Hidden gem! Very good food. My Spanish is horrible but the language barrier wasn't too much of an issue. The server and I both tried our best. The papusas were delish!

Did not like this place. The outside and the inside are very sketchy. In my opinion if a food inspector went inside this place they will fail. Very poor hygiene. The lady that was cooking was outside the kitchen when I walked in. Her daughter or relative took my order and the lady went to the back open the fridge grabbed a steak with her hands without washing it and put it on the grill. Aside from that when I tasted the steak it was extremely hard and chewy it was even hard to eat with a knife. After two bites I threw it out. I also ordered chicken and it wasn't the best. The food was also very oily. The rice was okay. The pastelitos is not what I'm used to eating, they were made out of corn and extremely oily and the meat inside was too salty. Wouldn't eat here again! The food looks pretty on picture I guess.

Great little Salvadorian restaurant. I was just driving through and stopped at this place. Small family owned restaurant, home cooked meal type of place. Food and service was great!

The restaurant is part of a gas station building, and is not very aesthetically pleasing. The inside is much the same as the outside, and was rather scary. Ordering is slightly difficult, as the menu is primarily in Spanish, and the English translations are very simplistic. Once you do order though, you'll find that the food does not disappoint. The dishes are filled with flavor and give the impression of being very authentic. Our food was presented in a nice manor, and the portion sizes were perfect. Despite it's appearance, this is a very tasty restaurant that I would definitely visit again!

Yum, if you don't want regular tacos may I suggest some delicious cheesy, hot pupusas? Beans and cheese or ayote and cheese are good for vegetarians, revueltas are mixed beans, cheese and chicharron ( pork ) and are very good for carnivorous types. I love the curtido ( coleslaw salad that goes on the pupusa) and their ensalada de frutas is NOT a fruit salad but a fruit drink which includes apples and pineapple, god its so good! The tamales fritos are also good, pretty much everything is good, BUT if you get beef please note you will most likely be served VERY well cooked beef, most central american places serve beef well done. I really like this place and its fairly priced which is always a plus.
