A+ for the appetizer, C+ burger. The fried artichokes are salty heaven. Don't miss them. The burger was tough, with large, hard little pieces of...fat? gristle? Definitely need to grind the meat to a more delicate texture. I left 3/4 of my burger on the plate. Would definitely pick 5 Guys over Grazers for the burger, but their menu was strong and hopefully many other things are as good as the artichokes.

I've been to grazers twice now, once when they first opened and again recently. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and thought the food was pretty good. They have a lot of small plates that are great for sharing. My four friends and I had the onion rings, wings and fried pickles! The pickles were my favorite and if you like them, definitely worth a try. I'm not a huge burger person, so I was happy to see they had a decent amount of other options. I had the fried chicken sandwich with fries. The fries were hand cut and the sandwich was huge. My friends had the turkey burger and beet burger, without any complaints. The only thing that was a little weird was the hand held iPods that our waitress used for the order. I'm not sure I like putting my tip in with her standing there, but in this case the service was good so it wasn't too uncomfortable. I can see the convenience but prefer the old fashion method.

I have eaten at Grazers a few times and I'm always happy. 1. Service staff is consistently nice and really helpful. 2. This place caters to people with any dietary issues with aplomb! Gluten free, dairy free, Paleo. They do it all and will show diners ingredient lists. I don't know why more restaurants aren't as good as Grazers since there are people have so many food issues 3. Food is fine and drinks are awesome. One helpful hint for the management - they need to upgrade their website as it's really lame and at the very least, put the hours that they're open on the site.

I really wanted to like this place more than I actually did. Will give it a while to iron out the kinks and then try again. The most critical component should be the burger. And it was good but not great. Patty was thicker than Five Guys but not as large as Farmhouse, prob around 6 oz. All our parties' were slightly overdone, with zero red in it despite ordering medium doneness. Meat was moist but not especially tasty. Toppings were good, brioche bun was good but my wife's was cold to the touch. Prices were between $11-17 depending on toppings. Other Cons: - Slow service: we arrived at 11:45am with the place basically empty, but still waited about 20min for our food. - Uneven service: one burger was supposed to be plain, but had cheese on it; one dish of fries was cold Pros: - Good fries. We had a variety of orders, all were a good balance of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Be forewarned the truffle fries have spicy chili flakes. - Good draft beer list - Facility was sleek, open and clean - Staff was friendly It's right next to the movie theater, so I anticipate that Friday dinner and Saturday lunch & dinner it will be packed. I wanted to like it more, and I think we will go back and try again. But if you're going to make your burger the centerpiece of your restaurant, it better be a great burger. As of today, I'd still choose the Farmhouse burger any day.

The food and service (we sat at the bar) was very good. The place was pretty empty so we were well attended to. We each had a burger which were both very tasty. The cost of a drink however was outrageous. What should have been a $6.00 rail cocktail was $9.00. The location atmosphere and food did not dictate the high price Another thing that really turned me off was the apparent managers walked around with their hands in their pockets (literally). They did not speak to the guests seat people or otherwise engage. Bad vibe from that standpoint. May go again as the food was good but will me more judicious in what I order to drink. Good concept poor execution.

This is a decent restaurant. The food was good. It wasn't GREAT, but it was good. I had a beet salad and Mac n Cheese. I also had a maple Manhattan. This drink was far to sweet for my taste. I ordered one another time and again it was too sweet. I felt this restaurant was what the Farmhouse would be if it where a chain restaurant. When going to see a movie Or shopping in Williston I'll definitely go again. But I probably wouldn't choose to go here above restaurants in Burlington.

Bad experience. Waited 10 minutes to get a table. The food never came, 30 minutes waiting for food we left hungry!!! Not worth the wait!

Finally a burger place with class!! Great fresh food and fresh ingredients. It is about time something other than a chain burger joint opened in this area. I think it may be a bit sophisticated for some, especially those used to Five Guys and Chilis. But you definitely get what you pay for...farm fresh ingredients and great beer. The farmhouse burger is to die for!! Homemade brioche bun and the scrumptious fried egg on top!! Amazing. I topped mine with the zesty chipolte ketchup...yummy. It was served with delicious handcut fresh sweet potato fries. We started our meal with the jalepenos filled with cheese and wrapped with smokey bacon. Delish!! It may be pricey for some but it's so worth it. You definitely get what you pay for. Friendly waitstaff that doesn't rush you through your meal is also fantastic. If you want to know what fresh food tastes like...this is the place!!

