Unicone Crepes Menu

Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

First time we came here it was a good experience, the taller gentlemen made our crepe. It had the perfect amount of every ingredients and tasted great. Ever since that time the shorter skinny white guy with long hair has been making our crepes and hes extremely stingy with everything. Even if we pay for extra, he gives us literally nothing. Hes rude, condescending when we order, and the experience has just been crappy ever since we've encountered him. It's a very disappointing experience, its not difficult to add extra nutella in there is it?Especially once it's been paid for...

I have no idea why it took me so long to try out this place, I've walked by it several times and was always curious. I finally talked my husband into getting a crepe and I'm so happy I did! I had a strawberry, banana, custard and almond crepe and it was amazing!

Awesome crepes! Nice staff, cool concept. They roll the crepe into a cone and you eat it like an ice cream cone. Great prices, too.

Pretty much the same as the one in Chinatown that closed down... but they could be a bit better. The new staff needs better training, especially the girl with the short brown hair. It is a uni-CONE, not a uni-ROLL. My crepe looks like a tube everytime I get it from her. 2nd thing, bring back MOCHI!! My favorite was the Banana, Mochi and Azuki crepe and that is pretty much the only thing missing in Southcenter. Also, having Nutella as an option would be nice too :) Overall, Unicone makes great crepes!

I really want to give it 4 stars, and really it probably should be 4 stars. But my hesitation is that there just isn't any options for Japanese style crepes other than this place and Tokyo Sweets so I feel that people tend to jump on this place with high praise. Have you ever had Japanese style crepes in Japan? There is something about it that's just different. If you compare this place to really good crepe houses (japanese or french), this place is just ok. If you only compare it to the options in specifically Japanse style Crepes in Seattle, then it's great!

Maple bannana was fantastic. Wife got the chocolate custard with green tea ice cream and loved it. So coming back. Great treat.

I'm starting to like crepes. Didn't think much about it at first but it's very tasty and light! I haven't tried a "dessert" one yet. I was hungry and didn't want bunch of sugar. Got the ham and egg. was pretty good. should have asked for less sauce, once it's all wrapped up, the sauce just too much for me. The service is very nice. It 's cool to watch them make it too. Price was ok and standard for mall food. Since I don't have crepes often, I can't compare yet but overall I would get another one there!

Crepe in the mall.... This place opened a month ago. A Japanese gourmet crepe store. Lots of different crepe, mostly desert. Price is in the $5 to $6 mostly. Very tasty strawberry and banana crepe. Located next to the main mall entrance on the first floor. Very small place.

Great for a to-go snack. I love the Banana Custard Corn Flakes Whip Crepe. Next time I'll try the Spicy Tuna crepe! ^^

Can I please have the okonomiyaki flavor back? The servers are really nice, they even walked out of the counter to bring my friend some paper napkins...but the crepe isn't as good anymore:( And I WANT the okonomiyaki flavor back! Still the place I would go for crepes in WA, but I don't think I'll ever go to southcenter for them anymore.

Very delicious crepes with a large menu. Keep in mind that they do claim these are Japanese crepes, I'm not exactly sure the technical differences between Japanese and French crepes, but these Japanese crepes were really nicely made. The dough has a nice chewy texture which I highly enjoy. I think that's what separates these from regular french crepes. The fillings were plenty and good. I chose a fruit and whipped cream filling, and it was so refreshing and satisfying. They're also very quick, and the guys are actually Japanese (or at least they were conversing in Japanese). These are huge and I'd recommend sharing with a friend.

  • Kazuo O.

That display with the plastic crepes sure makes it tempting? So me and my fam fell for the trap haha. I got the bluberry, custard and chocolate with green tea ice cream. It's a nice treat after a hard day of shopping.

  • Natalie L.

Definitely not the best crepe I ever had. Too much ice cream and whip cream and not enough fruit and nutella. I barely finished a quarter of it and just tossed it. The actual dough of the crepe was good, though... Maybe I just don't like Japanese style crepes, but I was definitely not a fan.

Yummy! The crepes and employees are second to none!

I love the idea of eating a crepe like an ice cream cone -- on the go! Seems like a million different flavors to choose from... my favorite has got to be the banana, custard and chocolate with cornflakes. You're like, what? Cornflakes?!?! Gross! That's what I initially thought too, but it adds a great texture and extra crunch into the mix. They've got a few options for savory crepes but more options for the sweet treats. It can take a few minutes for them to make because it's freshly made to order, especially when there's a line. Don't expect fast food drive thru service. It's not McDonalds.

