I happened to be walking my pup in the mood for brunch. There was construction going on in the street and wasn't sure if I could have her with me on the sidewalk seating. I was allowed to bring my puppy inside! And by puppy, I mean 85lbs of muscle. There was a gentleman working that morning. I asked what was good and he recommended their iced coconut latte and their ham pesto breakfast sandwhich. I also got a raspberry muffin. All delicious. Oh, and they offer puppy treats. A very chill experience with yummy baked goods and coffee. Staff was great, and environment was a place you could relax and get lost in conversations or your web surfing. Glad I accidentally stopped by.

Neighborhood/not super fancy coffee shop. 5 stars for the drink I got. Bees Knees. Basically a mocha, but light on the chocolate and sweetened w/ honey. 3 stars for food. I also got the Caprese sandwich since I was hungry, but nothing too special. I came around noon, not sure if they had more pastry options before that, but what was present at that time wasn't too appealing to me.

I am surprised I haven't written a review for Bustle yet... So here it is. I have been going to Bustle for a little bit now, (randomly for about a year) whenever I break out of my apartment on a weekend needing some good coffee. I just went in this morning and found that along with the great coffee they make they have expanded their breakfast and lunch menus. They use to have a small case filled with a few things but now they have breakfast sandwiches, a bunch of waffle options and some other good stuff. For lunch they have sandwiches and wraps as well. Such a good surprise! I also saw that they have a Fall drink menu which contained some cider and even a Nutella hot chocolate which I definitely want to try next time. The location of the place is great, right at the top of QA. They have a good amount of space and a lot of people come here to study/ work as there are small tables in the front and larger booths in the back. The coffee here is really good and I love how it is a local coffee shop. Definitely stop by for some coffee sometime.

I had a hazelnut latte and it was perfect. Not too sweet. This place is so cute and they are so friendly and welcoming. We also got some breakfast sandwiches for a quick breakfast and they were super yummy.

This is only my third time to visit over the past few years but I would seriously rank this in Seattle's top 10 coffee shops for the amazing atmosphere and menu. I got the chai latte and cheddar breakfast sandwich and both were quite good. Great staff and artistic rooms adorned with paintings. Check this place out! You won't be disappointed.

Bustle has turned into our neighborhood coffee joint! We absolutely love it here. They have awesome festive seasonal drinks that I've never seen before. The coffee is delicious and strong. I find there is always a table to sit at here, and they are extremely friendly. We love to come here with our laptops and work. I often walk by dog up here because we live down the street, and am always greeted with a smile. The owner is fantastic and is always friendly. I love that I can bring my dog inside, and there are even treats on the counter! Also... THEY HAVE WAFFLES! If you're in the mood for a good waffle and some coffee - come on by. I love waffles.

This place is alright. Not the best, but not the worst. Not much seating when it's busy. I had a soy latte and a bacon breakfasts sandwich... they were both alright. overall, this place was alright. Just a so-so kind of place.

First, let me start this review with the fact that I can understand why others love this place. In Queen Anne there is a certain type of adventurous taste bud, and I do not have that. When I say adventurous, I do not mean it to be rude. Bustle definitely experiments with their flavors. I tried the Portland and my husband tried the Winford (I hope I remembered that one correctly, their website doesn't list the sandwiches available). The Portland.....oh the Portland....On paper, this sandwich sounds wonderful. Turkey, bacon, I forget what cheese and a berry sauce. Now, when I see berry sauce on anything with turkey, I imagine Thanksgiving dinner. This...I described it to my husband as what I imagine the smell of Christmas to taste like. Nutmeg or cinnamon if Im not mistaken. It was overwhelming, and my tastebuds screamed at me to not eat another bite. Which I didn't. The Winford (once again, hope I am remembering the name correctly) was full of italian meats, and once again, the flavoring was off. This one, I could not figure out and we tried to dissect it. A positive was my husband did enjoy the coffee, however, Bustle is nowhere near us to be a convenient stop, and we can live without the coffee. So, not a personal choice for us, but I can see how other adventurous folks would love this place.

