BUSY, BUSY, BUSY! I made 2 visits to this location in 48 hours. Both times the staff was very friendly and brought me my order in a very timely fashion. The store was rather clean for the amount of customers visiting/walking in and out. The highlight of my first trip was the awesome 30% off sale on all holiday gifts 2 days before Christmas. What a great way to satisfy the I-have-everything crowd! I mean, seriously, who doesn't want a wooden 6-pack Starbucks sampler box? (and for only $13.50!) or a travel mug? I found this location to be quite convenient to other shopping destinations: Pier 1, Ulta, and Cookies By Design (all great gift purchasing destinations!)

My favorite location with an outgoing and friendly staff! I used to come here every day and most of the baristas knew my order. This location is no longer there, as they have moved to a new location further west on Bluemound. Much more room for meeting up with friends and chatting over a latte. I will miss the convenience this location had in the strip mall!

They cheaped out with decor and furniture. For an overly expensive "cocktail lounge", I expected more. Baristas are good but bump into each other. Set up behind counter needs help. Coffee is excellent.

Disappointed with this Starbucks. Staff seems unfriendly and whatever happened to calling out the drink when it's ready? I finally got up to find my drink and the staff didn't even know what was sitting at the counter.. Don't you guys work here?? Wake up and pay attention!

I don't really know what to say besides it is a Starbucks and there was nothing that really stood out... good or bad about my experience. I got my drink, it was made correctly, I waited an average amount of time. It was... as my star rating indicates: A-OK.

It's a Starbucks. You know what you're getting when you stop in. This location, though, doesn't really have anything to make it stand out from the others. The employees are friendly enough, they serve the caffeine relatively quickly, but nothing makes this a must-stop location. Perhaps that's the point since it's in the middle of a shopping district. The decor is plain compared to others, and it doesn't seem to be the type of SB in which you'll spend any time lingering -- unless the shop next door is full. This SB is near the end of a strip shopping center next door to a bagel shop. It appears a lot of people buying bagels next door come here to sit down when the bagel shop seating is full. Sometimes they even bring coffee from the bagel shop. I don't get it. Perhaps SB should work a deal with their neighbor and knock down the wall separating the two. Overall, not a bad SB, just not a memorable one.

Maybe if you sad, shy people talked to the staff they would talk back. I had a pleasant time because I used my words. It was very enjoyable--talk to them.

Met a friend here last Friday and enjoyed the free Summer drinks available that day. Staff are friendly but kind of young and clueless. They tried to serve my friend espresso in a paper cup even though ceramic cups were available. Why not use the good china Starbucks?

Sadly, they don't have Madison or Milwaukee coffee mugs...I collect these puppies from all the Starbucks stores that I have visited and they said that the closest one if from Chicago...or Minneapolis (or something like that)...SAD SAD SAD...they were pretty fast...the store was moderate busy and they had a line for the restroom...hmmmm
