I'm slowly working my way through their menu. Just tried their Pad Thai with Tofu & Veggies. It's also available with chicken or beef. This is definitely the best Pad Thai in the Winooski area! I've been meaning to try it for a while now. It's not on their printed menu, but I see it listed on the white board when I pick up my orders. The noodles were moist and soft, but didn't clump together. The sauce was great, with a nice mix of tofu, mushrooms, peppers, celery, and broccoli.

This place was packed for lunch! A bit divey, but clean and packed to the gills with people and I can see why, I ordered the #31 pork chop with rice and egg and it was quite good. Service was quick too. I'd recommend this place and I'll likely be back to try the Pho' and fresh spring rolls. A Note on the seasoning: Though quite good, The seasoning on the pork chop and in the sauce was different than other Vietnamese restaurants I've been to. The chop seemed to have been marinated in only soy sauce versus the usual fish sauce, lime, garlic, and sugar (and sometimes lemongrass) marinade I've typically seen. The side of sauce seemed to be fish sauce, water, sugar, and a teensy bit of vinegar vs the usual lime, fish sauce, water, sugar, and green onion sauce I've usually seen. So, if you've had Vietamese before, you might find this a little different.

The food here is great! Everything is under $10 (except the occasional shrimp dish) and it is guaranteed to fill you up. On my last visit I had Bun Ga Nuong Cha Gio (#14); Vermicelli noodles with chicken, egg roll and sauce made from the gods (can't tell if it was the greatest thing I had ever eaten or the fact that I was starving). Despite the delicious food, the atmosphere is less than ideal. First of all everything is sort of 'sticky' and doesn't feel like it has been cleaned too well. The staff is family run which can create some awkward situations when the daughter is yelling at her mom (?). It makes the experience a little unpleasant. Next time I'll order it to-go so I can enjoy it from a more tranquil place.

I think my bowl of pho was actually very good, and the broth was bursting with flavor. They put a lot of meat in it and it tasted very authentic. What I really disliked though was the domestic dispute going on right in front of us. It was unprofessional and awkward. I think one of the employees (possibly the daughter of the owner?) was late and there was a lot of shouting going on. I don't think employees should ever display any kind of hostility in front of their customers. Another issue was that everything was so sticky! From the minute we walked in, I could tell this place was going to be dirty, especially when I saw a giant fly hovering over the table. My hands would stick to the sriracha/fish sauce bottles, and I just didn't feel comfortable using them. There was also an employee who was sweeping the floors while we were eating and she was going around our feet. So weird.

Been here half a dozen times. Finally time for a review. Never disappointed. Perfect spot on a cold winter day up here in Vt. Small dining room, a few tables outside in the summer. You'll notice by the decor that the focus is on the food. Amazing stock broth in all the pho. Ingredients taste fresh and well prepared. Large shrimp as well. Above average fried noodle dishes too. Portions well worth the money. This is a definite local go to for the family and I.

I would give this 3.5 stars. Cheap, consistently good, and yummy. I've been here twice and had the #5 pho with every beef cut. It has been consistently good and tasted exactly the same as it did last time. They do add a little onion, which I do like. I like how they serve you free tea as soon as you get there. Pho Hong should be listening to taking that into consideration. It's so nice to have on a cold winter day like yesterday. Parking is easier here and I like the intimate setting. The waitresses do wait a little too long and I had to almost tell them to come when they weren't that busy. However, that's a small thing. I wish there were more appetizers and desserts here, but overall, I can see myself at Pho Dang often. I can't wait to try more of the non-pho menu items! P.S - I tried my friend's massaman curry and it was a little on the sweet side for me. I wish it was spicier, but massaman isn't really spicy to begin with. It was still good, the potatoes were cooked well and the chicken wasn't too dry.

