Better burger than sobelmans or aj bombers in my opinion. Really nice atmosphere here as well

I had a bad experience there this weekend. The made me the wrong sandwich which wasn't that big of deal. I proceeded to wait 20 mins for a new sandwich that never came. I went back up to the counter and was told they forgot about it. I asked for a burger and a refund since the rest of my party was done eating. One of the workers found this funny and started laughing. That didn't make the situation better.... The manager felt horrible and refunded the entire amount of the bill. She also came over to apologize again with free cookies for the table. She really went above and beyond in making sure everything was right. Get job in handling a service issue.

In the $5 hamburger category Fuddruckers is KING. I'd rank theirs above Five Guys and Smashburger. Fuddruckers doesn't over season their burgers and let's you top it at the fixins bar. In season they offer "Exotic Burgers" such as Buffalo, Elk, Wild Boar and Ostrich. My advice: Order these medium or what ever unique flavor was present is dried out and it will taste like a well done beef burger. Free WiFi in unexpected places: Seriously, you can drip ketchup all over your laptop and get the mouse greasy. (Typical Friday night for me. *zing) PARENTS: There's a small arcade and ice cream shoppe inside this Fuddruckers. Graphic design geekery: The Fuddruckers logo was designed by Michael Doret. michaeldoret.com/doret/a…

I paid $8.00 for a cold, crappy turkey burger. The tray was sticky and so was the table. Disgusting. I won't be going here again.

I am sticking with 3 stars still, but I am starting to take a liking to this place. I was impressed to see the bakery, which I never noticed. The staff was all very friendly. We ordered food for 20 people, and all meals were accurate. I had an elk burger, and it was very good. Still not the best burger around, but definitely not bad either. Especially considering that you can get bison, elk, and boar.

Great place if you're looking for a burger of better quality than fast food. Convenient location next to Brookfield Square. Don't expect anything fancy, it's just a family burger joint. But if you have picky eaters, it's a great place to go so that they can get just what they want. I do think that the burgers are a bit over-priced, but not incredibly more than other places like Red Robbin. You get to customize your burger in many ways. You order different sizes and they even have a variety of types of meat, such as bison. You pay for toppings like cheese, bacon, guac, etc, but they have a large variety of sauces and other toppings like lettuce and tomato that you can take as much of as you want. Their fries are good and even better when you can dip them in the different sauces. Portions are large, so I usually share a burger and fries.

I hate chains. HATE. If there are more than 10 of you and I've never driven past your offices somewhere in this great state, go away. Except Fuddruckers. I've loved this place since I was a little guy. I remember the time my sister got mad at me for the air hockey demolition that I am known to drop. She knocked my first tooth out, right there in the restaurant. The funny thing is I remember it pretty fondly. Anyways, the burgers are great and the add ons in the veggie bar are fresh. I also like the onion rings and fries. The atmosphere might be great for families, but for single mid twenty somethings it's pretty bland. All in all, the only chain restaurant I'll go to without throwing a fit.

This is what I would describe as a fast casual self serve burger joint. What that means is that this has a fast casual type restaurant decor with collectible signs and sports memorabilia hanging on the walls. Inside is a bit on the dark side, though. You order your burger or other meal then pick it up in several minutes. The burgers come "naked" so you then proceed to the "fixins" area. I buy the smallest burger they have then heap several pounds of shredded lettuce, cheese, jalapenos, tomatoes etc on it at the "fixins" area. Do not buy a salad here - just use the fixins for your salad. Burgers are juicy and cooked just right, buns are fresh, staff keeps the "fixins" areas clean and stocked. Shakes are excellent. Been here lots of times and always consistent. Located next to Brook field Square Mall on the west side off of Bluemound Rd.

The atmosphere is great. The burgers are well done and the meat they use is delicious. It is a little pricey.

Fuddruckers is my favorite burger restaurant, hands down. Their burgers are so juicy and seasoned to perfection. I can't review anything but the burgers, because the burgers are so delicious I never get anything else!

Fuddrucker's is a good burger joint. Located adjacent to Brookfield Square, it is convenient with a separated parking lot that serves a few stores in the strip mall it is in. The topping bar is very nice, usually well stocked and fresh looking. The burgers are nicely done, rarely a complaint. I would give it four stars, except that the prices are a little on the high side. Smart customers will participate in their loyalty program (cardpunch type deal). Fries here are very good, and you can have them with cheese sauce if you like. :-)

Best food in town, without a doubt! Tons of food and a ton of food. the Burgers and fish are huge portions, you also have a huge fresh veggie bar. This is one of my favor places to eat. I never had a bad meal here! The atmosphere is very family oriented, huge size, tons of places to sit, ice cream soda bar and games, you can't beat this place.

Great burgers cheaper and better than some of the other places around. Not exactly a place full of servers waiting to take care of you, but always clean and always delicious.

Way overpriced food! $8+ for a 1/4 lb burger and you don't even get an order of fries with it?? Also they don't seem to give a crap about carry out order customers. I seemed to have waited quite a bit longer than the people who ordered before me that did dine-in. I'll stick to Boulder Junction or Champps.