I don't get the negative reviews on this spot (it's really easy to complain on the intertubes). This is a friendly place to have a VT brew (they have a big list), AMAZING onion rings (Seriously. They are fantastic.), and a good burger. It's slightly more than a pub, but the food is so much better. The sauce they use on their wings is great too. Good stuff.

Amazing! $1 oysters were huge and the appetizers (Thai wings and stuffed jalapeños) were perfect. Jeremy was an excellent server as well. Definitely going back!

I visited Grazers for lunch today, in hopes for a quick meal before I finished my daily errands. Little did I know this would be more than a quick meal, but FRIGGIN' DELICIOUS! I ordered the turkey burger with the lettuce wrap (instead of a bun) with a side of the truffle fries. Delicious! The burger was tender, juicy, and you could tell it was made fresh. The LOCAL aspect for their meat options definitely caught my eye as well. Overall, I highly recommend this new restaurant. The bartender, Brandon was very personable and made me feel very welcome.

Been here 3 times. Gets worse each visit. Tonight was the hostess' lack of any customer service skills, the LONG wait for food, and my favorite....the RAW burger. Sorry, but the place is a burger place, they should know exactly how to cook a burger to the desired temperature. Sure they brought me a new one, sans lettuce and tomato, oh and I guess it was too much to bring me new greens which was what I chose as a side. Plate came back out with just a burger, nothing else. Thumbs down, and nothing on the check to apologize for my raw burger and the raw burger that my husband was too annoyed to even send back. Server was sweet this time, whereas last time the server was terrible and lacking any personality. We'll stick with Archie's for our burgers from now on.

The good: nice décor, great concept, simple menu The bad: turkey burger was undercooked and mushy, greens of the mesclun salad wilted! The ugly: over thirty minutes wait for two burgers... on a Thursday night, and not that busy...Luckily we did not have to go to the movies... Our food server never came once by our table to let us know what was going on... I I understand it is a new restaurant so I will give it another try, because there is some serious potential there

We went opening week, so I wasn't expecting Grazers to be fully polished yet. That being said, I'm just going to point out a few things that I noticed. I'll be back again and write a full review once they've had some time to settle in. Appearance - It's nice and clean inside, but the floor is abnormally slippery / greasy. Did someone rub hamburger patties or bacon all over the floor? Service - The waitstaff is very friendly, great job, no complaints here. The itouch ordering thing is kinda cool, but certainly doesn't speed up anything. Food - The fries were talked up by the waitstaff as being awesome. They were soggy and very disappointing given all the hype. Reading other reviews it sounds like maybe we just got an old batch. I'll chalk this up to opening week, but I really hope the soggy fries is not a permanent thing. I got the Farm Burger - as said in another review, it was almost as if my egg yolk broke as it was put on the burger. The yolk was totally soaked in the bun by the time I got it. That being said, it was still a good burger and I ate the whole thing - I'd just work on the delivery (maybe consider plating it without the top bun to smash things?). My wife had a pretty standard burger (bacon, cheese) and said the meat could use a bit of seasoning. Onion Rings - Someone at the table ordered these as an app, they were good (not soggy like the fries). Shakes - I tried the Salted Carmel and it was awesome - I'd get it again. I tried two other flavors that were at the table and I enjoyed those as well. We asked about a malted shake option (as many decent milk shake makers should include) - it was not an option. Overall I enjoyed Grazzers and wish them the best. While there is room for improvement, I understand it was opening week and I'll be back.

Too specialized for my taste. Expensive for what you get. Waitress was an idiot, wife had an issue with the food and she avoided us like the plague after that. Would have liked to have another beer. Ummm hello?? Kayla?? Where did you go? Fries were good lol. Up charge "as they call it " if you want to change an item. Don't see this place lasting long, maybe the selection beers they have will save it.