Pho Dang is the perfect place to go on a cold or rainy weekend! The atmosphere is very homey and small. I got the curry special with chicken and noodles which was $9. The curry was very good and the portion was large. It also comes with carrots and potatoes. It was very delicious and I felt like I was eating healthy. It tasted great. I know this is a pho place but I have yet to get pho here. Every Time I come here I get the amazing curry. I gave this restaurant four stars because even though the food is great and the service is quick, the tables are very small and not that clean. You cannot fit all the food on your table which includes the complimentary tea. Also the establishment is very small so if you are going there on a weekend night be prepared to wait for a spot. I think next time I am going to get the Pho!

The original is also the best! This place has the best pho and the best flavors in town for Vietnamese food. Great pho and bun noodles! The service is very good. It is a bit small and in a rather older building. Sitting outside in the summer is great! Usually you have to pay at the counter. I have never had a bad meal here. Great food!

A bit of a sweetness to the Pho Ga broth... I didn't mind it though. Service could have been better. Was like one dude running the whole front of house, and he was in the weeds. Also tried some beef/eggroll/vermicelli thing which was just ok. Giving it a three because the atmosphere and service were just not wonderful and the food was ok, although a bit underwhelming.

It's been a while since I've been to Pho Dang and thankfully, nothing has changed. The food is still great, the service is friendly, and they get food to your table faster than any restaurant I've been to. I recommend getting #23 if you're hungry! This is the kind of place I'd go out of my way to eat at if I ever moved and came to the area again.

Just the perfect type of corner neighborhood establishment without the frills but solid food that is always the same - delicious. The type of place that treats their regulars like gold and is delightfully small and gritty. Oh and the best Pho I've ever had, and oh so wonderfully affordable.

Simply one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in the Burlington area. No. 21 Vermicelli noodles with grilled pork, and No. 23 Vermicelli noodles with beef are amazingly delicious dishes. The soup dishes are delicious and sumptuous as well. The restaurant itself is very tiny and only has about 6 or 7 tables. It gets quite busy during lunch time and often at dinner too. If you want to get a place to sit, get there before or after the rush hour or you can always call ahead for take-out. They have a 2nd location in Essex Jct across from the On Tap Bar and Grill which is more spacious and less busy. I highly recommend this restaurant if you enjoy Vietnamese food.

I don't know much about Pho. But I do know that this stuff is pho sure good. Had the Pho Tai Nam Gan and man was it delicious. Perfect for the cold nasty day that it was. My wife had a noodle dish that I don't recall the name of, but it was also very good. Spring rolls were fresh but a bit subpar (shrimp was way overcooked and not tender). Would definitely come back...on multiple occasions.

Dang is right. This was one of the best meals I've had on my trip, I would highly recommend this place as the food was amazing. Portions are generous, the price is beyond affordable and the service was attentive. I had the pho with meatballs and seriously, God Bless this place. I would go back in a heart-beat. However, if I was on the other side of town I'd go to M-Saigon, which was also great.

Found this place via google on our way back from Montreal...it was right off highway...my friend, a world traveler said it was the best asian food he's ever had!..i loved it. the waitress was super cool too! *Local tidbit -for some reason there's a large nepalese\vietnamese community in Wanooski...don't know why but it was cool to see a group of older nepalese women walk by in full silk regalia.

Resturant is old, small and a little dirty, lights are out and there is a lot of lunch turnover for tables. The food was pretty good. I would try it again when I am in Colcheter again before I give it a better rating. I was teetering between 3 (average) & 4 (like +) stars. I had the #21 I believe. It was alright, but I will say some of the other meals looked better to my personal tastes which apparently I should have gone with! The beef was cooked perfectly.

This restaurant is tiny, if you have to wait, DO IT. It is well worth it! Everything I've tried thus far has been amazing. The portion sizes are huge. Nothing is greasy. BYOB which is always fun. Number 19 is probably my go to. There is something so deliciously wonderful about crunchy little egg rolls floating around in my soupy goodness. Texture heaven. You absolutely can't go wrong here. Try it!

