We got takeout from here our first night in our new house in Colchester. This place is pretty good. Nothing fancy or too expensive, just your typical Italian pizzaria. I am always on the lookout for decent breaded mushrooms and this place has the best by far in the area. We will definitely order from them again and we'd love to actually go there and eat.

$2 draft beer and good food in a comfortable atmosphere with friendly staff and owners. My fiancé enjoyed the pizza because there wasn't a lot of sauce and no herbs and spices on the cheese. Will be back to support a local business

Holy cow - what a DELIGHTFUL find while traveling in the Burlington area! Imagine our surprise to find that this well-rated pizza joint is situated adjacent to a gas station, ostensibly in what would've been retail or storage space in the past. We're suckers for artisan pizza, and thought we must have misread something when we pulled into the parking lot. Truly, the quality of the 'za does NOT match the exterior. Don't be afraid, walk right in and order! A myriad of toppings/combos to delight in. All ingredients were fresh, flavorful. The crust is delicious - hand tossed, thin and tender. Super-friendly service to boot. And priced so reasonably we had to do a double take! We popped in for the first time during UVM orientation in June. It was so good, we couldn't WAIT to get back when we moved the Kid into the dorms in August!

Food here was amazing. My girlfriend and I ordered the Vermonter sandwich, which I must say is one of the best sandwiches I have ever had since moving to Vermont. We also got the Celtic Pizza which was delicious as well. We will definitely be coming back!

Excellent food after long day of skiing. Champ pizza, meat lovers pizza, bbq chicken sandwich and Vermonter sandwich were all great and close to Marriott.

By far my favorite pizza place in the area. True NYC style pizza. I recommend this place to friends any chance I get.

I ordered delivery, so didn't have the dine-in experience. The food was great! I ordered a pepperoni pizza, boneless honey BBQ wings, and fried mushrooms. The pizza was perfect! The crust was flavorful and texture was chewy with a little crisp. They added just the right amount of sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. The boneless wings were good, but fairly standard. They were very generous with the ranch and blue cheese dressings on the side. The fried mushrooms were very good--excellent taste--however, they were very small. Overall, I was very happy with the food and will definitely order food here again!

Yes, it's a gas station & yes, it's delicious. We were staying at a nearby hotel when I read the reviews for the restaurant & decided to give it a try. The service was friendly & quick (order at counter). There's limited seating but just enough turnover to make it easy to find a seat if you choose to stay. The meal was well-priced and delicious. It's not hard to do Italian food but when you do it right - it's right on. A nice little find on our trip!

Great pizza here...ask them for pretty much whatever topping combo you want and they will do it for you. Tip: The pizza rolls are wicked good, don't think those Totino's pizza nuggets...these are big, puffy blankets that cover the toppings. They say only one topping, but ask em', I think you can pretty much put whatever you want inside... The owners are very friendly, and local...

Always good fresh food, fast & friendly service and decent prices. The fact that they have a great selection of micro brews on tap is the icing on the cake!

Great pizza! Attached to a service station and really no atmosphere inside, the pizza served here is as close one can get to a true Italiain one in the NYC area. We are talking flavor, oil, quantity of cheese and toppings too. Service was good and owners are friendly and accommodating. The draught beers were top notch including Switchback and Trapp Lager. Best pizza in the area!!

Great flavor. Fresh ingredients, hot from the oven pizza! Locally owned and operated. Delivery was convenient on a rainy night and prompt.

Maybe we stopped on an "off day"... I ordered a small "Champ" pizza. It came sopping wet. I'm not talking about grease, this was water. Maybe the sauce was too watery? The crust was super thin, so the whole pizza was soggy.

The boss salad is DELICIOUS!! Pizza is decent although a little greasy. Fried dough is fair.

Short but sweet. After five years in VT this was and is my favorite pizza place. Yes it helps that we can get them to deliver to our home but even if they didn't we would make the trip. Some suggestions are the white pizza, the three brothers pizza, the lasagna pizza and pretty much anything else.

Was staying nearby and used Yelp to find this restaurant. A little strange to find at first because it's located in the old maintenance section of a still existing Shell gas station. It is a walk in and order at the counter place and has seating for eating in. The food was fantastic, much more than expected, even compared with restaurants located in downtown Burlington. Would definitely recommend a visit there if looking for a non-complicated meal.

I called to check on my delivery which was more than an hour late. I was told on the phone I was being too impatient because its Friday lunch rush. I asked if I could get a discounted price for the long wait. The person on the phone said next time to come pick it up if I want it on time. I asked to speak to a manager and turns out the owner was the one I was talking to! Can't believe the owner would talk to a customer like that. I wasn't even being rude or disrespectful in any way. Just a concerned customer. I cancelled the order because dominos got here before they did and when I called to cancel they said to never order from them again. Don't eat here. It's mediocre food, high prices and run by a jackass. I will go to dominos. It's cheap, decent food for the price and they have better customer service surprisingly.

Cannot recommend this establishment. We went with the $25 restaurant.com coupon, and they denied it, calling restaurant.com a scam in the process. And yet they are still listed on restaurant.com ! Something doesn't ring true here. You got us in the door, but didn't want our business. No worries... we won't be back.

This place is decent, nothing special though. Pizza by the slice always seems like it has been sitting around too long, even when reheated you can tell its not the freshest. Pizza by the whole pie is good and a decent size for the biggest one, they load on the toppings. The wings are just ok, chicken parm is not that big but delicious and they serve beer so that is great! Good dining room, a few TVs. The first 2 times we went and ate in, they were sooooo slow getting us our food, I mean like 40 minutes! The next time still slow but better and the last time was fast. Call ahead!

Even though we only ordered a one topping pizza instead of a specialty pizza, we were quite happy with what we purchased. Crust: the bottom of the pizza was firm enough to hold the toppings, yet soft enough to fold. Sauce: in my opinion, this is what defines most pizzas; that being said, this is the best pizza sauce I have had on a basic pizza. It tasted fresh and, most importantly, flavorful. Topping: generous coverage of cheese and pepperonis. Wings: we ordered a spicy BBQ wing, and were happy with the size, amount of meat, and flavor of the wings. Of all the local pizza places we have tried so far, 3 Brothers has top honors in my book.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
