Came by and ordered off the luncheon menu. I had Shredded Pork in Hot Garlic Sauce, which was substantial and had a decent amount of spicy heat. Wife had Hunan Shrimp and she was pleased with the number and size of the shrimp. These were prepared to order. They do offer a luncheon buffet, but there is only one table with about 12 selections TOTAL, including the rice, eggrolls, and lo mein. Most of the entrees are chicken. They offer a few Thai dishes, such as drunken noodles. Didn't sample the Thai but reason enough for a return visit (dinner menu). See pix. Sorry, the pork is a bit out of focus.

My wife and I had take out from here on Friday night. I ordered szechuan beef and my wife had beef and broccoli both with fried rice. We did not get a chance to eat it until about an hour later and it was still very warm. They had packed the food very well and insulated the bag with cardboard, a really nice touch. We both enjoyed the flavor of the meat dishes but the fried rice was very bland and flavorless. The szechuan beef had just a little spicyness which I enjoyed although I would have preferred a little bit more spice. The szechuan beef was also a little more oily than I wanted. Overall, the food was three stars but I give them four because of the care in packaging the take out. We will consider using them for take out in the future.

Tried this place out on a whim. I was about to go grocery shopping, but then I saw this place and thought it would be wiser to have dinner before I got my groceries so that I didn't end up buying a bunch unnecessary stuff just because I was hungry. The interior was a little better than typical of a strip mall Chinese joint, but its cleaner than most, which was nice. I ordered the orange chicken, which was supposed to be spicy, but wasn't. Heat level aside, it was a pretty tasty dish. They give thought to presentation and always made sure that I had enough to drink. Friendly folks. They had a lot of takeout traffic while I was eating, so it seems that the food must be pretty solid, cause there is no shortage of options when it comes to asian cuisine in this town. I would say 3.5 stars, maybe 4 (but I would have to come back and try more things), in the realm of these type of establishments. I'd recommend giving it a try, the folks are very warm and attentive and the food I had was good (next time I'll make sure they understand I like my food with serious heat).

My wife and I have been there twice. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. We went there the second time to see if it was any better than the first. Disappointment again. Only ones in the Restaurant and service sucked. Could not get the attention of anyone to even refill the drinks. Appetizers came and part of my wife's fell on the floor. Waitress ignored it and didn't even bother to clean it up or offer a replacement! Owners small child was roaming around our table while we were eating. Food was not bad but the whole experience is one not worth repeating a 3rd time.

I was looking forward to trying China Dragon. The food was bland and tasteless. I had the Hunan Chicken, a spicy dish. No flavor at all, not only that the chicken was a mushy mess, awful texture. How can you screw up chicken this bad? My wife had a similar experience with her meal. My daughter, who will tell you that she likes bland food, loved her meal. The Hot and Sour soup was tasty, service very good, very clean, friendly staff and the food looked outstanding. The only weakness was the taste of the food. Too bad when you're talking about a resturant. I may give them another try, though the food was so unappealing I hate to throw away more good money.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
