Remodeling so it's boring but functional Service was poor on my visit. No silverware or napkins. Didn't pick up menus. Very late to follow up after food arrived. I mentioned it was my sons birthday and didn't even ask if we wanted dessert

Unfortunately my kids love this restaurant. No idea why this place always entices children but my son decided to choose it for his 4th birthday. With a table for 15 we were seated in a decent time with a 15 minute wait on Sunday, September 13 at 5:15pm. First, the hostess dropped off the stack of 15 menus on the table. She didn't even think of distributing it to each seat so I had to do the job for her. Is it because she expected she'd get her 18% gratuity portion for a big group so she didn't have to do her job? This was only the beginning of a bad night. After everyone sat down we all ordered our drinks and food right away. I have 3 kids all 6 and under and they waited quite patiently considering the long wait. The drinks didn't all come in at the same time. Whoever ordered a milkshake, like my kids, had to wait 20 extra minutes while those who ordered the freckled lemonade got theirs in 10 minutes. The food started coming about 40 minutes after ordering. There were 5 people who were served first. Waited another 5 minutes and another 5 people in my group were served. Here's the catch, the last 5 people who weren't served were my husband, my kids and me! In the past they have always made sure to serve kids first. What child is going to sit still for an hour? None of my kids were screaming or crying but they were getting restless. We waited another 15 minutes and my kids dishes finally arrived. But, where was my burger and my husband's burger? At this time my brother in law was done with his meal and the grandparents at the other end of the table were nearly done. My sister had gotten her Banzai burger only to find out her patty was completely charred and so was the inside of the bun. She had to ask for another. Same thing happened again for the 2nd burger and Alana, our waitress, said they didn't cut her burger in half for her, which she asked when she ordered, because it would be quicker to get it to her as she set her burger in front of her. Uhh... who does and says that? Lazy? Once again, her burger did not have any pink in the inside. What baffled all of us was how my sister was able to get a replacement burger the first time before my husband and I even got our order. I finally got my Teriyaki Chicken Burger only to find my chicken and bun was also burnt. Fed up and fuming after waiting 1.5 hours without our food, I asked for a manager. Amy, a floor manager, came because the manager in the kitchen couldn't come out since he was cooking that night. My husband and I were livid. We couldn't believe all that happened. My sister's 3rd burger came shortly before my 2nd replacement came and my husband still didn't get his first order of his Royal Red Robin Burger. We shared our dissatisfaction with the food and service to Amy again. This time almost yelling because we were appalled. Why hadn't Alana told the kitchen my husband's burger wasn't made and to skip the rest of the orders on the queue to make his! Amy informed us Alana had been working at RR for awhile because the way she acted seemed like she was a newbie. Alana decided to forget about us or thought a big group means automatic 18% gratuity so she never asked how our food was or refilled any of our drinks. She never thought of bringing more napkins for us with kids at the table. Our drinks were all refilled only after my husband and I had a talk to the manager. Burnt food, no refills, long wait times and not serving my kids first were all that dampened the birthdays we were celebrating. My husband only got his Royal Red Robin burger 2 hours after we ordered. Never again Issaquah Red Robin... On the plus side our food was comped and we got a gift certificate but the service really needs to be looked into and we still can't believe it. Training to all staff needs to be done by either their general manager or corporate. First, orders for any table should be together. There should NEVER be a time when people get their food while others at the table are completely done with theirs. It's just rude! Second, a table shouldn't be left to no service just because they think they will get their 18% gratuity. No drink refills, no asking how the food was, or if we needed utensils, napkins, extra fries or sauce. Why would a hostess not distribute all of the menus to each seat or to each person? I will never understand unless it's McDonald's and I'm ordering from the counter. On a side note for parents... do not ever ever order milk from this location. It is not properly cooled.

For all you gourmet burgeristas, this place is fun and upbeat, service is good and you can order as many fries as you can digest, in a week. The remodel is nice and I love the huge window views of the greenbelt behind the place. It's always crowded so get there early. Latter, take a lovely walk around the pond just behind the restaurant. After all a hamburger is just a ground up steak, so why spend all that money on sirloin?

An entertainment fee tacked onto my bill ! For what? No explanation for, it was just listed as a line item on the new electronic self-swipe check-out device. If @redrobinburgers is going to charge me an entertainment fee so that they can pass on the cost of deploying self-payment devices then I'll find someplace else to eat. On the way to the car my wife and I looked at each other and said "I guess we'll eat somewhere else next time." Entertainment fees? At Red Robin?

Don't know why this has such low reviews, it's a ridiculously cheap burger place; of course it's gonna be overcrowded and they hire a bunch of high school kids (who don't know very much about customer service, they're children give em a break). I've been bringing all my dates here since high school myself and all through college, solid food, servers always hook it up with the bottomless fries and it's just a chill general atmosphere.

What a change this Red Robin has come into. Not only did they redo the interior but they also redid the staff. It's 100% better. Everyone is attentive, not walking around like a bunch of clowns, and they act like real servers... Finally. You typically wouldn't or shouldn't expect anything spectacular from red robin but this visit was something else. We had a server named Dre. He should be a server at Canlis. He was personable but not annoying, got everything we ordered exactly, and he made sure we had a pleasant experience. Not what you would've found from this place 6-9 months ago. High regards to the new managers or new staffing director. Didn't recognize one server/expediter/busser/hostess, and that's probably a good thing.

Red Robin has done an overhaul of their ordering and service. And we don't like it. We ordered our appetizer on a tablet (which every table has) we weren't informed in what to do or if we should use it. But no one came over to offer us anything. Unlike usual times a server would come and ask us for drinks within a couple minutes. So finally the guy comes says yeah we can order everything on the tablet except our meal. We told him we ordered the onion rings. We waited a long time before our meal came and no we never got our rings. Oh our tablet was in demo mode!! How the hell were we supposed to know that. And yes we still want it!! They apologized said it would be out in 90 seconds. It wasn't maybe 4 min. They graciously comp our rings. Refills took forever server was hardly attentive. Now you can pay for your meal on the tablet and slide your card. We got the amount on the tablet but we paid cash. We started to leave and our server says our payment hasn't gone through. We said it was cash and it's on the table. He was sure to stop us for that but not for anything else like drink refills or how are meal was. Red Robin didn't feel like a family place with the new decor and servers weren't attentive as before the new change. Service was extremely slow when it wasn't very crowded. Oh my BLTA croissant with a bowl of chili wasn't really a bowl. More like a sauce square container. Felt cheated.

Still love Mike- he's the best, everyone else sucks. They charge you $1.99 to play trivia?! This is stupid - I'll go to BWW and play FREE trivia. Also the new tavern double deal SUCKS. We really enjoyed two drinks and an entree and get the burger free...now we have to buy an appetizer? Way to be cheap red robin. Shit service, "bottomless" French fries that we are always told we probably won't be able to get (yep, there's one girl who says that EVERY TIME, "I'll see if I can get you some!" Are you kidding?!), charging for trivia and now changing the deal. My husband and I go to RR at least once a week, not anymore! We will give our money to BWW.

