Diabetics at Whataburger

High Cholesterol at Whataburger

Calorie intake is the main concern for people with high cholesterol while dining at a fast-food restaurant like Whataburger. Well, you can always try the Lighter & Smaller options from the menu to cut down your fat intake. Opting for grilled sandwich or burgers are preferred compared to double meat or triple meat cheesy burgers which contain high cholesterol.

Foods to Avoid at Whataburger for High Cholesterol

Cut down on your meat intake to control your high cholesterol. You must skip Double Meat Whataburger and Triple Meat Whataburger at all costs. You should also avoid Avocado Bacon Burger and Monterey Melt as both these burgers contain a high amount of fat. Sweat & Spicy Bacon Burger will add extra 1080 calories in your diet so skip that as well. Whatacatch Dinner may sound tempting but the famous fish sandwich is also full of calories and unhealthy fat. Lastly, avoid French Fries and Onion Rings at Whataburger if you are already ordering a burger or any other heavy meal.

As far as burger places go, this one is pretty good, but not mind-blowing. The patties are juicy and greasy enough, the fries are well seasoned, but a little soggy, and the strawberry milkshake was a standard issue one, tasty but not remarkable. Its a notch above a chain burger joints like Wendy's, but not as good as Five Guys. Ample parking when the night club below it is not open and pretty accessible off Lee Highway near Rosslyn. Bit expensive for the quality, but is price comparable to its competition of BGR, Smashburger, or Elevation Burger. Overall, its good, but not a stand out in the field.

I won't be setting foot in this establishment again. Went in about 4 pm for a late lunch, no one else in the place - after they took my order nothing happened. Four workers seemed to be just staring at one another for close to 15 minutes or so. When I finally did inquire about where my order was the main "manager" chuckled and said, "did you even get your fries yet?" Nothing had even remotely begun to be prepared for me as I stood alone in this empty burger place while it's workers did nothing. Horribly run.

Do not eat here. Waited for the employees friends to figure out how they could get free food while I waited for 10 minutes and left. They chatted in a different language, even went into the back room while I stood there with no regard for the customers waiting in line.

+ no peanut oil + organic beef and milk - way more expensive than I was expecting ($47 for 3 adults & 2 kids meals) - $10 valet parking (don't know who's fault that is) - i would not buy the kids shakes again because they're tiny Let's see. My wife's turk

Pretty interesting place. I've heard so many rants and raves about Burger 7. I drove by this restaurant almost every day. I thought the placement of this establishment was quite odd. I also heard how good it was... Me being on a diet it was best I didn't uncover any new good restaurants. Finally one day board of our local restaurants my ever trusty BFF wanted to go to Burger 7. Ashamed having never went I decided to go. The menu is limited. I was a bit clueless. I cited on a regular burger. My BFF got the vegan veggie burger. The star of the show was the vegan burger. Most veggie burgers and restaurants are suspect to me. This one however it was awesome. The fries were good. I would definitely come back to this restaurant. Onion rings I'm coming for you.

I really don't understand the hype behind this place. Yes, it's zabihah. It's also pretty mediocre. I've heard service can be pretty crappy but I had a decent experience. Parking is a mess. Just a tip, park on the side streets a block or two away.

SAVE YOURSELVES THE HEADACHE! The owner to this burger joint has a club below this place. To get richer he cones off all the damn parking and charges $10 valet. I know it's only $10 but not everyone is going to the damn club. We ended up parking 2 blocks away for a shitty over done burger anyway. Stay away!

So as I sit here in this place I wanted to write the review right away. For starters, this is the 3rd time I've been here for the shakes which are amazing hence the 2 stars. Burgers aren't the best but did the job. Now let's move on to what I consider the most important piece in a business. The customer service. You can have bad food but to have both just dissapoints me. The food can't respond but a human being can. The last time I was here the cook was outside on his phone talking loud about women (whom he referred to as a female dog) while on the phone with his brother. That's how loud the conversation was that I can pretty much tell what it was about, but I'll spare the space here. Besides every other word was an explicit. Tonight the same cook, looked at a group of 7 as they walked in and rolled his eyes making the comment, "where are they coming from" and "go home". I was sitting in the last seat by the door near the entrance and if I heard him, I'm sure they did. I could be wrong because they still stayed and ate at the establishment. I would have immediately asked for the manager and took my family of 7 and went elsewhere. The enployees, including the manager smokes, out front. I think that's unprofessional and an eye soar. Even as I type this he and an employee are out front smoking. (Added after first submission-said employee went straight back to the cook area and did not wash his hands). I was also disappointed that there was no place to plug in my laptop and I was told the WiFi wasn't working. When I ask where the nearest plug was, I was directed to a plug on the other side of the room, with no seating area by the drink machine, in the hall where the bathroom is located. I laughed and departed. Thanks for the shake though!

I love the Burger 7 in Falls Church on Leesburg Pike, so I expected to equally love this location, but it just hasn't been as good. First off, the seating is terrible. They have awkwardly high, stationary stools and booths, with a really oddly placed foot rest that my feet didn't reach. The only regular chairs and normal height tables are out on the patio, which was too hot the day I went. It was particularly sad to see a guy in a wheelchair come in and then have to eat outside in the terrible heat because it had the only handicap accessible seating. The food has also been disappointing. At the other location, my favorite item is the turkey burger, which is light and juicy. At this location, however, it's dense, dry, and rubbery, and I've tried it twice with the same result. I'll try to avoid this location in the future, but if I have to go, I will try a different menu item.

I enjoyed the food and the employees were nice, but there was a deal breaker. The cook used gloves to touch the raw hamburger, which is GOOD, but then the cook touched everything else in my order with those same contaminated gloves, which is BAD. Proper food handling should always be a top priority. Sure, it is time consuming, but this is what you sign up for when you own/work at a food establishment.

Look at everyone who gives this place a bad rating. They are all assholes who are concerned about service at a fast food place, and some are vaguely xenophobic. Fuck em, when I go out to fast food I don't expect to have my ass wiped for me. These are good fast casual burgers, fries are totally acceptable and the nutella shakes are awesome. And I've never had a problem with the service. They're kids slinging beef patties...what do you expect? Oh, and I think they're open til like 3AM, which is super awesome.

I used to make special trips to falls church when b7 had only one location. Ever since the Arlington location opened up, I've spent the saved gas money on a shake or upgrade to napkin zone fries. Early on, this location had its issues: slow service, messed up orders, etc but they've long since ironed out the wrinkles. I always get the same thing when I order: double patty, lettuce, tomato, pickles, sautéed mushrooms, and b7 sauce on the side. Now here's the rub, wifey likes the sweet potato fries and i like the regular fries. It's way too many carbs if we order our own so we usually go halfsies, and yup you guessed it, I end up with the sweet potato fries more often than not. They tend to be burnt or soggy - never enjoyed them at all. BUT now, they have sweet potato waffle fries which are crisp and delectable, so that pretty much solves that issue. Only concern I have is with the Cloud opening up downstairs, the parking lot was packed. They have valet for the new establishment but I'm not sure how they're reserving spots for b7. Should be interesting to see how that plays out.