Hands down the best Pho in town. I've only gotten #6 (Pho Thai) since I've lived in Burlington. Generous portion. A large pho will run you 7.50. Excellent cost:quality ratio. You can also get the pho noodles to go. They separate the noodle from the soup so it doesn't get soggy. The girls working here are super nice and attentive. One of the best inexpensive ethnic dining options around B-town. You can park on the street but there's a private lot behind the restaurant as well.

I was traveling through and staying at the Hampton down the street. My only criteria in finding food was something close. Pho Dang was close AND fantastic. I ordered a vegetarian entree to-go and, glory, was it good. This is a tiny little restaurant packing big flavor. If I lived in the area I would make a weekly stop for #25.

This is a small shop in Winooski, a bit off the beaten track. The staff are friendly and serving a rapid fire take out business while preparing meals for diners seated at the seven or so tables. The spring rolls here are about 1/3 thicker in width than I typically see, this is because (at least the day I visited) the spring roll was at least half stuffed with vermicelli noodles. Pho Tai- rare beef. The broth was good, the bowl had a small amount of beef, and lots of noodles.

When it comes to Vietnamese eateries, Burlington has the luxury of being able to offer several restaurants that serve up some pretty tasty dishes - even though everyone in Vermont seems to have their own cult-like following of a specific restaurant (yes, I've seen grown adults get into hour-long debates over the best Pho in town) My personal favourite is Pho Dang. It's a family run joint, the food is fresh, tasty, well-seasoned and you get a lot of food for your money. Most of all, the owners seem to care about whether or not your food is cooked well, and if you're enjoying your meal. Part of the charm of this place is the close quarters: be aware it's not for the claustrophobic. I think the seating capacity is at most 20 people. It's a very small place. Service is really good with the only problem being during lunch hour - it can get pretty hectic then, with usually only one waitress running around taking orders & managing the take out. I love their pho and any of their bun dishes. It's also great for take out and if you can time it right, a small group of friends.

This place is awesome. Just a little hole in the wall but take the time to stop, you won't regret it. If you can't get a table take it to go, eat on the street, in your car, just eat it. Always delicious no matter what you choose, consistent and loads of fresh flavor. The service is always great too, usually just one younger girl working at the counter but she is always in a great mood and very accommodating. I recommend the #2 and the #21. And just when you think you wont be able to eat it all, you will and as you slurp up your last noodle you will be thinking about making an excuse to come back tomorrow and wishing that you had ordered a second portion to go.

The goal was something not greasy and affordable...Yelp to the rescue once again. Our trio was out for dinner and decided Pho Dang was it. Doesn't look like much from the outside and is a bit small inside. Friendly hostess/waitress/cashier. Nice portions as we all shared something curry, pad thai and pho ga with a spring roll appetizer. I would have liked more spice but I didnt ask for it so I cant complain. Fresh tasting, filling and quite affordable. Would definitely go back.

Wanted to have a light dinner near my hotel, Hampton Inn Burlington and found this place from Yelp. The restaurant is a step up from a takeout with limited tables. Ordered #5, pho with rare/cooked beef and beef balls. The broth was a bit too sweet and the noodle was a bit too sticky. Not the best nor the worst I ever had. The pho just did the job to fill me up. Not sure I will come back again. Will try other pho restaurants if I ever come back to Burlington.

I went here with my boyfriend. I switched meals with him cuz I didn't like what I got. (Eggroll and chicken vermicelli). So I was was eating his meatball pho, and almost swallowed a PIECE OF JAGGED METAL that was in the soup. I told the waitress and she just blew it off like it was no big thing, didn't replace my meal, and gave me a laughable discount off the bill. Shit, I should've gotten the whole bill free and a huge sorry. If I had swallowed it, I could've gone to the hospital. I could've sued them. And on top of that, the food sucks anyway. I am never going back. PS, besides almost swallowing metal, there was hardly any meat in the pho. I had to search for it. There was like 2 *tiny* meatballs and that was it.