Red Robin is Red Robin wherever you go. Loud atmosphere, crappy service sometimes, good service sometimes, but never great service. This location in specific is generally busy but never wait more than 10 to 15 minutes. Great choice for non fast food but not expensive food in Issaquah. Lettuce bun options instead are pretty good on most chicken sandwiches if you're trying to attempt to be healthy. My favorite is Tavern Double. Cheapest menu item and very fulfilling. Appetizers - best mozzarella sticks (way better than Applebee's) and if you ask for a half order it's only a couple bucks and comes with 5. The boneless chicken wings sauce in side is good too. Desserts are ok. Tip: when someone orders appetizers make sure to bring them out and give ample time to eat before bringing entrees out 2 minutes later. *make sure to sign up for their royalty program. They actually send out good coupon emails and every tenth item you get an entree free. Don't need a physical card just your phone number - why not.

I am so sick of this place. Do not come here. I get takeout orders: -No-one around the bar to help pay for the order, -Had to put our own utensils in the bag (by itself, just confusing, why don't they do it, what if we forget?) -Ask for extra dressing (can't tell if we ever get extra)... -Today we ask for extra, and one of our salads didn't come with ANY... Customer service is lacking. Not outwardly rude, just not courteous. Do yourself a favor and get takeout somewhere else, Issaquah has lots of kid friendly restaurants, Issaquah has many restaurants of better quality management and service... UPDATE- I FOUND A HAIR IN MY FRENCH ONION SOUP THAT CLEARLY WAS NOT MY, OR MY MOTHER'S HAIR. JUST THE ICING ON THE CAKE...

Another successful afternoon at Red Robin! This place is always busy and full of families - especially in the evenings. But my favorite is to come here for a nice afternoon lunch! It's close to so many of our favorite stores so it seems so convenient - on the way to Costco, the Issaquah Farmer's Market, Lowes, PetSmart, Pier One, Big Lots, Office Depot... The list goes on! This restaurant is just plain close to everything. Today we had Ryan and Josh waiting on us - they totally rock! Quick to seat us deliver food and drink and they handled my garden patty substitution request easily. They were polite and prompt with refills but they didn't hover, A+ waitstaff! Another reason I like this restaurant - especially on nice days, is it's proximity to Lake Costco. It's right off the main trail a s the back patio has gorgeous views of the park. Little known fact... The International Headquarters for Costco Corporate is next door - here in Pickering Place. And they built a beautiful lake! Lots of trails, park benches, a cool bridge and beautiful fountain. Lake Costco is open to the public and a beautiful place to wander and work off that burger you just inhaled at Red Robin!

This is one of the best red robins I have been to. George is amazing and it's not loud and noisy either. It's truly a very nice experience.

Current 2.5 stars is about right. It's just Red Robin. Nothing special. Overpriced restaurant burger with family friendly atmosphere. This one though is overly crowded so very long wait. Service was nothing special. Server rarely came around other than the obligatory checking in. We had already been waiting for our food for 30 min. If we hadn't asked, who knows how much longer we would have waited. The server brought out our food, responding reflexively that it had only just come out. Only that our burgers were cold. So no, not true. We sent our food back and they didn't argue. I asked for the manager and he took care of the items off our bill which we appreciated. It's just Red Robin, nothing special. Kids liked it but otherwise I felt it was a waste of an evening.

I haven't been here in a long time, so I thought why not give it another shot. 1. We made reservations over a month ago for a party of 12 for a birthday. We called the week before to confirm and they said all was good. When we arrived, they took us to our area which was 4 tables split up over an area. They apologized and told us they could have a table ready soon. 2. An hour goes by and we finally get a table. 3. We all order right away, then our food came out in waves of one dish here, one dish there, over the course of an hour and 20 minutes!!! The worst part was the server was nice and did an ok job, so I felt I had to tip. 4. So after 2 hours and twenty minutes we all finally have our food. Some had to be sent back because it was cold. 5. By the level of service, I wasn't expecting a lot. As we looked around, people we coming and going with there food right on time. It seems the larger party was already considered a loss so they didn't care. They took off one meal for the bad service. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. READ THE REVIEWS ON THIS PLACE ANYWHERE. The manager said they just fired there GM as an excuse. She also tried to say they were short staffed due to everyone going back to school. AS A MANAGER YOU PREPARE FOR THOSE THINGS. Did I mention we had several kids with us, as this was for a one year old's birthday?

Went for a free burger last Tuesday.. " Sea Hawks Tuesday." burger was nothing to write home about but it was free!. Their fried onion rings were delicious, the best that I have had in a long time. My companion had the Blue Cheese burger and salad for $15.00 which is a bit much, cause it wasn't that great. Service was very good and attentive. I usually sit in the bar area, cause it can get really loud in the main dining room, especially if there are lots of kids.

Make a reservation for 16 for a birthday party..4 weeks in advance. Then we call week of to reconfirmed. "We are good to go." We show up and no we can't seat you. We can get you in at 5 separate tables. Gee thanks. Then 1 hour to get food. I don't think this place could have messed up more if you tried. What a joke. Steer clear of this glorified McDonalds, but at least at McDonalds you get your food. Update: After speaking with regional management about the issues experienced at this location they worked to resolve them. They assured me that changes were needed and expected at this location. I appreciate the immediate follow up in this matter and will try this location again at a later date.

This is a really busy location, I have been here four times and every single time there has been a wait no matter what time you arrive. The burgers are not as good as some of their other locations that I have tried especially in the Midwest. Sometimes the food is cold by the time they bring it out. They also don't make the burgers as juicy as I've had in the past and I've not yet seen a blackened Cajun chicken burger here. Some other reviewers commented on the worn dishes and sticky floors and I find that to be true. It looks bright and cheerful but is getting run down. Since they are so busy there seems to be always wait for the food. I also do not like how they bring you just 8-10 "bottomless" fries and tell you to order more. If you order again they take a lot of time to bring it out and you've finished your burger by then. 3 stars. Not my favorite place for burgers.

Food came out late and cold. Why five stars? The manager came to our table, apologized, gave us free burgers and fries to go as well. 5 star service for being genuine and rectifying the situation.

I'm not angry... just disappointed that the bottomless fries I got were enough for half a person at a table for 3...

Service was very poor. Waited more than 10 minutes for server. No introduction to ziosk, new computer device on table. Two members of our party refused to touch the device assuming that many germ invested hands must have contaminated it during the day. We miss the old Red Robin, which our family has frequented for the past 20+ years. BTW, you have to pay for the games on the ziosk.

No hostess door to greet guests. When she finally arrived and asked how many in our party, she then said "it'll be a few minutes." Had to ask the waiter for refills, flagging him down, unaware of basic service. Chicken was burnt/dry. Waiter forgot to-go box twice. Given the wrong bill. No redeeming factors to earn any tips. Just horrible.

I don't know what it is about this place... But I've been here several times now and each and every time the service is horrible & slow. I recently was just here and The same old story. 1) Took forever for the waiter to come 2) food took forever 3) my drink was never refilled - went the whole meal without a drink. We had to ask several times for things. Including asking the waiter twice for our bill. Our plates were not cleared after we ate. All in all we were there for about two hours... I swear this place is cursed

The food is great as usual. The interior is spacious and well done. The service sucks. Delivered water after a long time. Did not deliver to all. The server said that he will get the silverware. But it was not provided. The food came late. I had to ask for silverware after food arrived.

