Don't expect your order to be correct if you order anything more complicated than a soda, they'll definitely mess it up The staff is very nice though.

Their ice cream machine broke, and they didn't even put up a sign. They were understaffed and it took us twenty minutes to even get to the SPEAKER with only three cars in front of us, only to be told that they couldnt make shakes (which EVERYONE was ordering apparently), and didnt have time to make a sign. Didn't have have time, I guess their poorly trained u-tard teenage crew was too busy doing NOTHING.

THIS SONIC LOCATION HAS A FAULTY DRIVE THREW MACHINE. I WAS WAITING IN LINE WITH NOONE INFRONT OF ME FOR PROBABLY A MINUTE AND A HALF. NOBODY, NOT A SOUL SAID ANYTHING. So I drove up to the window, banged on the glass and asked for a dirty diet coke. The man was very kind and in his mid 30's. I felt a keen sense of trust. He begged for an apology. I granted it and he gave me the dirty diet coke. It was well put together. Presentation was on point. The ice level was exactly where it always ought to be and that I appreciated. I hope this is helpful.

Tried the new super crunch chicken dinner, and it was meh! Carls Jr chicken tenders are the best near BYU campus at present. Hopefully, Popeyes or Zaxbys, will locate nearby sometime soon. The DQ chicken tenders on Canyon Road are pretty similar to Sonics.

The service was okay but a little slow. The food was good and at a decent price. Their cheap shakes taste like cheap shakes. It's worth going to on occasion for a change of venue.

Currently waiting at the drive through window. I've been waiting for about five minutes without anyone even opening the window to ask for my card. Through the window I can count about 5 employees doing close to nothing. They finally opened the window and tried to give me my food without asking for money.

It's hard to really write up an amazing review when all you've had here are shakes and drinks. The drinks are good. I enjoy an occasional Ocean Water, and Sonic does that for me. Of course it's not like there is much to mess up. They have good promotions going on pretty regularly as well. When I have had their food I usually wish I hadn't. Which is why I now stick to drinks and shakes. So go enjoy a drink and shake.

They've updated their car stalls with digital menus. I like that because you can see what you are being charged before you swipe your card. Sometimes I just feel like a cheap slush and Sonic is good for that. Their drinks are awesome but I can't say the same for the food. Every time I've eaten something, I've regretted it. It is not the fastest fast-food around so don't be surprised about a bit of a wait.

Have you ever been to a sonic that does NOT stick to the half priced drinks between 2-4pm?!?!?! Well this is one. I noticed on my receipt that for 5 route 44's they only took one dollar off. So I asked why that was and the answer I received was... "The manager does not recognize the happy hour prices on combos." !!!!! I mean seriously?!?!?! I have never ever seen that at a sonic. So you would have to order everything separate to have it count!!! Won't be coming back.

Since getting new management, I'm happy to say I can take back a lot of my original comments. True, it's still fast food and it's never gonna be stellar. The burgers are never going to be 5 Guys, but you know what you're getting into. Their act has been cleaned up immensely. Haven't had any more messed up, late orders. I like the new (finally) updated ordering screens. I do still have one complaint, though...what's the deal with cookie dough being a syrup? It took three different times of ordering a shake with cookie dough in it and not finding any and finally asking someone to determine that when you order cookie dough, it comes in the form of a flavor shot. Seriously? A full 3/4 of the point of cookie dough is for it to actually be yummy chunks of dough, not just a vague sweet flavor that disappears into the ice cream.

As someone who grew up with Sonic shakes, malts, limeades, and burgers, I know what to expect when it comes to Sonic, but when you show up at 2pm and you're the 4th car there, you'd expect things to be a little quicker than they were for us yesterday. My daughter and I waited 15 minutes for 2 sodas and 1 malt. We saw 5 or 6 cars come and go from the drive thru while we waited, too. When we got our sodas, they were watered down, and my malt was already melting, meaning they had been sitting there at least 5 minutes before anyone bothered to go "CRAP, WE SHOULD PAY ATTENTION TO THE OTHER CARS THAT ARE HERE!" and brought them out. Then their "awesome new" digital machine said that it processed my card, but it didn't so when the carhop FINALLY brought us our drinks (have I mentioned that we waited 15 minutes for them??), they sprung it on us that we owed them. Uh, I thought that when their fancy new machine says "approved!", you've paid. She held my drinks hostage until I coughed up payment, so after swearing a blue streak because the experience took 10 minutes longer than I expect a Sonic experience to have taken, I doled out the cash. Ugh. I am a loyal Sonic patron, and this was my FIRST TIME at THIS particular Sonic... and it will be my LAST. I'll stick to ones in American Fork, Orem, and Spanish Fork - at least they're quicker and don't screw up a chocolate malt (seriously, HTH do you screw up a chocolate malt?? there was so much malt powder, it was like sludge, I am one sad panda), or let your drinks get watered down before they bring them out! And I hate to sound extremely callous, but it's a good thing this place is across the street from UVRMC because you might die in your car before you get your order if you actually order food from here.