Yummy! I'm comparing to Boston and San Francisco as I've lived in and near both cities. The Pho is always delicious and hot. It's cheap, quick and reliable. Great on a freezing cold night.

The pho go is the thing to enjoy here. It's thinly sliced white meat chicken in delicious light broth with sides of fresh basil, lime, bean sprouts and vermicelli noodles to add at your discretion. Great stuff! The kids working the register and phones are very friendly as well. I've only had take out here. Just a note, it's eat-in or pick-up only here.

Pho Dang is a a great little pho place in Winooski. I think some of the people who are reviewing this and being harsh have never actually been to a pho place...ever. They are not typically well decorated (folding chairs/tables are standard), there is no "waitstaff" as it's usually just someone who takes your order and drops it off. The menu is not complex by any means because it's a PHO PLACE. This means you pick your broth and your meat. Done and done. Keep this in mind during your visit to pho dong. The pho is great, the veggies fresh, and the girl who usually works there is actually extremely nice and friendly.

Ate here yesterday and got a #2 #9 and a #21. The #2 was good as usual and the #21 didn't have any fatty pork this time at all which was great. The #9 includes rare beef, brisket and well done beef. Okay before you keep reading I want you to know I don't completely understand Vietnamese food. With that said what we think was the well done beef was fatty but I ate it. What we think was the rare beef had what I can only explain as a "rine" on it? I ate some of the "rine" and it didn't seem edible. The other "meat" seemed to be a ball of fat? My fiancé was freaked out by this and couldn't eat any more of the dish. I tried a bite and concluded it was a ball of fat. We thought maybe it was for flavor? We thought maybe we got the wrong Pho? She was completely grossed out and so was I. I ate the rest of the Pho besides the meat because that did taste good. I chalked it up to trying new things doesn't always work out. Although my fiancé and I are both positive something was seriously wrong with the meat in the Pho.

No frills is right. But it doesn't matter if you want great, fresh Vietnamese food with a family-friendly atmosphere. I love it so much I'm working my way through the menu dish by dish to make sure I don't miss out on anything great. Only reason it doesn't get five stars is that it's small and informal -- not a place for a fancy dinner. But delicious, fresh Vietnamese food: Most definitely.

I went to Pho Dang last year on a July 4th weekend and it was a busy spot but the food was really good. Mysteriously my raving review disappeared. I returned to Pho Dang on Memorial Day recently. Strangely we went around dinner time and it was very quiet. The food was such a disappointment from what we ate last year. Potions of beef were insultingly small and overcooked - I literally felt that we got the scraps that were sitting around at the bottom of the pot. The soup was so greasy. Not sure if this place is under new management or if it has new cooks, definitely not the same experience that I had last year. We are not going to return to Pho Dang, like my raving review from July 2011.

Smells great walking in the front door, however easy to miss when driving down the street as it is nestled between houses. Did carry out - but this small dive would of been just fine to eat there too....only seats about 20...Pork Vermicelli was great...with lots of fresh veg like lettuce, sprouts and cucumber. The #25 is not to be missed. Best Vietnamese dish I've ever had. Can't remember the name of it, I've just memorized the number. Hopefully they never up and change the numbering! It's a small space with folding chairs and minimal decor, but I haven't found a better Vietnamese resto in the area (I've gotta say there has seemed to be a ton that have sprung up over the past 4-5 years!). Their hot tea has a delicious rose flavor to it and they keep it flowing which is great! Hint: Try to get there before the noon rush because it is quite popular!

Being from NY, I initally scoffed at the idea of eating pho in Winooski, Vt....I have been humbled. To be honest, I couldn't really recommend anything other than the pho here. The pork chops were overcooked, the summer rolls were full of bland iceberg lettuce, the service (as is usual and to be expect) was mediocre. But the pho.... THIS is the stuff that Anthony Bourdain is talking about when he said that he fell in love with Vietnam. It's not just a simple meat broth with noodles. There's depth to it that I haven't been able to find ANYWHERE in NY. But that doesn't mean that I'm going to stop trying. In the mean time - for SHAME on all of you NY establishments that have been passing off that canned nonsense as pho.

