This is a really filthy place staffed with indifferent employees that sit around and talk to one another. The trash cans always seem to be overflowing and the men's room was horrible. I had a Filet of fish that was slopped together and overflowing with tarter sauce one time and I slopped together hamburger the week before. I will say that the people at the front counter speak much better English than at the Gilman Blvd store. I guess I shouldn't expect more since it is, after all, a Mc Donalds. Hiring quality employees must be difficult these days!

This store has a terribly small, cramped and claustrophobic lobby. The bathrooms are never clean. I have gone here 3 times in the last couple weeks. We won't return. First, they never get my sandwich correct. Plain. A cheeseburger plain is not a hamburger! A double cheeseburger or McDouble plain has cheese!! Just no ketchup, mustard, dehydrated onions, or pickles! Second, McDonalds is known worldwide for their fries. You wouldn't know that at this location! Cold, stale, hard.. Either too much salt or not enough, doesn't matter, they are not edible! Third, if you don't have the item in stock, throw a sticker up that says sold out, or even better remove that translight. People won't ask for things you don't have if you don't advertise them! Fourth, slow grill!!!! I ordered two mcchickens, two double cheeseburgers and a double hamburger.. That order should never take 10 minutes to make! I worked at McDonald's for 15 years! Put the buns down, drop your meat, dress your buns, pull your meat, wrap and send out! It only takes 60 seconds to make these sandwiches! This store NEEDS new management, to be completely closed then cleaned from ceiling to floor! Everyone that works here needs to retake their food handlers permit, and remember everything! This store needs employees that care. The is not an easy job, but it is work! Put some effort into it!!

We walked in tonight and turned around and walked right back out. This place is gross. The entire place needs to be shut down and cleaned. I have no idea how they pass health inspection. I refused to sit my daughter in the extremely dirty highchair it looked like it hadn't ever been cleaned. This is the lobby and restrooms where customers are expected to see what the place looks like. It makes me want to vomit to think about how clean the kitchen is or more likely isn't. For the first time in a couple years on Yelp I am reporting this location to the King County Health Department before someone gets ill.

This McDonald's is as good as any other. No complaints. As a side note there is a TON of parking because it shares a parking lot with a big closed down grocery store so I guess if you need to take a hundred or so people to a McDonald's this is the one for you :)

This McDonald's night shift is terrible. The ice cream machine is always "down" at night. I'm not stupid. I know it is annoying to clean. Both Issaquah McDonald locations have non-working ice cream machines in one night? Hm.. Either your ice cream vendor needs to be replaced or the staff needs to start leaving the machine on in the evening.

This is the worst McDonalds I've been to in a long time. They gave me someone else order. Didn't realize it until I got back to my job site. Ended up throwing away the food. Called and spoke to the manager, all he said was next time you come here I will comp you two meals to make it right. Well I won't be back after the screw up the first time! The worst part of it all is I paid $30 for three meals I didn't receive

Holy cow. We were on the other side of town and the kids wanted McDonald's so we stopped at this one instead of the big one. HUGE mistake. The drive-Thru line was very (VERY) long so I decided to walk in. HUGE mistake. I ordered and waited and waited and waited. As I waited for my food, everyone that had their order filled ahead of it walked back up to the counter because their order was incorrect. I finally asked where my order was and they had no clue. So I waited for another few minutes so they would figure it out. I finally got my order and it was not right. McDonald's is suffering. Spending millions of dollars trying to figure out the issue is. I can handle it for you McDoanlds......'consistency' and 'customer service'. Think about those 2 things.

Dear McDonalds, Yeah McDonalds should usually be a 3 - but they are getting a 1 in this case. So it July 4th and I'm riding a practice ride for the STP with a couple of folks so it's time to stop for lunch. This location is right by the Redmond-Issaquah Bike trail so why not right? first - BAD SERVICE - You walk in WITH a bike because there is no place to lock your bike and no signs to not bring your bike in the restaurant. I get this now and again with someone freaking out because you brought your BIKE in somewhere - I usually ask permission but figured since this was a McDonalds without a bike rack no one would care. So the guy behind the counter tells the boss (another employee in a white shirt) "Are bikes allowed in the restaurant?" And the white shirt guy says "he will be out of our hair soon enough..." Since I could hear these folks, it was extremely rude. I ordered from the first employee but he wasn't happy about it. Next up - TOO MANY BORED employees... Since I entered the restaurant, they had 3 employees sitting over by the door and another one outside talking on the phone. These folks were sort of a greeting squad into being cool employees and not recognizing that customers don't want to be bothered by employees blocking the way to seating. So EMPLOYEES 2, CUSTOMER 0. Way to go folks. I'm not coming back - ever. Whoever runs this place doesn't care... Best, JT

This is probably the worst McDonald's I've been to. Access isn't easy and it's in a parking lot where everything else is closed (Albertson's was the main store and it closed at least a year ago). Everything we ordered from cheeseburgers to fries were stone cold (obviously OLD, OLD, OLD) Then they had the nerve to charge .28 for a thimble full of warm tarter sauce. Blech....

I only eat McDonald's twice a year. To be honest, I'm impressed with the cleanliness and speed of this location, and the food is... well it's what I wanted it to be - Greasy and gut-bombing. As Jenna said a year ago... No complaints. If only Bacon Egg and Cheese biscuits had 150 calories and no fat.... =P

Last week they kept me waiting in my car for my unsalted french fries, when I walked in to ask about it they had totally forgotten. Yesterday they forgot to add the salad dressing package to my chicken salad (not so bad cause I have salad dressing at work) and today there's something in my salad and it looks like a worm. What amazes me is that the McDonald's on Gillman is as good as any other.. while this one is neither fast, nor edible. It isn't just bad.. it's consistently bad (compared to McDonald's) I hope you all get deported to Congo.

I'm downgrading to one star because I just came here for breakfast on a Sunday (against my better judgment), and the people left out a hash brown in our order and also gave us no straws for our drinks. I think this is probably going to be the last visit for me.