It's 9:01 PM on a Thursday as I begin this review. This place has pretty tasty burgers but the service keeps me from going out of my way to eat there. No matter what time of day I've gone, they've been understaffed and the order no matter how small takes forEVER. I feel so bad for the one guy making burgers one order at a time. The employees yell at one another and clearly don't work well with, or even tolerate one another. The seating (whether you're getting your order to go or eating it there, you'll be sitting awhile) is as hard as sitting on the floor, so don't plan on getting comfy. Your legs will go numb. The tables are too low for the seating so you feel like you're eating off your lap. I've used their online ordering system once before and placed an order for "now." I headed over 20 minutes later but even an hour later I was still waiting despite that there were only a few people in the restaurant. Beware that the burger joint upstairs provides food for the nightclub downstairs (adding a pickle on a toothpick through the burger to make it fancier) so despite that I was one of 4 people there, and had ordered well ahead online, I was still waiting past an hour. If I hadn't pre-paid online I would have said the heck with it. And good luck finding parking without the club's valet yelling at you for parking (legally) in the lot there. The cranky woman at the counter had nothing to offer, no apology or anything despite that I was sitting there waiting for so long. She barked orders and complaints (unrelated to my order) at the guy on the grill but did absolutely nothing but stand there. They really just need more people doing the prep and cooking. Watching the people working here they are so MISERABLE. When my order was finally ready she handed it over like nbd. Do yourself a favor and spare yourself the frustration. This place is Not. Worth. The. Wait. (It's now 9:20 and they just called the number before mine and the guy with the number after mine is raising holy hell.) the counter guy today apologized for the wait and offered angry man after me a free shake. That was nice, I guess I should use the f-bomb more often?

Great burger place! They're open until 4 am which is convenient for late night cravings. Prices are good and the food doesn't take too long to make. Service is alright, but it's a fast food joint so don't go in expecting excellent 5 star service. My favorite is their grilled cheese sandwich! It's so delicious and cheesy. But recently I went and decided to try their B7 burger with mushrooms and caramelized onions. Definitely one of the best burgers I've ever had and I'm not really big on burgers. The meat was so tender and juicy and their French fries are also really good. I think what makes their burgers so good is their B7 sauce. The only reason why I don't come here as often is because parking is a huge hassle! They are right above cloud lounge and I believe they share a tiny parking lot which is always packed. So having to park in one of the neighborhoods and walking to the burger joint isn't always worth it.

Don't get the turkey burger, I think it's frozen and I've had much better frozen burgers. Fries are good though.

I give it 1 1/2 stars. Today was my 3rd visit. Ist visit i got a hotdog, chili, mustard, onion and coleslaw. Chili was cold and (imho) too much mustard. Very slow food delivery 2nd visit i got only fries to go. It's a boatload of fries, but suffered from steaming in the bag. Again, very slow food delivery. 3rd visit i got another dog. Same chili, mustard, onion and coleslaw. Again, the chili was cold. This local has been open a good 30 days and still it took 8 1/2min to get my hotdog today(the chili should be hot after 8 1/2m?, Right?). When i walked in there were only 3 customers sitting and no one in line. There were 4 staff manning the grill and one was also running the register. What happens when they are busy with a line out the door?........................................ Oh, no line out the door? Right. I won't complain again about the fries-to-go,but i will complain about the cold chili. I can't imagine getting the loaded fries w/chili,cheese and whatever and the chili is cold. I can understand giving some time to "Get in the groove",especially when you have under 20 kids working for the 1st time. But this isn't the 1st B7 opening. There have been many attempts to occupy this space(at least 4 since my 8 1/2 years here),so i think your survival mostly depends on your neighbors. I hope the OWNERS and SHAREHOLDERS are reading these comments from their customer base, because w/o us............ there is no you! Mr. Manager, get in there and manage.

i've been coming back here because the burger is better than most any around, with the exception of elevation burger. ordered online today, thinking to avoid the abysmal long wait tiimes. mistake. hopped on my scooter and headed over, asked for my order, guy looks down blankly and says (i'm not making this up) "oh...i.... didn't have time to make it." uh, what do we do here again? oh yeah, serve food. meanwhile i'm pretty sure he didn't forget to charge my card. hint to burger 7: food service 101 says "process the orders in the order they arrive." good thing i took the trouble to order ahead. i sit. he kindly offers to prepare it now (thank you) and says it will be ready in ten minutes. hands me the pager. ten minutes turns to twenty. meanwhile it starts to rain (i'm stuck in it). finally the pager goes and a guy produces.... a tray. "that was to go" i say (as we JUST NOW DISCUSSED). ok. transferring it to a bag takes two guys a full four minutes. one is eating his own burger while working on mine (at least i think it was his). packed poorly fell to pieces on way home. idiots. double cheeseburger is $6.69, fries $2.89 is not a bad value for the size. the burger isn't bad, but don't order ahead, just get it and eat it there. meanwhile, for my money elevation burger is better food and service.

I don't live too far from here so I was able to see the progress of the restaurant and I was anxious for it to open. I have ordered the turkey burger only (but I'm not a homosexual), and it was very good but on the small side. I like how you can select from so many toppings on it and that they have so many ketchup options. Sweet potato fries were very good, and unlike a lot of places they actually taste like sweet potato. I'll be back.

Visited last night. Burger was juicy with very good flavor but it was on the small elevation hamburger size, as in small. small in diameter as well as small in thickness. perhaps twice the thickness of a McDonald's hamburger. The fries were piled high but stone cold. The shake was quite good. Re: the sitting. Very uncomfortable, both the interior seating areas as well as the wall seating. Bottom line: Staff friendly, burgers good but small, forget the fries unless you can get them to make them for you fresh and always order take out. Second Bottom Line: BGR easily trumps this place in both the hamburger size and juiciness and seating comfort. Shakes are about equal. And I don't know about the fries as I've never had any at BGR. But I suspect they cook them fresh. Would I return to Burger 7? No, not likely. Don't be fooled by the cuteness of the place in the photos.

First Yelp review! My wife and I stopped by late Friday night to check out the new burger joint nearby. It looked to me that this place may stick around longer than the last two restaurants located here since they did a lot of work renovating the place. Since it was late in the evening, we only ordered two shakes and a large fry. We ordered - but couldn't get the Oreos since they were out. We paid- it cost $14 for the shakes and fries (yikes!). We sat down - the table/counter (not sure what it was) was dirty with dried up ketchup everywhere. We went to pick up our food when our buzzer buzzed - only to find out that 1 out of the 3 items were ready. The staff of about 8 or so people had not even started our fries or my milkshake. I sat down - at least they brought me the rest when it was done. We drank the shakes - they were good, and the large straws prevented the famous "collapsable straw" problem from happening. We ate the fries - which were undercooked and not all that tasty (Five Guys, BGR, Elevation Burger, and even McDonald's and Wendy's all have them beat). I went to the bathroom - which umm...needed to be mopped. I left feeling ripped off, and not wanting to go back. So, 2 stars...the straw was actually a big deal in my book. Those kinds of details are important to me. The staff was friendly, but needs to get their act together. Otherwise, it would have been 1 star.