Best coffee shop in QA to go and chill and have a great coffee. It's a little off the beaten path of QA, but still very easy and quick to get to. The place is so cute and NOT pretentious like Storyville is. The coffee is strong and they have fun combos for those who like things like an iced mocha with vanilla and honey-YUM! The baristas are always sweet and truly interested in their customers. Love this place!

I've been in Queen Anne close to a week now and feel like a local every time I go into Bustle. The employees are exceptionally friendly and remember you after your first visit. If you're looking for a relational experience in a quaint coffee shop, I highly recommend Bustle to you. Try the bees knees latte! It's made with honey and a hint of spanish chocolate.

I drink my coffee black about 90% of the time. For the 10% of the time I want to treat myself to something sweet, I come to Bustle because their lattes are amazing. Just the right amount of sweet and great flavor. Try their in house syrups, they are incredible. Vanilla Bean Caramel is my favorite.

Great working environment. Fast internet. Nice employees with great smiles. Dog friendly (water bowl + treats + outdoor seating) My americano was a little too hot (there's a certain temperature that makes it perfect), but it was still good. $2.80 for a 12oz- pretty standard. Clean bathrooms Plenty of street parking Definitely a fan. Only cons- little breakfast selection (couple of pastries and egg sandwiches). But I guess the pro is that they have a lot of lunch sandwiches. I haven't tried any of their food but the coffee and environment are great. Tip: Next door is Macrina bakery- italian pastries. Yup, pick one of those bad boys up and get coffee at Bustle.

  • Alysha G.

Only minus one star because the food selection is not superb. However, this is not really a food place so that's of little importance. Coffee is great and they also have a killer tea selection. Lots of tables, open space, good music, nice baristas, fast internet, and cute home-y atmosphere. Everything I look for in a Seattle coffeehouse!

The best lavender latte I've ever had in my life. I almost had tears in my eyes. Friendly and patient staff. In the 3 days I had in seattle I made sure to come here twice!

  • Marie B.

Yikes it's been 3 1/2 years since I last visited Bustle - as I had an ancient coffee punch card. It's great to see that they can hold their own with Macrina down the street. Clearly it's a WiFi draw with a handful of the tables were occupied by folks with laptops. I had a 16 oz iced mocha, a Belltown Club sandwich (requested grilled, served nice and toasty) and four of their gianduja chocolates. Mocha hit the spot, toasted Panini was generous - had to eat only one half, and the gianduja chocolates were simply decadent. Long over due Yelp posting, but glad to see that Bustle is still going strong!

  • Sophie H.

I've had several really good cups of coffee here. I've also had some so so cups more recently. The customer service has been great, and if you speak to them they are happy to fix it. Even with the variability it is still way better than Macrina.

  • Mike S.

This place is great, we got breakfast sandwiches and americanos both were really good. Atmosphere is good, staff is super friendly and the area is really nice. We'll be back for sure.

  • Corey G.

Standard, cute, coffee joint with exceptional service and warm atmosphere. Nothing uppety or pretentious about Bustle. The coffee is great and it's fun for kids (they have a play table in the back). They always have new recommendations and say, "If you don't like it, I'd be happy to make you something else." So they've helped me branch out. Dog friendly, of course. I haven't tried any food here, but I'm almost certain it's not made in house. Seems fine, though. They even have beer in their food case, Hilliard's cans. My only complaint is the super uncomfortable chairs (think basic kitchen table chairs and metal patio chairs, no cushions).

    (5)
  • Katharine J.

I had some kind of pumpkin latte here in the Fall and it was amazing. This place is great for meetings or chatting it up with friends!!

    (5)
  • Erica B.

Not impressed. The coffee was pretty standard in comparison to some other nearby places I've visited (I ordered an almond milk mocha) and I was sad to find out the sandwiches weren't made in-house. While the coffee IS better than Starbucks and other chains, it wasn't anything special. Because of the sandwiches being pre-made, you can't remove sauces or adjust portioning of toppings to how you prefer. I likely won't be returning.

    (2)
  • Chelsea J.

What a cute cafe/sandwich shop! I'm sad I didn't visit sooner. I had the East Coast sandwich and an iced tea. The total came to around $11. I think the sandwiches must be around $8-9. A little spendy for just a sandwich but it was tasty. The atmosphere is really cute and the employees were very friendly. There's some outdoor seating and plenty of indoor seating, too. You bus your own dishes. It's a little noisy inside but still pleasant. I'll be back when in the neighborhood!