  • Paris L.

I have no clue how this place has gotten the positive reviews that it has received. This has gotten to be one of the grossest and disgusting crepe producing place I haven't ever eaten at. I really wanted to throw up after eating mine. I was curious about this place since I have seen it awhile ago and thought to try it out today before suggesting it to my friend. Ordered the strawberry custard and it was disgusting. The crepe was bland. The strawberries was in the sweetener water too long, broke down the strawberries, and the custard was given sparsely-that might be a good thing since the custard too was bland. Some positives would be that the crepes are made fresh and the customer service is friendly and polite. I would not go here and recommended it, unless they are your enemy. To be fair though, I have not tried their savory crepes so there might be potential for that, but I know I won't be putting out money to try.

#499! LOVE THIS PLACE! Gorgeous crepe stand right when you walk into Southcenter to go up to the food court or to the movies. Ordered their #1 best seller - strawberry/banana/whip cream/ vanilla ice cream in a wrapped up crepe. WOW - this was so yummy, I'm still dreaming about it. Guys who work there are super nice - definitely going back. All this goodness for $5!

OMG!! I love this crepe place. American Airlines fucked up my luggage and lied to me about it so I had four hours to kill around Seatac to wait for my luggage to finally fly in. Since there's practically nothing around there, my bro and I went to South Center and wandered. Even after panda around 10am by noon I was hungry again and saw this little gem while I passed by walking. The men working there were japanese? (crepes are a french invention but a bunch of places i've been to have been run by japanese for some reason) and nice, I ordered the strawberry, nutella, toasted almonds and whipped cream one as that is my go-to crepe and wow!! The best crepe I've ever had. Granted I was sleep-deprived, hungover, pissed off and maybe even hitting delusional from my 6am flight but this really made me forget all that. One guy took the order while the other was making crepes on the side. The filling was what really made the difference from other crepes, it was SO full! There were a lot of strawberries, yummy whipped cream and a ton of slivered almonds! I wasn't expecting it so it was even better. And the price? only 4.95!!!!! insane! I'm used to paying 7~8 bucks for a crepe that can't even compare to this one! It's ruined a crepe place by LAX for me now.

solid. It is not Sophie's Crepes in San Fran, but the cashier knew of it when I told him I was so excited to try UniCone. Sophie's has thin crispy crepes, but these were soft and chewy. I ordered red bean paste and green tea ice cream, asked for no whipped cream. Got whipped cream anyway, and it tasted like marshmallow fluff (euw). However, it was a tasty treat and the guy who made mine kept asking how I liked it - he seemed pleased that I enjoyed those particular ingredients. They had various savory and sweet options and will custom make anything for you.

this was my first time to unicone crepes. Ive always had my crepes from Sophie's in San Francisco. its a cute little place with two japanese guys working the stand. i was waiting a little to see how they cooked their crepes and they don't really make them crispy. so as i made my order, i asked for him to cook it a little longer to crisp it up. he told me sure! i ordered the banana cream with green tea ice cream. when i got my crepe it was not at all crispy. i totally understand if this is the way they cook it. but it taste so much better crispy!! the ice cream was really small. then as you eat you have to peel the paper back. because the crepes was soft and not crispy, it kinda got stuck to the paper...that was a little disappointing and also the chocolate sauce was leaking through the crepes. overall i was happy to see a crepe place but wish it was better. the price was reasonable for a dessert to share! don't know if i would go back for it. maybe they should work on perfecting it a little more.

This is a perfect place for a pick-me-up to restore energy between stores. I'd had sweet crepes form other places many times so I thought I would their savoury choices a try. My Potato Salad came with name-sake potato salad, lettuce, hard-boiled egg slices, and best of all, LOTS of mayonnaise. It was delicious. The creamy and tangy filling was nicely accented by the sweetness of the crepe.

I had never been to the old location so this was my first experience with these Japanese style Crepes. I tried the Strawberry Banana Chocolate and it was really good! They make the crepe right in front of you. Like I said I can't compare it to how it used to be at their old location, but I was happy with what I got. About 5 bucks for a crepe. There are sodas or Japanese bottled drinks for sale. There's only a few tables nearby so you'll probably have to take the food up to the food court to sit, but it travels easily. I'd like to try it again.