The worst service EVER! Second time and no more... I have never not left a tip so this is a first. Yes it was that bad... Even when I asked to see a manager it took 20 min for her to acknowledge a upset customer. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Food is awful too! Corp needs to address this store and management team

It was such a hot night, so we looked for someplace close with A/C so Red Robin it was. It was around 7, and the waiting area was packed. Luckily, there were open tables in the bar so we didn't have to wait. We got a couple of drinks, onion rings, royal burger (with an egg) and a BBQ chicken burger. Nothing incredible, but good nonetheless. We also got good service from the waitress, so that is always a plus.

I went through four glasses of Iced Tea to finish my Fiery Ghost Style Tavern Burger. The double beef patty sandwich includes ghost pepper sauce, pepper jack cheese, fresh-cut and fried jalapeños. I don't know of a spicier burger found at a chain restaurant. Aren't they worried about liability? Perhaps it's on the menu to sell more Mountain High Ice Cream Mud Pie.

I love RR. You know what your getting each and every time. The consistency is always nice. I'm on a new kick with their Bacon Cheese Burger. Although I do wish they had better bacon, its rather thin and not very flavorable.

After over a year we came here because we were tired to drive to downtown Bellevue. One family of three came before us and I heard the hostess tell them it will be 10-15 minutes. The lady said "Really?". The hostess informed her that there were not enough staff. When I looked it was almost empty and it was not that late. When she asked us we said 5 but then I realized we were 4. Who cares. The hostess looked like she was working in a crowded restaurant but it was not which was weird why she looked so tired. When she called us I see her taking the menus and when I told her "Sorry we are 4". She made a face. Ridiculous. When she sat us down she almost was throwing the menus on the table. Then after a minute or so she sat this other party in front of us and she placed the menus nicely and even asked them for water, she did not for us. Who knows why she will behave like that with us. The waiter was nice. He seemed also stressed but he was nice to us and asked us immediately for our drinks. I will not be coming back to this restaurant. This is the second time I see an attitude from a hostess. Two stars as I have experienced better. Blah.

This is by far the best burger in the area. My boyfriend and I always get a side salad with one and fries with another to share. Sometimes when we get it to go they put extra fries and dipping sauce on the side which is nice. Can't go wrong with the shrimp and chips or fish and chips too!

I went there on Veteran's day. Red Robin and restaurants were kind enough to offer free food to Veterans on that day, It was a zoo in there when I came about 5 pm. I went to the bar since it was a long wait for the main dining room. I ended up sitting near two older veterans and we all had a good time. Even though it was crazy and hectic, the majority of the Red Robin staff kept their head about themselves and displayed a positive attitude. Very commendable and professional. Nicole in the bar was friendly to everyone and made sure we were all taken care of well. She understood customer service very well. I think Red Robin should promote her to manager if she isn't already. This kind of person is great in any customer service environment.

We have gone to the Issiquah red robin several times. We go because we have two sons (5 and 6) who plead and beg us to go. Red Robin causes this appeal by directly advertising to kids with cartoons, a colorful decor, a fun atmosphere and child oriented foods. I visited this past week with just one son and my wife. The lowered supervisory demands allowed me more time to take in the dining room. I have always thought that this location was a little worn: scratches on floors and tables, and a general appearance of be ng a frequently used restaurant. What I had failed to notice where the scaly and gross feeling of caked on grease, food and a unknown but likely fearsome collection of bacteria and the variety of other detritus that customers may have on their hands upon returning from the bathroom. Not only did I find gross muck on the chairs, but also found it on the tables, walls and floors. There were corners on the floor where there such a significant buildup of filth it looked like a grey and brown, nightmare inducing snow drift. The fresh cutlery, hopefully we're clean, but there looked to be some substance on them. I forced myself to believe they were water stains. The devices they used to present appetizers were chipped and rusted, likely serving as a breeding ground for the gross population of microbes in the dining area. I am not the first to suggest this, as I googled filthy "red robin" and there were no shortage of complaints from a variety of sources. Try it yourself. I can live with filth and eating around it, but I bring my kids to this place as do other parents. Seniors are just as vulnerable to bood born disease as young children, and Red Robin directly appeals to this most at risk demographic (grand parents and children). Red Robin is quite aware of taco diction of their dining rooms (how can they not be, considering the volume of complaints available on the internet). Failing to create an at least visual attempt at sanitary practice, clearly shows that they are content to take money from those they harm. At the very least Red Robin shows a lazy contempt for their customers. However knowing that this company has the years of operational experience but not the will to keep their dining room clean, Red Robin comfortably joins the ranks with Comcast as an evil company. TL/DR - the restauant is a gross nightmare. Avoid bringing the young and old there to avoid the likelihood of food borne illness. ps - took some pictures on the sly. Will post if I can figure out a way.

They used to be so good! But we have gone there twice in the past couple months, trying to give them another shot.... Both times, our food was cold. Like they had let it sit out for a long time... And when they brought us the food again, it was just a few degrees warmer. Very disappointed:(

This situation just keeps getting worse. We had horrible service when we were ate here the last time. Now we got our credit card bill to find they added on extra charges to the Bill! We did tip but it reflected on the poor service we received. Now to have someone add on charges without consent. And no we didn't have a big party. So this is just plain 'ole fraud.

I typically don't like to get my burgers at diners since it's usually more convenient getting them at fast food restaurants instead. But my friend suggested coming to Red Robin, and I just couldn't say no. This store is decent, and they seem to be kept in fairly good condition. But it's honestly just as average in Issaquah as it is anywhere else. My first encounter with this place consisted of me rushing in to ask the waitress where the nearby Regal Cinemas was. She was helpful, and in fact all the workers I talked to here were pretty nice. I ordered a grilled mushrooms burger with some pink in the middle for $9.99. This was a suggestion from a friend; I'd have no idea what to order otherwise! This was a really big burger, and it was stuffed full of mushrooms! It even looked like there were more mushrooms than meat in it. Accompanying this all was melted Swiss cheese and a nice garlicky taste. And of course, there were also fries on the tray. They were a golden yellow, nice and plump, and showed no signs of being overcooked. I would like to give a higher rating, but it's not like the food was anything spectacular. Fast food has often provided me with better deals in the past. And ten dollars for any burger should mean that the burger is going to be nothing but excellent, but here it was just "A-OK." Still, I may find myself coming here again since my friend mentioned this being a favorite hangout place for her.

This place sucks. We were going to eat here to celebrate. So my husband and I came here at 3:30 on a Wednesday. So, it was pretty slow. We sat there for 5 minutes. No one greeted us or sat us at a table. Where the hell was the hostess? There was a server, who didn't seem busy, just sitting at a computer 10 feet from us but never said hello or even tried to help us out. I used to work at a Red Robin so, I know how things run there. People that work here are just sooo stupid! Anyway, after sitting there for 5 minutes we walked out, probably to never walk back in again.