Sat at the bar with only a short time before our movie was starting. Ordered a lemon- cranberry Cosmo-- yum. The bar menu is vodka-centric, featuring locally made and premium vodka drinks. Fun idea. The artichoke heart appetizers were excellent. Another member if my party enjoyed his burger. I ordered a quinoa-squash salad that was certainly edible, but it was so cold that I couldn't taste all the flavors. I would recommend and would return. Fun atmosphere for a quick bite. Check it out if you are in Williston!

Hmmmm, I wish I could say I loved it. Atmosphere is nice. Waitress was attentive and friendly. It was our food that didn't wow me at all. Menu is mostly burgers but does have other options. I had the buffalo sandwich which tasted great but it had so much sauce/cheese that it was hard to eat (REALLY messy). The truffle fries were inconsistent ,one order was fine and one was wayyyy over seasoned.

Poor mans Farmhouse, great if your hungry and your early for a movie, other than that I'll pass. Food was ok.

This was the most disappointing meal I have ever had! I asked for medium rare and I got so well done my burger could have been used in a hockey game. And, I paid $13 for it, but I assure you, that will not happen again!

So far I have tried 6 different burgers, and they were all delicious! I also love their salads and the Apple crisp. Service has been very good, sometimes it takes a while to get your food. Since they are new, I'm sure the kitchen will get better at putting out the orders more quickly. They make it very easy to pay separate checks when you are with a group. Happy Grazers opened in Williston!

My husband and I were 'regulars' at Grazers, having eaten there at least six times. While the food is decent and we like the idea of local, grass fed beef, the service had deteriorated so much since they've opened. On our last visit we waited nearly an hour for our food, and our appetizer came out with our entrees. Mind you, it was a Monday night and not busy at all! Two high-school aged hostesses stood chatting at the desk, instead of helping the server. The server was unable to multi task. The food was okay, but not great. The guac and chips are horrible. Its obvious that the guacamole is not home made. We are hesitant to go back.

I recently stopped into this newly opened burger restaurant right next door to the Majestic 10. I was DESPERATELY hoping this place was awesome as Williston is in need of a good, non-chain burger place. I wrote a pretty long review because I had a lot of time to kill waiting for my food, so I reviewed as I sat there. Drinks At first look, there are a number of interesting cocktails alongside the overly sweet ones catering to the 21st birthday crowd (I'm looking at you Gummi Bear Martini). That said, the cocktails are expensive across the board, which is why I was disappointed to find soda is hiding in everything, including the "Martinis". . Appetizers I had the fried artichokes which were battered, seemingly in flour without any seasoning. Somehow the artichokes were overcooked while the batter coating wasn't browned or crispy--maybe the artichokes were canned leading to their soft texture while otherwise undercooked exterior. Milkshake I had the Salted Carmel Shake and added a shot of Makers Mark. The taste was delicious, but the milkshake was super thin in texture. I'm not sure if it just sat a while and melted before I got it, or if it was mostly milk and little to no ice cream. Burgers I had the Farm Burger with a fried egg and bacon. The upside was they cooked the egg so the yolk was runny. The downside was that sometime before the burger got to me, the yolk broke and cooked into the plate likely as it sat under a heat lamp. Overall the burger was pretty dry and tasteless. My fiancée ordered the Barn Burner. His burger was almost inedible. No heat, but probably eight full springs of cilantro. He added the pork belly to the burger, and this was woefully dry and flavorless. The chiles were so charred they tasted like charcoal. Both burgers were requested medium rare and came well done. The best part of the meal was the fries (at least my fries which were hot and crispy while his were cold). Service Service was friendly, but slow and inconsistent. This is an area I'll forgive as the restaurant just opened, but if it doesn't get better is may be the nail in the coffin. I'll say that a while most of my food critiques were probably intrinsic to the food, a little less time under the warmer (or out of the freezer in the case of my milkshake) might have solved some of the issues. The use of iPad/iPod for ordering is likely meant to seem sleek and modern, but ends up being clunky as the staff is not yet accustomed to it. Hopefully this will get better with time, but system lacks flexibility--the waitress struggled with our burger additions despite them being advertised on the menu. Lastly, having to enter my tip on my waitress' phone is unpleasant, especially since I was disappointed in the service. Just let me privately sign a check like a normal restaurant. Vibe The general decor and vibe is standard for the area-- exposed wood, Edison bulbs and interesting hardwood. That said there's a bit if a crisis of concept at work. The bar is lit with multicolor LEDs and has a whole shelf devoted to flavored Smirnoff alongside the Whistlepig and Barr Hill. Unless Smirnoff has opened up a distillery in the NEK, it seemed out of place. Overall I will almost always give a restaurant a second shot if I first visit during opening week. I'm struggling to want to do that here since I was so disappointed. That said, I need a burger joint, and maybe they'll get the hang of it in a few weeks/months? For now I'll just be sticking to popcorn and candy when I go to the movies.