  • Janette M.

Not as great as I expected. Lots of variety to choose from. But you can't really mix and match. I had the strawberry and banana crepe. Not too bad. The crepes are made fresh and served warm. The fruit and other stuff are added into the crepe. But by the time you get your order, the crepes are cold. First few bites are OK but after that well you just get kinda tired eating it. A bit expensive too. Will I try again? Maybe on a whim.

I've passed this place on multiple occasions and have always been tempted to get one, but never had the chance to. Today for our second anniversary, my hubby made sure we stopped here before we made our way up to the AMC. He ordered the #43 I believe which was a scoop of vanilla ice cream with strawberries, bananas and whipped cream. I was a little hesitant to order my own before I tried some of his so I waited to see what his reaction would be - he's a bit of a picky eater. Result? Absolute deliciousness! Not only did we both enjoy it, but we were tempted to go back for a second one. We were able to resist however and save our appetite for a future visit. The sweetness of the strawberries and whipped cream coupled with the soft crepe made a sweet treat! All that and it was only $6. Pretty good deal for the size of the crepe. The only con? I was wearing white, which automatically made those bright red strawberries a magnet to my shirt. We had to stop at Forever 21 for a new shirt so I didn't walk around looking like a complete slob with the big red blotches trailing down my shirt. It was well worth it though! Yummy treat to share with my sweets. We'll definitely go back again during one of our frequent mall visits.

Considering there aren't very many crepe places, Unicone is hands-down one of my favorite places to order crepes. My favorite is their custard w/ chocolate w/ whipped w/ bananas and topped with vanilla ice cream. I keep seeing reviews where people eat crepes with nutella. WHERE IS THIS ON THE MENU!!! Ugh. I have been their several times and the one thing that holds me back from giving a 5-star review is their lack of nutella :( Anyways, this stand is quick and always friendly! And the size of those crepes are good to go for lunch. When you're hungry for a bite to eat at Southcenter Mall, I recommend this place over all the others!

  • Le M.

I found myself navigating the expanded Southcenter mall, lost in the upper and lower level that used to be a parking lot. By chance I remember that Unicone Crepes opened recently. I appreciate the modern, jazzed up booth. A far cry from the original ID store that's now close. But somehow the experience is not the same. Missing is the small hole-in-the-wall appeal, instead you're in the middle of the mall lobby, chomping while shoppers walk by. Where are the harajuku-styled Asian customers? Gone is the free chai tea dispenser. Or did I just not see it? Even the crepe looks fatter but shorter. My crepe was prepared by a white guy whose pants hang precariously like a black dude while rolling a Japanese crepe. His boxers must be singing "Meet Me Halfway". I was humming "Pants on the Ground." Unicone crepe is still a satisfying treat. But in the blandness that is suburban mall, it's no longer a postprandial destination I used to crave.

**2.5 stars** You guys should have never left the International District! Same display case. Same menu. Higher rent. And I see you've compensated by putting less inside the crepes. Smear of custard + smear of azuki for $5 And of course, no more free milk tea with every crepe purchase. i WAS a fan.

I love this crepe stand! My favorite is the custard, blueberry whip. Service is always friendly and professional. This is a great place to get a snack. :) I just wish they took a diversity of cards x[

Compare to the one we used to have in chinatown, I dont like how they downsized it to a fast food place now. Everything are just the same but friendly staff. I went here on a weekday with a friend for summer shopping. We are craving for crepes since we haven't been in southcenter quite a while. We looked at the menu when the girl was texting. When we stand in front of the cashier, she was still texting. When we order, she was still looking at her phone, when she is making our crepe, she wasn't smiling. Although the food brought us happiness, but the staff didn't influences me to come again, right after we got our crepe, she drop her gloves as quickly as she can and look at her phone again.... FAIL! If I compare this to those crepes cafe in Vancouver, this is quite ...sucks... about a dollar more for each crepe and service wasnt as good. I will rather pick up some crepes next time when I visit Vancouver again... it is just another 2 hour of drive, right?

