Finally... Finally... FINALLY!!!! We finally got a chich-fil-a that is reasonable close to Milwaukee. As like going to any of their franchise stores the food is awesome and for the number of people who were in line, they were cranking out the food and were able to get everyone through quickly. The lemonade is a MUST HAVE at any shop, it is fresh squeezed daily and is fantastic.

Its better than most of fast food restaurants. I like spicy chicken sandwich. Their lemonade is different than others and I also like their yogurt as well. They have lots of staffs there and they are pretty friendly.

Spicy chicken sandwich is great. It's been weeks now with long lines and I got in for the dinner menu and I had the spicy chicken sandwich with pickles. It's just good and simple with a bun, good chicken and pickles. I still think this is a cult like place because it's always freakin busy and I look at it every day with amazement at how many people wait in long lines for the food. I'm not a big chicken fan as you can tell from my reviews but it's pretty dam good and will be the chicken place. It's juicy, fresh and spicy which is an explosion In the mouth. I posted detailed pictures of all my meals and I can't complain about any of them and it's chicken, go figure. I'm a fan.

One of my favorite places to eat. I try to make it a point to eat here once a week. Food is always ready quickly and tastes amazing every time.

I don't get this place. It's ok but why it's so loved. Huge line at lunch and the fries are terrible. Very clean and new though.

Am I the only who is not a fan of those heat-sealing, sandwich bags they use? It just sweats the bun and if the sandwich has been sitting too long, the bun actually is a little wet. To me, that just adds weird odors to the sandwich. I had a freshly prepared chicken sandwich at a location in Jupiter, Florida and it was delicious and different from the versions I've been served here at the two locations in Milwaukee. Still, I like the spicy chicken sandwich very much.

So happy this has opened in the Milwaukee area. Staff was great on opening day despite long lines. Went at lunch time and waited with about 30 people in line...moved quickly (less than 10 minute wait). Staff was knowledgeable and welcoming. Order was completed within 60 seconds, hot, fresh and correct. Definitely will be returning with my family.

Grand Opening was this week so as a brand new store they have a few things to iron out. They don't have 'waiting' spaces for you if your order takes a little longer from drive thru. So you are supposed to drive round the building to their regular parking lot. This was not made clear. The person bringing my order forgot my coffee and condiments but brought them back out unprompted as I was still there. My coffee was wrong, I ordered with cream and sugar and it came out black but I pulled away before I realized it. Service was friendly as expected from chick fil a. Overall, give em a month or 2 to settle in and get the flow and I'm sure they will excel as well as any other location which I've always found to have superior service, friendliness, and courtesy over any other fast food chain. And I love the chicken minis lol

The spicy chicken sandwich is my favorite on their menu. The customer service is the best that I have had in the Milwaukee area with a manager filling my soda!

Ok, this location is still working out the kinks. The food is not exactly the same as other chick-fil-a but I think that is due to the newness. I will say the have the best customer service anywhere and it is refreshing! It is so nice to go into a fast food place and to be asked if you want your drink refilled. I really appreciate that. The people that work there seem genuinely happy. I'm so glad they opened in this are and hope they open more. I also love that they are always, very very clean. Even with the hoardes of people they keep this place spotless, and that says a lot about the management and what kind of image they want! Clean good food, good customer service!

Exceptional chicken sandwiches and service! I was blown away how friendly the staff is. Even though they were slammed, I never felt rushed or like their service lacked. The restaurant was super clean. Not a huge fan of their waffle fries but that won't stop me from coming back!

Can't believe I am the first review given the lines of customers. This actually rates a high 3 star rather than a 4 star. Friendly and efficient employees. It is a large piece of chicken on a bun with pickle and lettuce. My wife says we could make it at home. But we don't. I am comparing it to Bakesale Betty in Oakland and that is probably not fair. Did not care for the waffle fries at all. Will need to go back to try their shakes.

I will keep this short because it pains me to write. I grew up in South Carolina and therefore grew up loving Chick-Fil-A. This is by far the worst Chick-Fil-A i have ever been to. I am never one to not finish a meal but i barely touched my meal here. I have always had lightly breaded perfect nuggets of chicken from Chick-Fil-A and these were chunks of burnt breading. I understand how busy they are with the grand opening, but that's no excuse to put shame to the Chick-Fil-A names.