Grazers is on my way home from work so if it was consistent I'd eat here 6 times a month, easily. I like the cocktails but sadly the burger meat is really gross (spongy texture between my teeth) and I've never had anything excpet the fries that made me say 'mmmmm'. I've given this place multiple tries because on one hand I love the fries (wow!) and the cocktails are good, and I'm always in the mood for a good cesar salad.... but the last time I went I had bacon-wrapped poppers and the bacon was soft and floppy and fatty (not crispy) so I pulled it all off and left it on the plate. And the burger I ordered felt gross and spongy between my teeth so I only ate a few bites before giving up. Upon seeing all the unfinished food on my plate the waitress didn't even ask if everything was ok - and with two cocktails, tax and tip my meal cost over $50. It would be awesome if the place just had really good burgers and I don't understand why they don't. I'm not looking for five stars, just edible food.

These guys just opened this week, and a friend and I hit them up for an after-movie dinner. The food was simply fantastic - unique twists on french fries, as a stand-alone side with a burger, had me cackling with delight. And I don't frequently cackle. The bacon-wrapped jalapenos with a maple cream cheese filling, well, let's just say if there were a stack of these behind old women and small children I'd knock down both groups to get more. Great service, waitstaff was very knowledgeable about the menu, friendly, warm, and I'm definitely going back, and telling my friends and family to go.

The burgers and beer were fine. The atmosphere is a little suburban for my taste...too clean and bright. Fine for Williston. What annoyed me was that the server was using some sort of app to take our order. It really took a while for him to tap through each screen to complete each order. Seemed sort of inefficient. Fine place to go before or after a movie.

Today we went to this restaurant for the first and ONLY time.... WORST ever!!! Sat down and the worlds worst waitress came to our table Kayla is her name... .. asked her what kinds of beers they had, she handed me a menu and said I don't know... look in here. Strike one.... asked about making something on the menu a little different... she said I don't know. She said did you want me to go ask? Really?? Yes I do. Received my meal... took a bite, spit it out and sent it back... called her over and said this meal is disgusting... she looked at me and said... well I asked you if you wanted it grilled or not! I said it tastes terrible I want if off my bill.. she said whatever I am not going to fight with you.... NEVER came back to the table to ask how anything else was, never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks.. came over with a check and said here this is, do you want anything else? Seriously? I said, well had you come back over 20 minutes ago, we would have had another drink...but forget it now.. she said well you didn't tell me you wanted anything else when I took your meal away.... then I paid with cash... it took her and 2 other people to try and figure out my change.. she said is it all set? I said absolutely not! I want change... I will not reward anyone for foul service..... she needs a lot of work! The food is not all that it is cracked up to be... cant you just make a nice normal salad?? Oh that is right, you have no veggies! Thanks for a lousy afternoon on a very nice or what was very nice when we started out... we left from there and went to friendlies as I was hungry at this point... sad... they gave great service and a smile... salad was great too!