I loooooved the ID Unicone. I would find excuses to go to Seattle just to eat their crepes. I would promise friends "you will not regret it" and drag them over to Unicone with me, and surprise surprise, they did not regret it. It is just the most delightful little place with the most delicious crepes ever... IMAGINE MY JOY WHEN THEY REDUCED THE DRIVING BY 1/2 WHEN THEY CAME TO SOUTHCENTER!!! (I'm from Federal Way) Back in January, I went to Southcenter on the opening day of Unicone, gushed to the employees about how much I love Unicone and how happy I was that they came to Southcenter, and ate 2 crepes. I did that for about a week. I'm pretty sure the workers were starting to freak out but unfortunately, I had to go back to LA for school. I could eat these crepes everyday. They are so delicious. My usual is strawberries + vanilla ice cream + whatever I feel like, which is usually custard, chocolate and whipped cream. The savory crepes are delicious as well. Don't be afraid to try new ones! Except not all combinations are good to tell you the truth so yeah be careful HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. UNICONE I AM YOUR BIGGEST FAN

I had #49 strawberry, banana, choco whip w/almonds! Very tasty! They have these demos that are plastic in a showcase & they all look yummy! I will try it again when I'm in the area.

The smell of freshly made crepes makes the wait in the line more exciting. There's usually a line for this place. The staff are very friendly and nice. It's an enjoyable sight to see how they make the crepes. The model of the crepes are a good way to see what each crepe type compose of.

for five bucks you could put a little more yogurt and whip in my crepe....and while ur on it a bit more fruit as well....your profit margin is like 4.50 bucks...however, customer service here is exceptional and ALWAYS smiling! crepes are delicious and are made fast and fresh. The guy who i assume is the manager was really nice and cordial.

Brings me back to Japan. :) eating the warm crepes on the streets of Tokyo. Eating the yummy fresh fruits and creamy ice cream adds a fun unique way to enjoy dessert than your usual waffle cone.

  • Shirley C.

My actual rating is 3.5, but I'll just round it up because they deserve it! My only reasoning why I wouldn't give this place a 4 is because there really isn't anything too spectacular about the crepes but there isn't anything bad about the crepes, either! I don't go to many crepe places except this one since I live real close to the mall. The prices are pretty cheap and they have a huge selection of different types of crepes. It's freshly made and you get a pretty big crepe for such a small price (average of $5). I usually get strawberries, chocolate, and whip and it's freaking delicious and amazing! Usually, I can't even finish it! But I've never had a bad crepe from this stand. They make it so perfect that you never have excessive chocolate/whip dripping from the crepe (unless you take forever to eat it!). I usually don't get crepes considering it's more of a 'desert' for me and it's packed with sugar (c'mon.. it's chocolate and whip!) The stand is super cute and they're fast at making your crepe. Definitely worth a try!

Thanks for the strawberry custard. And thanks for moving close to me. Now I don't have to drive to Chinatown and spend 10 minutes trying to find parking. ^_^ Looking for a nice snack while walking around the mall? Here it is!! Crepes are very popular in Japan from what I've seen in Animes. My first encounter was in Japan Town San Fransisco. Finally Seattle caught on and there was Unicorn Crepes in Chinatown. Sadly they closed, but we have Unicone in Southcenter mall now. My personal favorite is strawberry custard, but I'd be open to get any fruit with custard. Mixing ice cream in is good too! I don't know... one crepe really isn't enough... 0_o

  • Monica N.

love, Love, LOVE crepes. When making the crepes, it may look like a small portion, but don't be deceived, I can never finish a whole one by myself. I always get the Strawberry and Bananas, whipped cream with Vanilla Ice Cream. Do yourself a favor, get it with ice cream it makes such a difference and is so delish. If you want to be alittle healthier, get the Frozen Yogurt as an alternative, because they TASTE THE SAME! :) This crepe is about $5.79. It is such a satisfying dessert. If you're not feeling frozen yogurt today, this will definitely make your taste buds just as happy or even more!

I would love to give this place a better rating but meh....It looks good but when I had a bite of one of their crepes, it tasted very bland....the fruits tasted old and there was too much whipped cream. But two stars for the service! The employees here are very friendly. However, Tokyo Sweets in Uvillage, to me, is a better option.

Plan a layover @ sea-tac - go to the mall - get a Unicone Crepe - then you're good to continue your trip. Be sure to take a pic and post it.

