It isn't the best but it isn't the worst Thai food I have ever tasted. Whenever I have visited Thai To Go for lunch they have made my dish fresh from the kitchen. I typically order a noodle or rice dish and each time I do the cook is always stir frying it to order...a big plus in my mind. Another reason I love going here is that they offer "mini orders" which is basically a half order of their regular portion. Since their regular portions are HUGE I am elated to find that I can find a portion size that fits my stomach size without breaking the bank. For $3.95 you can have a mini order of pretty much anything they serve. I haven't tried any of their other dishes but they all look and smell delicious! This is one of my favorite lunch spots to get some quick and fresh Thai food.

Cheap, tasty, fast. Most places in downtown can only boast one of these, rarely two. It isn't the best food, but its decent. Especially if you put on the fishsauce with chopped chilis in it. It also depends on what you get. If you get a noodle dish, ask for extra veggies/meat. The curries are all pretty good. Their portions are huge for sure.

Great selection! High Quality! Huge potion! Excellent service and fast! Thai To Go is my favorite place for lunch when I am hungry for some green curry.

My fav lunchtime Thai joint. Food gets 3 stars (it's lunch Thai - don't expect gourmet) but the folks who work here are super friendly and generous and bump it up to a 4 star overall for me. I go here 2 times a week, on average and they've never let me down. I love it. Rock on, Thai To Go. You rule.

I go here about once a week for the Rama Garden with Tofu. The peanut sauce is INCREDIBLE! (aka doesn't separate after 2 minutes, and they don't skimp!) And the veggies they use are fresh (and they don't skimp) The service is also great! This is a great Thai food stop if you work downtown...

i really wish i'd read the reviews. it's a great deal of food for under $6, but you get what you pay for. too much fish sauce! i couldn't taste the curry over the fish sauce. the pad thai was so slimy and pretty much inedible. i normally save leftovers but i barely choked this down and threw the rest in the garbage. also, i had to buy some plain white rice in addition to the pad thai because everything was so salty with fish sauce. :( bummed.

HORRIBLE. I didn't know you could mess up pad thai this badly. I went today for my first and last visit. The pad thai is sweet, greasy, gloppy, and full of ketchup -- in other words, completely inedible.

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city.