This place is pretty disgusting. It sucks when you go out to eat absolutely famished and it really clouds your judgement. The service was so ridiculously slow, if I hadn't been in drinking mode on a Friday night with my best friends I MIGHT have been annoyed. I digress...I ordered my burger medium well and I received it an hour later so raw it looked like it had just been butchered out in the parking lot by some kid named Rico. And what on earth is a lettuce wrap? Unfortunately, I ended up eating most of it, because like I said, the hunger. The waitress was surly and weird and I was taken aback by the fact that they pretty much bring an iPad to your table and ask you to sign off on your bill and tip right there!? What if I wanted to discuss how shitty the service was with my girlfriends first and ask what they were leaving? Awkward! Oh and I forgot how the hostess insisted on calling my friend "Alison" Steve, and pretty much yelled STEEVE in her face when we didn't get up and go to our table. I mean, Steve was before us on the list so I'd have no problem pretending to be him but that's not the point. I give this place 2 stars because it looked cool inside and they had Harpoon double IPA on tap in 16oz glasses. Other than that, save your money and TIME and skip dinner and go to Christmas Tree Shops. (They close at 9pm bt dubs)

This is now our third try at Grazers, and each time it gets progressively worse. Our hostess who greeted us was attentive and gracious, accommodating us to a booth that just went vacant, and everything went downhill from there. Re: the server staff, she made it a point to let us know this was her third day of working a double shift and made sure we understood her concerns, rather than focus in on her table. The prior two visits, the server staff was gracious, but hardly went out of their way to ensure we experienced something special here. On two out of the three occasions we visited, we waited at least 25 minutes for our meal, with our most recent visit, 40 minutes, despite the restaurant not overflowing in capacity. Only once during that period of time did our server make it a point to let us know they are short staffed. I had the "Grazer" burger, and although okay, it was bland, small in size, and the burger certainly does not justify its price. Just to provide some perspective, on our three visits, we spent an average of $35.00 for two burgers, and an ice tea, with a small upgrade in our fries. The fries were good, and have to rate them above average, however, nothing I can't get at some other local eateries who choose to cut their fries fresh. In paying for the bill, each server has an I- phone and what looks like a "square" paying mechanism, which is nice touch, however, as the server is standing over you, I have to decide on the proper gratuity on their I phone, which I think is an invasion of my privacy and decision making. One more item worth noting, for a relatively new restaurant, their rest rooms were far from clean. Overall, Grazers has been a major disappointment to us. This is a great location, right next to the theater, the concept is a solid one for this area, but to make this a successful venture, my take is to have your servers take a refresher course on Customer service, create a burger that is equivalent in size to the price, add some flavor to the burger, and by all means, provide an option where you as a guest can be afforded some privacy in deciding on the proper gratuity.

Stopped in on a very quiet Sunday night. My daughter and I decided to share a meal. We ordered a Caesar salad which was great and cost $9. We ordered a meatball sandwich thinking it would be a sandwich cut in half and would be easy to share. It was actually a couple of meatballs on hamburger buns. Why call it a sandwich when it's a burger!! It was small and cost $12. The meatballs were not the best. I make better meatballs!! The fries were good. We won't eat here again. Just unimpressed, and I can get a better $12 sandwich elsewhere.i guess if you want to support VT made products and want to pay more for it than eat here. Not for me.

Should have stayed with the burger. Had the fish sandwich, was bland tastes like nothing more than cod on a bun. The French fries arrived cold. Our first visit not sure I'd come back

Well, we've given Grazer's three legitimate tries and won't be back. The first time we went, it had just opened. It was a nice night and the place was full. The service was slow and poor - we waited an hour for food and had to get our own drinks. But we chalked that up to inexperience and have since been trying to find a reason to like the restaurant. However, each time we've been back, it's been the same experience regardless of how busy the place is. Last night it was empty (just my family and two others). The staff is untrained (host/hostess and waitstaff alike), the service is as painfully slow and poor as any I have ever experienced, the food is marginal and they run out of menu items seemingly all the time (yet the wait-staff doesn't tell you until you order it). Two out of the three times we've eaten there, they've given me no choice but to leave NO tip - now that's pretty bad. It's a shame - the location is perfect and they've done a great job with the theme and interior decor. But at this rate, Grazers likely won't be around long and is a waste of prime commercial real estate. Bring on a worthy Maple Tree tenant!
