What a great experience dining here! I was in Provo for a conference last week and happened to check YELP for reviews on good lunch eateries. I loved the concept of the hot pot and convinced my coworkers to join me here. Although all of the YELP reviews were stellar, initially, we were a little nervous walking in to this place because nobody was there!?!? The owners were friendly and explained how it worked where we got to choose two out of three different soup bases for our hot pot. I loved how the hot pot was divided into two compartments so that you could have more variety. The meat, seafood and veggie bar was great. Everything looked very fresh and appetizing. The owner took the time to show us how to cook the items in the hot pot and for how long. My favorite items were the spicy broth with sliced beef, the seaweed and mushrooms. Next time I'm in Provo, I am going back to try the dumplings!! April

We dined here the first year this place was open and the dumplings were incredible. Some of the best I've ever had. Sadly, though we went again this January and it was a HORRIBLE experience! The place was a wreck. Every single table was covered with dirty dishes. EVERY SINGLE TABLE. It looked like the place hadn't been cleaned in days! Can you say heebie jeebies? A younger guy clumsily cleared a table for us but acted annoyed. There were only 2 people working, period. I had to get up multiple times to get things myself, like WATER. And to make matters worse they were OUT OF DUMPLINGS. None to be found. So we had the hot pot which was very mediocre. Our homemade hot pots are way better than what we had at this place! I don't really care how great the dumplings were, I'm not going back there ever!

3 plus. The good: unique experience, tasty food, fun place to take some friends, we ate heartily and had our fill, friendly proprietor. The not so good: no menu (we didn't know the price except for what we had read on yelp --- about $15/ person), the first time was a bit difficult to navigate. We asked some other patrons about the protocol. The owner demonstrated how to cook the food and combined two people's plates in one broth (wasn't so pleased about that since some like fish and others don't)... It was difficult to communicate with the owner. Despite my negatives though, I would go back for the uniqueness of the experience. It would definitely be easier the second time. My friend on a gluten free diet was happy with the hot water that was provided for cooking and he found plenty to make him happy with dinner.

Great food and prices! The owners are very friendly and are so cute teaching first-timers what to expect at a Hotpot joint. Just remember, you are going to an Asian restaurant so don't expect amazing service.

Went there with a group of friends and could not have had a better time. We had enough people to enable us to split into 3 groups a no spice, medium spice and super spicy group. The way they were describing the super spicy I stayed away from it, but the food was wonderful. I will be trying this place on my own and can't wait for another time that I go with my friends!

Took the advice of our fellow Yelpers and checked out this place during a recent overnight in Provo. We fell in love with it. It was a little daunting to walk in and be the only ones there (I usually HATE that) but it worked out perfectly because we had the attention of the owner all to ourselves. Since it was our first time, we had no idea what we were doing but he patiently walked us through everything. If you're doing the hot pot (which I'm starting to think is the only option as the person who makes dumplings was in China when we visited) you sit at a table with an induction cooktop. Then you have your choice of broths - hot and spicy, chicken or miso. We went with chicken. He brings out the pot of broth and gets it bubbling on the cooktop. Then you head to the buffet and choose from a nice selection of raw meats and seafood, veggies and noodles. Trust the guy when he pushes you to the lily flower - I wouldn't have chosen it on my own but I'm glad we did - it was awesome. Back at your table, he starts tossing stuff into the broth based on how long it needs to cook. He basically teaches you the first time and then lets you have at it - as much as you can eat. The key here is the dipping sauce - some combination of soy, ginger, sesame, peanut and garlic and it is delicious on everything. We couldn't get enough and would have bought a bottle if it had been for sale. Drinks and ice cream (a selection of frozen treats like popsicles and ice cream sandwiches) are included with dinner which ran $13.95 a piece. Great deal for a great experience.

