I work near here, so I've been to Lafayette a lot. The staff is very friendly. That being said.... The food is just not that great. And the prices are outrageous. I got charged over $7 for a cold ham and cheese on a 6" hoagie roll. The ham had to be the cheapest ham made on earth, definitely not a quality meat. The sandwich was mostly lettuce, and the roll was your garden variety Sam's Club special. The people should visit Pica Deli in Reston and just do what they do. I think they are trying to make up for their lack of business by raising prices, not a good business model. Make good food and people will come. Or charge prices that are comparable to what you're offering.