I have only been here 1 time but so far I really like it. I guess the simplest way to describe Fuddruckers is to say that it's like Dave and Busters but with their focus being on the food. The food here is deliciosu and the staff are very friendly and happy to answer any questions you have.

Great burgers and great atmosphere however it got 4 stars due to its produce bar being consistent of fresh frozen food. Prices are good on the food. I have never been impressed with the fries they have there. Basically they are potatoes cut in wedges and baked or fried with no seasoning. Burgers are juicy and flavorful. The decor is very interesting. This is a good place for family's to dine at however you may want to bring singles of quarters for the small amount of games and rubber ball and sticker machines.

Good selection of burgers and sides. Not just burgers too they have chicken and other choices. If you want to get exotic they have elk burgers and such. After you order you have a toppings bar which is pretty neat. Downside is families and kids tend to hold you up. Nice seating area with cool memorabilia on the walls. Food was decent. Fries were sprinkled on the plate. You would think you get more for the nearly $4 they charge. 4 stars because it cost one person 12-15 dollars for a combo.

I hadn't eaten here in a number of years, but a friend had a BOGO coupon, so I checked it out. We got 2 half pound burgers, fries and a drink for just over 10 bucks. Wow, was I impressed!! I don't remember being this big a of a fan, in the past, but I will definitely be back. It was certainly one of the best burgers I've had. Plus, I love all the fresh toppings at their topping bar. You can add lettuce, tomato, jalapenos, raw onion, pico de gallo, etc. On the other counter is your ketchup, mustard, bbq sauce, cheese sauce, hot sauce and other condiments. The soda fountain even piqued my interest. It's operated by a touch screen. I've never used one of these before; it's pretty neat! The burgers are made fresh and cooked to order. They also bake the buns in house, along with house-made cookies. I bought a chocolate chip, M&M cookie on the way out. Yum!

It seems like Fuddruckers has slipped a lot since the days 3-4 years ago I considered it one of my favorite burgers. Maybe Michelle Obama got a hold of them, but they don't have the ginormous hot dog anymore, nor do they have the one pound burger. Sure you can put two half pound burgers together, but it's just not the same. Service was boring as hell, couldn't get get an ounce of personality out of the person who took our order. Burgers are still good, just not as great as they used to be. The toppings bar though....looked terrible. It was like it hadn't been touched for days, I didn't know if it was an art piece or something....except for the pickles. Those pickles looked absolutely awful. They tasted fine, but I've never seen so many damn seeds on a pickle slice. Rice Krispie treats are still the bomb though.

If you're in the mood for a burger that isn't a fast food burger, then Fuddruckers is a good place to go to. The burgers are made from fresh, never frozen, beef, and they are cooked to your liking. I always ask for mine as rare as possible, and usually they deliver on that. They have a toppings bar that contains several options to top your burger (lettuce, tomato, onions, jalapeños, relish). Way overpriced! I got a bison burger with guacamole, cheese and bacon. Regular side of fries and soda and it was $17.00! My friend tried to get the advertised 6.99 managers special of 1/4 burger, fries and soda- she was told they were "out of 1/4 burgers". Wait..., out? If you make your own burgers as advertised then you should NEVER run out of any size burger... Right? A burger joint should not be using frozen burgers!! The bison burger was very tasty but way too expensive

Review updated 8/27/13 for Fuddruckers Catering I was quite disappointed with the first catering experience, however at their request I gave Fuddruckers another chance. The presentation was much better. The 6 burgers came in a covered tin and the 6 chicken breasts in another. There was lettuce, and tomatoes in a clamshell and banana peppers and pickles in 2 smaller containers (they fit nicely in the lid of the clamshell container. We actually got compliments on the burgers this time. I personally had a chicken sandwich and I have to say that the fresh buns are really good. They had split the buns and then repackaged them in the bread bags. Almost everyone commented on the freshness of the buns and how they really helped make the burger. We did not order cheese, and I think I may in the future. The result of them reaching out is that I will try them again in the future for catering. If they can deliver the same presentation that they did this time, then they will have a regular client. **** **** Prior Review This review is for Fuddruckers catering. This is apparently a new service and there are a LOT of kinks to be worked out before they can offer this reliably. This review is based on an order for 12 people. Ordering 23 hours before I needed it got a complaint that they needed 24 hours. (the catering menu says 2 hours) None of the employees or managers know quite what's going on. This did not lend an air of confidence, but I was still willing to give it a try. The catering menu states "To endure the greatest quality and freshness, we pack our buns, beef and produce separately " What we got was 6 burgers and 6 chicken sandwiches already put together in individual Styrofoam boxes... which meant that the sandwiches were just barely warm when we got them. There was NO lettuce or tomato, only ketchup and mustard. For a business that promotes how fresh everything is and has a good toppings bar at the restaurant, this was a complete failure. The customer service when I called to complain was disjointed and they said they would have to call me back. [EDIT] Got a call back and worked out a discount that I felt was fair. Final recommendation... for this level of service, McDonalds offers better service. Unless there are drastic changes in quality control, this is a no-go for catering.