If you're like me then eating a chicken sandwich, chicken wrap or chicken nuggets & waffle fries in the comfort of your ride is one of life's simple pleasures.. Well brother/sister, let me tell you that this place will not disappoint. I was able to procure a chicken wrap & waffle fries via drive thru with a very minimal wait. Allowing me to get on my way while enjoying the awesome wrap & amazing fries. All at a very reasonable price. There are people who have a moral objection to Chic Fil-A drive-thru, to those people I say, "Sir/madam, you are eating a sandwich from a bag. Climb down off that high horse & enjoy the tasty bird. Are there better fries than the waffle fries? If so, I haven't discovered them. Some people will say that curly fries are better, I disagree. Others will say it's the crinkle fries. Again, I disagree. Waffle fries are far easier to eat while blasting down the road. Plus, they hold condiments much better. Anywhoo... If you are in the market for a perfectly adequate & satisfying meal that doesn't require much effort, then this is the place for you.

Middle the road. Pretty decent chicken peices. Decent sauce offerings. Children? Wayyyy to many. This must be the baby sitters / group nanny's go-to to feed the masses. I think most people feel this a healthier alternate to fast food. Which I guess it might be, but it's still fried.

Pretty good fast food. Would opt to go head instead of mc Donald's . Haven't done a whole lot of research on how rhyme process and make their food so maybe we are just eating same food as mc Donald's yet paying more :)

A lot of folks have been pants-creaming about Chick-fil-A's new WI locations so I did want to check them out. Overall, yeah...it's pretty good for fast food but I don't think it's worth getting all worked up over. Pros: *Incredibly polite and helpful staffers *Clean dining room, despite the crowds *Chicken appeared to actually have come from a bird (vs the Plastic'n'Giblets McNuggets which are beyond disgusting IMO) *Food came out really, really fast despite lines literally out the door *Chicken strips were really big & meaty Meh: *Thy only serve waffle fries. I'm not a fan of the waffle fry personally (curly fries all the way y'all) but many others seem to love them. More for you. Nope: *The breading on my strips was pretty soggy, so I think they were sitting a bit *There is a large "playland" at this location, so you know that that means....screaming, unattended children I'm sure I'll be back at some point when people realize its "decent fried chicken" and not the Second Coming (insert Chick-fil-A fundamentalist joke here).

Absolutely AMAZING. Opening day and there was a line out the door and for good reason. I was incredibly impressed with how well this was being run. Most places would crumble with that many customers pouring in but Chick-Fil-A ran like a well oiled machine. I've always loved this place and have been waiting for a more accessible one to come to this area. Get there now!

Love chic fil a! Purposely come out of my way to the target down the road so I can stop at chic fil a after! unless it's Sunday! No chic fil a is open on Sunday's.

If you live in the Milwaukee area, chances are you've heard that this fine southern staple has just joined us here in Wisconsin. And if you haven't yet tried this amazing menu, you are missing out! My favorite is the Spicy Chicken sandwich because a: it's spicy and b. it's chicken! It is cooked to perfection, tender chicken with a spicy shell, and I love love love dipping it in their famous Chick-Fil-A sauce! Their waffle fries are way too good to not sneak a few from the bag before you get home (even if they burn your tongue a bit from being hot off the fryer). The staff is always friendly (you'll get very used to the phrase "my pleasure" after every thank you that you give them), and the place is clean and inviting. But don't be surprised if you find a little bit of a wait, it'll totally be worth it! :)

I guess I'm confused on chick-fil-a being a new thing in southeastern Wisconsin because we had one in Regency Mall in Racine since the'80s. If you had the misfortune to visit on a Sunday, you were stuck with Orange Julius across the hall (what was Orange julius anyhow? It tasted like egg whites and Tang to me.) Anyway....so chick fil a is a-ok with me. I like chicken, breaded and fried particularly. The waffle fries did more for me as a kid but eh whatever (& these babies need salt!) I didn't care so much for the chick fil a sauce but it was alright. The line moved fast. Service was very pleasant and friendly. The chicken sandwich is really big. Its nice and juicy and the pickles they add are just enough to keep it from being boring. I'll probably come back, but I wouldn't make a special trip. It's still a-ok to me.