I would really like to give 3.5 stars. Went last night and I got a cheeseburger in a lettuce wrap and my husband got a cheeseburger in a bun. Horrible horrible choice to choose lettuce wrap. I would never have ordered it that way had it not been on the menu, and since it is on the menu, it should probably be something that actually works! It was literally 4 full lettuce leaves surrounding the small burger patty - completely impossible to eat. My burger ended up coming apart into pieces. The coleslaw was half off the burger, and they failed to put on the mushrooms and onions. My husband's burger (in a normal bun and apparently he got the mushrooms that were supposed to be on mine) was better, but not great. I will say the fries were amazing and the B7 sauce was extremely good (make sure to get it on the side so after you put it on your burger, you can dip your fries in it). We will probably eat here again only due to the price, the ease of parking, and the proximity to our apt.

This is walking distance from my friend's apartment, so we've tried Burger 7 a couple times. I usually just get the plain burger and load it up with free toppings. The meat is definitely higher quality than most burger places. They also have a great selection of all the normal free toppings to customize your burger. Plus, there are a few other things you can add for a little more cost- bacon, avocado, onion rings, egg, and mac n cheese. The mac n cheese on burgers looked awesome. The fries are also delicious. They have organic ketchup and spiced ketchup to dip the plain fries in. It tastes a little different from what I'm used to, but it's still good. If you live near the Courthouse Metro off Lee Highway, you can't beat the convenience of this location. I think the biggest complaint a lot of people have is about this place is the wait. It is a little longer than most fast food chains. But the patties are big and you can watch them grill them up. I think it's pretty comparable to cooking burgers on the grill at home. This place definitely satisfies a late night burger fix with higher quality food than most of its competitors. It might be a little slower, but I will definitely be coming back from the convenience and the taste.

I stopped in for a quick bite on my way home from work. When I got there, there were only 4-5 people waiting for food, one person ahead of me in line, and a good 8-10 burgers on the griddle with varying degrees of done-ness. Immediately after i ordered, a wave of families rush in so that the line was approaching the door. Now, I'm not sure how this translates: whether the inexperienced staff got frightened by an expected rush of dinner clientele or whether one of those people ahead of me ordered all 10 burgers, but it took me +25 minutes to get my order. That is a long time to wait for most dishes, let alone burger+fries. The staff, as mentioned previously, looked like a buncha chickens with their heads cut off. The burger was decent, a little overcooked, and I enjoyed all 5 bites it took for me to finish it. The fries are really good, cooked to perfection and plentiful. In short, this place reminds me a lot of Five Guys, with almost identical topping options (A1 sauce, sauteed mushrooms, etc.) and going the extra mile with a pile of golden-brown french fries, so if that's what you're craving, stick with the original.

Just tried this place. It has only been opened for a few days and there are some kinks. It's good . Decor is cool. Mostly younger euro types there but that's what I want. If I wanted a greasy burger I'd go elsewhere .

Wanted to give this new Burger7 location a try. Came on a Tues @9pm. Love the options for eating: beef, turkey, veggi burgers and choices of buns: reg, wheat or lettuce wrapped. Topping choices galore and even out-of-the-ordinary toppings like mac n cheese and fried eggs (for about .60 more). The modern-esque styling of the eating area (bench booths and colored stools) is a good "make-it-different" touch. The staff seemed to keep the eating area and condiment area clean & clear. Food tasted good for what you're paying. That's key. It's a good value for the burger market and for what you get, but it won't be your ultimate favorite. I like the late hours offered too: Til 11pm M-Th and 3am F-Sa. I agree with other reviewers that a minus is the wait time after ordering. Other places with similar kitchens (5guys, Black&Orange [dc]) can get orders done and thru faster. 12-15min is too long, especially when the kitchen/grill looks fully staffed. Getting our shake afterward just seemed to take a little too long as well (though the peanut butter cup shake itself was great) With the extended hours, I'll be back even with the wait.

The first time I visited Burger 7 I was pleasantly surprised. That experience has not been duplicated since. Although I keep giving Burger 7 a chance, my last two visits have involved greasy burgers with soggy buns, suggesting this was not just a onetime bad experience. You would be better served walking the extra distance to Wendy's in Courthouse or spending the extra money at BGR down the street.

I will avoid ranting about how we don't need another "burger joint" chain and just say this: paid $21 for two of the tiniest cheeseburgers I've ever seen, a side of fries, onion rings, and fountain drinks. And it took 35 minutes for the food to come out. I watched three dudes work on making shakes for 15 minutes while they only had one burger on the grill. Also, the burgers were so crispy burnt they were practically indelible. This place is so poorly run and disorganized, it would be a miracle if they're still open in six months. How hard is it to get a burger right?

My boyfriend and I tried out Burger 7 tonight and could not have been more disappointed. We had to wait over 30 minutes, they ran out of milkshakes in vanilla, chocolate, and nutella, and the food was mediocre. One of the worst wait times I've endured in a long while. We will not be going back.

Was looking for an inexpensive burger place in Arlington for a quick lunch. Ordered a burger with basic toppings and onion rings on the side. Onion rings were -mah- not so good but burger was okay. My sisters got the sweet potato and regular potato fries and those were not bad. The regular fries are infused with rosemary or some other herb and that's a little different than the usual stuff. I liked it. This place serves it's purpose as a quick, cheap bite to eat but there's definitely nothing spectacular going on here. Staff moved slowly and seemed tired- poor guys. Will probably go back if I'm looking for an alternative to the typical drive thru. If the staff were friendlier I think this place could be a hit. Maybe I'll try a shake next time and find that that's their hidden treasure.

Our order was a little messed up but I think that's to be expected since they just opened (service was really friendly though). We ordered veggie burgers with B7 sauce on the side and sweet potato fries to-go and they gave us regular fries and no sauce. The fries were really good. So good that we went back later that night for the sweet potato fries that we didn't get to try the first time around because their door says they're open until 3am. They were locking up at 1:15am and we were forced to drunkenly eat horrible 7-11 pizza so that was a bit of a letdown. The veggie burgers themselves were kind of meh (as veggie burgers often are) but their toppings are so fun and plentiful that it makes it taste like something way better than just a patty of veg-squish. Overall, I liked this place and live a block away so I'll probably be back lots.

Compare to same class burger joints, this place is slow, it had couple of people and I had to wait 14 mins to get a frozen like turkey burger and fries (it wasn't hot), I ordered it plain with cheese only to see! I don't think it's that good, maybe one more try hardly

Great burger. Grass fed/free range, with a 80/20 meat to fat split, and it shows. Quality meat. Fries are excellent, cooked in olive oil so they're healthier for you, and they have that homecooked fry-wedge flavor that's so great. I'd totally recommend this to my friends.