I wanted to give an update about their baked goods situation. Bustle has a baker, Chloe, who is amazing. However, she doesn't bake daily, so they often have blah pastries from a generic supplier. If the chalkboard is up at the register, Chloe's goods are in the case! Chloe gets rave reviews; their other pastries, however, are pretty boring and often stale. Luckily, they have Chloe's stuff most days. To clear up any confusion, THIS is what Chloe bakes: chloebakesbetter.tumblr.…

  • Melissa W.

    Bustle is great! Delicious, and unique drinks! And they have a table in the back for kids to play at which is perfect so I can enjoy my coffee while the little one is distracted (;

    (5)
  • Amy M.

Bar none, the BEST latte I've ever had. I asked about the different home-made flavors and the very friendly barista let me taste test them! I highly recommend the vanilla bean caramel latte. Service was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Oh and do yourself a favor and DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT GETTING A CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE.

    (5)
  • Kamie K.

This is my favorite coffee shop in Seattle. The barista boys really know how to pull and share a little joke at the same time. The italian coffee they use is smooth and delicious but, try one of their seasonal flavor "boosts"! They are stellar!! I've also had their sandwiches which are a bit pricey but are really really good. See you on my next morning walk guys!

  • Laurie S.

When I went in shortly after Bustle opened and commented that the prices weren't posted, I was given some excuse about their menu board not being made up yet. When I went in today, however, & the prices STILL weren't posted, the very nice guy behind the counter (not the manager or owner) told me that they didn't post prices because the cost of coffee & food varies from day to day. What kind of a way is this to do business? The coffee itself is good & there's obviously enough customers who like the product enough to not be bothered that every time they pay, it could be a different price from the day before. I feel badly for the poor employee who has to give lame excuses to customers who reasonably expect prices to posted. Because Bustle is well located on a corner of upper Queen Anne where, they've apparently gotten away with this. My husband and I will take our business elsewhere, and not continue to support a business with the approach of "If you have to ask, you can't afford it".

    (2)
  • Nicholas G.

Food was decent and the latte was good but nothing special. Staff was nice and the place was pleasant inside. Maybe I just came in on an off day, but in would be open minded to try this place again to give it another chance to impress.

  • Heather H.

The name kinda threw me at first, Bustle really? A cozy neighborhood cafe is full and bright with small tables aligning the windows. Its perfection to stow away in a corner to focus on work. Plenty of tea options I haven't ever seen such as the grapefruit pomegranate tea. Heads up on the prices; Ouch, a toasted turkey sandwich will run you almost $9!! Its just a simple sandwich for goodness sake. And just a cuppa tea will set you back almost $3.00. +1 for the super nice baristas though!

    (3)
  • Andrea M.

This looks like a nice little place with a good amount of seating, and the barista was friendly. However there are no prices, nor is there a menu of what they serve. I don't drink coffee, so I didn't feel like guessing what sort of non-caffeinated beverages they had. I got the East Coast sandwich and was shocked to pay almost $9! I would not have gotten that had I known it would be such a spendy late day snack. I asked for it to be toasted but when the barista brought it out, the sandwich was dry one one side and slightly toasted on the other. It was really big but not very awesome, especially not for the price. Plus, the plate looked dirty and had little black fibers all over it possibly from a cloth or something. So, on top of being unimpressed with the food, I also was sitting near some girls who were talking very loudly about their passion for His Love [nothing wrong with that, they were just loud]. Not that this is any fault of Bustle, but I couldn't even focus on my book.

They have great sandwiches, but the coffee was even better because they had special seasonal flavors. It seemed very local and custom. It was great. Also if you find the dinosaur, you get a sticker.

  • Lindsey P.

Go here. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious, the hand-made flavors are delightful, and the staff is wonderful. I would personally recommend trying a pumpkin cardamon latte for fall. I wish I was there now.

This is a great little place. Nice place to work. The owner is really friendly and makes a point to greet you and say good bye. Not all the staff are as warm and engaging. Looks like really yummy food, but nothing very healthy. Coffee drinks are great.