Solid meh. I know it's a chain and my expectations are tailored as such, but I've been to countless Red Robins across multiple states (probably shouldn't be proud of that) and this was one of the worse I've been to. Consistency is completely lacking at this particular Issaquah Red Robin, and I was really disappointed. It's not hard to make a Whiskey River barbecue chicken salad, and all other Red Robins seem to have no problem with this maddeningly simple recipe. But this Red Robin somehow forgot to put the salad's very namesake barbecue sauce on the salad, which left me with a completely dry bed of wilted, brown lettuce, some fatty chicken breast, and other forgettable ingredients. They also forgot the avocado which, if I were queen, would he punishable by death. Everything else we had was either wrong or completely forgettable. I usually love Red Robin and know their menu well. I also know how their meals are supposed to taste (aka their French Onion Soup should actually NOT taste like dirty sock water). But this particular location just doesn't hit the consistency mark on their decades' old recipes, and it's really sad. Service is also maddeningly slow, and food comes out way too long after ordering. 2 stars only because our server, despite the slow motion pace of the kitchen, was super friendly, attentive, and nice. Good job on that.

Every time I come here, I am so disappointed with the service. I always forget why I don't come here more often, until I walk through the door. The host is never there, their servers are RUDE! I only come here for their fries. Maybe I will start driving all the way to bellevue for better service.

We go to Red Robin because my kids love burgers and RR is one of the only places that serves GF Burgers. I do have to say their waitstaff is hit or miss sometimes you get a great server other times you want to pull your hair out. Overall its a fun fast atmosphere and great for GF sensitivities.

Sad to say, I'm giving up on this location and possibly the entire chain. Having spent plenty of time in the restaurant business, I know that crispy fries with no salt aren't difficult. A little extra time, and DON'T PUT THE SALT ON THEM. Red Robin's method is a little different, take the fries that have been sitting there for ten minutes, covered in salt and throw them BACK into the fryer so the salt burns into them, and the outsides are burnt to hell, and the insides are a disgusting, congealed mess. Then, of course, never check back with the guest to make sure they haven't screwed up too badly. Spend all your time talking to your friends and the bartender. Much better solution. When you explain that the fries were inedible? "Oh, we can make you some more!", Mmm-hmmm, after I've eaten my entire sandwich and three of my own fingers due to starvation? And how will they make them? The exact way they SHOULD, that I specified to the server when I placed the order and that she SWORE she'd get right? Nah, I'm not gonna wait around for them to mess up again. Easier to find another burger place. Or just skip burgers for something healthier.

We have been to this location twice. Our last visit was a couple of weeks ago for dinner. We came an hour before closing time. We were quickly seated. A server took our drink order, but informed us that she wasn't our server and that person would be with us shortly. We sat there for at least 20 minutes before the manager came around the corner, observing everything and then finally someone came over. I wasn't happy, but since we had our young children with us, I just wanted to place the order and get out of there. I really just wanted to walk out and not eat here at all. The food is pretty good when you are in a burgers kind of mood. The service here is pretty awful though. It was the first time we came and it was just as bad the second time. It really sucks because it is supposed to be family-oriented. We won't return to this particular location, but will try another location to see if we have better luck.

When I eat here I always feel like I'm getting my full week's worth of grease and salt. Unfortunately my wife seems to want to go here every time the opportunity presents itself. Our kids love the concept of going here. I suppose it's always better to go to a restaurant than to go home for lunch, right? When we actually put the food before them they have a hard time eating it. They do like the balloons.

This is my local Red Robin and I love it. The food is just like any other Red Robin and the location is a little hard to get to, but all in all it's a great place. I go for the burgers and fries, so I can't comment on anything else. I've never had a burger at Red Robin that isn't amazing. Also...how can you not love bottomless fries. I just recently found about the campfire sauce, an incredible chipotle fry sauce, and it changed my life forever. Please, please ask for campfire sauce. It will add so much happiness to your life. Anyway. If you go on a Friday or Saturday night, the wait time can be pretty long...I'm really craving some fries now. The Whiskey River BBQ Burger is really good, also the Guacamole Bacon Burger. Most burgers (including bottomless fries) are about $10.

Wow. I took a look at all the reviews below and found a similar theme. This place has some sort of systemic issue with not providing patrons with silverware! My kids were done eating their pizza by the time my wife and I got silverware for our salads (despite telling the guy who delivered or food when he dropped it off). Probably 8-10 minutes after food delivery. Same story with salad dressing. While waiting for the silverware my wife plucked a broccoli from her plate and found a long black hair wrapped around it and another piece. The rest of the food was good one we got to actually eat it. Our waitress was actually fairly attentive but seemed to have thought the other person who delivered our food was taking care of us. She had to clean up the mess and did well. Manager did take care of us when he found out about our issues so I can't complain. Only reason I bothered to add this was to add to the interesting string of people having issues with silverware. Bizarre. Also, we've had issues with service here in the past (again manager has always taken care of us, which alleviates the sting and kept us coming back). I think if they could fix a few processes they would be all good. Tip: try not to have them seat you by the windows in the back in the winter. It gets cold.

If you're going to complain about you're food getting messed up maybe you should learn to order off the menu in the restaurant . If you wait 30 minutes for your table, then have the server use half a notebook for your order you are the reason the kitchen is backed up and food is going to take another 30 minutes. when you come in you are not the only table your server has to deal with, understand they are usually working their way through college have been in the business too long and usually hate people by now. and the servers have to tip other people from their sales about 5 - 8 percent no mater what you tip. so when you leave a mess because you can't control your kid, or you eat like a cave man because "it's not my house i don't have to clean it up" i came in there not too long ago and heard guest being ridiculous I have served before and have been lucky to move on but some people don't understand the person taking your order is NOT the cook, is NOT the busser and doesn't know how the meat in your meal was raised and butchered they are the middle man that has to deal with everything you decide you like when you're not cooking. This team was awesome I saw them go from quit looking around for what to do, to running around with no rope to save them. Yes they are young, but they don't want to help the guest who can't understand this is their lively hood and a $10 tip on a $60 bill ruins their night because they lost money with you sitting their.

It's a red robin, people. What do you expect? Do not expect 5 star service and 5 star food when dining at a big box chain restaurant that caters to families. As a parent, this place is awesome. It's loud already so my kids usually aren't bothering anyone with their topic of choice or their meltdown over dropping their apple juice on the floor. The food comes out quick. Stick to ordering a hamburger or something basic. I've tried many things off the menu and sticking to their specialty is the safest bet. They have a full bar. On that note, our food usually comes before out drinks. Even the apple juice comes from the bar so the kids usually have a bit of a wait for their drinks unless your waiter brings you some water. I wish the drinks from the bar would come out faster. I think it must be standard protocol here not to seat you with silverware because many people who order a hamburger and French fries can do with out silverware. On that note, I think the servers are usually busy and on auto pilot that you usually have to remind them to bring you silverware if your order something that requires a fork, spoon or knife. We eat here regularly and never have had any problems. The service is good enough and the whole family leaves full and satisfied.

I like Red Robin because of all the GREAT food it has. Like Macaroni, french fries, soda pop, kids menus, Red the bird, balloons, and you usually don't have to wait very long for a table. It's awesome! (Kaitlyn, 8 yrs old)

I am not a fan of this Red Robin. I still go because of the convenience factor, and there is nothing wrong with the food itself, it's as consistent as other locations. But the service here is AWFUL. It is so slow, and the servers are just so apathetic. They will walk by you like 10 times before coming by and acknowledging you, and you can tell they hate their job. When the bar area is full and we are waiting for a table, it will take a good 5+ minutes for someone to even come by and clean one for us to sit down. Never come here if you're in a hurry. We usually come by on Friday nights and ALWAYS sit in the bar area, cuz the rest of the place is packed with children, but it's just pathetic really. I've found the best thing to do is just to sit at the bar, the bartender is bound to give you better service since you are sitting right in front of them then the other servers, or even the managers who roam around acting like they care if customers are happy or not. They also don't have food specials during Happy Hour either. I don't know if that's a new thing across all Red Robins, or just this location. But I am definitely not a fan of this. If this place wasn't so close to where I live, I wouldn't step foot in here again. The one at Redmond Town Center is much, much better.