This is one of my favorite little places to go down in Provo. Its run by a super friendly chinese couple. The Wife makes amazing dumplings but lately she has been away whenever I go so I haven't had the dumplings in awhile. The food is great and I love the fact that they have the hotplate on your table and you can add whatever you like to hot pot. They have a pretty good selection to choose from and also you can choose your own broth for the hot pot. Im not a huge spicy fan but my wife sure is so we are able to split and the hot pot in half and have 2 different types of broth for no extra cost. Its super great. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who likes hot pot or shabu-shabu. The restaurant is small but cozy. When we went with our 2 month old they went out of their way to accommodate us. Great place, I will continue to come here from time to time.

This place is way cool. When you walk in you pick what base you want for your hot plate, you then pick from from large selection of food to cook in your base at your table. The owner is very nice and will make sure you know what to do. All you can eat plus all you can eat ice cream bar included in your meal.

I love this place already! Like someone else mentioned. This is a "Mom and Pop" place. The last star, I'm saving until "Mom" gets back from her vacation in China to try out her dumplings. (Xiao Long Bao in particular !!) This is perfect for a casual two party dining night, but I can see how it'd be a problem with a bigger group since it's not too spacious of a restaurant. We got the miso soup base for our pot, and since this was my first time having hot pot in a restaurant rather than it being served at home, I was rather confused how it all was supposed to work. But no worries, "Pop" does his best in showing how it all goes down as well as putting in the food for you and explaining how long you should let each thing cook. Just hope there's not a whole lot of people so he can take his time to show you. ;P He speaks mainly mandarin, so it was difficult to communicate since his english wasn't very good. So I can see it being a tad bit difficult if you don't know any Chinese. But have some patience and it should all work out fine. He's very very friendly and sooo nice. You're also greatly encouraged to take your time while eating. It took us about an hour and a half to finish and he was kind of going "?!?!?" and told us to pace ourselves and eat more, but we were stuffed! Note that this is a buffet, so you're free to eat as much as you want. Again, this is a great casual dining experience and great value for the price ($13.95 per person for dinner I think?). Greatly recommend it!

I went there for hotpot with my friends because of the high rating on yelp. Quiet disappointing... Seriously, I dun think this restaurant deserves a 4-5 stars....the variety of food choices is narrow, and I dun think I will go to this restaurant again.

ok so i didnt know what to expect of this place, but it totally exceed my expectations, from the food to the service, love it, you have to try the dumplings so nice and fresh , so always remember to call ahead and order the dumplings

Best place in Provo -- hands down. This place and Mountain West Burrito are the only places worth going to. Four Seasons is 1. Delicious beyond belief , 2. The owner is a great man and immigrant from Beijing 3. It's all you can eat, including Popsicles afterwards!! Unlike other places, the owner continually encouraged people to eat more. He's always smiling, and you leave with a new friend. At the very least, come and eat to support him and his family who moved here to fulfill the American dream of making yourself new. My recommendation: Get the spicy hot pot (you can choose how spicy) and then you can go to the buffet area and pick what you want! Seafood, red meats, chicken, vegetables, tofu, etc. Four Seasons Forever!

Great food! I'd never had a hot pot before but the owner was very helpful and made it a great experience. Lots of different options. The seafood is fresh and the noodles were very good. I will definitely be back to try the dumplings.

What a fun little restaurant! We'd never been before, and our host was more than happy (if almost a little too happy) to show us exactly how things worked here. He was hilarious! Even if the food was terrible, I'd have to throw in extra stars for service. Luckily, the food was as good as the service. So that you're not as clueless as I was when you go, here's how things work in a nutshell. You get a big pot of broth. You turn up the heat on said broth. You drop various uncooked food items into the broth. You cook for varying amounts of time, depending on the item. Once done, you go fishing for your goods and serve them up over some noodles or rice. Repeat until full. Rumor has it the dumplings here are quite good. However, you have to call in advance if you want those, as we sadly discovered. Oh well, I guess I'll have to try them next time! Last bit of advice: while almost everything I tried was tasty, the "beef balls" were as weird as they sound. I'd skip them if I were you.