  • Mary P.

Good product, location, environment minus the staff. The three stars are only for the fact that the setting is nice and parking is "free" in the residential surrounding streets. Plenty of sunlit workspace with surge protectors show their intention to make this place a study zone. The latte had an artistic leaf on top and tasted just right, no sugar additives necessary. The egg muffin sandwich with muenster ham and pesto was pretty good. But this all soured by a sourpuss behind the counter who scoffed when you didn't realise that ordering is to the left of the counter and paying is to the right. Hello the pastries are to the right of the cash machine it's confusing at first. Then she continued her frost queen impression and we patrons, all, were confused about exactly who's drink was being made and placed on the counter. All three of us had to ask for this lovely personality's help and received curt answers while she turned to run away from the front each time. I usually don't mark off for the help because that tends to change and the product, environment, and location are what these things should be all about but damn that was just bad. She could be the new fremont troll.

Excited to find a great coffee shop for working at. Great assortment of tables for one to five people. The few tables in the back are quieter. The music doesn't play too loud either. And there are also so nice tables outside. They also offer soy, rice and almond milk. I had a Lavender Latte with almond milk- delicious! I'll be back!

This coffee shop is the best kept secret on Queen Anne. The coffee is speculator, very spacious and many outlets for you to use your laptop! Also, there is free parking everyone without a 2 hour limit! GERALD APPROVED!

My brother and I ended up here after a hike through Discovery Park, and it was exactly what we were looking for. Small, but with fun decor and a fantastically personable barista, Bustle provided us with delicious, delicious caffeine. I had the Bee's Knees with almond milk (quite honestly the first time I've enjoyed honey as a sweetener), and he had TWO Spanish mochas. The gluten-free brownie wasn't worth the calories, but all their non-gluten-free goodies look (and smelled) fantastic. Overall, I'd say it's worth checking out. I'm excited to try their other specialty drinks, and to enjoy this sweet little cafe throughout the year.

Been here several times since my initial visit and I'm pleased with the experience. The baristas have been friendly (and one even remembered the SNL Change Bank skit: "The answer is easy. Volume.") and helpful. Since the first visit I have tried the Chocolate Cayenne coffee: it has a nice faint hint of spice (it won't leave you crying) mixed in with the chocolate flavor. Think of the spicy chocolate confections and add caffeine. Yeah. A friend also pointed out that the wide front windows appear to slide so that you can open them almost all the way. I've only been here in the winter, but it probably makes a fantastic open area during the summertime. I'll be sure to check that out.

  • John M.

Prices are not marked and the items in the pastry case are not labeled. Even though I just wanted a drip coffee, the americano was pretty good. The cinnamon roll was VERY stale. Must have been at LEAST a day old. I should have suspected there was a problem when the counter lady practically insisted that she microwave it. I did not want it hot. Only ate a bite or two even though I was really hungry. I wish I noticed before getting back on the road. I am pretty sure she knew it was not fresh because she really did want to nuke it. $6 for coffee and a good cinnamon roll is a little expensive. Two stars on the merit of the coffee.

  • Orlene C.

The perfect coffee shop to get some work done or read a book in a relaxing, relatively quiet environment. There are plenty of tables and electric sockets, so you do not have to worry about your computer dying. Their sandwich selection is the best I have seen in a coffee shop. They also have an impressive variety of teas if you are not in a mood for coffee.

  • Indie S.

Bustle is a lovely spot at the top of Queen Anne. Baked goods that taste homemade, sunny atmosphere with large tables in the back, outside seating, super nice baristas and a decent cappuccino. They even have wine. No drip coffee unfortunately -- you can always hit up Macrina down the street for that fix. Did I mention free wi-fi? And you can park for free. No street parking meters -- not yet anyway. And when you're done, you can pick up some quick groceries at Ken's across the street.

  • Ashley R.

Service is always great here, and the staff love dogs and give my pup treats every time I go (that wins points with me). They make great coffee and my personal fav- italian sodas (but ask for another pump of syrup since I feel like they go a bit light on the flavoring). Their food/baked goods are a bit hit and miss, although their chocolate chip cocoa cookies are literally to die for. I think they are a "special" thing that they don't have all the time, so if you happen to be in on a day when they have one, get one.... they are so worth the cost and the calories! I especially love that this place is dog friendly.