We went at 8 pm on a Friday night, were seated in 15 minutes then waited 40 more to get our food. They brought all but one kid's meal then we waited almost 10 minutes for the final kid's meal. The kids were so tired that they ate less than 1/2. It was not busy either. The waitress offered us free dessert but we said no and were clearly anxious to leave. What she should have offered was to comp the grilled cheese that was delayed the extra 10 minutes. As usual the food was not hot. This location needs to work on coordinating kitchen and waiters.

Burgers are awesome, but if you're in the mood for a mixed drink go elsewhere. Ordered a margarita two different times and both were LOADED with sour mix. Tasted no tequila. Also we sat at the bar which was not busy at all and while the servers were super nice, it was like they were barely around. Other than that super good!

I often go here during the weekday for lunch and always get the best service in the bar. We were here for a going away lunch. We had reservations on a Wednesday at 11am with a group of 6. We were seated in the regular dinning area. We had about 3 different employees stop by our table but the timing of things coming to us were all weird. -We got our drinks came out all at different times. -Got our food. Had no utensils or napkins. -Asked for refills & napkins/utensils -Got refills. -finally got utensils and napkins. -Received our bill before any type of signs that we were done with our food. The server then came by to collect our checks without offering boxes or trying to clear off our table. Experience with the servers were not great. But I will keep coming back because I love their food.

This is a place my wife and her friends with kids go often. Now that the "kids" order off the adult menu, it gets pricey for what you get. I don't mind RR when on the road as the company pays for it, but all in all, it fails the cost to benefit ratio. This location is in desperate need for a refresh. I have now isolated the smell when you walk in to a combo of the lake outside and dirty diapers. Service can be spotty and food often comes cold. At least they ask if you want fries refilled - but again - they come cold. If you and your "fan" are looking for a place in Issy, the is is one of your few choices. I will be back as until more opens up nearby - you know what you are getting and it has its moments of glory.

This is your typical Red Robin restaurant, but my first at this location. The service was ok seeing how very busy this restaurant was on a Sunday evening. I was just surprised that the place was packed. They seemed to have alot of servers and waiters around to make sure everything runs smoothly. I had the bacon cheeseburger which was ok, but nothing very outstanding. It just tasted like any old burger which I could of had at B.K. or Jack in the Box. I'm not sure, but the quality and the size of the burgers have gone down from when I first began going to Red Robin many years ago. Oh well I guess that is why I could only give them three stars. Very average burger joint.

Worst experience here today. Took 45 mins for the food to come, the waitress said we were close but waiting on the last dish which was taking longer. Once it did arrive, we realized it was all cold already. I'm assuming this is because the rest of the food was left to get cold while waiting for that last dish. Unacceptable. Also had to ask for napkins which should have been supplied to begin with.

I was craving some Buffalo wings, so I called in an order of Buzzard Wings® and took them back to my desk at the office. What was inside the box was NOT Buzzard Wings® but about a half dozen wing sections piled on some soggy potato chips. Missing was any sort of carrot or celery sticks. The wings themselves were not tossed in any sort buffalo sauce, but it appeared that the sauce was drizzled inside the take-out box creating an unappetizing mess. Most of the wings themselves managed to keep clear from the drizzle and many of them where bone dry. That was a neat trick. I said to myself out loud, "I'm not eating this." I actually took the order back to complain. The manager explained that they changed the Buzzard Wings® recipe about a month ago and they would be happy to make them the "old way". Fine, I'll take those. I suggested that since they made so many changes the dish that they should consider changing the name on the menu. "Well," he confessed. "They are actually now called 'Bar Wings and Chips®'." He added the online to-go menu had not been updated. This begs the question, when I called in and ordered "Buzzard Wings®", why didn't they take a moment to explain that these had been replaced by "Bar Wings and Chips®"...maybe even explain the difference.... and then add that they could still make either "Buzzard Wings®" or the new "Bar Wings and Chips®"? Whatever. Finally got the "Buzzard Wings®" back to my desk. No carrots, but at least there was celery. Thank goodness I ordered an additional side of the red sauce, because like the previous order, many of the wings managed not to have much sauce on them at all. I finally was able to dig in. A little frustrated, but not enough to warrant a yelp review. I put on my latex gloves (I am hardcore about my wings) and began to dig in. One thing was immediately clear, and that was that the wings themselves seemed overly processed (in a Velveeta "cheese" sort of way). I don't know how they get them in, frozen, in a can, or freeze-dried, but aside from the bones, the chicken lacked any sort of firmness in the texture. The meat itself was so mushy that it was more like eating an oyster on the half shell. I didn't think it was possible for chicken to disintegrate in your hands so easily once a little pressure was applied. They texture of the chicken was so baffling, that it could be used as an oddball basket ingredient on an episode of Chopped. I can see the cook on the TV looking at processed wings and thinking, "what am I going to do with THAT?!!!" This is too bad. When I lived in Staten Island there was a Red Robin not too far from my house and I used to go there all the time, just for the wings! I think back then they were still called "Buffalo wings" and I am quite sure they were prepared with fresh chicken. I guess those days are over at Red Robin. And while I am at it, I hate, Hate, HATE their ridiculously sized menus. They are as wide and as tall as two football fields. Seriously, they make feel like I am five years old. The previous time I went to Red Robin I promised myself that I would never go back. I need to start living up to such promises.

I've recently been forced to go gluten-free and thought that was going to be the end of my years-long loyalty to Red Robin... after all, a burger is not a burger without a BUN! Three options exist for the gluten-free: 1. Udi's Gluten-Free Bun: $1 upcharge, but surprisingly nice. Very easy to forget that it's gluten-free, and the $1 is reasonable (they are more than that if you buy a bag of 4 at the store). 2. Lettuce wrap. No bun, but they wrap your burger in big leaves of lettuce so you can pick it up and eat it without making (much) more mess than you would with a bun. They have actually offered this for many years for the low-carb crowd. 3. On a plate. No bun, but they put the whole thing, carefully arranged, on a real ceramic plate. It's meatloaf for one! (Don't be depressed about the lack of bread). The server we encountered here was friendly and knowledgeable about all these options. It was busy but she did not betray a single bit of frustration while walking me through my choices. The ticket had ALLERGY ALERT on the top, and they were careful to confirm that my meal was gluten-free when they brought it to me. Depressingly, my beloved sweet-potato fries are NOT gluten-free, but there are enough other choices that I will get over it. Many restaurants would do well to learn a thing or two about serving celiacs from Red Robin.

