A Panera is a Panera is a Panera. But what can I say? I'm always down to be a Panera patron. Why? The food is consistently good, and the service quick and friendly. Not to mention the option to pick from an array of fresh, healthy options or a pile of decadent desserts. And a cookie for only 99 cents? Don't mind if I do.

Paneras are pretty much all the same so for me, ratings come down to service and cleanliness. This location gets BUSY at lunch time - fortunately, there is ample parking and the seating areas are larger than they might appear from the outside. I met a client here for lunch and was impressed to see the manager (literally) running around, clearing trays and making sure people grabbed the right orders. That kind of energy seems to set a tone, because everyone here was friendly and helpful. As for cleanliness, this location is at least 65% less sticky than the Mayfair location, so two thumbs up from me.

I came here before checking in my hotel, and they were about to close in 20 mins. I noticed the workers were cleaning and sweeping and looked almost done. The women at the front who helped me was very patience with me and my family. If it would of been me I would of been frustrated a guest came in during the last mins of the store's hours. All the workers were in such a good mood, patience and I truly appreciated it . I wish I had gotten everyone's names so I could call your corporate office and tell them how awesome your service is!( I'm from out of state and have been to Panera Breads from all over, best quick service so far !) Keep it up staff!

Used to like this location, however now, the young girls putting the food together before it comes out are extremely loud. They are in there singing Christmas songs in September, talking about homies, and other nonsense that the morning panera customers most likely don't wish to hear (at least I don't). I don't expect them to be completely silent, but they should know when it is too much. Service at the counter was still good, and overall the layout of the panera is good, but this loud chatter and singing from the food area may prevent me from coming back much. We'll see - maybe it isn't an every day deal. Still love the asiago cheese bagel with honey walnut cream cheese.

So, most people already have an opinion on Panera's food. Generally, I'm a fan. They've expanded their menu so it's hard to decide what you want, but the portions are still large (which is good considering the price). They are always hits and misses for me, but overall, I'm happy to eat here. This review is more specifically about their new Rapid Pick Up feature. I'm so in love. I know it seems crazy to be excited about placing an order online, but please let me tell you about my experience: I needed lunch, and I needed some nice bread because we had company coming over for dinner and I had 30 minutes to make it happen. I placed my order online for a pick two lunch with some customized preferences as well as two loaves of bread, sliced. Yes, they let you specify exactly how you want your bakery items. Pay online and tell them when you'll be there. So I hopped in my car, pulled up and walked in to the Rapid Pick Up shelf (which I only happened to know where was because I had been in there a few weeks earlier). The guy was dropping off the bag with my name on it as I walked in. All you do is pick up the bag with your name on it and walk out. Talk to no one. It was quite literally less than 60 seconds, in and out. And they got my order exactly right. I could have ordered bags of bakery goods and a smoothie online, taking my sweet time, and just picked it up on my way home. It's so simple, and yet so very very convenient. This feature is especially key since this location is ALWAYS busy. I don't know why I would have Panera any other way now.

Dinner, Wednesday, May 20, 2015 They forgot the cheese on my French onion soup. They sold me a pastry and then informed me I was entitled to one at no charge based on my rewards card. Kind of backwards. Why do Panera Breads seem less than clean? I'd go more often but they just don't feel clean. Silverware is never sparkling. Tables never seem clean. Ironically, they were advertising that they were hiring and made big point about how employees don't have to mess with grease. Well yeah, but you aren't coming across as a really clean place to begin with.

Pros: very friendly staff. Cons: very crowded, especially during the lunch hour. Overall: Decent food, at the upper end of what you can find in the New Berlin area, at least for lunch.

I ordered the grilled cheese and got four giant pieces of white bread with little to no butter, and one piece of unmelted processed cheese. It was by far the worst sandwich I've ever had to pay for. Totally inedible. Would never go back. They've gotten very sloppy!

I will never visit this panera again and the staff should be ashamed of themselves. I went there on my way home from work the other day and as I was standing in line I noticed some young women who worked there, snickering and making mean comments about a woman who was wearing a wig. This went on for several minutes until finally the woman broke down in tears telling one of the young ladies she was wearing this wig because she had cancer and had just lost her hair days before. I felt so badly for the woman and angry at the employees for being so hateful and hurtful, not to mention at the very least unprofessional. This is the first and probably only review I will ever write about a restaurant and it's only because I was affected to the point of tears by this situation. This is not a dig at Panera but this particular location is horrible.

