How come no matter how many time I and other customers point it out, they invariably leave the graham cracker sprinkling topping of the Smores Frap. They are the ONLY store to do so. Clinton, Clearfield, Layton....they remember. And when you mention it you get a little hostility from inside. Why? Why leave out a key ingredient and then be annoyed when brought to your attention. It's sprinkles which is part of the drink. It's factored into the cost. I'm not asking for extra.

I have nothing to complain about. If you hate their coffee you really cannot blame the workers, they just make it how they are told/trained. I've only been here through the drive thru window and they are really fast. I normally love a mocha but I'm not a fan of starbucks mochas. Most people like the whole chocolate mocha but I think it is way too sweet. I love their breakfast foods. I've tried several of them and they are all hot and delicious. I like the skinny vanilla latte, give it a try for the lighter side. Overall I like coming here on my way to work to grab a cup of joe. If I ever have time I want to try their lunch menu. Like I said the drive thru is fast and I've never had to wait for more than a few minutes.

Friendly employees at this location!! I was surprised to not recieve the typical mediocre service that Starbucks is known for. My coffee came out quickly and my sandwich was hot. No complaints here! :)

Since this is my first bad experience at a Starbucks I thought I'd save you the stop. Unorganized, not friendly staff (except 1 young man). I waited for 10 minutes for a cold sandwich with no acknowledgement. Keep going there's one one 3 miles up the road.

I love Starbucks, but Not all of them:-) I think the drive thru is nice here too at this location. And once I ordered my caramel machiato in the drive thru and they had an extra coffee drink that was a wrong drink, and gave it to me:-) exta bonus!! Great place if you love coffee!!

I am not a big fan of this Starbucks , they NEVER make my coffee right . I haven't met one employee that seems to know what they are doing. I'm thinking they need a good re training .

I live in North Ogden where there isn't a Starbucks in sight (yet). I come to this one frequently because it is right off I-15 across from target and sams club. The service is extremely friendly and they are willing to fix their mistakes when called out on it. It is often extremely busy, but as a walk in customer, they are super friendly and nice. This is one of the more nicer customer service Starbucks.

This is one of the busier Starbuck's I've been to which could possibly lead to a bad experience, service-wise, but that is not the case at this location. It is obvious that there is a focus on service and customer satisfaction. I always get great, fast service here from a friendly and fun staff. I know other customers that drive out of their way to go to this location.

Let me first start off by saying I do not blame the employees for my experience, they are always friendly and helpful, but I blame Starbucks as a whole. That being said, I ordered a small hot chocolate, I got it back and it tasted like dirt. I would have been better off using hot water and a box hot chocolate packet at home. Its kinda hard to screw up hot chocolate. I threw it away, not worth the 3 dollars I paid. Fraps are alright here.

Walked in was first in line then had a long line behind me and they all got there drinks before I did so I complained and the barista said they're coming.... Yeah... Like a half hour later!! Never going back.

The ladies here are very friendly and always fun to talk with. As the coffee and drinks go, it's Starbuck's. A bit overpriced, but consistent. Free wi-fi, of course.

Their friendly but I when we got to the window they don't stand there to talk to me, it's nice they are Friendly but when you busy or trying to think of things that need to be done, I'm not liking to visit,,, They are only doing what they are suppose to be doing but I think some do it more than others there..

I suddenly needed to run a 90-minute conference call on a Friday afternoon while driving between Boulder and Boise (does anyone else have to do things like this?). This Starbucks turned out to be a good choice. It's right off the freeway, the wi-fi internet is $3.99 for a couple of hours, it was not too busy (the background noise was under control), and they didn't look at me funny for setting up camp in their comfy armchair for several hours. There's also a drive-through window, if you're into take-away caffeine.