Bottomless fries! Their burgers are great, can't go wrong with the Gourmet Cheeseburger or Whiskey River BBQ burger and I also like the clucks and fries. I like to their freckled lemonade (also bottomless) and root beer float (bottomless soft serve!) Came to this location with my family and my burger was cold. The manager apologized, took half off our bill and came back with a warm burger. Very good customer service there. I love this place, one of my go to restaurants! Also great for groups!

Although I once HATED this place because I had some rude servers, I've had a couple now that have definitely saved my opinion. Also, make sure to check the bar out after a Seahawks game, I hear that the players sometimes like to hit it up! I saw Rice there one night after a big win. Anyway, typical Red Robin with much better service now, and the bartender when I was there was fantastic.

This place is good for a dinner with kids. The food is good enough, but I've been really unlucky with getting cold burgers the last couple of times I've been there. The other problem is the 'bottomless fries'. Each time I've been there we have to beg and plead for refills, and they are super slow in coming if they come at all. Besides those little problems, I will return. The customer service is good. The manager always comes out with the replacement hot burger to apologize personally. I like the location, menu, and (most times) the staff, and they have a really nice outside eating area which is great for an afternoon lunch.

Of all of the Red Robin's I have been to I would probably say that this one is the best, I didn't give it a four star though because of my order. I ordered the lettuce wrap and when they brought it out to me it had a bun on it. I was also with 7 people, so after they served the rest of the people they said they would take care of my burger. They brought it back a couple minutes later, but all they did was take the bun off and wrap it with lettuce. If I was intolerant to gluten that would have been a great deal to me. Though they made the mistake by putting the bun on they should have made it again without the bun. To top if off when I got the burger it was cold. Which for me I love a warm-hot burger, I'm not going to lie. So overall eh. so so or A-OK.

The service the last three times we have been has been TERRIBLE. The staff is young and inexperienced. They don't seem to care... Little effort is made to make sure your water glass remains full, or if you need refills on your "bottomless" drinks/fries. The food has been less than average - tough to screw up a burger! :( If you are looking for a decent burger/fries, I'd suggest the Gaslamp Tavern (yes, they allows kids) which is behind the McDonalds off Gilman. Better food for the same price.

Your usual chain restaurant but found it to be better than most of it's kind and prices are reasonable..... We usually go for burgers n have never been disappointed..... But then we only try 1 or 2 that are our faves.......burning love burger is the most go to burger for us..... I usually get it lettuce wrapped n don't even miss the bun.....have also tried whiskey river BBQ, royal red robin n teriyaki burger.......all are pretty decent.... My only ask for them is to salt n pepper the burger patties which are usually bland.....also burgers come with bottomless fries which are thick n crispy......although nthng can beat Teddy's bigger burgers but Kirkland can be a drive from issaquah:)

Okay, so Red Robin is Red Robin. Right? Well as far as food yes, but service, oh no. We have one right by our house in Alderwood and have also frequented the ones down on the water, Northgate, Monroe. Never have I gotten an experience I felt worth Yelping about (I should wear my "Make Me Yelp" pin a little more often I guess). Yesterday we were starved and popped in here on the way back from Carnation. Immediately we were greeted, sat, and when requested, switched to a larger table. Everyone was NICE. Like really really nice. I went to take my middle child to the bathroom and I was smiled at and asked to "come again" "enjoy my day" and "have a great weekend". Whoa people, I'm just going to the bathroom. Our waitress was nice and attentive. She got extra fries and mac & cheese (did you know the kids mac and cheese had free refills? me neither) for us right away so there was no wait. We decided on a shake after ordering and it was brought right away. Anything I asked for was brought right away - no waiting around for her to tend to other tables before she got it. I left here happy that we'd chosen this place. That is how you should feel leaving every establishment. Way to go Red Robin Issaquah!

Unfortunately, the service and "little extras" seem to be missing from the Red Robin I once knew. I know these places have fairly regular changes in management and boy, is it noticeable. It's really too bad. We used to love going here.

WORD OF CAUTION...IF YOU ORDER TAKE OUT, CHECK YOUR ORDER AT THE BAR!!!!! Any time we have ever ordered "To Go" food, it is always wrong, Regardless if they give us fries and and subbed it for a Salad, Meat instead of a Chicken Burger, no extra dressing...etc. CHECK YOUR ORDER AT THE BAR!!! Any time we have been to the Issaquah, Downtown Bellevue, Factoria or Overlake locations, we have always had good service and good food!! I've never had a problem when I am dining in at any location....now, Take Out....SEE ABOVE!!!! CHECK, CHECK, CHECK!!!!!!

Hawaii needs Red Robin period! Everytime I go to the mainland, I always have to stop by Red Robin, YUM! Whenever I go to Red Robins I always order a burger. Generally, I order the Royal Red Robin burger, but on my last trip, I changed things up and ordered the Whiskey River BBQ. Let's just say I wasn't disappointed and thoroughly enjoyed the burger. However on my next trip to Seattle, I'm definitely going to eat the usual Royal Red Robin burger. What makes this place great is the bottomless fries and the awesome seasoning salt (can be purchased). I give this place two thumbs up and wished they would bring it to HAWAII!

Worst Red Robin I've ever been to! Over cooked food, no drink refills offered, mistakes on order, bad service, bad food and no rewards service and I'm a huge Red Robin fan. We had to take one of our meals to go because it took so long to get it right but at least they comped it. Get it together guys!

Yes, a Red Robin is a Red Robin is a Red Robin. You know what you are getting. But please don't be surprised waiter person if I ask you "Please, may we have some silverware". Maybe you eat pasta with your hands, but generally we do not.

I come here maybe once or twice a year despite living close to it. Their burgers are tasty and satisfying. I guess this Red Robin compared to the one in Bellevue Square excels in their service otherwise, the servers don't really seem to care. Most of them seem like high school kids just trying to get some extra money. Like other reviewers, I agree that the service is awful for the most part but occasionally they seem to improve just for the one day I decide to visit. Despite the service, this place is great for kids, and birthday parties... decent burgers and for the price don't expect mind-blowing food.

We were celebrating a 21st birthday and it was not acknowledged by the staff after it was mentioned. Had to switch seats 2 times. Wasn't a very friendly staff. It was obvious that the location lacked diversity. Usually why we eat in Bellevue instead of our own neighborhood of Lake Sammamish. Food was cold. Fries were not bottomless. Maybe next time. Probably not.

Who the hell would give Red Robin a 1 star? Seriously? Please remember that most people that post either give a really crappy review or a really positive one. This guy....bring on the smiles. Staff is always friendly, food very consistent. Please keep in mind that we're not critics. You sign up for the experience when you select the restaurant and have to keep it in perspective. This is Red Robin, a NW icon. So, when you consider a restaurant with this level of volume and compare against others, frankly, it's impressive. Menu is always changing up and improving. Monthly specials, drinks, etc. Seiously, if you're reading a review for RR, then you're probably from out of town. In that case, try something great and make it happen.

No, just no. What happened to you Red Robin?? I've been frequenting this location for 15 years! I went there last week and was blown away, by what happened. You're not the Cheesecake Factory. I understand wanting to keep up with the "trends" But I come here for a burger and fries, not 5 fries in a metal? cup thingy. I ordered a guacamole bacon burger and it came out with no guac! Then to add insult to injury instead of taking the burger back to the kitchen, I was just brought a side of guacamole for me to put on the burger myself. I thought that was strange and pretty awkward. Oh, don't get me started on the service. Ok, I will get started; I caught my server (I swear) talking about my table to a fellow server considering that his mouth was moving and both were looking right at me. I asked for a side of ranch, and I kid you not, my server walked by and put it on the while still walking- he did not say anything and was just looking forward. I don't even know how he didn't miss the table! I will NEVER go to any RR location. It's too bad that it has come to this, but peace out RR.

