I went in for the first time - it was ice cold in there and blew right down on the tables like a wind tunnel. My mother went with me, we got the same sub. 8" Vito with everything. It seemed so bland. The lettuce was white, no pickles, the only thing with flavor were the cherry peppers. I asked for extra vinegar after tasting the sub. They said they could not, it was against code. Why could they not put it into a cup, or something small? Hell, I would have dipped into it if I could for some tang, or flavor. When I got to the middle of the sub, it had more flavor because it seemed like there was more meat. In fact when I first looked it looked like there was no meat on the ends at all. Save your money, and go to Potbelly's instead.

The fastest jimmy johns...ever. I've been coming here once a week at lunch for the last month and I never wait more than a minute or two for my sandwich. Place is always meticulously clean and a constantly delicious. Where else can you get lunch for under $6 anyhow? A+

No hot sammies. Not a one. You need to know this before you go inside. So, I walked into this place and was instantly greeted by every single person behind the counter. I can't say for sure, but I think even the customer at the table in my peripheral vision may have joined in on the greeting. Me? "Whoa! Hey guys!" Hands up and splayed to show that I'm not packing and that I will in fact roll over at the merest hint of overwhelming and/or loud friendliness. I was given all the time in the world to peruse their unimpressive menu after being told to, "Take your time. There is a lot to choose from." No, no there isn't. I went with the tuna. Worst. Tuna. Sandwich. Ever. I make killer tuna salad and this place just gets it wrong at every turn. Huge chunks of super hot onion killed this for me, and I adore onions. These onions rendered this sandwich inedible. I couldn't even eat around them. Also, the thickly sliced cucumber and tomatoes were unappealing, and I think the menu even states "thinly sliced" but that is far from what I got. This sandwich isn't just boring, its horrible. There is absolutely nothing nice I can say about this sandwich. The staff, on the other hand? Not so bad. Just a bunch of teenagers really. Perfectly polite and helpful and totally full of themselves and having a great time. The location is okay, but turning left out of that drive is a bit dicey. One star for the jovial teens who have successfully squashed their angst, or at least while on shift at Jimmy Johns.

Had a turkey with provolone on white. Can't get anymore vanilla than that. Was just fine.

The slowest jimmy johns...ever. I've been coming here once a week at lunch for the last month and every time there has been a huge cluster of people at the pickup side. Be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes for your single sandwich. When another patron made a remark about the long wait, the cashier smugly responded, "Sometimes we're just busy." Really? You have 7 people back there, and no one is acting like there is a single customer waiting. I've been to a lot of Jimmy Johns. Clearly the issue here is the management. No fire under the butts of these employees. At all. They also make sloppy sandwiches and can't manage to roll them tight. Lose, lose here.

I am always a fan of Jimmy Johns. This location was very clean and service was fast. I ordered the BLT. Bread is pretty fresh

Order number 15. It came with taste of tuna, meaning, there was almost no tuna in the sandwich. I actually took a picture for the non believers. In the picture you can see that the tuna is like a condiment above the lettuce. The cookies are stale do not get them. The only good thing here was the coke. My friend order the number 9. Italian sandwich full if meat but tasted like nothing. The only thing he enjoyed was the bbq chips.

I've never been to the actual place, so this review is for their delivery. I love their subs! I order here ALL THE TIME.. sometimes even multiple times a week lol. Ordering online is a breeze, and delivery is very fast. The delivery people are always courteous and friendly.. never the weird sketchy-lookin folks that sometimes we get from other places that deliver your food (ya'll know what i mean!) Whenever I feel lazy after a long day at the office, all I really wanna do is sit on the couch, watch the news, and eat. I order my food, and it arrives instantaneously. The sub is straightforward, neat, and tasty. There's nothing I hate more than a sandwich that falls apart, and you end up with the soggy disgusting thin bread. I can eat Jimmy Johns without this happening! :)

Came across this location on out shopping with my sister. This location takes the Jimmy John's we all know and love to the next level of quality and excellence. Prepare for a warm greeting from staff ready to turn your JJ's sandwich dreams into a delicious reality. Simply a mention of my order number leads to a swift assembly line of sandwich creation that would bring Henry Ford to tears. Pepe? Totally Tuna? Bootlegger? You name it and you'll receive 8" of sandwich heaven as majestic in taste as presentation. Love eating there too. Friendly people, great patrons, the kind of place where you walk in and feel you're appreciated as a customer and part of a sandwich loving community. Ever since our first visit, when the JJ's craving rushes over us, we choose to drive past two closer locations just to visit this one. I wish I was in the delivery area. Every time I'm in the store enjoying my sandwich, I see hustle from the delivery team that just doesn't stop. You can see from the smiles they have a love for what they do. Even the managers seem to have a friendship with ever person picking up large catering orders. Whenever I see these clients in the store, this locations approach is akin to a 1800's western general store owner personal approach with each farmer coming into town for supplies, above and beyond, even almost consultative on sandwiches for a big group order. You don't see that customer service everywhere. This location is better than the best.