If you are serious about burgers, fries, and shakes, read on. Quality of Food - burger patty is always burnt, very flat, and is not juicy - bun is small and there is no discernible difference between white and whole wheat - fries taste like nothing but oil, are over-cooked (over-fried) - other ingredients are never fresh and sometimes even taste old and look dingy - milk shakes are not bad Quality of Service - about half the time the cooks forget to put in your toppings; I ordered a burger with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese, pickles, and B7 sauce and when I arrived at home, I saw that all that was in it was the patty and onions..no sauce and the rest of order. - when I called and cordially brought this to the attention of the person answering the phones, the response was very cold and rude; she began to argue with me over what I ordered. - the order takes a long time and this would not be an issue if I would have received everything I ordered. Honestly, how long does it take to fry a patty and put in a few pieces of onion? Quality of Location - parking is nonexistent on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights - a club that opened downstairs has very rude clientele that sometimes make uninvited comments Advice - when a customer calls kindly telling you that an order was botched, you should offer to have someone drive over with a new order; this would win you customer loyalty instead of negative Yelp reviews - create a guarantee program similar to Starbucks where a customer gets a free order with the shop next time they visit if you do not make an order to their satisfaction; again, this is a great way to win loyalty - standardize the thickness of a patty to be competitive with the other burger joints in the area and standardize the length of time a burger is cooked in order to prevent charring and overcooking - make sure that the ingredients for the toppings are fresh by purchasing more frequently from suppliers; though this would make purchasing of these items more expensive the cost can be passed on to the customer and when allocated to each individual unit that cost is negligible from the customer's standpoint (honestly, I usually charge for this advice so the manager better be reading!) If you are looking for a great burger place, consider the Shake Shack and Holy Cow. Good eatery burger are pretty good but their shakes are awful. Happy eating!

DON'T PAY FOR VALET! Just tell the guys you're going to B7 and they'll tell you to leave your keys in the car. I know it's a pain, but hey you gotta do what you gotta do for a decent burger. The burgers are pretty good as so are the fries. Staff is nice which is always a plus.

Burger 7 is an excellent burger joint off Lee Highway, next to 7-11. I tried a B7 Burger Combo (fries and drink), which was just under $10. The burger was two thin patties, with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and B7 sauce. The burger was excellent, and well prepared. The fries were also really good. The staff is friendly, and the environment is welcoming.

This place is honestly terrible. The food is decent, but my review is for the staff and speed. They move at a snail's pace and do not seem like they care at all. I waited 15 minutes to get a milkshake while there were 2 other people in the restaurant. Will definitely not be coming back.

CONS: The burgers are tasteless, even with their special sauce. Not recommended for burger lovers. The cook (the big guy) has a really bad/rude attitude every single time. Not sure why, but it sours the experience even more. :-( The ice cream shakes taste about the same as a McDonalds ice cream shake. Well, even McDonalds does a better job of that. Don't be fooled by the fancy branding and hip look of the place. Not worth it at all if you want a good burger. PROS: The only thing good here are the fries which are seasoned and are pretty good. But why go to a burger place just for the fries right?

In regard to the Burger7 at Lee Hwy. and Cleveland St., I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with tomato slice and crumbled blue cheese. The chicken was tender, juicy and tasty. The tomato slice was ripe. The crumbled blue cheese was a bit too clandestine. As is typical in burger houses, the bun was "okay" but no more. Still, overall, a very good sandwich, which I'll try again. I also had an order of fries. Since I took the meal out, as is usually the case, they were a bit soggy by the time I got to my destination. French fries should be eaten at the restaurant or near thereto. I'll eat in to get a better idea next time. The service was good. The shop was clean, relatively quiet, bright and afforded cozy spacing. This was about 2:30 pm.

Terribly managed... I ordered a burger with an onion ring on top and an order of fries... The burger was made in about 4 minutes, then nothing happened... After about 20 minutes after the order, they dropped an onion ring into the fryer along with a batch of fries... Spent $12 for a cold burger by the time it was served... Also asked the cashier 'What is B7 sauce?' Her response? 'They don't tell me.' I'm not asking for the recipie, but is it a mayo base, mustard, etc???

I'm not sure why this place has a sub 3 star average. I've been there a number of times and always really liked my b7 burger with hot peppers. I'm not a fan of the fries but they are the fresh cut variety that are typically a little soggy for my tastes. Better than 5 guys in my opinion, I'm a fan.

The burgers are decent. The interior looks quite nice. Yet as A Halal burger joint I would expect a much better air ventilation, because anytime I go there i smell like fries for three days. Better ventilation is a must, yet still this is one of my most favorite burger spots.

They serve halal. There is one upside if you want that sort of stuff like my boyfriend needs. We ended up splitting a turkey burger. We got the basic of the basic items on there like ketchup, lettuce, mayo, and tomato with a side of sweet potato fries. He got a side of jalapenos to add flavor. There honestly was nothing to save this burger. It was pathetic. A very small portion even for one person and then they charge you up to $9? Seriously, you're getting away with murder here. The lettuce was not fresh neither was the tomato tasting like it was in season. Every component of this burger was dead to me by the second bite. Believe me there were only four bites out of it anyway, and that was when it was a whole burger! Don't even get me started on their sweet potato fries. I love love love those things, and when you royally mess up such a wonderful thing -- you're messing with me and my taste buds. They were burnt! Burnt! How do you burn sweet potato fries? The whole meal was a devastation. I think honestly the only good part was the entertainment we got to watch go down while sitting outside on their front patio. A good ole boy from my home state, Tennessee, struck up a conversation with me when he heard my accent and recognized it immediately. He had me scratch off him and his buddy's lotto tickets they picked up at the 7-11 next door. Then a couple stumbled up not long after that who were walking home and they stopped by for a burger before closing. That guy who was with his girlfriend and good ole boy got into a heated political debate about Obama. You can imagine how that went down. Anyway, we basically had dinner and a show without really much of a dinner. It was fun! That was about it though. Bottom line -- come here for people watching, not for the food.

My son's freshman club basketball team met at Burger7 Arlington for a casual end-of-season celebration. I checked in advance with the manager to get a feel for whether the size of the group could be accommodated. He could not have been more helpful. And he even offered complimentary meals for our coaches--gave me a handwritten "gift-certificate." Everyone enjoyed their burgers and shakes. The seating arrangement was perfect for a group of high-energy teen boys--Bar height tables allow for sitting or standing. Parents enjoyed it as well, and we talked about returning next year.

Definitely not impressed. I ordered the B7 Burger, my husband ordered a double cheeseburger, got the napkin fries and a Nutella shake. The burger was pretty bland. The B7 sauce was pretty good, but thousand island sauce is hard to screw up. The fries were ok, but the mac and cheese on top was very bland. Shake just tasted like a generic chocolate shake. I actually prefer McDonalds' shakes better. Five guys is so much better than this place. We paid $24 for bland food. So not worth it.

I was really taken aback when at 11:10 I was turned away from a propped open door and a restaurant full of staff to be told that they weren't open yet. Their hours on the door clearly stated that they opened at 11.