Agreeing with most the other reviews: Yes, this place has Really Good coffee and the people are Very friendly! :) A friend of mine introduced me, as we meet here most Saturday mornings. Don't hate me cuz I'm a starbucks drinker! I usually only get their coffee, but I find myself looking forward to Saturday morning Bustle coffee more and more throughout the week. It's also nice because the owner and the workers are so friendly. I feel like an oldtime friend when they greet us!!

I went here last night with my knitting group, and I really liked it! Its cozy but spread out enough that you are not eavesdropping on your neighbors. The barista was very friendly, the chairs were comfy, and there was plenty of parking in the area. The nutella hot chocolate was as good as everyone says, but maybe a little too expensive to indulge in every time. I wish they had a readily accessible menu with prices - maybe I just missed it?

Why didn't I come here sooner?! When Macrina was too busy I walked over to check this place out. Bustle is the perfect place for me to get my study on! Plenty of space on a Saturday with no whiney kids! The 3 dudes working this morning were hilarious and friendly and put the Seattle Freeze to shame. Also, I think you will get a free drink if you know all the lyrics to any Lynyrd Skynryd song. Not only will I be back to Bustle very soon, I wouldn't mind putting together a pub trivia team with the employees.

  • Alix C.

Bustle is a cute blip on the West side of Upper Queen Anne. The pros: they really do make the best chai tea latte I have ever had. It is delicious; it is also spendy. The reason I never went back more than a few times was for the cons. This shop is a favorite of the SPU crowd who take it over with college textbooks and Bible studies. If you aren't 20 with a perfectly pulled together "modest is hottest" outfit and full makeup, just steer clear of this cafe.

Great coffeeshop for working / studying. Lots of outlets, bright & open space, quality coffee, friendly staff, and free wireless of course. They also have a variety of local / organic sandwiches including vegetarian options. For those who drive, there's free neighborhood parking nearby too.

We just had our engagement party at Bustle and could not have been happier with our experience. Patrick (the owner) was phenomenal in helping to arrange our party- meeting with us beforehand to plan out the details, ordering beer for us, and preparing his staff for our same-sex engagement party. The venue was perfectly sized for a party of 50. We were able to rearrange the tables and chairs as we needed to setup a small buffet of food that we brought in from elsewhere. The barista, Zion, helped us take down the art they had on the walls to display our engagement photos. He poured the beer and wine for us all night and was absolutely awesome to work with. I highly recommend Bustle not only for your daily coffee, but also consider this cute cafe for your private party needs!

This place is great for doing homework, meeting friends for coffee or getting work caught up. Lots of tables and free wifi. They have yummy food and interesting syrup flavors, but the food is spendy. It is all made in house though and the staff are super friendly.

I live near here and finally ventured in. I thought it was just a coffee/cafe and was pleasantly surprised to find out they also serve up local beers and wines. Opted just for a hot latte, but it was pretty good. The server was super nice too; looking forward to going back with the boyfriend.

This has become my new hangout. I love that it is on the less frequented end of Queen Anne so there is never a parking search for me. The baristas are always super friendly and cool. The nutella hot chocolate is to freaking die for (not too sweet but still full of flavor). I am in love with the decor (think urban shabby chic). The glass of red wine I had there the other day was fantastic. The pear tart is phenomenal. They do not have menus though, so it is kind of a guess as to what they have and how much it costs and it is a bit spendy (an eclaire and large hot chocolate cost me around $9 I think O.o). Overall, a great spot and even better if you can get there just before sunset as it has a lovely view.

I LOVE Bustle! The staff are always so friendly and helpful, and to top it off, their coffee is amazing. I had a friend come with me there when she was visiting, and she still comments on how she wishes she could get their coffee where she lives. It's a great place to go study too, there are some bigger tables if you're with friends or smaller ones if you're just going by yourself. It doesn't get overly loud in there, which was a big plus for me. The coffee shop is so cute and I always love going there!