Food: 2 stars Service gets them a full extra star. I've had Chick-fil-a before, especially when I was a kid and it was still in the Southridge food court. I liked it then, and I enjoyed it (as much as you can enjoy fast food) more recently too, but my sandwich at this location was just blah. Got the spicy chicken, and the breading on the chicken was soggy and falling off in big pieces. The chicken was kind of slimy on top of it, probably exacerbating the problem. Flavor was OK, not having had the spicy version before. I think the spicy chicken sandwich was better at Wendy's. Fries were just boring, a little undercooked, and a little undersalted. Service was excellent though, even with a 10-minute wait for our food after ordering. They are efficient in getting people through the ordering process. It's a little haphazard after that, with so many people milling around waiting for orders if it's busy, but whatever. What really impressed me was the manager-type guy walking around the dining area, doing whatever he could to make sure people were happy. Cleaning tables, wiping down a chair, making small talk with regulars he recognized, and asking people if they'd like soda refills and getting them for them. We didn't need a refill when asked, but asked at the counter on our way out, and they were happy to oblige. So, overall, meh. Didn't live up to my previous Chick-fil-a visits in terms of food quality (and frankly it's kind of expensive for what you get, but that's all fast food nowadays), but if someone else wanted to go I wouldn't object.

"What is the big deal with this place?" I wondered. After going there, I still do not know. The sandwich is just bread and a chicken piece with two oogy pickle circles. OK. The coleslaw was bland and the potato waffle things were super salty. While eating this, I began to feel massive amounts of sodium and who knows what else rushing through my veins. Twenty minutes later, something was amiss, and I found myself running for the nearest restroom where I forcefully rocketed diarrhea into the toilet for quite some time. Dude, seriously what's the big deal? The chicken sandwiches at Wendy's are better than this, and at least those have never made me shoot a massive load of liquified stools into the earth. Almost everyone in there was morbidly obese. I went online later to discover their food contains an epic laundry list of vile chemicals and sodium-laden preservative B.S.

Chick-Fil-A has amazing chicken and great service inside, but not exactly in the drive-thru, they have a play center, which is good for kids.

Am I addicted yet? I wouldn't say that I am. If this placed closed tomorrow I probably wouldn't lose sleep over it. However, from here on out I will compare every chicken sandwich I ever eat to Chick Fil-A. Mikey-D's has recently announced that it will be taken a dozen items off there menu. A dozen! That's about half of the total amount of choices on CFA's entire menu! Is been proven that you can't be all things to all people. MD's has been suffering lately due to the explosion of culinary options that it's " highly picky" cliental demands (apparently). At CFA there is no fat to trim. Starting at lunch your choice is chicken: either fried, grilled, in a salad or on a bun, or even naked as a strip ( if you dare). Chicken, only chicken. I've had the fried sandwich and the grilled club, both were great. Meaty, moist, and the bun doesn't get in the way. You better like waffle fries, cause that's all you're getting in the potato department. I opted for coleslaw instead on my latest visit. It was pretty good, but not mind blowing. I find it odd that the sodas are not self-serve. They must save millions per year doing it that way. I'm sure a certain cliental will be offended that they can't have unlimited Mt. Dew. Oh well, no one needs that much sugar anyway. If you've never been, give it a try. Don't be turned away by the mile long drive through lines. Park that minivan and get your ass inside. The service is amazingly fast. Maybe because all of their employees get to rest up on Sundays.

Oh I love chick-fil-a and I am in big trouble that there is one only 10 minutes from my home.went on the second day it was open and they were moving the line along wonderfully. Can't wait to go back when it's less busy got to have my waffle fries and original chicken sandwich Yum Yum!

The original chicken sandwich and Asian salad were excellent, however the chicken nuggets were unbelievably small-go with the 6pc instead of the 4pc. Long lines, but the staff did a nice job of getting the food out in a timely manner.

Best chicken sandwich ever. It's greasy but what can you expect from a fast food restaurant. The service is great. I went during a super busy lunch hour and my food was literally out in 2 min after I ordered. Great! Definitely recommended

Love the food and the staff was great even under the stress of grand opening. They also gave free sandwhich cards out to my work.

Finally ate here after the massive amounts of hype all over social media and word of mouth, and let's just say if i had to describe Chick-Fil-A it's hype. Waaay to many people seem to think it's the end all be all food place. And for fast food it's not bad, the Quantity of the sandwich was awkward in my opinion, just a bit too small to be full, and too big to want a second one. The waffle fries are good...when they are fully cooked, i got 2 of the thicker cut ones that seemed to be undercooked. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo, And it was good, a decent amount of heat, decent bun, Chicken was good, It's far better than most fast food places, but don't believe all the hype, Not to mention the 10+ minute wait to order. One HUGE improvement this facility could make would be a self serve soda/drink dispenser, as after my long wait to order, and the 8-10 minutes to wait for the food almost 1/2 of my soda was gone and i wasn't going to stand in line for more, or budge my way up to the front for a refill.