Love this place, good prices, great service, even better food. Very authentic, love all the fish sauce! I recommend the vermicelli noodle bowls, especially for lunch on a hot day. They're almost like a salad but better and fill you up. This is one of our go to spots. The outdoor seating in the summer is also a plus even though the road is kinda loud.

I ate here two different times. The first was to compare the pho here versus down the road at Pho Pasteur. Walking in, I was surprised at how "take-out" the place felt. Eating-in was not a problem, but you won't feel like lingering long unless you have BYOB and are taking your time about it. On my first visit I had the "number 5," Pho Dac Biet. This was described on the menu as "noodle soup with rare beef, soft tendon and well done beef and beef meatball." I was trying to find a pho similar to the one I had tried two nights before down the street. I found it to be just as beefy, and perhaps a touch less greasy. I would say the pho here is perhaps somewhat more refined than at Pho Pasteur. On a separate visit a week later I ordered the "number 22," Bun Bo Xao Xa Ot. This was described as "stir fried beef, lemongrass, onion and hot pepper served with noodle and sweet sauce." I also had the "number 1" egg rolls. The bun was quite good. Very hot, but the sweet sauce could be used to make it a bit milder. The beef flavor was quite good. The egg rolls were not quite what I expected. A deliciously crispy outer shell contained a solid portion of cooked ground meat. They were tasty, just a bit uninspired. The accompanying sauce, on the other hand, was fantastic. Overall, I would consider this a must-visit restaurant in the Burlington area.

I don't know why, but I actually like this place better than Pho Hong. The food is consistent, and the Ban Xeo, which is that coconut/turmeric/rice flour pancake that I've misspelled, was quite good! And about the service: if you go out to eat hoping to have your hand held and your diaper changed, stick to Church street, please. I'm here for the food, and would rather you not be stinking up the joint with your attitude. This place also gets extra points (please don't harass them, they were nice enough to do this for me once) but I'd once told them that my food wasn't spicy enough. I then explained that I'd recently been to Laos and really enjoyed the similar but spicier food (I'm not trying to impress anyone, just trying to say "your real food doesn't scare me, whatcha got back there?"). Turns out some of the staff were, in fact, from Laos, and brought out a few amazing spicy sauces condiments from their own personal supply, including some weird/yummy sort of water buffalo meat salsa!

We came here on our way up north. It is definitely a hole in the wall sort of place, and we were seated outside the restaurant on one of two small tables. It was already getting dark by the time we ate, but despite the somewhat sketchy surroundings locals were walking on the streets without worry so I assume it is pretty safe. The waitress was courteous and probably a local high school student. Throughout the duration of our meal we saw various locals driving up to pick up some takeout, leading me to believe it's pretty good for the area. I didn't try pho this time (I am used to the vietnamese food in boston and was a bit afraid). However, I did have the Hu Tiu Mi noodle soup which used pho broth (and tasted pretty good!) One of the other people in my party had Bun Bo Xao Xa Ot - a beef dish which was nice and flavorful.

Alright people are raggin on this place really hard. Here's the truth: - Waitstaff essentially do not "waiting" whatsoever. You give them an order and they bring it to you, maybe check on you and then you pay. - The restaurant itself is pretty much a hole in the wall but I personally love it. No real decor or table settings. ----- BYOB, however, pretty much makes up for this :) - There are not many vegetarian options, which is a downside for the veggies like me, but I always manage to get something great. - The menu is also (arguably) not very extensive, like, there are only about 30 items alltogether. This all having been said, I still give Pho Dang 5 stars. We always used to call if Pho dank when i was at school and whenever I visit Vermont now I go to my friend's in Winooski and gush over how great our next pho dang trip is gonna be. For real though - there are a few Vietnamese places around Boston and everything I've tried has been two steps below this place. Big bowls, big flavor, always on point and a great meal overall.