No offense, Starbucks, but when you simply ask my name, we aren't really bonding over my morning coffee. This is especially true when I hear a barista call out that a non-fat, sugar-free vanilla latte is ready for "Ted", or "Jill" or the worst, "Tila". When I first walked into Bustle, the barista said, "So, whatcha doing?" while making my drink. I swear I looked over my shoulder before realizing the friendly conversation starter was directed at me. We began chit-chatting, and for once, I was asking their names (Patrick and Lindsay - like Vonn, not Lohan, she informed me to my amusement) and making a mental note to remember them. Top this wonderful morning greeting off with super delicious lattes, Bustle has a new loyal customer.

This is a great new find. Free parking with no time limit on the street. Free super-fast wifi. Friendly baristas. Great music. Lots of tables. Big windows- some of which face west for good afternoon sun. Fantastic house-made flavoured "syrups". Good treats, including (but not limited to) cookies, eclairs and sandwiches. Brightly coloured bendy straws. What else could you want?

I decided to try this place after a recommendation from a guy at Trader Joe's, and I'm so glad I did! The location is great and it's a cute little cafe with incredibly friendly baristas. I got the Cuban sandwich and the Bee's Knees coffee which were both really tasty (except that all the honey sank to the bottom of the drink). I spent an enjoyable afternoon here reading and drinking coffee and will probably be returning before too long.

I love it here! I came yesterday for my first time and will be back! It is a cute, cozy cafe with it's own personality and charm. You can drink coffee or wine and there were some yummy salads, biscotti and pastries as well. I wanted to try something new since I am SO sick of my venti non fat Carmel extra sweet latte. :) The friendly guy working there suggested the lavender steamer which sounds weird but was delicious and just what I needed! My girlfriend and I sat and talked for two hours there. It was quiet, no loud music or kids and just what we were looking for. It would be a great place for catching up with a friend, a book group or studying. Try them out!

Bustle has the best coffee and treats! I met Patrick, the owner, a few years ago as he was dreaming up his perfect coffee bistro and I am so happy to see that he did it. I did live in Queen Anne and would love going to Bustle after work for coffee and sometimes for a great glass of wine. It is the perfect place to meet friends and be able to actually talk and hear each other as we catch up. Now that I live in Colombia City it is a bit of a drive but always worth it to meet up with friends and see familiar faces!

  • Tien T.

Patrick, John & Jimmy are AMAZING!! All 3 of them provide such great customer service. They genuinely care about their customers and get to know them on a personal basis. It makes you feel like you're going to a friend/family members house every time you go! Just recently they've added a few flavors to their coffees that they have created themselves by infusing it into their simple syrup. I've tried the Vanilla Bean Caramel and next on my list is the Lavender. The Vanilla Bean Caramel was similar to a White Chocolate. It was sweet but not overbearing. They also have a great selection of teas, tea elixers (awesome on a hot day), pastries & salads. If you are coming after work and a cup of tea to relax isn't enough, you can order yourself up a glass of wine or beer after 5pm. Some extra bonus' are the free wi-fi, large room towards the back (great for group study sessions, book clubs, etc.) & it's across the street from the #2 & #3 busline.

GREAT service!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The baristas remember customers' names and seem to form nice relationships with them. Free wifi and big tables for studying! The coffee is good and there are fun snacks too. I highly recommend this place!

Let's start off by saying that the baristas at Bustle are awesome. I had a really fun time ordering, and look forward to ordering again! It was fun. This was my first time here and I had no idea what their flavors and such were all about, so after some consulting, I got an orange/cinnamon/vanilla flavored espresso drink of sorts. It was large. I was pretty shocked when I was told to hand over $4.25; I'm used to paying one or two dollars for a coffee, but I must say, it was pretty tasty. Next time, I'm trying the lavender equivalent. Bustle has WiFi, a nice and sunny table layout, and awesomely colorful bendy straws. My only qualm is that they have no drip coffee, but the Americano I had was good and is more affordable. I will definitely come back.