I have to admit that I was heartbroken when I found out these guys weren't in the ID anymore. I loved going over there after a 'hawks game. But rest assured they are still making fantastic crepes at Southcenter. If you haven't been you need to go NOW and get in line to try the delicious crepes. I love the Strawberry Banana Whip with cornflakes. Just writing this right now is making me crave one. Yummy. Go. Now. You won't be disappointed. I promise.

i'm a huge fan of crepes and having been craving for one since my last visit to Canada, i've been visiting this place almost daily for my fill of crepes. the location of the booth is a little obscure. if i hadn't been trying to go from the upstairs forever21 to the downstairs sephora, i wouldn't have even known it was there. i appreciate though that it's away from the hustle and bustle of the main food court and that it's so close to outside parking. this way, if i'm in the mood for just a crepe without wanting to run into the teeny-boppers that roam the mall in their loud, rambunctious groups, i can park, run in to grab a crepe and leave with ease. since it was nearing the time of my lunch break, i decided to stray from the crowd and go for a savory crepe, ham and egg being my choice. after paying, i sat down at one of the few tables placed in front of the booth and hadn't even been able to set my bags down to get comfortable before my crepe was ready for me to eat. the crepe itself is amazing. soft yet thick enough to hold all the fillings. the convenient carrying cone was also pretty thick, i would think that if there was a leak and some liquids started to pool at the bottom, it would be able to hold long enough for you to finish the crepe or at least, grab a napkin to cover the bottom before it drips all over your shirt. one thing's for sure though, i'm now officially a fan of savory crepes.

Delicious! I had the banana maple yogurt crepe. Really good - next time I will ask for it without the whipped cream. Amazing how they make the crepes so big and thin and it all stays in one piece.

Anyone that knows me knows my complete love for anything crepes!! Be it dessert, savory or plain I will literally go out of my way to buy some. As a regular crepe eater I decided after shopping and stumbling upon this place to give it a try. Ordered a ice cream with nutella and banana and whip cream. It was pretty decent and fufilling. My dh and son had a nutella and banana and were pleased with theirs as well. Although not the best crepe I've ever had it hit the spot and filled my craving.

I first saw UNICONE CREPES about a week ago when I had family visiting. Wanted to try it out but we had prior plans that night and didn't want to spoil my appetite for all-you-can-eat Brazilian steak dinner later. So yesterday, I went during my lunch break. No regrets! I had the strawberry & blueberry with chocolate and whipped cream crepe (#22) from a 3D menu set in their display case at the South main entrance to Southcenter Mall. I was surprised that there wasn't anybody in line or at the tables snacking on the wonderful concoction. I've had crepes at other places including Paris, and this has got to be one of the best places for crepes. And the prices are unbeatable too! They're cooked and prepared behind a glass barrier for diners/passers-by to watch. So I took a lot of pics on my camera phone. They're very generous with the filling. Fruits seemed fresh--not like those soft/soggy ones I've had before. And the staff were very friendly too. One critic mentioned that she's always had Japanese people serve up crepes. That's what I notice here in the States. When I went to Paris, most street vendors serving crepes were East Indian. I don't think I've ever seen a French serve crepes before, but that's just my observation and experience. Great place for a quick meal, and maybe a snack too!

Went here for the third time with my home girl Dee! This place simply makes me happy for these various reasons: *cute plastic models of every crepe on their menu *friendly staff with personality *red bean filling *lots of variety *makes me feel happy Not much else to say but you should really try this place out!

YESSSSSS. Love this place! It sucks me in every time I go to Southcenter Mall. I love how you can hold it--perfect for munching on something while walking around the mall. I wish so hard that they would introduce nutella. I would jump this rating up to 5 stars if they did.

Super yummy Japanese crepes, great for an afternoon shopping break. Many many types to choose from, both sweet and savory. In fact, so many that it is hard to choose. I got one with red beans, Strawberry's and ice cream. it was delicious!

Despite the charm of the former brick building location and storefront missing, as a "foodcourt/booth" space, it's still appealing and hopefully will grow on the loyal ID customers (speaking of the ID, their sign on the ID door said they hope to r-e-t-u-r-n in the future?) who venture down south to my area. I thought I'd swing by for an afternoon snack and got a Banana Anko Almond crepe. The crepe itself was perfect and in cone-like shape. The innerds were good, but I just wonder how much Anko they put in, as I'm not sure I tasted it, if it was in there at all; I thought I tasted a hint of what small bit it had at the bottom, but so faint... I like it, though, and don't mind swingin' by for another one.