It is only fair to give another star because we've been here several times more since I've first put out a review. More than their food, we come back here because of the service. Lai is really the gem of the place. She remains very sweet even when it is getting crazy busy. The ultimate multitasker, she is the restaurant's receptionist, cashier, waitress, busboy, take-out hotline...wow, right? Despite how busy the place is, we always feel welcomed. We've also discovered the meals we like here: #9 Pho Tai Nam Gau (noodle soup with rare beef, brisket and well-done beef) # 26 Com Bo, Ga Xao Xa Ot (stir fried beef, chicken, lemongrass, scallion and hot pepper over rice) #31 Com Suon Bi Cha (grilled pork chop, shredded roast pork and fried egg with rice.)

Access to certain food items change they way we feel about a city. The opening of Pho Dang changed Burlington for me. In that it gave local access to some of the food I enjoy so much when I am on the road. I don't remember when I had Pho for the first time, but I do remember that I became a regular back in the early 90's a great place in Boston called Pho Pasteur. Loved it then, and I love it now. The difference is that now I don't need to drive to Boston. So, here's the deal as I see it: is this the best Pho on the planet, probably not. Is it freshly made, tasty, affordable, and served with a smile? Yes to all. That's why we try to go once a week or so making us regulars to be sure. Now, a couple little caveats: things are not consistent. Sometimes the rolls are better than others; sometimes the Pho is a little saltier, or less savory; number 23, one of my favorites can be mildly spicy to very spicy depending on the day; one fellow (and I can't remember his name) makes the coffee slightly differently then an other and I think his is the best. Now, it my opinion this is a beautiful thing! Absolute consistency probably means that it is coming out of a freezer (Applebees tends to be consistent) so I enjoy this mild level of variation. Here's another. The doors don't close on their own, and often times people walk out leaving the door swinging wide open. Well, this is not so bad in the summer, but when it's -10 it can be a bit of a buzz kill. So, Think about that when you select one of the few seats (not that you will have a choice). And you should avoid sitting at the table right by the heater. You will roast. But, in their own way these little things add to the charm. We like the two-top that is against the wall practically underneath the register. These are good hard-working people that will take care of you and serve up some great Southeast Asian comfort food.

This absolutely my favorite restaurant of all time. I always get the # 2 rolls which are unbelievably good. I usually get one of the pho options, which is never a disappointment - the dish comes out steaming hot and full of flavor. I've also had a few of the noodle dishes, but I have a hard time straying away from the pho because it is just so darn good! Pho Dang is reasonably priced, filling and one of my favorite meals in all of Vermont!

We love this restaurant. It's certainly not fancy, but the Pho soups and the noodle dishes, particularily the #23 are fantastic. We go there at least once every two weeks, and have yet to be disappointed. Also, the employees are super nice and curteous.

I love Vietnamese food. This is simply the best in the Burlington area. The atmosphere is what I would call small, cozy neighborhood cafe style - no frills and it's very tight. But, I always get takeout and expect so does everyone else. It reminds me of Pho Pasteur in Boston's Chinatown. Doesn't look like much from the outside but you see a lot of people going in and out so you figure the 'word on the street' is that this place is good. I go back as often as I can - I just wish they were in downtown Burlington instead of Winooski - it's a hassle for me to get there but I'm willing to make the trip.