This was my 1st visit to Fuddruckers and I would recommend checking into the options available before you order. I thought fry's came with everything until another person, who had been there before, showed up with onion rings which I like better. The food was good and you can "have it your way" at a value. It was busy on the day I was there but everything was great. Take a group or the family.

People need to get over themselves. This is a chain restaurant, in a mall parking lot, situated in the middle of the most Conservative County in the state. Were people expecting chalices of Chimay and Bon Iver records? OMG there are children running around at a family restaurant! Going into Fuddruckers with no pretenses, you realize that the food isn't bad, the people are generally friendly and the place is clean. I like the idea of building your own burger and adding the proportion of condiments you deem appropriate. On top of all this, they make a pretty damn good burger. I don't think they beat Sobelman's of AJ Bombers, but I would put them in the top ten of burgers I have had in the state.

Let me start off by saying I am a simple person--I like my burgers plain with only grilled onions and mushrooms with a side of delicious fries. To me, nothing can get better than that. That is, until you come to Fuddrucker's! I was a Fuddrucker Virgin for 20 some years! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? First of all, I appreciated the service--I ordered to go but everyone was generally friendly The ambiance was very kid-friendly, family-oriented. Lots of space to sit for the adults--roomy with an arcade area for the kids. I noticed their bakery and fresh baked bread (NOM factor--if they have a bakery, you know it's going to be some bomb food!) I loved their set up--although I didn't visit the toppings bar--it was a heaping selection of everything under the sun (that doesn't need to be kept warm). Like I said, I ordered a 1/3 lb. burger meal. I was excited to try them because a friend highly recommended their burgers and fries (I am an avid lover of all things potato). When I finally got my food, I couldn't wait so I opened it in the car. Took a bite of a fry--Amazing. The best thing about great food is the nostalgia it brings you. The seasoning was perfection--Yes, better than Five Guys (to my wonderment). Now, the burger. Albeit it was a very modest burger with only onions and mushrooms--they were seasoned (versus Five Guys' with no seasoning and usually luke warm or even Culver's), the patty was perfectly cooked...and the bread just melt in your mouth (in a very good way). I always say if the burger bun has sesame seeds, it's gotta be darn good. I mean the bun at Culver's is pretty good too..this was less grease and a lot softer. So they get my 5 stars. Again, I may be a plain Jane eater but I know good food when I taste it! ** I like to put my fries in my burgers to add an extra taste -- definitely worth trying!

We stopped there because we were starving and not sure where to go. When you first come in be sure to take your time to read the menu. It's basically a design-your-own burger place. The food was delicious. We left nothing behind! The portions were good. The atmosphere is fun. It's like an Applebee's, but with really high ceilings, more unique decor, and a variety of seating areas. The drink dispensing machine is awesome! I thought the prices were high. A burger will cost at least 6 dollars with no fries. Maybe that's normal for Milwaukee. I'd probably go back the next time I'm in town.

I am a fan of Fudds because I can remember a location closer to me when I was younger and we were there all the time. Now we go to Brookfield to visit Fudds because that is the only one in our area. Restaurant is always clean and the staff is friendly. Burgers are quick - easy to hit at lunch time and make it in and out in an hour. I love the fact that I can order a kids meal and they don't give me a problem. It is more than enough food and why pay for more than you will eat?!?! Burgers are not as big as they used to be or perhaps through the years we have been subjected to over sized portions they they do not seem as large, but they are still greasy goodness that I like to indulge in once in a while. P.S. - CHEESE SAUCE!!! enough said.

Great burgers. Great fries. Great topping choices, but.... The last time I went was very disappointing. It was just way too crowded near the soda machines and the condiments. The problem is, they replaced their soda machines with those stupid fancy touchscreen ones. No one knows how to use it, and only a single person can use it at once. The soda line is ridiculously long and the place is designed poorly so that the condiment bar, the soda machines, the ketchup dispenser and the food pick up counter is all bunched into the same area. Plus my mom's burger was wayy undercooked. And people there are generally rude (not the staff, the actual customers). Another thing is, I often find hard things in my burgers which is very unpleasant. It has gone downhill since they added those stupid touchscreen coke machines. I hate those things so much (I am a pretty big technophobe and I can never get the touchscreen to work the first time)

I took my boyfriend here on our trip to visit my family in the Midwest. We had time to kill and hankering for a burger. I remember going to the Chicago location as a child and thought it might be fun to jog down culinary memory lane for a few moments with him. Well, guys and gals, the menu has grown exponentially, exploded really. The menu and the soda machines. BOOM! I had a burger - it was good, I shared some fries - they were good too. The best thing about this restaurant visit was the experience I had at the new fandangled soda machine...well, actually the family in front of me had the experience. I just watched as a five year old and his parents marveled at the computerized soda machine. These new fountains allow the customer decide on the brand of soda they prefer and then choose to add special syrups like peach and grape, etc should they wish. I am pretty sure it took this child about 7 minutes to choose his soda, taste each one and after making really funny "ick" faces a couple of times, land on some sickeningly sweet choice (probably peach mountain dew). So Fuddruckers has become more of a novelty than I remember, but still a worthwhile experience - so much, so, that I didn't mind waiting 7 minutes to get a soda. Plus the food coma eventually wore off.
