I ordered from here multiple times. I have sent a email to tell them why I have been upset with their business for a couple times now. I never got any reply from their management with a response. And today was the last I ordered from them. The pepperoni pizza is good. I like the way the crispy pepperoni is and the cheeses are good. Personally it was our family always go to pizza. However, they constantly run out of their 2 liter Pepsi and other drinks. I ordered different times on weekdays AND weekends and kept getting calls from them telling me they ran out. They did bring smaller bottles but different amounts or I would have go choose another drink choice. How does a pizza place run out of sodas on a weekday? They need to order more stock. Then today was the last of it. I ordered extra cheese pepperoni pizza with buffalo wings. Nothing complicated. Pizza showed up cold but I didn't complain about that. The wings came dry. No sauce. Previously when I ordered it was soaked in buffalo sauce. Today there was none. I called them to get these plain wings switch for what we ordered. The manager on the phone said he made them and there WAS buffalo sauce. I told him I tried one and it was so DRY with no sauce. Explained previous times I ordered buffalo wings it wasn't like this ever. He continued to say it did have sauce. It basically showed me he didn't care for what I had to say. Didn't offer anything to makeup for their mistake. Horrible customer service! It says new management but from previous years until today it seems the same bad service ways. I don't recommend this place. I'm taking what was my loyal business to them someplace else.

This location appears to have closed a month ago. I will miss their pepperoni pizza and two-pizza deals.

Vocelli's never disappoints. A little pricey, but if you always use their coupons it's worth it.

We ordered two pizzas: Hawaiian and Basil Pesto Primavera. The Hawaiian tasted great, but the toppings were thrown on in huge clumps, resulting in slices with tons of yummy bacon, and no pineapple. The pizza was cut extremely unevenly which only exacerbated this issue. The Basil pizza was supposed to come with garlic sauce, but neither of us even got a hint of garlic. We also ordered cannolis, which is where my real issue comes in. The shell was chewy and very soft which happens when they aren't freshly made and filled. Take a page from Manhattan pizza in Herndon. Fill them when customers order. When you combine these issues with the price of the pizza (over $40 for two 14-inch pizzas and the dessert) and the other local options available mean we won't be ordering from here again. I suggest you don't either.

Vocelli's has good pizza but it is overpriced compared to other pizza chains. I make sure to find and use their coupons because without them I would not order anything from them.

Thank goodness this place is closed down. The staff and management here are very rude and unfriendly. I placed an order over the phone from this place a couple of years ago but then forgot to tell them credit card order. I called them back to say this to them and they tell me to let the driver know. I do that and the driver starts being rude giving me a real nasty attitude and I call the place up to let them know to do credit card again. I sign the receipt and then the driver starts being real nice. Hey buddy can you give me tip I need for gas and so did the guy over the phone. I am never ordering from this location again. The pizza was good other than that.

I ordered from the new Bristow location, but can't find it on yelp yet. We're new to the area and I'm a pizza junkie so I've been trying out the local pizza joints. Tonight was Vocelli's and I loved it. Not only did I love it, but my picky wife loved it. I ordered my wife and kids a large cheese and black olive pizza online and used a digital coupon from their site to get myself a large buffalo chicken pizza for free (almost free, an extra $.84 for something). I loved it. My wife loved it. My kids loved it. The price was awesome compared to what I got at Tony's a couple nights ago. Two large pizzas for $18. I spent $28 for 1 large specialty and 1 small cheese at Tony's (which is good too, but not for the money). Vocelli's crust is delicious :)

Got a flyer in my door for 40% off pickup order. I decided to try one of their "gourmet" pizza selections. The one I decided to try is named the "Quattro Cheese". It was pretty burnt when I picked it up. I have noticed that about some Vocelli Pizza locations. 40% off or not, it is unlikely I will be returning; I have so many other options around here.