With all of the Vietnamese restaurants popping up all over Chittenden County, this by far serves the best in fresh, authentic, and delicious cuisine. Granted, it's the first destination for Vietnamese I tried, so I'm a bit partial to what I'm used to. I gave it 1 star short of perfection because I think they could invest in making their dining area look more appealing and be more comfortable. Otherwise, I love this place and am on a first-name-basis with the owner and her employees.

since this was just down the street from Pho Pasteur, I figured I would give this place a try as well. Overall, I was little impressed, mainly because they lacked decor and the food tasted so so. The soup tasted normal and as a previous post said "canned" broth. It tasted like there wasn't a freshness factor to it. The pork chop was I think cut too thin so when cooked it was too tough and did not have juice in it afterwards. Prices are normal compared to the other places but I don't mind paying a little more as long as the place makes me feel comfortable. Pho Dang just doesn't have that comfort feeling to it because of the lack of decor, I go out to eat to have the full experience and I like to enjoy my meal and a way to do that is for the environment to be well decorated.

I was afraid of what the Asian food would be like in the Northeast. My fears were somewhat relieved. I think I actually found a decent pho place in Vermont of all places. Moving from San Diego, I've had more than my fair share of great Vietnamese food so I was pleasantly surprised when Pho Dang exceeded my (low) expectations. The flavor of the broth was there, which is the most important component of pho and the noodles were the right texture. Of course the ingredients weren't as fresh as I am used to. The basil and bean sprouts were somewhat wilted from the heat and humidity. The steak was overcooked and the flank was too tough and not sliced thinly enough. The most noticeable change for me was that the pho didn't come out in less than five minutes. Speed of food service is something that I am used to at pho places, but I guess I can't complain here. It looks like I might be coming here a lot in the next four years for my pho fix.

My favorite place for pho in Vermont. The place is no frills, but the staff are friendly and the soup is amazing. I live a 5 minute walk from there and get soup at least once a week. This place rocks when you are feeling sick from cold/flu. Pho with a bunch of sriracha will save the day!

It's a little hidden treasure in The Burlington area. If it's take-out or a dinner for two then you will be treated to an affordable meal that's hard to find in an otherwise over priced city. I usually take-out but can always count on the meal being hot and fresh. Strongly recommend

Excellent take out! We were staying at a local hotel and needed something quick as we couldn't take the kids out of the car. Never had Vietnamese before this was an excellent introduction. We stopped in. To grab a menu and called in an order, which as ready promptly in 10 minutes as promised . Highly recommended !

Today I felt like eating pho because it was cold plus I miss eating vietnamese food and too lazy to make it for myself. So me and my friend drove up here so i can get my pho fixing in plus my friend never try vietnamese food before. Of course I order myself a pho tai bo vien(rice noodle w/thin slice of meat and meatball) with extra fat on the side and my friend order bun w.thit(beef)and veggie. My pho was delicious and I ate every single bit and drink all of the broth. My friend finish his dish and he love his dishes and drank the vietnamese coffee which he say he like too. I have to bump this person one star up because it is the best pho in vermont that i try before. Vermont doesn't have tons of bad pho places but what can you expect from a tiny state, I would compare this pho to the pho korean pho places all over seattle which is a good. There no better viet restaurant then orange county, california but we can't win it all lol Actually I just took 1 star out because the food to go i also brought wasn't really good(bun thit w/egg rolls). The meat is just alittle weird and not as juicy but overall best pho place in vermont!

This is one of my favorite places for takeout, although I have eaten in the restaurant a few times. I love the spicy beef and noodle dish (#23 I think) and the chicken and vegetable pho is so good. Their rolls are fantastic too. Everything overall tastes fresh and good and you get plenty of basil, lime and other condiments on the side.

One of the things I knew I would miss about San Francisco before I even left was the cheap, delicious food served up by its thai and vietnamese places and taquerias. After several years, Tiny Thai finally filled the thai void, and now Pho Dang has come to the rescue with a solid Vietnamese offering. Everything I've had here has been great, and as cheap as my favorite places in SF. Now if someone around here would learn to make a decent burrito, I'd be all set.

This is one of my favorite place to eat. I love the flavors in all of the dishes that I have tried and trust me I think at this point its over half the menu. I love #23, its my favorite as is #2 and #1 and #25 and well you get the point, the food is good.