I love our local Red Robin, it's simple and quick! After not coming here since middle/high school. We stared coming back every so often when craving a burger and fries. How can you not love the Dirty Bird? The food is consistently good, fast servers, and great fries. It's nothing gourmet, just consistent. Also, they have a surprisingly good happy hour menu in the bar. Enough said...

I am complaining about our visit last night, which was awful. The whole time, from when we sat down to when we had to rush out to try to make our movie. We are a family of 6, and dont really take our family out that much. It was a celebration, cuz My husband wasnt working and we wanted dinner before our movie. This red robin is close to the theatre, so we came here. WE HAD A HALF HOUR TO EAT AND GET TO THE MOVIE, WHICH NORMALLY SHOULD BE PERFECT. The server was nice, but she walked around like she didnt care about anything, and especially us .We sat down and it took her a while to even approach us. Her section had one other family in it. She took our drink order, and then we waited so long for her to come back, and take our order. After she took our order and had waited about 10 minutes, no lie, to finally get my husband and I's beer, and my 4 kids drinks. We asked for fries ahead of time, cuz the kid were very hungry. They took another 10 minutes to get to us. No kidding! So, after the family scarfed the small basket of fries, we sat and stressed that we wouldnt make the movie, and kids were restless cuz they were patiently waiting for now 26 minutes. Our food came. The kids spaghetti didnt have any sauce on it. We asked for more right away. My husbands burger looked good, but I didn't have any food. They asked me what I ordered, and said they were sorry. Meanwhile, We had no silverware. Which was a big problem cuz my kids finally had food, but couldn't eat. I don't really understand why it took so long to bring them silverware either, because the restaurant wasn't busy at all. Anyway, I had to wait for my burger, and they apologized she had forgot it. It came NOT HOW I ORDERED IT, and was COLD!! At this time, I DID NOT CARE ANYMORE. I just ate. I hate complaining. I never do. So I was pretty much the most irritated I have ever been!! So, we had 5 minutes to eat. It was terrible! My kids were s sad we were going to miss the show. The main purpose we went out last night. We shoveled it in as fast as we could, I was feeding my 4 yr old, who hasn't been fed like that since she was TWO, just to try to hurry! The male manager was very nice. He helped with our bill, which we had already asked for. But, there was no way we were going to pay for this. All of this happened, which was horrible, but then we all had terrible stomach aches after our meal!!! My daughter was crying cuz it hurt so bad. Mine still hurts the day later!!!! I am sooo entirely unsatisfied and had to tell you. This is unacceptable. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

The burgers just are not as good as they used to be. The fish and chips basket is frozen batter dipped cod that is thrown into a deep fryer. Hard to mess up cod, but they did. It was served to me still raw! The fries were also not cooked all the way through. Loud as always, and everyone seems to hit this restaurant after or before a movie.. but we really weren't impressed with the food quality. And we have gone here several times..

Used gift certificates given by the kids, for an anniversary dinner. Hint: don't do it. M thinks Red Robin is OK, and I do not like them. Too noisy, caters to kids and kids are noisy and shouldn't be allowed out of the house. The food was OK, but the burger I had, the Prime Chophouse, was not worthy of the name or price. M's burger had traditional fixin's and was quite good. The fries were good, and hot. BUT, We had to wait an inordinate amount of time after we ordered a refill on fries. And the refill was quite small. So, yes you get fries, but not gladly, not graciously. So, if you like noise, if you like an average burger for a higher than average rice, this is a fine choice. If you have kids, it's OK, but remember, you're punishing everyone else in the place. Go there again, probably not. OR, if we do, probably have clam chowder (EXCELLENT) and maybe a salad, or just the chowder.

This is a good not great place to come for a burger. Most of the time, the servers are attentive and cheerful. I like that you can now substitute sweet potato fries (for 79 cents more and they're bottomless too!) instead of regular french fries. Also like the lettuce wrap instead of a bun. Their onion ring stack is tasty - but the crust on the onion rings is a bit thick/crunchy. Their burgers are good, their fried fish is good too. We've had good servers and good food every time we've come. But not excellent. It would be nice if the place was a bit quieter, but that's Red Robin for you. We found the outside area to be equally noisy - the servers should seat people further apart when there's room - that would have helped. They have an ingredients list, so you can double-check if there are issues with allergies and concerns with calorie counts, etc. Thank you. It's a bit pricey - we've been elsewhere and enjoyed better service, better ambience, better food for the same or less. But they are good in a pinch, and you can count on the same quality in the Issaquah location. We'll be back for a free birthday burger, and when they advertise a particular burger at a special price - good deal there.

This was the fastest service I have had at Red Robin. It was great

One of the best Red Robins around. If not the best.

When our son comes home from New York, he seems to get a burger craving at the nearest Red Robin. OK, the food is passable, so we bite the bullet and go. But, the service!?! Just atrocious. Their focus seems to be on the birthday groups. For the rest of us, attempts get refill on the drinks and/or fries is like pulling an entire row of teeth, tables are never what we want and, while the servers are outwardly friendly, older folks seems to get shunted aside (remember, kids, older folks maybe better tippers). Only thing they seem to do well is to bring you the bill as soon as you get your entrees. If they want us to not hang around, just don't seat us!

It's just a chain restaurant. A chain is a chain, you can't really love it or hate it. You can either feel it's "meh" or "meeehhhh." For this specific location, it's the worst of all the Red Robins. I have been to the one adjacent Bellevue Square, the one in Factoria Mall, and the one in the Overlake location, and Issaquah. There's not much going on for Red Robin, their motto is easy: put together food that can be found everywhere but we're too lazy to cook and we have children. Food is never spectacular and neither is service, but one thing I usually expect from chains is consistency. Something of which Issaquah provides none. Why the hell is that? In rare instances, you will have a nice, hard-working staff. Some days, they ignore you and the times you want service, they refuse to offer any. Other days, there are inattentive chatterboxes who spend their time giggling and not doing a whole lot more than that. I mean, good god, was "acting like a mall-rat" in their job description here? Some would say this is generic, regular behavior, but I beg to differ. I've had very good waitresses at other locations, the one in Issaquah sucks ass. The last time I went in, while the food that we ordered was considerably better, I stood around when the place was empty for 5 minutes until someone bothered to acknowledge my presence. Employees who saw me walked by without saying a word, I wasn't sure what was going on. Months ago when I went in, I was greeted by so many people, I thought I was walking in to a private party. Consistency, people! Even McDonald's can get it right, and they have like a million lawsuits against them. That's why Red Robin gets 2-stars.

