This is possibly the SLOWEST Buffalo Wild Wings EVER!!!!!! The wait staff was not very good at all, the wings were not really sauced, and the staff acted like they didn't want us there! It's game day we want to watch our game. I love Buffalo Wild Wings just not this one :(

We have been here a few times, when they first opened they were great. They seem to be sliding a little more each time. Definitely the place to be if you don't have Sunday Ticket and you want to watch a certain team play. Lots of TVs and Trivia/Poker going on. I was not impressed with our Nachos, they were almost 10 dollars, and they hardly put any cheese, so I asked for some more and they bring me one of those tiny plastic cups that hold maybe 2 TBS if you are super lucky and they still charged me for more cheese. I think the little cup had more cheese in it than the entire plate of nachos. I also got the Buffalo chicken sandwich, it was good, lots of sauce, prepare for a messy face. You can get any sauce you want on it, I opted for the medium. My wife got 6 of the Parmesan Garlic wings, that used to be our favorite sauce. This time it was pretty bland, and the wings were not "hot" when they were served, almost like they sat there too long waiting. It wasn't a busy day either, so it surprised me at the time it took to get the food, and the temperature of the food. I am sure we will go there again, one day I want to try their Hot Wing Challenge, 12 wings with the hottest sauce and only like 5 minutes to eat it. But right now I still value my taste buds, my lips, my throat, and everything else below.

Great Service and savory chicken goodness! Great staff, great energy! Always tells us about promos too!

The music was so loud the doors were shaking. I'd expect that at a club but not at a place that labels itself as a restaurant. We tried it out anyways. We were overwhelmed with staff, who looked like they had nothing better to do but we couldn't hear them over the really loud music. I don't think any of the staff knew what they were doing because the other 4 parties were crammed into one corner of the restaurant. When we asked to be seated at a booth, somewhere where we wouldn't be bumping elbows with other customers, the hostess acted really put off and seated us next to a claw machine with toys. For being a place that boasts about beer and wings they had a very hard time finding someone who was of legal age to serve beer and ran around like chickens with their heads cut off. After 5 min' of not being to hear ourselves talk and panicking staff over one beer order we got up and left.

Alright i have been here twice, both layton and riverdale and i am not all that impressed. There food is ok. Beer is kinda pricey. Service isnt bad but can be slow. Not a bad place to sit at the bar and watch the games with friends but to wait for a table isnt worth it. Try it for yourself but i think like wing nuts more

This would have been a 3 Star rating but there is no Wi-Fi at the place. What kind of a sports establishment doesn't have Wi-Fi?? How do I set my starting line up while getting wing sauce all over my iPad?? The service was good. Chelsea was a great server and very attentive. She could tell my mouth was on fire from the Mango Habanero sauce and kept my Iced Tea full to put out the fire. When they brought out the wrong order (bone in instead of boneless) she was apologetic (sincere) and ensured the problem was addressed. There were a couple of detractors: 1.) The previously mentioned no Wi-Fi. 2.) I felt interrogated by the hostess. Yes, I have been to BWW before. No, not this location. No, not the Layton location. Yes, out of State. (I was wondering if there was a correct sequence of answers) 3.) Pretty sure the bar tender thought I was eye-balling him while I was watching SportsCenter 1 foot over his head on the big screen. He said hello to me 4 times. 4.) It was noticeably louder than other BWW restaurants I have been in.

Service and food take FOREVER....food is okay but was on the cold side. Parking can be bad on busy game nights so be prepared.

We decided to check this place out since it looked fun. Well, that was the last time I'm going there. For one, we were mobbed by employees as we walked through the door. Annoying, not helpful. Secondly, the music was WAY too loud. Awful. We asked to turn it down and they said they were going for a stadium feel. I frequent sporting events and this did not mimic that in any way, shape, or form. Thirdly, the food wasn't really that great. Nothing to return to. There are much better wing places in town. Moral of the story: if you really want BWW, get it to go. Otherwise, this place is a pass.

