Fresh chicken, friendly staff, good prices. This one is better than the one in Greenbriar, even though it's a longer drive for me and don't have a drive-through. I've gotten a lot more wrong orders from the Greenbriar location, they always give me 2 piece when I ordered and paid for 3 piece, and the cashiers there are not as nice as the ones in Chantilly. For consistently good food and friendly service, Chantilly is the one to go to. Also, the sun shines through one of the big windows, it's real nice in the winter to be sitting there, nice and warm :)

Good thing this Popeyes is convenient, because it is definitely not a location I would travel more than 5 minutes for. Very unfriendly staff (Saturday, November 1, 2014 @ 2:03 PM), dirty facilities. I'll review again next time I visit. Maybe it was just a bad day.

Convenient location with the worst staff ever! I prefer driving out 10 mins to Chantilly to another Popeyes location to have people serve me well. This place always serves below portions, charges extra for sauces, and are consistently cussing in Spanish. What a disgrace to my community.

Went in today with a coupon for a free 2pc. and a biscuit. They told me that they were not participating in the promotion. I understand that it is a franchise and they can do what they want so I continued with my order. I was with some coworkers and we got 2 gallons of tea, 2 8-piece boxes and 12 biscuits. We asked for some cups to go with our tea and instead of handing us small drink cups, we got the styrofoam containers that mashed potatoes go in. Strange, but that's okay so I laughed and accepted the side-cups. I guess that rubbed the manager the wrong way because she proceeded to look at her coworker and say "pendejo" as she turned and faced me. I guess she thought that white people don't speak spanish so I told her that was not very nice and she froze. Didn't say anything.. no sorry.. nothing. Gave me my meal and we left. I'll leave you to your own devices to figure out what that translates to. I have never been treated with so much disrespect to my face by a manager of any establishment. It was classless and I would hope the Popeyes franchise would hold their employees and especially their managers to a higher standard. I would also like to point out that I am only rating this manager of whom I did not get her name. The food was great as always, but that doesn't mean much when the management is cursing you under their breath.

I frequent this Popeyes on my lunch rounds and sometimes to pick up some dinner on my way home from work. It's located directly off Westfields Blvd., right before you get to the exit for 28. There is plenty of parking in front of the store, even during lunch, this place doesn't get very crowded. I'm usually here on either Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday as they have a special on those days, and I'm all about the specials: 2 pieces of chicken (either breast and wing or leg and thigh), one side, and one biscuit for $3.49, sometimes they also ask if I'd like to add a drink for $0.50 more, but I never go for it. That's less than 4 bucks for a pretty good lunch! Yes please. Chicken is always hot and fresh, staff is always friendly, I've never had to wait for chicken here, and they don't even shoot me dirty looks when I pay for my less than $4 lunch with a credit card! Nothing more can I ask from a Popeyes.

The chicken is always hot & fresh when I stop by for lunch. My biggest gripe [with ALL Popeyes] is that they are so stingy with the Cajun Sparkle. I ask for "a bunch" and they give me ONE packet. I ask for more, I get ONE additional packet. That's it. Really, Popeyes, are you that hard up that you can't provide Sparkle to your customers?! We want the Sparkle!