First both cooks scratching their faces with gloves and then touching burgers/buns without washing hand. I'm a simple girl. I eat hamburger with mayo, lettuce, and onion. Instead they made a burger with everything but...not once but twice!

I don't eat red meat so I'm not going to say anything about the halal red meat burger besides all my friends enjoy it. The veggie burger, grilled cheese, fries, and onion rings were all on point. Also the milkshakes here are very good I loved the Oreo milkshake if it's your cheat day go for it!!! Also the cashier was extremely friendly if I'm in the area again I would def stop by.

The rude staff at this location is a trend. Food and atmosphere are great. The cooks take turns at the counter, neither are friendly or even try. The burgers are delicious, it is a shame because I enjoyed the food but did not feel welcome after it seemed like I was hassling them when I wanted to dine in.

Oh look, another burger place in Arlington. Given that there are 6+ burger places within a mile of this place the competition is pretty fierce. I will give Burger 7 credit for vastly improving the space that they now occupy. I have lived here long enough that I remember my long lamented Rita's Place that used to be there and then the string of other establishments that seemed to flash through. This place though is different, they modified and improved the whole place and I am quite impressed. Now to the important part, the food/experience. The wait seemed a bit disproportionate to the staff and number of customers, but I will write some of that off to the newness. I got a burger, some onion rings and their special french fries deal (more on that later, it was the highlight). The burgers were solid (if a bit small) and had all the customization that you come to expect from a gourmet burger place. The onion rings (and the spicy sauce) were right up there, about as good as it gets when it comes to onion rings. Now to my favorite, the Finger Licking Good (or something to that effect) french fries. Start with a base layer of fries, add chili, cheese, mac & cheese and top with some onions and more of their special sauce. By far the best side in the place, so good you really need to eat with a fork.

My husband and I went to Burger 7 for lunch today. We both had the combo meals-burger, fries, and a drink for about $9. Everything was great, especially the burger. They were out of iced tea, so they allowed us to choose from their bottled drinks. Sure, you can pay $6 for crap at McDonalds, or for $3 extra you get the real deal! Organic and all. We will be back.

Unremarkable, but reasonably good. And Halal, if that is important to you. I understand that's difficult to find. The people that run the place are nice.

Burger was just OK. Fries were well cooked but my wife said the sweet potato fries were under cooked. For two people it was $21 - not worth it. Can't compete with five guys, Bobby's bugger palace, elevation burger or shake shack. I would say its not worth your time and it looks like others would agree as we were the only ones in there at 1pm on a Sunday.

  • Hannah B.

woah...salt! I tried the regular fries today. I don't know if it is pregnant taste buds or someone's heavy hand but the fries seemed very salty! Maybe the yummy goodness of the napkin fries covers all that up. But these we're not on the love list today! On a brighter note, I tried the flavor of the week milkshake - heathbar. So good! I got the kids size which hit the spot. But for a dollar more you can get a regular which looks like a better value. I'll definitely go back for another shake!

So glad there's a new location, and it's closer to me than the Tyson's one! I try my best to stick to Halal only, and this place always satisfies my craving for a good burger. They offer a ton of toppings on a decent burger. I really liked the interior decor and the outdoor seating area. Already craving another burger.... yummm

food : 3 stars I think somebody needs to train people who are making burgers. There are at least 5-6 people making burgers and fries but they are very unorganized and not efficient at all. It took a lot of time to make burgers or hotdogs. I will not come back to this place.

  • Clare C.

My husband and I must have been here the exact time with Yelper FC. It was a Sunday night around 7:30 and the place was busier than we expected. The guy we ordered with was disheveled (bordering on filthy), seemed distracted, and couldn't get our order straight. After waiting 20 minutes with no food, I went up and asked for a status. The three guys behind the counter kind of looked around at each other, asked me what my order was even after I handed them my itemized receipt. One of them finally realized that our burgers were done (they were just sitting there!), put them on a tray with a basket of fries and handed them over. So after waiting 20 minutes for food, you would expect hot fries, right? Wrong. They were room temperature at best. My husband went back up there to get fresh fries, told the guys the fries were cold, and the goofballs just stared at him. Their gaping mouths and vacant eyes read: 'Yeah, so?" Not an ounce of pride in what they did. It sent my typically well mannered husband into a rage of sorts. He cursed at them (not a tirade, more like "well, what are you G-D going to do about it?") which seemed to spur them into action. 8 minutes later, we had hot fries and somewhat of an apology. The kitchen was also filthy. So were the guys working. They looked like they were coming right from a COD marathon. Two stars because my husband loves the spicy ketchup, the fries are good (when they're hot), and it's relatively cheap (compared to BGR etc.). Not enough to make me come back, anytime soon though.

  • Daniel A.

Very affordable compared to the other "gourmet" burger joints. It's not in the same call as Hell Burger but it's now become my 2nd choice in the area. I'd put it in the same category as BGR but cheaper ($5 vs $7 for a cheeseburger) and similar quality in my opinion. I like that they offer 2 sizes for the onion rings and the shakes. They are infinite possibilities with the combinations, including the tasty potato bun, whole wheat bun and lettuce wrap. Caramelized onions and sweet & hot peppers were very tasty. I had the B7 sauce on the size, it was good but I'm not really a fan of the mayo based sauces. I was intrigued by the spiced ketchup but didn't try it b/c the burger didn't require any sauce so tried it with the onion rings. it's tasty!!! Not really spicy but your taste a little hint of something special. Based on the quality and price, I'll definitely become a regular here...

Came here on a whim at 2am with a friend. Got a double cheeseburger and it was enormous! I ate half and took the other half home. The fries were seasoned with sea salt, and were pretty good. I didnt dig the gourmet ketchup much, i guess I'm used to the normal ketchup. The bottles of heinz ketchup on all the tables were empty, so the gourmet ketchup by the soda machine was used. Was clean inside but I didnt understand the tables along the walls. Hard metal seats against the wall so you can lean back, but comfier to sit on stool on the other side but nothing to rest my back on? The burger still tasted good leftover! All in all this place isnt as good as 5 Guys, but pretty good.

Tried this out for the first time last night. There were several problems we encountered: --wait time was very long --the people in the back were running around like chickens with their heads cut off --the burger size was teeny. i'm going to guess 4 or 5 ounces. maybe. and for $6 bucks a burger? --the drink lids didn't fit, making them useless --i think this was from the booths, but i got some sort of black smudge all over my hand --trash was overflowing --same price/value problem as BGR. hipster rip-off burgers. we spent $10 per adult and $6 per child. not outrageous, certainly, but i was expecting something other than a forgettable tiny-burger --not great for kids, as they have a long wait time and looooong stools to fall off of On the good side: --staff was friendly --orders were accurate --place was clean, which is not a given for a self-busing restaurant --parking is easy, since it's in that 7-11 plaza --the place looks really neat. like a chipotle turned into a nightclub.

