Beez has that hometown/comfort vibe. Seems the place where area residents meet/chat over morning coffee. The staff was totally bubbly and super friendly. We stopped in for breakfast on the verge of the lunch hour. Food came out quick...and is well priced for portion size. My food was descent...but the ladyfriends' bacon was soooo cold, she couldnt eat it. Everything else was hot/edible though.

We felt this place was very hit or miss. I had a country platter that was amazing (hashed browns piled high with veggies, bacon, gravy, eggs -- the works). The huge plate was enough to feed both my husband and I. My coffee was always full, as were our water glasses. However, the hashbrowns were not cooked enough, and were more soggy than crunchy. Also, my brother-in-law ordered pancakes with blueberry, that he said was subpar. It was very obvious that the fruit was canned pie filling. But maybe one should not expect so much from a diner.

The waitress Colleena was totally awesome. ..fast and friendly. Other than the busser, she was the only server. First of all the salad was nothing but iceburg lettuce, which someah of it was turning brown, and there were 2 sliced tomatoes and that was it. But when our hot beef sandwich & mashed potatoes. As soon as our food was put in front of it L@@ked disgusting! The sandwich&mashed potatoes were totally covered in dark brown lumpy gravy. It seriously looked like someone s*it diharrea. The meat tasted icky too. We ate a little bit of food then asked for a doggy bag cuz we seriously gave it to our dogs. T he cashier asked us if everything was ok but we were in a hurry so I said "fine". If I can find an email for them.... i'll tell them to read their yelp reviews.

I'm sorry, but I really can't say anything positive about our visit. The food was awful, the service was terrible, and it had a very awkward "feel" to it.

Food was ok... Service was great tho!!

I typically rate a place based on food taste, service, atmosphere and price I paid for the food. That's why I give The Beez Cafe 5-stars. The service was great (always had my coffee topped off, the food for the price you paid was excellent (I had 2 biscuits and gravy with a good size slice of ham and eggs with the coffee for 8 bucks), and the atmosphere was nice and relaxed. Overall, and enjoyable place with good atmosphere.

I must admit that I was skeptical when the family decided to meet here for dinner the other night. We had a group of about 25 people and the staff at the restaurant was more than accommodating. And with that many people there was a wide array of food ordered. I ordered the chicken pot pie which I wouldn't recommend. But most of the others ordered breakfast food. With that being said I realize it is hard to screw up pancakes but I guess the thing that really jumped out at me was just how inexpensive the place was. They were giving you pancakes and eggs for like $2.99. I wouldn't say it was the best food I ever had but I don't know how you can beat breakfast for that cheap. The burger and fries my son had was decent as well. Overall a clean inexpensive restaurant.

More like 4 1/2. I don't get why this place is only rated 3 stars. We eat here on a fairly regular basis and have not had a bad meal. Most of the time we get breakfast, and a lot of the time it's to go, but that's not a reflection on the restaurant. Would rate 5 stars if they sold beer.

They need real creamer for the coffee. They only have milk.... Really?!? The scones are wonderful but they would be even better with fresh jam. Not the jam in the little packets... Gross. The biscuits and gravy were sub-par. The gravy did not have any sausage bits in it. We make it better than they do. A bit disappointed.

Beez isn't bad, but it could be so much more. I have been twice and both times the food was bland. There's not enough spices and seasoning. It will do in a pinch though.

This place is okay. It's not terrible, but it's not stellar either. It's quick, easy American food for a decent price. I did not like their coffee at all. Very hard to screw up coffee, but their's taste disgusting. The scones (which aren't "true" English scones) are good, but can seriously increase your risk of diabetes, high blood pressure and cardiac arrest with the butter and sugar in those fried donuts. If you want an amazing breakfast, Jeremiah's off of 12th street in Ogden is phenomenal. Only go here when I don't feel like cooking and driving, which is rare. I will pay extra money for gas to get decent food. This is not a place I would frequent often or recommend. Side note- the staff are super sweet and nice. I haven't had a bad encounter with waiters/waitresses. The food like I said is okay, but nothing to rave home about.

I went here the other day with a few coworkers. The service was quick even though we had a large group. The food was alright.. My opinion is probably a little biased since I'm not a huge fan of diners, but this place was A-OK. I ordered the special which consisted of a salad, fries, and a Quesadilla Hamburger, which definitely sounds strange, and turned out that way I must admit. Having a hamburger inside a quesadilla isn't my favorite thing to eat, but it wasn't bad.

Great food with great atmosphere makes this place an all American Dinner. Scones come with a cinnamon butter that makes you come back wanting more. Price isn't too bad for the amount of food you get. All in all Beez is a must in Utah.

Steak looked horrible and not cooked as ordered. Waitress took forever to do anything. Hubby received his salad before we got our drinks. Pancakes with strawberries and whipped cream were good. Not impressed at all.

My wife and I really enjoy this place. Good good at good prices and a very friendly staff. We come down to eat here quite often!

The waitress we had never came to our table to ask if we needed anything like more drinks or ketchup (which we needed) and the water literally tasted like secondary water, like they used water from a hose. My food was cold when it got to me and didn't have a lot of typical "cafe" food selection in my opinion. I'll never eat here again. I'll never recommend it.

For a diner it was good. That being said its not stellar food. Prices were really good. Service was really good though that's easy since there was hardly anyone there. There is better out there but it is worth a try if you are in the area.

Fast service. I got the lunch special a quesadilla burger. The food was excellent and my server kept my cokes lined up on the table so I never ran out. Excellent place for lunch. Colleenia did a great job

This place should be called Fly's cafe as the only thing buzzing around was flys for real. went for lunch...two words... not good. The only reason I can figure this place has stayed open is because certain people only want big cheep portions of food... if you know what I mean... yuck... I love to surport local family owned business; do not even think I could try again for my own safty.

I don't agree at all with the negative reviews. This is just diner food. So don't expect it to be a five star restaurant. But when you compare it to diner food, it's so good! A million times better than Denny's or IHOP. The staff is super friendly and the prices are amazing. $1 kids meals in the evenings. I am from Salt Lake and ended up here after a funeral, but I will probably make the drive back. I loved it.

First time here. Friday night so they were busy. Sevice was a little slow but not bad. I had the pork chop and eggs. Looked pretty but was bland. Scones were amazing. I like them better than Sills cafe. My husband ordered the teriyaki chicken. Meh. Prices were good. Place was clean. Willing to try again.

My new roommate took me to this place for breakfast today after having a rather intoxicating get together last night. I ended up getting the country breakfast which is the home fries or hashbrowns. The scones are amazingly good but a little too sweet for my liking. The place is always busy on Saturday though so it definately gets some pretty good business. The place is very reasonably priced too and has an exstensive menu....not sure why. I don't see why you would have normal lunh/dinner food and then have sweet and sour chicken. Hmmm.... Anyway the inner fat kid gives this place a 6...but I never tried their Asian food. LOL!

Well it's better then a Denny's or IHOP but not by much. Still it's not bad. The place is usually busy so they must be doing something right.

We went here for dinner. Prices are not bad, but food isn't great either. I had the Chicken Fried Steak with mashed potatoes. Potatoes were instant, with gravy made from a powder on top of them. Steak was the variety that you can buy at the grocery store & deep fry. My roll was rubbery from being microwaved to warm it up. Nothing to write home about or recommend.