Open from 5 AM to 10 PM, Bustle has you covered for small eats. Caffeine & tasty pastries from the French Bakery in Kirkland, sandwiches after 11 AM, and drinks after 5 PM. Apparently you can't imbibe any wine at 4 PM due to laws and the nearby school. My latte was amazing- probably one of the better lattes I've had thanks to the Attibassi (also served at Tutta Bella). Our baby enjoyed chewing on their colorful straws. My husband jogged by here this morning but didn't have any cash on him. Patrick, the owner, offered to run a tab for him! Dangerous. Bustle is cute, with outdoor tables on 6th Ave West and slightly French flair indoors. Recently opened, I'm sure this will be a neighborhood staple.

Espresso & coffee drinks are made with Attibassi beans, the best from Italy. My americano was delicious. This space used to be a complete eyesore and they did a great remodel. Patio with tables on south side, and friendly owner (Patrick).

I've been visiting businesses in this location since I was about 8 years old, back when it was Boston Street Baby Store, and again when it was the nail salon, but BUSTLE is my FAVORITE of all who have made a go on this corner! The renovations made it into one of the most quaint, inviting coffee shops around! The baristas are just as friendly and funny as the other reviewers have noted ... such nice folks! Bustle is a big supporter of neighborhood schools, especially being right next to Coe Elementary School (my alma mater, now my son's school) ... from hosting my son's kindergarten class' "poetry slam" and providing hot chocolate, to displaying classroom art projects, to making donations to the annual auction, they are definitely interested in doing their part! It does not go unnoticed in the community - thank you, Bustle! :) Beverage-wise, I can totally recommend the zesty orange tonic (think Itialian soda) ... fizzy water with just a hint of sweetness, and the presentation with orange twists - it's perfect for a sunny day! Be sure to get one of the super-long bendy straws and make your own loop-the-loop for addtional enjoyment! :) My kids have had the cocoa and give it two thumbs up, and the decaf lattes I get are pretty decadent! Food-wise: Ham and cheese croissants warmed in the toaster are where it's at, though my son would argue on behalf of the pain au chocolat. :) The quiche was tasty, too - though I think mine may have been warmed in the microwave, where it became kinda soggy. Will opt for the toaster next time, for sure! I don't give 5 star ratings all that frequently any longer, but I just can't help it in this case. I like everything about Bustle. :)

Every time I come to Bustle I think to myself "I do not come here often enough." I truly believe they make the best mocha in Queen Anne (possibly in Seattle). And the sandwiches are delicious. I wouldn't eat here everyday since it is pricey for a sandwich, but they are handmade and it is QA, so it makes sense. The salads were also fantastic - not sure if they still have them. A great place to treat yourself every so often. The people that work here are also lovely, including the owner, who is there almost every time I come in. Great place to do some work, study, have a quick meeting, or just hang out. And they have a kids play table if you have one of those things. Free (untimed) Wi-Fi, punch cards, and lots of windows, what more could you ask for?

Nice folks, neighborhood atmosphere where you can sit and work with internet as long as you please. The Americano was very very tasty

Nothing picks up my melancholic morning as Bustle's Spanish mocha & the friendly barista-dude that made it. Thanks for making my morning better, again : )

Great neighborhood location, interesting and cozy interior - different levels help it feel spacious and keep the noise level moderate. I had a tall decaf salted caramel mocha and it was DELICIOUS. Ham and cheese croissant, too - seriously yummy. Lost a star for the bizzaro customer service - friendly enough but almost so laid back it was confusing. Will make a point to return though - lovely find.

Classy! This place is perfect if you would like to impress someone. It's so nice and clean, with big windows. Plus the service is awesome. I actually feel good about buying stuff at Bustle because the people are so cool. I've only gone there during the day though. I'm trying to make it in for a glass of wine later or a beer in the day.

For a solid year, I was really good about brewing my coffee at home every morning and therefore saving several hundred dollars a year. Then we moved down the street from Bustle and I got to know Patrick, Jimmy and Lindsay and decided that I would rather stop by and chat with them every morning than save $2 a day. The coffee is amazing, the people are wonderful and funny, and they have freaking molly's salads and sandwiches in case i forget my lunch that morning. Thank you Bustle for making my mornings bearable!

I'd be a big fan of Bustle if it had a posted menu and more tables. There is easy parking, a bright, clean atmosphere, and super fast wi-fi. Thanks to other Yelpers for the recommendation; this is a good spot, away from the "bustle" of downtown and the hassles of Seattle parking.