We went to Buffalo Wild Wings (or B-Dubs as they like to all themselves) on New Years Day at about 5:00 pm. We were given a $50 gift card for the place for Christmas so we figured a New Years dinner would be pleasant. We knew nothing about B-Dubs so we had no idea what to expect. When we walked in and saw at least 40 flat screen televisions of various sizes (large and extremely large) generously spread throughout the place, all showing one of a couple college football games we had no interest in, we realized this was just another giant sports bar. As long as the food/service is good, I'm not terribly picky about the ambiance surrounding me. We waited about 15 minutes to be seated and immediately noticed the complete lack of seating options in the unusually tiny foyer/lobby. We were eventually seated at a tiny two-person table that was immediately on the other side of the approxamitely 4' tall divider that separated the dinning area from the throngs that were waiting to be seated. Numerous waiting customers were leaning against this divider watching us as we ate just inches away from them. One guy was impatiently tapping his fingers on the divider about 8" (that's INCHES) away from my head for a solid ten minutes. I'd LIKE to say that Mr. Finger-Tapper only annoyed me through about 1/3rd of our dinning experience but the service was so slow that he only annoyed me for about 1/8th of our time there. My wife ordered the overpriced "Knockout Punch" (I seem to recall it being about $7) that she said was WAY too sweet and not worth the price. Before we ordered we had a lovely young lady come by our table that was our "Hospitality Captain" or something like that. Like most employees, she was wearing a sports jersey but her's read, "Captain" on the back. Our "Captain" brought us a small amount of fries and let us taste a few of their sauces that we selected to sample which made our choice of sauce for our wings much easier. My wife ordered the fish tacos and wasn't impressed. I ordered a dozen wings and enjoyed them but the incredibly slow service was a major distraction to the quality of the meal. Our orders were small and simple with fried mozzarella sticks as an appetizer and a single alcoholic drink. The total bill (with a WAY-TOO-GENEROUS 22% tip courtesy of my overly-generous wife) came to $44. The two of us could have had FOUR meals at McDonald's for the same price without having to stand and wait for 15 minutes before being seated and wait 20 minutes to get our bill when we finished eating. Granted, at McDonald's we wouldn't have waiting customers standing less than a foot away from us rapping their fingers on a divider while they watched us eat our Big Macs. Will we go back? I seriously doubt it. If I'm going to pay nearly $50 for a relatively small meal for my wife and I, we could simply go to one of any number of restaurants that have faster service, aren't as noisy and provide a place to sit for us if we have to wait 15 minutes to be seated. Sorry, B-Dub, we tried but when "wings" is part of your name it shouldn't take a MINIMUM of an hour and twenty minutes for a couple to get in, eat some wings, and get out. By the time we left we both wished it was a gift certificate for Applebee's we received for Christmas. :-(

As far as BWW establishments go, this one is dirty...real dirty. The food was just ok, and the service was terribly slow.

I used to love B Dubs, but every time we go there we get horrible service. For example, a couple weeks ago I go there with my family... We all ordered and everyone got their food except me, so I tell the waitress and she said she forgot my order. So I said it was fine and asked for some carrots and ranch while I waited, 5 minutes later she brings me celery and ranch. So I ask for CARROTS and another 5 minutes later brings me carrots and celery. Whatever. Well I waited 30 minutes for my meal! My whole family had already eaten and waited 10 minutes more for me to even get out food. And the waitress seemed too embarrassed to come over because we never got our drinks refilled. My food finally came, which the sauce on the wings was wrong but I was too hungry to have them change it. Don't ask me why is took so long to get an order of 8 wings. Anyway when we got our bill we were expecting my meal to be free. Nope, and she even charged me for the celery I didn't even order or eat. It was a joke. Needless to say we are done eating there. We will gladly go somewhere with better service!

Sooo- I'm not a sports bar type of guy, but one of my best buddies Justin Adams put this gift certificate on me and I took Deanna for supper just cuz! Ashley, the most exceptional server, let us try several of the sauces before we "picked our poison". Out of the 5 we decided on spicy garlic, Thai curry, and mango habanero. Sorry, the spicy garlic- while very good- was a Texas Pete derivative and mostly uninteresting. We ordered half of our wings with Thai curry and it was extremely original and very tasty... hot, too! The mango habanero was over the top tasty- made me want to chew REALLY fast to catch the mango sweetness, but the habanero answers every time with a wallop before you get to the swallow part. WOW! Deanna's Mediterranean chicken salad was excellent though she didn't care for the fancy olives. Great batch of greens and not too much dressing. The store boss, Jessie James, yes, that is really his name, came by to make sure the cook hadn't kilt us... and was reassured that all the noise was the lip-smackin action going on in our comfy booth and not the throes of intestinal demise that often accompanies hot grub. Not too loud. Lots of families. Very friendly! Plenty of sports action.

So good, I love there Asian zing wings. They have a good variety of beer as well. Tons of TVs with nearly every football and basketball game playing. The manger even came to our table asking if we wanted to put in a request for a specific game we wanted to watch. I would defiantly go again.

Went on a Tuesday afternoon. The bartender was very friendly and just "let me enjoy my wings" We laughed about the aforementioned employees.

The amount if chairs try have at the bar is overwhelming. Service is slow. Not the cleanest. The manager admitted that she was sick and trying to stay away from the food. Wasn't impressed

My husband and I went to BWW to watch a college football game and grab a quick late afternoon lunch. Since it was a newer restaurant around the holidays we assumed it would be busy- which it was. We were told 30 minute wait, but asked to sit in the bar. The bar seating has almost as much seating as the restaurant and there were easily half of the seats in the bar empty. We were served much quicker than we would have been in any other restaurant since the bartender was right in front of us. We had a front seat view to the game we came to watch + a few others my husband was interested in. We split the buffalo sliders and some wings and they were both really good! I wouldn't get the asian sauce again on the wings but everything else was yummy. They also have lots of beers on tap. Overall was a great experience. I would say if you're going to have a nice dinner with your family-this is not really your place..We will definitely be back to watch a game and have a beer and eat some yummy wings.