I love this place. The owner is really nice and kind. He always makes conversation with me when I come. I work in the mall and he always gives me a discount although he doesn't have to since this place isn't listed as a place I should get a discount at. There's a list of places that I get discounts at like Baskin Robbins, Ben & Jerry's, and the list goes on. Even though this place isn't listed, he still gives me a discount anyway. :) My first experience here wasn't that great. My friend dragged me here and made me get something since she works at Hollister and gets a discount here. (This was before I got hired in the mall). We both ordered a Ham & Egg Salad Crepe and I guess the worker forgot to put pepper in my friend's crepe. She said that the pepper is her favorite part about the crepe so I talked to the worker about it. He then shook his head at me and told his boss. His boss made my friend a new crepe and threw the old one out. I was shocked that the worker would be so rude about remaking it since he messed up. But after coming here a few more times, the owner and I are really cool with each other. I came here one day after a bad day at work and ordered a crepe. The owner made conversation with me and all and I said thank you for the crepe and sat down and ate it. I didn't mention my bad day at work but as I was sitting down and enjoying my crepe, he came over and gave me a free drink. It was my favorite too! Strawberry soda. :) I was so surprised that he just came up and gave it to me. That really made my day and I couldn't be more thankful. I will never forget that moment and will always return. The owner is the coolest person ever.

Every time my family and I come by southcenter mall we each get a crepe from here. They are a bit expensive for what they are but well worth it! The employees there know us really well and always smile and chat with us. We usually get the #19 (if I remember correctly) with the fresh strawberries, whipped crème and chocolate! I would highly recommend you try a crepe if you've never had one! They are delicious! Especially here!

I love this place so much! It's an excellent alternative for the times when I'm hungry but not so hungry that I'd be able to eat a full meal. I usually get the #10 with blueberries, custard, whipped cream and chocolate sauce. It's not the best quality of fruit, but it's still delicious and hey, you get what you pay for.

  • Ashley T.

It was my first time ordering the crepe cone. You never forget your first time. It's cute and novel but not sure it's worth about $6.00 per cone. Definitely ate more dough than strawberries and custard. I'm glad I tried it and would definitely recommend trying it once but can't say I'd rush back to get it again and again. I'd save my money and appetite in the future for some other dessert that's more my type, decadent and flavorful.

Sooooo good. Made right on order with plenty of different options to choose from I would recommend this place to someone who wants a quick dessert that's is made fresh and delicious....that banana and Nutella one is awesome.

There's nice display of the crepes available. Some days they have specials listed on the counter. We always enjoy watching them make our order, they're like artists. We've tried both the sweet and savory crepes and we prefer the sweet. They use the same batter for both types of crepes so the savory crepe is still somewhat sweet.

I would give the full 5 stars but the line was incredibly long. I waited for 20 minutes to have my order taken but it was worth it once I finally had my crepe :) The crepe itself was delicious! I had #28 filled with strawberries (frozen but we all need something sinful every now and then), whipped creme, cornflakes and chocolate drizzle. I really enjoyed watching the process of the crepe being made. The employee was really gracious and let me video tape this process. If you are at southcenter mall and need a yummy dessert that is portable this is the place!

I was here on sunday when I visited Seattle and this place was highly recommended by a friend of mine who lives in Seattle. I ordered the spicy tuna salad crêpe as I am very curious on how it would taste to mix seafood with crêpe. It was really good as the thin pancake does not overpower the flavor of the spicy tuna. It comes with a handful of spicy tuna, an egg and some lettuce. I highly recommend people to come over and try it. There are a lot of flavors or fillings that they offer, so I'll make sure to come over whenever I am in Seattle. Leggo my crêpe! (^_^)v

I think crepes at the mall are a novelty, the kind of snack that is unique and whimsical like mini pies or petite pastries. Unicone Crepes embodies this aspect offering sweet or savory snacks that can be eaten while on the go. My favorite sweet treat is the strawberry with biscuits with whipped cream. You can top it off with ice cream, and they offer flavors like vanilla, strawberry, red bean, or green tea. Like every novelty, the price adds up. I've been to Harajuku and the portion size Unicone Crepes offer is fair for the quantity and quality of ingredients. Service is always fast and easy since they have a display of all of the different kinds of crepes they could make, so if you're in the mood for a tasty treat, try a crepe! It's healthy and delicious!