Ignoring the bad Yelp reviews, I tried this out because it's walking distance from my place, and, shit, a burger is only 4 bucks, worth a try. Honestly, the burger isn't bad, and I didn't have to wait that long, but if you want to tack fries and a drink on, you're leaving here spending almost ten bucks, which is just stupid. But if you get two hamburgers and split a small fry, it's slightly better than fast food for approximately fast food price. The burger is bland overall, with a hint of McCormick's Montreal Steak Seasoning. Eh. Non food-related plus: Shit is open until 3 am on weekends, so if this is walking distance from your place and you like to drink, that's sweet. Non food-related minus: The horrible layout of the dining room. There's a ton of wasted space and most of the seating requires you to sit next to strangers. Yeah, you, whoever is reading this. I don't want to sit next to you and listen to you talk about whatever shitty TV show you like. This isn't a Biergarten, and I'm not going to talk to the random-ass person sitting next to me (unless, I guess, it's 2:00 AM) so how about you don't make me sit six inches from them while I eat?

Went last weekend. . . There was one girl working the counter (who kept walking away, even though I was the only one in line), and about 5 or 6 guys in the kitchen. As others have mentioned, it's really disorganized and slow for the amount of people in the kitchen. I ordered the B7 burger and added mushrooms, hot-peppers, and sauteed onions. 2 of those things didn't actually make it onto the burger itself. After 5 minutes of waiting, the pager went off (which even though I felt was too good to be true with several others ahead of me that were also waiting). . . I walked up to see if the food was ready, and when I mentioned the pager was buzzing, they looked at me like I was wasn't speaking English. So, I went back to sit down for another 10 minutes, and then it buzzed again. I didn't feel like dealing with them again, so didn't bother taking the burger back for the additional requested ingredients. It was clean, it was new, but I'd rather go to BGR down the street. Some people seem to like it, as a guy next to us ate two burgers, two hot-dogs with cheese, and a large order of fries (I don't know how he did it, but imagine he'll have a heart attack soon). So, maybe it's just me that doesn't like it. But if I go again, it'll be after they hopefully work their kinks out.

i went here again. it seemed pretty dead there. so, i got the b7 burger and the loaded fries with chili and mac n cheese. the burger seemed pretty average..didn't seem as good as the first time i had it. the fries..were pretty good. they gave me soooo much. it's insane. it could easily feed 2 people..if they only ate the fries. probably won't plan on going for awhile..too much, but still not too bad. not 5 stars tho (as i first rated).

Burgers here are definitely not at McDonald's prices, but they are good. We spent over 50 dollars on burgers, fries, and drinks for 4 people. When comparing the halal burger options in the area with B7 vs Elevation, I think Elevation is a better value, but I wouldn't mind coming back if I was in the area.

I'm giving this Burger 7 joint some leeway, since they only opened a couple of weeks ago and it's a relatively small chain. The interior of the place was very nice, although they could stand to turn down the music. The wait was way too long (10 minutes, and there was only one other person waiting for food), but that's to be somewhat expected with all new employees and a new restaurant, but they should have trained them better beforehand. The burger was solid. The lettuce was a little wilted, but everything was obviously fresh and of good quality, particularly the tomatoes, which I find to be a rarity in most burger places. The B7 sauce was too watery, but again, my guess is that the employees need practice mixing it. The fries are awesome, better than the Five Guys cajun fries in my opinion. The Sir Kensington gourmet ketchup is a nice touch, and very classy. The burger was well-priced, but I think they compensate by overpricing the fries. Once the employees are more experienced, I think this place will be a great addition to the neighborhood. I'd place the overall tastiness of the burger midway between Wendy's and Five Guys.

Had the B7 burger combo: it was okay. The burger was not quite as good as BGR down the street, the fresh-cut fries however, were better than BGR. The price appears to be better than BGR at a little less than $10 for the combo versus probably about $13 over at BGR. Decor is appropriately modern and cool for this burger joint. There is a alcohol-less hookah bar in the basement that's apparently the same proprietors business; a bit odd but apparently tastefully done. Some have also mentioned B7 serves Halal. Overall, not the best but a decent burger and value.

Got our burgers to go today. Burgers were tasty, but small (think two sliders-sized). Fries were soggy, luke-warm, like they'd been under a heat lamp, and salty as hell. Strawberry milkshake was decent. They're brand-new, so I'll revisit this in a couple of months to see how they've improved. BGR - 1. B7 - 0.

    (3)
  • Alexander K.

Burger was good, but then they kinda down graded it by putting it on a regular potato roll that anyone can get from the store. Would have been better had they toasted the bun and had one that was fresh. The fires were over salted and seemed like the bottom of the bag, just little pieces. The service was slow at best. More than likely going to skip next time I am looking for a burger.

their concept is very similar to Elevation burger. organic meat, cooked using oil olive, etc etc. elevation burger is greater than Burger 7 burgers. the actually meat of the elevation tastes way better. HOWEVER, burger 7 has "napkin zone fries"... fries with cheese and sauteed onions, and a whole lot of other stuff piled on top - i think including mac and cheese. it was pretty darn tasty. def worth tasting the fries, but if i really want a burger, i'm going to elevation.

Don't waste your time or money unless you have plenty of both to throw away. The usual high quality of their burgers was missing at our visit tonight. Worse, the staff of four behind the counter seemed befuddled in taking and fulfilling our order. We waited 30+ minutes to get our food only to discover when we got it home that four of the five burgers were wrong.

Looks nice, but the burgers are quite sub-par. Mine was a bit on the dry side and not very flavorful. My hubby ordered right after me (we were on separate orders) and he had to wait 20 minutes longer than me for his burger, which was really weird. The staff is kind of slow and a little spacey. The sweet potato fries were good, but not something that would go out of my way to get. I'm so disappointed with a lot of the burger places in Arlington.

B7 has just opened, and it's clear that they are still getting the kinks out of the system-- to the extent that they have a system. Time will tell if they become a true destination, or a place that slides by simply by being closer than Wilson Blvd. and cheaper than BGR, or a place that follows the fate of its predecessors in that unlucky location. Too bad they missed their "early summer" opening plans, as the outdoor seating area was nicely done with stone work and metal furniture. That's as far as we got on grand opening night, as we were told they had run out of food. This sound like a great problem for a restaurant to have, but to have run out by 8pm when they're supposed to be open till 3am suggests poor planning. We tried again the next night, when they had more burgers and buns shipped in. But half of the sodas in the soda fountain were still out, and something else was unavailable for the couple behind us in line. After all those months of renovation, did they not build any storage into this place? We liked what they did with the interior, although steel benches against the wall are not the most comfortable. There is a large wood sculpture on the wall that says "B 7," although it is not very readable the way the lighting is arranged. Time to order. Talking with the cashier was not unlike talking to Comcast customer service: cheerily gracious, superbly polite, extremely apologetic, and basically useless. The only named burger on the menu, the B7, is a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, and B7 sauce. There is no indication of what kind of bun, so I asked for whole wheat; I was promptly informed that it is only available with a potato bun, and that substitutions were not permitted. So I asked if I could just order a cheeseburger with the same topics as the B7 burger, except for the bun, and this proposal was accepted-- so it's a B7 burger, but don't call it that, because substitutions are not permitted. Who would have thought a neighborhood burger joint could be so bureaucratic? Suffice to say, we didn't bother to ask them to honor the special from the previous night, when they'd closed 7 hours early. The food, when it finally came, was good enough. The fries were a bit undercooked, but the onion rings crunchy and the burgers juicy and good. The meat seemed good quality, and topping and condiment options are plentiful (provided you don't order them on the B7 burger, of course). The burgers are about the size of Elevation Burger's-- smaller than BGR-- but also less expensive than either BGR or Elevation Burger. We'll revisit them in a month or two and hopefully, they'll have things running a bit smoother by then.