I really love this place! I don't know why others seem to get bad service, but my group always gets a great server. We go in at least once a month, the wings are great (craving some right now!). Love the loud music, and all the sports and stuff on. Will be going back again and again!

I'm going with average... It's a Buffalo Wild Wings so what you see is what you get. I would give them one more star if they hadn't gotten rid of the primary reason I liked coming to this place - Evolution Amber beer on tap. The patio is great. It's on the east side of the restaurant and I really like sitting out there. Downside is that they are typically BLARING the TVs. We asked them to be turned down and they accommodated.

If live sports didn't exist, neither would this bdubs. I've been to BWW all over the country and this location is off par. Besides our group, there were probably another 15 customers in the entire restaurant and it took probably 40-45 minutes for our food to come out. My burger and fries were both cold. The wings are good, but very pricey for the amount of food you get. The music is loud, which I get--it's a sports bar, but you can't really very on a conversation with anyone not sitting next to you unless you're yelling. Our server was nice and refilled our drinks as needed, no complaints there. I've probably been here 5-6 times and each time I question why I came back. Again, it's a good place to watch live sports, don't expect much more than that.

As much as I enjoy waiting for 10 minutes at the takeout counter, in an empty restaurant, for someone to take my order I must say this place is abysmal. I've been to Buffalo Wild Wings locations all over the country, this place takes the shit-cake. No less than 7 workers socializing while I wait to order? Really? The person who took my order looked like she hated her existence and barely spoke to me. Not a single smile in the joint. Well I take that back, the group of workers, not helping me, talking about the new Avenger movie looked mildly amused. Bravo management. Not only this, but my medium order of boneless wings was only 50% coated in sauce. Additionally, the wings were barely warm when I received them. This location needs to get its shit together.

Restaurant was clean, staff was very friendly. Our dinner took a little long to prepare but was worth the wait. The margaritas were FANTASTIC. Our waiter Tyler was great, he checked on us often to make sure we had everything we needed. Will visit again when I am back in the area.

Nailbanger Here Again;OK spent the night in Ogden ,on my way to somewhere else and got in town late and on a Sunday ta boot. This was Open late. I have been to this Chain restaurant several times and always had good food and service. If you never been they are a Sports Bar Scene, with will and crazy loud music. They offer mostly Wings Boneless and traditional with a crazy amount of selection of Sauces from Mild to Hot Hot Hot.I get the Mango Habanero , Asian Zing and Honey BBQ (Celery /Carrot Sticks).Sides were Batter Onion Rings and the Vinegar & Salt Fries.Service and Food is always good. If you can put up with the Loud Music, its a choice to make. This is another drawback, Its Pricy Two of us with no beverages and tip was $39. You decide. Enjoy Plenty of well lighted Parking and Clean Bathrooms.

Always wanted to try this place so when the little one says, Daddy, I want chicken wings the opportunity was there. To quickly get to the point, look at my tag line. It wasn't. The place was almost completely devoid of customers, maybe 4-5 tables. And overflowing with servers and other employees, maybe 20-25 people. It took about 22 minutes for my order to arrive. I guess the employees were fighting over who had to do the work. I can't believe the prices they want for chicken wings and they don't even come with fries. And the 4 wings my daughter got should be called mini-wings, like from a Cornish Game Hen. I got hers with mild sauce on the side. Mild my patoot. It was just hot. I tried the wings and my first and only impression was greasy, oily, and meager. So, I've been there, done that. Won't be back for any reason.

The biggest surprise at Buffalo Wild Wings is the the fact that in my opinion the best thing on the menu is not the wings. Weird to say, but I have found the "Juicy Burger" to be one of the best burgers I have had recently. The Juicy is a burger topped with steak, onion rings and your choice of sauce (I go for the spicy BBQ) and it is very tasty. I think it helps that the steak is seasoned well and the burger is cooked on a flat top and the sauce adds that little kick.

I wish I could give less than one star. I had just driven all the way from New York to move out here. When I finally arrived to Roy, I was dying for a cold beer to sip and maybe something small like an appetizer. I walked into this location on Riverdale. It was quite early in the afternoon, maybe 3:30pm - there were only maybe 4 or 5 tables seated having lunch/dinner. I walked down and took a seat at the bar. Waited literally 15 minutes and was never greeted by anyone. I watched as employees walked past me, giving me looks like "what the hell is a customer doing in here?". I'm big on service, and at a bar - guests should be greeted within 30 seconds or less from sitting down. I gave them 15 minutes. As I walked out, I noticed the manager standing there chatting with his employees and nonsense. I say to him: "I waited 15 minutes at the bar and nobody greeted me". ...he just stared at me and said nothing. I said: "You don't care that money is literally walking out your door?" ...again NOTHING. I doubt this location will survive very long. Went down the street to chilis, was greeted instantly by extremely friendly and well trained staff. Had a great lunch there.