Okay....why I paid $6 for a crepe is beneath me hahaha. This place is alright. I wanted something subtly sweet so I decided to trt this. I order the strawberry banana yogurt whip. I want caramel and they "advise" against it because I ordered tje yogurt whip. I want it anyway. When they make it, they holler at me and tell me they cant do caramel because it wont taste well with my order. I'm a little annoyed but comply because I was not in the mood. Overall-why is there a huge piece of crepe folded into a cone with only 1/4 of ot filled? It's kind of annoying and a waste of a huge crepe. I think they should fold it in half and add more filling or whatever instead of having a half filled crepe with the other half just crepe batter. I think the batter is okay. Tastes like an egg roll wrapper lol. I dont know if that's the way a real french crepe tastes like. It was interesting. The yogurt whip was okay, very thin but tasted as such. The strawberries were maserated and did mot taste fresh. Everything was too sweet and had no balance. I'm not really into this place. It's alright to me. I wish there was more filling instead of a skimpy crepe....service was okay but not great and prices are way too high in my opinion.

The crepes here are just a thing of beauty!! We were famished and utterly confused on whether to go with a sweet or savory crepe and the lady who took our orders was really cooperative throughout :) Amazing people and awesome crepes. Keep up the good work!

I have been there so many times I lost a count. Most of the staff recognize us whenever we go there. Most of the staffs are very kind and nice, I would have 5 star for their work. The reason for being 3 star is.. The crepe used to have more whipped creme and ingredient in the beginning. We would buy two crepes and she can only finish 1 and 1/2. Saddly, now days, the crepe slimmed down and my wife finishes 2 crepe and still have room left for 3rd one. some night there is Caucasian guy(I think) works there. He is the most rude guy in that place. When he made crepe, it's like 1/3 of what other works make. I politely said "this is way too small compare to what we usually get". He rolled his eyes and says "that's how we make it" with attitude. More than 6 dollars per crepe is already pricey, and this guys attitude doesn't help. He said they changed whip creme and it's how it comes out, but I think he is just making an excuse. Now, I don't buy when that guys working, and I guess people knows (when that guy works, there is no one that the line. When other friendly staffs are working there is always line or people waiting for their crepes). when you are in the line, looking at the display and waiting for order, just don't expect same amount of ingredient to be delivered. It's is still tasty crepes though.

I'll admit it, I'm a fatty at heart. I'll go treat myself to a crepe just because. If I'm full from eating somewhere else, I'll make room. It doesn't matter, the crepes here are too good to pass up! You're probably thinking, wth she's raving about crepes?! It's simple, not no fancy chocolate soufflé cake, but it's an easy snack you can take around at the mall... Jk. It's not something you look cute eating, let's be honest. You might get whip cream on your nose and you have to rip the paper off and probably will need both hands to wipe your face while you hold onto the cone. It's worth it to me! There are so many flavors! I keep it simple- I like #11- strawberries, custard and whip cream. Sometimes I'll forgo the custard, I forgot which number that one is! The crepes are ginormous but totally manageable. Some desserts make you feel awful and you can't move... Crepes are pretty light so you can continue with your power shopping! The ingredients are fresh and crepes are made to order. They'll slice up bananas for your crepes on the spot and I think the custard and whip cream are made in house too. Next time you're at the mall, swing by! PS: Add a scoop of ice cream if you dare! The green tea ice cream is fab, but it'll add an extra messiness to your crepe eating game. Bon appetite!

Just had this yesterday. Crepe with Strawberry, banana, whip cream, chocolate sauce and green tea ice cream. Green tea ice cream is good but I think I should have went with the vanilla or chocolate instead. Strawberries was okay, I'm more fan of fresh strawberry pieces than the sweeten strawberries. A little bit too much of whip cream and not enough chocolate sauce. Can't go wrong with the banana. Overall, it was okay. The first half was good until I got to bottom of cone which was mostly whip cream and not as satisfying. I still would recommend this place though. Definitely a good try and cute, appealing dessert. Crepe wrapping alone is good.