I went there with some friends last Tuesday, it was a celebration for my friend Devin. We were in the bar and greeted by a lovely gentlemen that when he got our I.d's he questioned them and was still rude when he found out they were real. Then while having a good time and meeting people you could see him and the bartender pointing and laughing at us. You think they would be smart enough not to point. Then when we had talked to another table he went up and made a joke about us in front of the other table who also thought it was rude. When I went to talk to the manager he didn't take me seriously and he said "its all good buddy" and joking left like I wasn't serious about my dislike of the service. So thank you red robin for solidifying that I will not return. Please get a better trained staff and a manager who cares about the customers. I'm just happy there are more restaurants opening up in the highlands.

With a Red Robin you know what you're getting yourself into. Big bland burgers, cardboard steak fries and zany servers with odd phraseology. For example, we were asked if we wanted "any pink" in our burger. Now it was close to mother's day and perhaps close to breast cancer awareness day, so we had to ask what it was. Apparently, she was referring to "well done" or "medium". I'd sure pay $10 for some pink on my patty and go thus, "And while we're at it, let's try to put a bit of salt and pepper on the patty, mayhap a bit of white bread as well -- and while you're at it, add some egg to hold the patty together. It'd be too much to ask for garlic or shallots, but I leave that up to you." That's how the burger was. Uninspired is too mild a word to use here. The strawberry shake was good though. I was a little annoyed that no one attended to us for 10 minutes as we stood near the entrance because about 3 other parties were cooling their heels on the benches in front of the usher lectern. The ushers just ignored us until I asked them if we would get a ticket or a buzzer -- erm, how do we get in queue to be served? The usher then led us to a table, without apologizing for ignoring us blatantly -- there most important demographic -- a couple with kids! All in all, I have been to better Red Robin restaurants and advise you to skip it.

Summary: Awful. Simply Awful. When considering our experience at the Red Robin in Issaquah, one question keeps surfacing: how does this place stay in business? Obviously, the location is the key here, being convenient to several kid-packed suburbs, but the rest? Downright awful. Starting from the time you enter, you are greeted by incompetence. The hostesses are overwhelmed by screaming kids, families jockeying for their turn at the troughs of slop this place serves, phones ringing off the hook, etc. Once you do get past this first hurdle, what awaits you is dining horror beyond description. By observing their movements, I noticed the waitstaff at this restaurant walk a circuit, designed to speed the delivery of the slop they call food, yet minimize interaction with the customers. Nice, if you're operating a drive-through truck stop, but poor in a restaurant setting. Just try to get a refill for an empty Ketchup container, an extra napkin, or some silverware - you'll meet frustration head-on. Our inattentive waitress was more interested in chatting with her fellow employees, or the table of teen boys a couple of booths down from us, than in providing us with any type of service. The above, however, pales when compared to our food experience. Let's start by saying that a table's order should arrive at the same time - a concept seemingly lost on the Red Robin of Issaquah. My son's hamburger showed up a full ten (10) minutes behind my wife's salad and my chicken burger. When it arrived, it was red (and cool) in the middle, despite being ordered "well-done". There was nothing in our entire experience at Red Robin of Issaquah that could remotely be considered well done - from the service, to the food, to the dining experience. I've made it clear to my family that I will never set foot in this particular restaurant again. Life is too short to eat here. On a positive note, the Red Robin of Monroe, WA is a completely different beast. The waitstaff was pleasant (we had a trainee with trainer), the food was good, and the facility was clean.

I've always eaten at Issaquah Red Robin. And only at Issaquah Red Robin. I have been eating there for 4 years now. The service is quite friendly, but the atmosphere is really not catchy. The servers could use what we call a razor and make up. It looked as if they always have found a way to make them look like they just came from yesterdays hard drinking contest. Also, my friend had bad experiences of getting drinks spilled on, hair in the burgers and uncooked meat. These all add up eventually. Just recently their service is quite lazy, took us about 5 minutes of standing before we got even acknowledged when the restaurant was completely empty and filled with employees. I like red robin, but it is one of those restaurants you go just so you can spend extra time to talk.

Did you know that Red Robin has happy hour?! What?! I know, right . . . nooooo idea! We went to claim a free birthday burger (completely free with no minimum purchase so sign up for their emails now! Like right now!) There were several people ahead of us in the lobby. When we entered, there was no hostess present to greet us and we're all standing around and wondering where everyone was. Then a server came by, looked around, and then asked if we've been helped. Both the group ahead of us and ourselves replied no. They're like, oh, okay, well someone will be right with you then. WHAT? It was a weekday late afternoon and it wasn't super busy, so we weren't sure why there was this wait. Usually we walk right in, are greeted, and immediately get to sit. Anyways, another server came by and suggested we sit in the bar where the service would be quicker . . . and lo and behold that server who suggested it turned out to be our actual server! Anyways, I'm sure all of you have been to Red Robin - pretty standard "gourmet" burgers, unlimited steak fries, unlimited refills on their yummy strawberry lemonade . . . all in all a nice, kid-friendly burger place. The happy hour is 1/2 off all appetizers (which was great because we finally got the towering onion rings that my man ALWAYS eyes whenever we go). It was breaded nicely (a tinge on the oily side though) and of course you can get whatever dipping sauces you want! I'm totally onion-ringed out now though . . . no onion rings for me for a year!

There lots of Red Robin's around but our family has found this specific location to be one of the best in the area. The restaurant is clean and the service is good. Our food comes out promptly and we are seated pretty quickly. Generically Red Robin's hamburgers are some of the best in this area and they do the best lettuce wrap burger around. They are also great for kids and the unlimited fry's are also a major plus for a large family.

Where should I start? Waiters are nice and do their best to help you. The place is a complete nightmare: crowded, concert-loudspeaker-kind-noise (and I have 2 kids... I don't usually notice noise). It is expensive, and although the menu DOES look good, burgers look nothing like the pictures and taste bland. Save yourself and drive down the street to the Fat Burger by home depot (tastes fresh, peaceful yet kid friendly, etc). Maybe the bar / cocktail is worth it? I only got beer (that was nice). Personally I felt depressed there.

If there were less than one star, I would give that. My son and I ate there recently-I wanted a good burger and have had good ones there in the past. I had what was perhaps the worst burger I have ever had in my place-beyond tasteless. My son's order was incorrect, but we had already waited so long he decided not to send it back. can't imagine I will ever go back to any Red Robin, let alone the one in Issaquah. Just looking at the sign makes me want to puke.

Great Burgers! Although sometimes service is a little slow and at times it takes forever for them to seat us overall their food compensates for the lack of speed

this place was really corny. there was alot of stuff on the walls and the dining room seemed to have this same reoccurring theme which didn't quite stick to my memory bank. alot of parking, alot of rain, friendly service, messican cooks which reminded me of home, and tall ceilings.. oh yeah almost forgot free balloons heaven forbid you decide to dine out at red robin the day seattle has the most number of birthdays to celebrate. as youre trying to converse with your party, a batallion of hand clapping infantrymen bogard thru the dining area carrying a flaming plate of cake rejoicing in such a wonderous occasion that is the birth of one of their patriarchs/- dinner guests. this repeating a few dozen times throughout the evening, i ask myself is this what really happens when you hand flair hungry teens control of the amount of flair on their bill holders?? food was cool, service was great, definitely didnt enjoy the constant birthday singing and trampling through the dining room.

Our experience was good. Red robin is your typical chain restaurant. The server was friendly and talkative. The food was good( for Red Robin). We also enjoyed one of the milkshakes they serve. Overall, the price was fair for the product and presentation.
