk and ordered. Once the ball got rolling the sandwich was made with quickness and efficiency. The "Sandwich Artis's" interaction consisted of two words and a pause which seemed to be torturous nevertheless. Cheese? And Vegetables? Where the words and the long pause unworthy of inquiry was for the condiments. Unfortunately this bright Customer Service star wore no nametag and his name (street or otherwise) could not be detected within his much tattood forearms. I hire customer service reps at my employment and this was the exact kind I would never want to hire. Even more unfathomable is he might be a supervisory type only because he was the only one wearing a green shirt instead of salmon. Lord I hope not!
