I don't think many people knows about Fifty West Cafe because neither did I before opening of Harris Teeters nearby. Due to many trees in front of the building, it is hard to catch this place in sight. My coworker and I saw the free standing sign on the street one afternoon and we have been constant customers since then. Inside of this deli is small but cozy. Many types of sandwiches, including vegetarian ones, panini and wraps are on menu. Their S.O.M.A. Burger (chicken breast, avocado and fixings) is always on point. Taste isn't strong, but rich and flavorful. My personal favorite is Caprese Wrap. It's for vegetarian with fresh mozzarella, avocado, leaf basil, cucumber, and spinach. Though I am not vegetarian whenever I try it, it was not disappoint a single bit. Price is not too cheap but reasonable. Most of them are between $6~$7's except $5's deli-sandwiches. Salad bar is 6.45 per pound with selection of various nuts. Sweet & sour cucumber is the must try. However, I would say the selections of salad are limited. I know FWC is not easy to catch, but if you are sick of boring sandwich, I say you should definitely give this place a shot.

This hall is where Masons who desire a bit more fun and community service gather for fellowship. I've been here for several other Masonic events and have always enjoyed the crowd - additionally, the kitchen can accommodate quite a few people and always serves up a good meal. If you're a Mason and looking for a new branch of brothers, this is the place for you.

Probably the best Subway I've been to. A bit small, so seating can be tight. Always clean, and staff are fast and friendly. The owner/manager is always there and knows his regular customers. I've actually driven past 3 or 4 Subways to go to this one, because it's always what I expect.

Super clean. Great staff. I bought a bunch of sandwiches for teenagers. The staff built them expertly. Noticing the size of the order without prompting they got me a box which is the nicest experience I've ever had at a subway. I had to use the lavatory and the bathroom was also immaculate. This is a brand new store at the corner of Old Lee Hiway and Main Street in Fairfax, just a few blocks from the George Mason University campus. Well done!!!! 5 stars on the 1-5 star Subway scale.

One of our faces! Never fails to hit the mark. The wild game dishes are exceptional.
Oh man oh man. This place can not be in Fairfax, this needs to be in Milan! Or Dubai! Everything was so good! I had the quail stuffed with rabbit, it came with a risotto, and I had peach iceberg salad. Both were amazing.. You have to try it, setting is really romantic too
Came here with coworkers. First we were greeted by a friendly waiter. The room we were directly had a privacy for a group of 11 of us as it was separate from other diners. I got salad for appetizer, tagliata for main, and tiramisu for dessert. The waiter recommended a red wine and a white wine before our meal. The white wine had sweet and smoothe taste but the red wine was too mild. My main meal was good but was too small for an adult portion. The sauce on the side was sweet and tasty. Overall I had good experience at this restaurant.

Great place to brunch! Great service and bread rolls to die for. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is very cozy.
The worst burger I've ever had The worst steak I've ever had The worst pasta I've ever had The worst salad I've ever had I'm surprised that great American hasn't shut this place down. Food is overpriced, service is average and to top it off, the food is awful.
The food here is top notch. This restaurant is a part of the Great American Restaurants chain. (I've previously visited Coastal Flats, Jackson's, Mike's American, Sweetwater Tavern, Carlyle, and Silverado). Pretty much every time I've dined at one of their restaurants it's been most excellent. Can never get enough of the Ozzie rolls with butter, yum! I've had lunch and dinner here and look forward to one early afternoon trying out their brunch menu offerings.