The staff is great but the food is meh. You get what you paid for. 5 stars for the friendlyness of the employees, price, and quickness of delivery. The ingredients are fresh which is great. As for the actual sandwiches, 3 stars, they're your average run of the mill sandwiches you can make at home. Nothing special, they're edible, their portions are good, and they offer free extras. There arent any special sauces, nothing made in a special way, no specialties at all actually. I order from there when I'm at work and I dont feel like spending $20 on pizza or chinese. You definitely get what you paid for. Also, its pretty lame that they don't toast their sandwiches. But these are all corporate issues, every jimmy john is like this, the owners dont have a choice.

I am usually a big iimmy johns fan despite that a previous time I ordered my credit card information was sold. There food is usually very simple yet delicious and delivery is fast. I ordered today for myself and my office and got my typical turkey tom and the person on the line asked if I wanted cheese and I said no I am allergic. Well not only was I charged for cheese but it was on my sandwich and it took me till I was a quarter of the way through to realize it. Not to be graphic but I am currently covered in hives and making frequent trips to the bathroom. I am very disappointed and nervous about ordering from them again.

Clean, the bread was super fresh, employees look like they actually wanna be here. All around great vibe. Don't forget to buy a pickle on your way out!

I met the owner of the shop on a whim when he came into my office looking to find another place they were delivering to. The owner, Bob, was kind enough to come back to my office with a free sub for me and my friends to try. The vito sub was sooooo good! And my fiance loved the veggie sub! As a result, I came into the shop today to get a sub. Bob remembered me by my first name. He quickly gave me service and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. This will now be my go to place to get a sub, even though I can walk to Potbelly and drive to Jersey Mikes.

I love this place because the sandwiches are made in two minutes, very neatly made, and the insides of the sandwiches and sauces won't spill all over the place when you take a bite into it. This is what I think of when I think of Jimmy Johns. Its a place I can stop by when I'm in a hurry, eat on the road without making a complete mess, and not spend too much money. So those are my expectations for Jimmy Johns, and this particular location has met those standards 100% of the time. I think other reviews are a bit too harsh. If I had the time and money for a more expensive "gourmet" sandwich that take 15-20 minutes to make, I'd be there and holding high expectations and complaining about too much this or too little that (while I'm using ten napkins wiping my hands, fingers, and face of all the sauces and juices after every bite), but... this is not one of those places, which is why I give it 5 stars.

Have to update this and will give it a 2 star given its history of goood service and good food. Our last experience was awful. We did an online order, and picked up 20 minutes after the email confirmed our order was received. It was not ready when we got there and the place was empty! We had to wait an additional 10 minutes. Then, we get home after a 20 minute drive to find HAIR in one of our sandwiches. I called and was told to come pick up a new sandwich and make sure I had the receipt and the manager Jay wwould take care of it. Now starving, we drive back another 20 minutes, wait to get a new sandwich about 5 minutes and made sure there was no hair before we left. No apologies, no acknowledgement of our inconvenience, no compensation. wow.

i tried jimmy johns for the first time today. i have to say that customer service makes up for a lot. right from the first step i took inside jimmy johns i was happily greeted. it makes a huge difference when someone really seems like they want to help you and take your order. i understand it may not be as fun, but if thats your job then you should at least act like you like it. the girl that greeted me seemed enthuciastic and caring. i ordered the #3 totally tuna. it tasted fresh and although it wasnt heavy on the tuna it was delicious. i also realized that if you want more flavor and meat, you have to order a "giant" sandwich which makes total sense. dont complain that it didnt have flavors, if you want more than just simple then order the giant sub. overall i truly enjoyed my experience at jimmy johns. its not like any other sub place. and kudos to the girl in the front for being so friendly with everyone that walks in the door. i hope the guy she was training learns from her.

I've never been to the location and ordered onsite, so this review is based on past deliveries. I decided to try out JJ's a couple of weeks ago; I wanted Potbelly but they require min. $25 order for delivery - JJ's does not. The online ordering process was fast, easy, and most importantly user friendly. My orders have been delivered in the time frame specified with no errors. The subs are simple, yet delicious, and you can really tell the ingredients are fresh. Cost isn't too bad either unless you start adding on extra meat, cheese, etc. Definitely give them a try if you'd like to order lunch and need a delivery service.

I've never been to the restaurant so I'm reviewing their delivery. Ordering online is super easy and convenient. The delivery staff is friendly and the orders arrive super fast. Their bread is delicious and I strongly prefer them to Subway.

I travel a lot and am always surprised with the consistency and speed of Jimmy John's. This location takes the cake though. Employees seemed motivated to make me the best sandwich on earth. As for the review below from Christa... did you ever think to look at the menu before coming in? Giving a one star review for a sub shop not offering a "hot sandwich" is like giving a Chinese restaurant one star for not offering Indian food. Shame on you.

Is Jimmy Johns the best subs ever? Not quite. But if cold subs are good with you and you aren't leaning towards something mind-blowing... by all means. Generally good quality, extremely fast delivery, and rarely make mistakes on orders. Generally being tasty and fast would garner a 4 1/2 as possible but occasionally the roast beef has the metallic greenish/purplish tinge of going south. Thankfully it hasn't been a problem thus far but still a bit disconcerting. Otherwise, great job guys and keep doing what you do best!