Tried the place four times over the last few months. 3 of us sat down and waited 40 minutes with no service. Despite asking several servers to get our server. Nothing. Walked out. Terrible service every time my friends want to "give it another chance". Food is mediocre at best... If you can get service.

I used to like going to BWW when I lived in Washington, so when this was built here I was pretty happy. I heard nothing but bad stories when it opened, so I didn't visit until about a month ago. I walk in and there isn't an employee in sight. I walked back to the bar area and sat down. Employees went in and out of the back. I could hear them laughing and talking to each other, and then they'd come back out and wipe tables. It took 15 minutes for one of them to acknowledge me and take my order. I ordered a Johnny's IPA from Moab Brewing. They either brought me something different, or the tap lines were dirty. It's a beer I've had many times at numerous bars, so I know what I was served was incorrect, old, or just spoiled somehow. When my wings came out, they had almost no sauce. 2 of them actually had no sauce. It took them about 10 minutes to come back around so I could ask for some more sauce cups, which I was charged $1 for despite having shown the girl that my wings had almost no sauce. On top of everything, the music was insanely loud. As loud as a dance club. I don't like to leave negative reviews, but this is the worst restaurant in the Ogden area. BWW corporate should take a look at this Yelp page or poll some recent customers or something. I feel like with competent management, this could be as awesome as the locations in Washington. At least we have WingNutz!

Call ahead to make sure they have what you want to drink. No Strongbow, no Angry Orchard, no moscato. Everything else seemed okay. Wait time was a bit much for a slow night. Mango lemonade was delicious..... as a last resort.

There are certain chain restaurants that do well with the food that they serve. This place is not one of them. Along with every other national chain in America; the food is served cold. The wings weren't that great. I found them particularly greasy and overly sauced. I went there a second time just to give them a chance. Maybe the cooks and servers were just having a bad day. Nope...same thing. The food was just plain bad...cold. That is just the unfortunate result of American restaurants. They want to serve everyone at the table at the same time. The problem with that is the fact that the food gets dry under a heat lamp. Don't even get me started with steakhouses. I would rather wait for my food to be freshly prepared and served immediately after it is done. I want my food served hot. And I'm willing to pay for it. Bad food + Bad service = No business from me. Ever again. It may not mean much to that particular business. But I've seen the end of a great many restaurants come and go in my town because of poor quality.

Worst, bitchiest manager I've ever encountered. I'm talking about you, Paula Hurst! Rude, condescending, inconsiderate excuse for someone who should be in charge. Bottom of the barrel when it comes to people skills and customer service. I'll never return to this location.

    (1)

This place has horrible service. Our waitress never asked how our food was and was super slow. our wings had absolutely no sauce on them at all!! Did not feel welcome. Will not be returning to this location.

This place doesn't deserve all the bad reviews it's getting. The problem may be with not understanding what you are getting yourself into. This place was built with a sports bar theme...not a sit down eat and dine. You would go here if you want to watch the game with other fans, like on a bowl game night, or on a night when a football game is on. You don't go for quick service and you don't ask them to turn the music down. My mom told me she went and actually told them to turn the music down....who would think to even do that????? It's not like you go to a nice sit down place and ask "hey, could you pull up a TV for me to watch? It's too quite". Be realistic about what the other people expect to get from a sports bar. With all of that being said, the food is great! We just had wings but the flavors were awesome and so good. We went on a Friday night and they even had this thing where you compete with other people there on a trivia game. I can't tell you how much fun it was to own everyone! No one knows pop culture like me! I would totally go back, just don't go thinking it will be quiet. It won't be and if you wonder why no one cares about it, go somewhere else.

great food but sucky service i understand that in the beginning they were getting used to it all but its been months since their opening and i have been there a dozen times and have only had great service once.... and my friend was the server so maybe thats why.... i think maybe if its just two ppl it may be better but i go in every other week with a group from work and it takes too long for food and they mess the orders up time and time again...

Went in for an early dinner on New Year's Eve 12/31/2013. Service and food were excellent. They were super busy but we found a place at the bar top. The bartender was great and the manager checked on us to make sure everything was good. Food and service were good especially for how busy they were.

Loud, bad service, and teenie bopper heaven. The bar section was inhabited by high school kids, idiots brought their infants here, and it took over 45 minutes to talk to a waiter. DON'T GO HERE