I believe if I'm paying almost $12 for a burger combo, it should be good. What I got was a smooshed burger, and when the cashier handed me the bag, it was already soaked from the grease in the fries. I'm assuming they don't shake the excess off, but it was a bit unappealing to see that my grease from the start. Nothing memorable except the ketchup. I think the ketchup is made by natural ingredients, except it's more liquidy (is that a word?) than your usual Heinz.

Not the best burger I've had in this area by any means. I've been here three times now, several months apart. Each time the experience has been pretty much the same. The ordering process is pretty quick, the toppings appear to be good for the most part, but the entire product is very... meh. The fries are very average, nothing like Five Guys or some other local burger joints. The burger itself is about 50% beef and 50% rendered grease. This burger is literally DRIPPING with grease. Be prepared to use at least ten or more napkins just to wipe your hands enough to be able to open the door to the bathroom to wash your hands after eating a burger. Pluses about this place: Open later than most places on Friday and Saturday. Also, the ketchup. Very good ketchup. Cons: Mediocre overall product. Turkey bacon, who the hell uses turkey bacon? Additionally, on the late weekend nights you might want to bring some pepper spray or an ASP with you as the parking area starts to turn into the skeeviest place on Lee Highway.

I feel sad that Burger 7 is plagued with not-so-great reviews. I was hesitant to try it because of the reviews but decided why not? I think people really should try it out for themselves. We went there for lunch I was pleased that their burger was made from grass-fed beef (how can that be bad?). We placed an order for two B7 burgers with addition pickles, fried onions and such. And we also ordered a regular fries and chocolate milkshake. They offered Coke-zero that's a first for any fast food restaurants I had gone to recently. The restaurant was clean had a stainless steel industrial look there were trays of condiments provided to please all sorts of odd burger eaters (mustard, A1 sauce, malt vinegar, regular ketchup etc). There was also a gourmet ketchup by the soda machine we took some of that to try. I read a complaint about "regular potato" burger as a downgrade well I happened to love potato bun because it's softer and more delicious that those hard tough buns at most places. They also offered wheat burger buns. I liked my burger it was a nice size so I didnt feel like I just gained 20 lbs the only thing was it was a tad too salty on the burger. The fries were good! As for the milkshake it was hard to get it through the straw perhaps it needed a bit more mixing. Overall I enjoyed the meal there and would go back for the grass-fed beef and hotdogs.

The turkey burger was dry, the veggie burger was terribly salty.

First time here! Can't believe I didn't know this place existed! All organic grass fed beef and organic shakes!!! I'm thrilled! And the B7 sauce is fantastic to dip your burger & fries in The cashier was very sweet & patient with all my questions but the cook was kinda a jerk. I ordered a shake & when I wanted a straw they were all dirty from being next to the grill I guess. The cook said "that's it, you can you the black straws over there" ummmm, the stir stix for tea!? For a thick shake!! Really! Im sure there was a box if clean straws somewhere but he couldn't be bothered. I fished out the cleanest one I could find but next time I'll just bring my own. Also took a star off for not having organic cheese. Why stop at beef & milkshakes? People who want organic food want it ALL to be organic! That being said, it's better than Elevation burger. Can't wait to try it again at the one closer to our house

Went here with my son. Ordered two burgers, small fry, kids vanilla shake and a medium fountain drink. Total $19. Burgers were small but tasted good. The fries looked like all end scraps of the potato and no meaty center slices. My son said the vanilla shake was pretty good. Clean interior, awkward seating. Not my kind of place, left disappointed, I guess we are a 5 Guys kinda family.

Terrible service. Long wait. Had to get a refund instead and that took forever and they didn't care about our dissatisfaction. Wish I would give zero stars.

I'm kind of surprised at the negative reviews for this place. I've been to BRG, Rays, Elevation, and others, and I'll say that the burger flavor rivals theirs, however the following help this place stand out: 1. Simple but flavorful and well done toppings 2. Flavor of the chicken version (although they would be better served pounding the breast a little to tenderize it. Its on the thick side, but that also means its a nice portion) 3. The fries 4. The onion rings 5. The bun is soft and light and doesn't take over the burger 6. The parking 7. Outside seating Negatives: 1. Accessing the place from 29 east requires a u-turn, and according to the signs, u-turns are frowned upon at the closest intersection 2. Drink variety is lacking 3. inconsistent sweet potato fries (some undercooked) 4. Tables and chairs are a little awkward depending on where you sit We stumbled upon this place when walking to Rosslyn for fireworks on 4th of July 2013 and have eaten here at least a half dozen times.

Middle of the pack burger joint. Stop by if you're in the area, but not worth a special trip. I'd put it on par with a Five Guys; I liked it better than Elevation Burger and slightly more than BGR, but not as much as a Good Eats or Ray's Hell (RIP:'(pours40zofmustardonthecurb). More topping choices than Five Guys. Toppings were fresh. Patties were reasonably sized. Burger construction was top notch. I believe the food is halal? I know the bacon option is turkey bacon, if that matters to you. I didn't order a shake or fires, but my co-eater described the oreo shake as, and I quote verbatim, "good".

3.5 stars. We encountered no service problems; we went at 7:00 on a Saturday night and staff were friendly and helpful. We waited about 5 minutes for our food. Location-wise, parking was easy (lot) and the place was cute. The chairs were a little uncomfortable. On to the food. We ordered two burgers with various basic toppings. I thought they were great and tastes fresh. Topping choices were varied and our orders were correct. The big misstep was the sweet potato fries, which were soggy and cold. We didn't send them back because we were in a hurry but they were pretty bad.

I never post ratings but I have to air my grievances on B7. I was extremely excited to have this place move into my neighborhood and the first visit or so was pretty standard, they charge more than I'd expect but the food was good. I have been at least 5 times since and every single time the service has been unnecessarily slow and every single person working there seems pissed off to no end. I went this past weekend for the last time and waited 15 minutes, while 3 of 4 workers just stood around, before I received my burger and fries which was served to me cold. I honestly hope this place closes in favor of a new restaurant.