Panera Rapid Pick-Up, where have you been all these years? I am your faithful customer and consumer of all things sweet and savory! I love this place even more now that I can take my sweet time to decide what I want with online ordering. Ever feel like you have to make a hasty decision when the friendly order-taker gives you that "please know what you want before you get to the register?" Well, now you can choose that favorite sammich, delicious soup ( all of their soups are quite good), and even add a sinful dessert(s) all with stress-free, online ordering. You tell Panera when you'd like to pick up your yummy meal, and the friendly-efficient employees will have it all ready for you at the Rapid Pick-Up Shelf. No waiting in lines, no more hunger-headaches, or that new term the kids use these days: hangry. You'll have none of that hangry business when you dive into your order. The food that is supposed to be warm, will be warm. That favorite soup (cream of chicken and wild rice is my all-time fave) will be hot. I love you, Panera Bread. Now, if only you fine folks would remain open 24-hours a day. I will not lament too much about that, because I love you, Panera Bread. I will unfailingly adore thee.

As far as Panera's go, IMO this one is doing it right! We usually order to-go for 15-20 people, and everything is always perfect. They call to confirm, have it ready on time, and the food always seems fresh. I would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone that needs an accurate and tasty group order.

This is a nice Panera location, and is in a rather convenient location. Their only downfall seems to be the lack of coffee in the canisters, but that can only mean they have a lot of customers and they want you to have a hot, fresh cup of joe... I think!

We went at dinner time and thought it would take awhile for our food since it was a little busy, but it was very quick! Everything was great! They could use someone just cleaning tables though so we don't have to clean our own table.

I think Panera is just okay. The paninis are alright, but I still miss the portabello panini that they haven't had for years. Now, so you know, I ain't cheap, but I think 17 bucks for two paninis and two sodas is ridiculous. Also, I hate that they have Pepsi products. I prefer Atlanta Bread Company any day of the week. However, I do enjoy the free wifi (although it's wicked slow today) and the pseudo-leather couch if it's available. Also, the staff is very nice at this particular location.

As Paneras go, this one is middling. Panera can be pretty inconsistent across the country as another reviewer mentioned, but what they don't seem to applaud about themselves enough, is their ability to offer reasonable alternatives to the burger and fry chain options. That's one facet that's the same, no matter where the Panera is located. Panera's homey-ness with respect to being a coffee and internet-browsing spot with a dash of personality is what keeps me coming back to them. I find their laid back atmosphere perfect for a meeting with friends, a quick internet check on the local offerings, and a place to do both with a decent cup of coffee in hand.

I've never ordered Panera to go. I typically go to Panera to enjoy the laid-back cafe booths, free wifi and flowing beverages from either the coffee bar or the soda fountain while I enjoy my meal, whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner. But today time was ticking and I had to get my Panera to go so I could watch the little sibs baseball game. I went with a you-pick-two soup and salad combo. They were quick and I was in, out and on my way in less than 10 minutes. I was a little nervous about the soup packaging to-go container, but everything stayed sealed even after I dropped the bag as I was hurrying out to the diamond field. I decided to try the Thai Chicken salad, my staple is usually the Asian Chicken. The Thai was a good change, there are a lot more flavors going on in this salad. It had chicken, edamame, fire grilled red bell pepper, carrots, wonton strips, cashews and was drizzled with a little peanut sauce and served with a Thai chili vinaigrette. This may be my new go to Panera salad. The location is really convenient for me when I'm back home too, which helps. I just wish they had a larger an outdoor patio than they do.

Panera Bread is a go-to place for me, especially for lunch. It is quick, simple, and they have health options. The first time I ever had Panera, I was immediately in love. However, I discovered after trying several Paneras across the country that they can be very inconsistant. I have ordered the same Turkey Artichoke sandwich and sometimes it's good, sometimes not. I've had the salads, and sometimes with too much dressing. They also have some visually-delicious items in their bakery that I have yet to try. In the end, this is not a "wow" restaurant, but rather just a decent quick place to catch lunch when you're not in the mood for french fries.

I'm a big fan of the Panera bakery-cafe chains. This location just opened recently in the new development adjacent to the new Pick-N-Save. As with any other Panera, there's an excellent selection of sandwiches, soups, and salads. I like the hot panini sandwiches, but will often get a soup and half-sandwich combination in order to try more of the offerings in the same visit.