I first experienced this a year ago Christmas and loved it. The crapes are great and it is fun to watch the professional make them with basic tools and a lot of skills. It may seem expensive at $5.00 or so but when you compare to other desserts - the crepes are better, fresher and just plain delicious. Personally I love the Almond and Chocolate but there are so many to choose from. I am giving them 5 starts for the show, personality, quality of the crepe and because I love them and it is my review. Remember they are not in the food court but downstairs at the entrance.

I love Unicone Crepes! Japanese crepes are the only ones I eat & I honestly didn't think I'd find any in Washington so I was super excited when I passed by here. They remind me of the one I ate when I went to Harajuku! The staff are really friendly and nice. The Japanese ones have extremely great customer service! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars (although I would give 4.5 if i could) is because I feel like there is too much whipped cream and not enough topping (eg strawberries) & ice cream. I go here all the time though and I would definitely recommend stopping by and trying one! November Challenge (11/03/2012)

We went here for my son's birthday, and I just realized that I forgot to write a review. This place was such a fun little shop, my kids loved watching the food be made, and the server was really good to them, he was working fast, and it was kind of like he was putting on a little show. I noticed some complaints about the amount in the crepe, and it does seem to be lacking a little bit. I do know that some crepe shops really do fill their crepes a lot, but they also charge twice as much as this place, so I really did feel like the price was worth it, not well worth it, but worth it, seriously just add a little bit more, and your customers would be happy. My kids and everyone in tow love their food, and the whole experience. I also thought that it was not too shabby, it was tasty, and filling, overall I thought that it was a good trip.

I enjoyed my crepe from Unicone, but for some reason I just wasn't really all that thrilled with it. Like, it wasn't terrible, but just nothing to write home about. I do like how there were little plastic display models of all of their crepe varieties, you know, to let you see what you're getting. Helps the indecisive types! But the fact that it's in a very busy, crowded shopping center, and that parking wasn't exactly a breeze made me really doubt if I'd ever bother coming back this way again. As I said, the crepe wasn't really all that enthralling, and since it was kind of a pain in the butt to find -- all of that really soured my experience here.

What has taken me so long to try this place!? Actually, the last time I had a sweet crepe was when Todai was making dessert crepes at their buffet line, so I'm kinda used to getting these crepes for free, but I think the little over $5 I spent for a big one was worth it. They are so fun to eat. They make the crepes on order and I watched them make mine with Nutella, banana, and whipped cream. And then, it was wrapped it into a cone and handed it to me. I actually didn't know how to eat it after I got it, so I just started ripping the paper around as I slowly started chowing down (similar to how I would eat a Chipotle burrito). The presentation was well done and the crepe was super yummy! It made for a great dessert after my dinner upstairs in the mall's food court. I can't wait to try the other flavors!

Wow, they have not only sweet ones but also savory kind, among roughly 40 different variations. I tried spicy tuna salad crepe, and was disappointed a bit, cause the lettuce was shredded (not same as the image on menu, and messy to eat) and the dough was sugar sweet (no difference between savory and dessert types). But, texture was good, light and airy. Plus it was fun to watch the process of cooking, and the service was pronto and friendly.

So bad for you..yet so daggone tasty. All the good reviews brought me to this spot. I've been so good with my diet, that I deserve a sweet treat. This is a keeper. If you're in the mall, try it sometime. Don't be scurred!! :)

Arrived at location at 10:30 and was informed by employee that he wouldn't be open for at least another half hour. Sat down nearby and watched him, 10 minutes later, serve someone. Waited the aforementioned 30 minutes after another couple had ordered and mentioned to him, while ordering that I had been waiting for him to open. He apologized and informed me that smaller places in the mall don't really open till 11. Despite the service, the crepe was good, filled with ingredients and flavorful. Would order another from here, but not expecting much from the service.

As long as you're gonna treat yourself at the mall, you might as well top off your day with a crepe cone of your favorite ice cream and fruit... Monkey do BANANA ALMOND CREPE w/GREEN TEA ICE CREAM Wow! Sweet, definitely an indulgence! Maybe next time Monkey skimp out on the whipped cream...

Great crepes. Awesome portions I can never finish mines!! Ok service. They're pretty quick at making it! Staff is nice. Prices are ok. I always go there if I want a sweet dessert in the mall besides frozen yogurt! The original location of Unicone Crepes was in Chinatown... I wish it was still there too not just in SC Mall! =(
