Best sushi I've ever had. I usually just stop by for a Philly roll and I haven't been disappointed yet. All of the ingredients are fresh and high quality. We've also gone to Chef John for catering a few small parties and everyone loved it! The sushi was arranged nicely on a serving tray and the presentation was excellent. Oh and the did I mention the prices are amazing? If you have trouble finding them, they're in the back left corner of H-Mart.

Super excited to see Pizza Boli is in Centreville! Used to order from them and once again they exceeded expectations. Ordered the Meatster pizza and the buffalo wings. Wings were meaty and nicely cooked with the right amount of sauce. Pizza had tons of yummy meats and lots of cheese with a nice tangy sauce - just the way I remembered it! My new #1 pizza place in C-ville! Keep up the great work!
I ate the food at Boli's twice and I absolutely loved it. Whenever I want to order pizza and wings, it'll definitely be from Boli's.
First time ordering from this place, the sub I ordered was exactly what I hoped it would be, very delicious. Cheese fries were good, but not great, using another kind of cheese that doesn't just clump the fries together would be nice. Ordered for take out, so I don't know how the delivery is, but the food was ready very quickly, was very impressed with that. Overall good first impression, look forward to trying some pizzas.

Food Corner Kabob House

14220 A Centreville Sq

Reviews:
Made my first visit to Kabob House in what used to be Panchero's. The sign at the door boasted lunch kabob specials at prices that are a bit high for this type of restaurant. The young lady at the cash register was very pleasant but had to refer to the printed menu to figure out that I ordered the quabili palau. I took my seat and waited a fairly long time during which the cook shouted questions at three of the customers what they had ordered. When my food was ready the cook threw in a piece of bread and asked if I wanted hot sauce on the side. The quabili palau is served with rice, spinach, and lamb in an interesting Afghan gravy. The rice and lamb were pretty decent; not the best I've ever had but good for this type of restaurant. I was surprised to find large pieces of lamb under the rice. They were good but lacked the nice gravy of the quabili and sort of threw off the ratio of meat to rice. The dish was piled high with food. The spinach had a sharp, bitter taste and I ate little of it. The bread was especially good - better than bread at upscale Afghan restaurants. I tried the hot sauce even though the meal was quite flavorful without it. The sauce has a yogurt base and would probably go very well with a kabob. I'm going back after a few weeks to try a kabob and see if they have improved their ordering system. All-in-all a pretty good showing for a new fast food restaurant.
Best chicken kabobs around. The people there are really nice.
I admit to not being an authority on Afghan food. But I know tasty treats when I eat it. My lamb kabob fell under that category. You get free soup while waiting for your order. Even though the noodles were over cooked, the broth was delicious. Nice departures from the usual fast food fafe

Pho Duong

14215W Centreville Sq
Centreville, 20121
Reviews:
Went here for lunch after a day of food poisoning and so glad I did. Service was quick and the pho soup I ordered was delicious. Compared to other pho places, I found their broth to be quite sweet...seemed like a lot of star anise (sp) but with some sriracha and a little hoisin sauce added it leveled it out perfectly. All in all I have to say I did enjoy this restaurant, my only qualm about my meal was really with the drink I ordered. I had chosen Lemonade off the menu and at a $3.50 price point I was expecting some great Lemonade. When I got the drink there were sugar crystals set on the bottom of the glass and there was only a scarce taste of lemon throughout the whole drink. Honestly not that big of a deal though - gave me a nice little sugar rush! All in all, I'd recommend this restaurant.
It's authentic to a point that you will smell like pho walking out. The weather is getting colder and our craving for delicious Vietnamese hot soup is increasing! Pho Duong is only minutes from home, and to be honest, this place delivers a pretty good bowl of pho. Not mind blowing, but it will give you that comforting feeling that pho can give you. Here's to the pho! The broth of their pho is quite clear, and it's very fragrant. It's on the saltier side, and similar to the Pho 75 flavors. You'll be able to taste all of the ingredients that they used as the base. That bun bo hue! Got a bowl of their spicy beef soup and this one is not disappointing either. Not as spicy as most bun bo hue, the flavors are rather mild, and it's served with a side of banana flower slices (not cabbage!) Taste the crunch... Of the pan fried beef noodle. A traditional Chinese takeout, the pan fried noodles can not disappoint no matter how hard you try to mess this up. Seriously, who doesn't enjoy a plate of FRIED noodles. The sauce is much more flavorful than most, hinting on the sweeter side. The beef is superior to most Chinese restaurants - it's thinner, so much more tender and absorbs the flavors of the sauce much better! Service is quick. There's never any wait for a table. It's a pho restaurant, so do not expect an outstanding service. You go in, sit with your bowl, and walk out. That's the pho way!
I went here with my friends, as a last minute decision for pho. The restaurant was clean and tidy, but the service wasn't as good as I thought it should have been. All three of us ordered pho noodles; I had the all-meat pho noodle soup, while one friend had noodles without soup, and the other, pho noodle soup with selected meats. We all had to agree that the meat (which is a very significant factor in the pho experience) was not very great. The soup was more acceptable, but it wasn't the best I've had. Also, they weren't very generous with the thai basil, jalapeno, and the bean sprouts. We were given a small plate to share among the three of us. I honestly would've used all of it for a large bowl;;; I'm sure they would've given us more if we asked, but I was just slightly disappointed that we weren't given plenty originally. The prices were somewhat fair, but on the bit pricier side - it was $8 for a regular bowl, and $9 for a large; the special ones are a lot more expensive. Overall, fairly good for a local pho restaurant :)