Not really feeling this place. I live very close so I was pumped about a decent restaurant I could walk to, but Burger 7 falls short of what I was looking for. They have a strong, sleek concept but the execution misses the mark on a few points. First of all, the seating is bizarre. It's a simple case of form over function. All of the seats look nice to sit on but don't actually feel nice to sit on. They also don't need to hand out buzzers for orders. This is a burger place; it shouldn't be that difficult or take that long to get from grill to customer and the buzzer is just a distraction. The menu is pleasantly varied and the food is tasty, but I just can't justify the cost. The patties are normal to smallish (though they seem like they are bigger than they were after first opening). The fries are also $2.89 which is pretty expensive for the portion size. It's like they copied the Five Guys fry cost but not the Five Guys serving size... Also, $2.19 for a soda is a little pricey when you're right next door to a 7/11 that has monster fountain drinks for less. Essentially, even though the food is good, I always feel a little ripped off. I also think that their whole natural, organic, grass-fed, whathaveyou spiel is a little misleading. They have a fresh cut station that I never really see used. They certainly don't use it for potatoes as I'm pretty sure the fries come out of a bag. They have a sign that says "100% Grass-fed" but that only applies to the hotdogs. Also, they boast using organic milk in their milkshakes, but apparently the ice cream isn't organic, so... Parking is easy so there's no trouble if you're driving. And I do love the guy/girl in the burger suit who stands outside and waves at the cars. But honestly I'd rather just walk 10 minutes to Five Guys, or hell even Wendy's, than 2 minutes to Burger 7.

This place has serious flaws. They need to hire experienced cooks, and not the sluggish frog men currently working. Orders are slow, even on nights when the cooks outnumber the patrons. And then your food comes out...moderately warm. Not hot. Huh? I just watched some guy take forever to make me a hamburger or hotdog (had both on two different visits) and as soon as it is done I get my order and it isn't even hot. Listen you weird frog men: Five Guys/BGR/ and Ray's Hell Burger are all within walking distance. Why would I want to come back to your place after having food amidst furtive glances from a bulgy-eyed frog man licking flies off the wall while my food cooks slowly on a poorly heated griddle? The cashiers seem nice enough - I'd hate to ruin their night by screaming at them for things that are not their fault. If they took 1.50 off the price of my hamburger, I'd gladly walk behind the counter, turn up the heat on the griddle, and cook the damn thing myself while the humpy sewer turtles stood back and gaped at me in admiration and terror. One time the burgers weren't even sizzling on the griddle! They were just emitting a light steamy vapor. Another time, after waiting forever for my food, the guy came out and gave me the burger with this watery smirk - like he had just bumped into me while exiting my mother's bedroom door. Update: OK, so I made friends with the frog man. Turns out it's just a glandular problem he has, so they put him on the cash register and everything's cool now. I even got a HOT burger ONCE. Hot like it just came off the grill. Damn. That's hot. But only once. This one cook confided to me that I should only come when he is there because he makes the best burgers - then he proceeded to season the f*ck out of my patty and it came out super salty and nasty. Yeah dude, I'll come back only when you're working. Don't forget to sprinkle a little meat on my salt cookie.

The burgers here is so much better than Z burger. that being said let me break it down from my last visit. I ordered a double B7 and a veggie burger and a kids slider meal. I also order the napkin zone fries and the half and half. The burger is big I mean it's a healthy sized piece of meat you will not be missing any beef on this thing. The meat is well done, personally I am not a fan but the burger did taste quite good. I didn't try the veggie burger. Where this place shines if the pomme de terre! The half and half were gargantuan i mean if you can eat this then you deserve to be on a food eating circuit. These fries were delicious and also the onion rings were perfect. The onion rings are not made in house but this is completely fine with me. If you can't do it well make sure you are delivering a good product to you consumer. The napkin zone fries were gluttonous but sooooo enjoyable. if you need a splurge, this is item to get it really hit on all tastes in the mouth. crunchy a little tang creaminess, and meaty to boot. If anything I would order a small burger and this behemoth. Again I think that the bun is good the toppings are all really fresh and the sides well sometimes the side are better that the main attraction. I would call this napkin zone git up the americanized poutine for lee highway! Cheers and happy eats!

It appears burger joints have popped up like mushrooms after a spring rain so you had better have good food or a hook to draw in customers. Sadly Burger 7 misses on both. Friendly staff and a clean restaurant help but it doesn't go far enough. The napkin fries are an interesting concept but fall short. The chili used to smother the fries had that freshly-opened can taste and the mac and cheese has absolutely no flavor. None. The onions are weirdly uniform which makes me think they come precooked from a bag. This is a dish that would be a hit for a school lunch, as long as the students were young and haven't developed mature palates. You are in luck if your doctor has recommended you cut down on red meat. The basic cheeseburger patty seems roughly the size of a dollar menu item offered by the franchise down the street and must come from the freezer. I appreciate the different offerings (hot peppers, caramelized onions, etc.) but you can add a wing, mag wheels and window tint to a Corolla and it's still just a Corolla. I won't tell readers not to go unless the food is just awful so if you go, lower your expectations and you will be fine.

This place has a quite modern seating arrangement. Bright colorful seats with metallic table tops and wooden walls. The burgers were quite nice and juicy, and the fries had some nice seasoning on it already. And they leave quite a selection of condiments on the table -- mustard, ketchup, A1, zest sauce (?), malt vinegar. I wish a place opened up like this near where I lived, or maybe I'll just have to move over here.

Yuppy grass-fed beef burgers for a yuppy Arlington thug like myself. What more can I ask for? I've graduated from 5 Guys and now I only eat real beef burgers. At B7, I got the B7 and the olive oil cooked french fries. Pretty good. The burger was a little on the small side, I might go with the double next time, bu the potato roll had some weight to it so I was fine and still met my goal of stuffing my face. I'd go with the B7 sauce too, but for god sakes, A1? Seriously? I'm not sure about those milk shakes though, might stay away from those. Normal bros working here serving other bros. No women in sight. Olive oil french fries ladies? Oh yeaaaaaaaa. For me it's a tie between B7 and Elevation Burger. EB reminds me of In-N-Out because the way they wrap the burger. 5 Guys just balls the burgers up in aluminum foil - mine is always smooshed. My only experience at "BGR The Burger Joint" was bad because it took forever to get my burger. I can't even remember how it tasted, but got tired of waiting for it. And McDonalds is for poor stupid people. Trashy people. People like Jim Gaffigan, who I least respect. At least go to Chick-fil-A if you're at that level. Oh yea, there's a good burger place in Vienna called Fosters - charbroiled (sorry Wendy) and they have great burgers too. Check them out.

I am so glad they opened a burger 7 closer to home because I used to drive out to tysons area for their burgers. Love the variety in the menu. I can take all my vegetarian friends and still enjoy my juicy meat. I need to know the recipe of that burger 7 sauce that tastes amazing with anything you order. With the small space they have, they did a wonderful job with the decor and seating for a more hip crowd. Overall, this place is great for an afternoon lunch, a quick dinner or even a really late night snack (awesome late weekend hours! won't find gourmet food anywhere else at 2 AM) 5 stars for great food, ambiance, and staff.

Not a bad place to get a quick burger or fourth meal on the way home from the bars. They're open late, and sometimes a burger is just what you crave before going home after a few beers. Although Arlington has plenty of burger options, it's cheaper and simpler than BGR which is a couple blocks over. So it has a slightly different target audience... therefore I hope it sticks around.