Went to the grand opening last Thursday. Great turn out and a good buzz as friends, family and neighbors all stopped in to wish them the best. Had a quick chat with the owner and he mentioned that in addition to sandwiches that they already have brought in that they will soon be doing their own "bites" with Salumi meats...sounds like a delicious addition! I had the pear pastry and it was quite good...the other pastry offerings looked equally as good. I'm sure I'll try them out on my return visits. Also, check out the back room. I understand that small groups/organizations can reserve it for meetings and small gatherings. Nice work guys!

Yay! So glad I can review this place! They have these tea elixer things I am obsessed with, I have tried several flavors and they are all so delicious and refreshing - i usually want more than 1 a day, but I am too embarrased to keep going back and asking for another. Coffee is awesome as well. I wish they had more of a pastry selection and healthy options as well - like yogurt or gluten free products. I will continue to go here.

I have to add another rave review to this hidden gem. Thank you yelp for helping me discover a new go-to coffee shop for my caffeine-induced studying needs. It sits on the corner of the street, with big windows which allowed me to soak in some sun while I typed away on the laptop. The vibe is quaint but classy -- they serve beer and wine. I came in late afternoon and there were lots of tables to choose from. I ordered a wonderful sandwich that came from a place called "Molly's Salads" It consisted of sliced apples, walla walla sweet onions, and a bit o mustard on wheat bread. It was a surprisingly tasty combo. I enjoyed that with an iced americano. The coffee was smooth. My taste buds approve. They have a collection of delicious-looking french pastries, and several unique syrups that I will have to indulge in next time, which, I'm sure, will be very soon.

I have to give this place 5 stars because I get so much accomplished here. It's such a peaceful atmosphere that I am more productive here than at the office or home. They have great coffee and some of the funnest and friendliest barista's in town.

I heart Bustle. The coffee is amazing, the service is just as good as the coffee. They are starting to get all the little things right that make them the perfect coffee shop. Also, open late which is always always nice and great for meeting friends for a beer or a glass of wine.

Bustle is currently my favorite cafe! The baristas are friendly and make excellent coffee! They made the best latte I'd had in a long time. Perfect foam! The use Antibassi espresso which takes very indulgent. I love their mix of flavors as well, but the vanilla bean is my favorite! The atmosphere is also great for studying and I love the outside patio. The patio is nice on warm days but fills up quickly. Definitely a friendly neighborhood coffee shop with delicious coffee! Though, have yet to try a pastry or sandwich.

FINALLY...a Queen Anne place where I feel I can go that's not named Starbucks, Tully's, or (fill in the blank here). I'm pretty sure it's locally owned, and I love the fact that I'm supporting a local entrepreneur. My husband loves this place too...where else on Queen Anne can I get my morning mud and he can get a morning brew?!

I am happy this place survived its first year 'cause it deserved to. It was a welcome addition to the neighorhood and transformed the corner. Bustle IS what a Seattle coffee house should be; comfortable, with exceptional service & reasonable prices. Hang out for a while or for a quick hit, this place never disappoints. The baristas know your name after a single visit. I hear they may offer true Italian water ice this summer, none of that gelato crap, but real Italian ice. Say it's so, Bustle, PLEASE!

best study spot in seattle. no question. not only do they have TONS of tables to spread out and get down to hitting the books (if your alone or with a a group) the music is always great and so is the staff. they also have free wifi and encourage you to hang out and get comfortable, which is a really refreshing attitude. plus, they have tons of choices as far as drinks, and great espresso. i'm here atleast a few times a week and i'm never dissappointed. walking disatance from my house and tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood with plenty of street parking in the area, i would check this place out is you have a cram session in your future. but, if you're not in need of study space and feel like having a glass of wine or a beer, they have a nice selection on both counts. outdoor seating when the weather allows makes it a great place to have a sit with the pooch and soak up some sun as well. they seem to be very kid friendly also, with a table covered with toys in the back and great hot coco selections. this is one of my new favorite coffee shops, and trust me, i go to a LOT of them. check these guys out, you will be happy that you did!