Absolutely Terrible! 35 minutes to get through the drive-thru. Waited 10 minutes at the speaker and had to say "Hello, Hello" into the speaker to get anyone to help. The cashier than was rude and said the system was down and they were only accepting cash. It then took 20 minutes to go from the speaker to the pickup window. Our shakes were melted. The staff has no idea what they are doing. The manager has no idea how to run the store. Terrible experience. I then called customer service and the area Manager, Skyler Stephens, emails and doesn't even care about my experience or do anything to make me return. I wont be back.

SO VERY SLOW. Computers run slow. Had 3 employees take our order. Had to repeat each order more than once. Had to redo order since slushes are not 1/2 price when part of a combo. And we haven't even gotten our food yet. Order was correct, Tater Tots were mostly cold.

These people are assholes. Rude as hell. On a cross country drive in a huge uhaul and couldn't pull in to drive through. So we went inside. Filthy dirty and gross for one thing but I asked where to order because I didn't have a clue because I've never had Sonic they aren't around In la. Asked an employee and he was a dickhead and moved far away from us like we had the plague, I could have slapped him in the face. Luckily I'm from LA and don't live in Provo, UT. Pissed me off so much I wrote a review. Fuck this place. Oh and I know Spanish and understand when you talk shit in Spanish. And yes im covered in tattoos that don't suck because I'm a tattoo artist and touring professional musician . Don't treat us like crap you have no clue who we are. End of rant. Assholes.

Amazing service in mid evening. But not so great in the middle of the night. I know that might be strange, but some people get mid night cravings. Anyhow great place for the price. Car meetings occur on Fridays and Saturdays in the parking lot. Great rides!

Its rediculous that it takes over 10 minutes just for an order of two drinks. I wont be back.

5 stars for the best diet coke with lime in town. Can you say PEBBLE ICE?! Obviously you'd be a fool to actually eat food here.

Can't beat half price drinks from 2-4pm every day. Also, picking up bags of pebble ice for use at home.

Sonic's food is alright and I would rather eat A LOT of other places than here, but they do have a great drink selection. Great smoothies, shakes, slushies, and flavoring combinations to allow for variations in their sodas.

Okay, I used to love walking here on summer nights to pick up a cherry-lime slush after a long workout. The nostalgia aspect of this place for middle-aged people might be worthy of another star, however after my last experience, I now know better than to attempt coming in and out in a hurry. I came at a time in between the lunch hour rush and the happy hour discount, thinking that I would have no problems. Boy was I wrong. I only ordered a slush and a $1 chicken sandwich (only because the picture was too enticing on an empty stomach to pass up). However, this quick trip turned into almost 20 minutes sitting in the drive thru. Seriously, people, I'm not exaggerating. I even made sure to pay close attention to the size of the orders in front of me. Nothing at all meriting such a long wait. I don't know what those guys are doing back there, but it really shouldn't be taking that long. And if you have followed my reviews at all, you'll notice that I have a fetish for chicken sandwiches - lettuce only. It's a peeve of mine when a place can't get it right, especially when I know the mayo comes out of a caulk gun. Unfortunately, even after spending 20 minutes to administer my order, they still couldn't get it right. I think I'll stick to the summer night runs for a slush and avoid anything during the day. It's really just not worth the wait.

My first experience with Sonic. Everything I had heard about Sonic had been positive. People were always raving about how great the burgers are there. I was fairly excited to see if it lived up to all the hype. The emperors new clothes again. Forgive me for being the child pointing out the obvious, but there is absolutely nothing special about Sonic burgers. They are good, but come on! They aren't *that* good. The restaurant itself was crummy. I guess that since it's a drive-in they felt they didn't need to clean the sit down restaurant area. The floors were concrete - not linoleum on concrete - a concrete slab. Just like eating in a driveway. There were no tables that were clean. There was garbage and half eaten food strewn around. And as I have pointed out before: if you want to ruin an eating experience quicker than anything, simply take a trip to the restrooms. As for the food: there weren't very many fries, and they were cold. The burger was actually ok, but only ok. The coney style dog was pretty good, in fact if - *if* - I ever find myself in a group of people who insist on going to a Sonic, I will opt for the dog. The amount of money I spent for this meal was way out of hand. The bang for my buck here is only worth one star.