Great hot pot place, wonderful when the weather is freezing. They also top the beef up constantly. Wouldn't mind having a few more selections but great overall!

Been going to Four Seasons Hot Pot in Provo for about 4 years now and it's the best Chinese restaurant in Provo. The way to tell if a restaurant serves authentic food is to see what types of customers frequent it. For example, a good Mex restaurant, you'll see more Mexicans and a Chinese restaurant, you'll see more Chinese, etc. The food is just delicious especially when you add the peanut dipping sauce. Food is fresh and doesn't look like it has been sitting out all day. The owners, a husband and wife duo are the most friendly people you can meet. Michael, the husband runs the daily operations of the place and will show new customers how to select your food, cook and even how to eat them. His English is reasonable so you have to be a little patient with him but he does apologize for it. The dumplings are made to order by the wife only and if you don't want to wait, you can always call ahead to order or check if the wife is around to make them. For the Hot Pot, you can call ahead and book a table and let Michael know what type of soup base you want. So when you get there, all you need to do is pick your food and start eating. No waiting at all. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Provo to try Four Seasons Hot Pot for the Yummy food and have something different.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. I give it a five star for a family restaurant. My friend would take me here and we loved the ambience and private secluded feel we received each time we dined in this charming Chinese spot. It is very rare to find an authentic, unique, and rich in flavor restaurant in the heart of provo. I love coming here and being greeted so kindly. They always remember us and deliver exceptional service. I like ordering the spicy chicken salad and the pork steam buns, can get enough of them. Defiantly a place to enjoy yourself.

This mom and pop restaurant is great. Just be prepared to try something new. The man is great he noticed our confused faces and walked us through what to do. Just know you will be putting everything into the same pot to cook. So watch out if you have allergies. My group went with the Miso broth, which I really liked. We then loaded up with all our goods. The fish was a favorite. The beef balls were a bit odd as they were very processed. I enjoyed the veggies as well as the lotus flower (I'm pretty sure that was what it was). My favorite noodles where the bean noodles as they were very small and delicate which paired well in the miso broth. As we found out, if you want to order some dumplings you must call ahead as the man said, "2 hours good, a day before better!" I will defiantly have to call for them next time! I loved dinning here it was such a unique experience and it is great to find a restaurant in Provo that isn't a chain! The best part is the meal comes with ice cream bars at the end!

Three years straight, I've taken my birthday lunch at my favorite restaurant in Provo, Four Seasons Hot Pot and Dumplings. Believe me, there is a certain euphoria that comes from experiencing the fresh, spicy numbness of the mouth that follows a meal shared over the steamy, communal hot pot that I can find nowhere else. Neophytes, fear not - the owners are as affable as they are proud of their traditional cuisine. Not only do they explain what each choice is on the cold buffet, they suggest ideal cook times and techniques, doing all they can to ensure a positive dining experience. Hot pot consists of thinly sliced meats, seafood, fresh vegetables, mushrooms, tofu, noodles, etc. combined at will and boiled at high temperature in a boiling broth. Ranging from a mild miso to the Szechuan extra spicy specialty with red chili pods floating on the surface, the beauty of hot pot is the ability to customize one's meal. (They even offer dividers allowing half spicy, half mild broth upon request.) As diners, you are allowed unlimited trips to the ample cold bar, which features fresh crab and other seafood delicacies on Friday and Saturday. Once you've had your fill, a bowl of soup and white rice is the perfect way to prolong the divine tingle. Then, to quell the embers, a choice of sweet frozen/ice cream treats are included in the fixed price. Personally, I like hot pot year round; however, Four Seasons also offers fantastic steamed dumplings. Since they're homemade and prepared fresh, customers are asked to call 45 minutes in advance. Pork and cilantro are by far the best combination. Should you request the menu, the black sauce dishes and meat-filled buns are fantastic choices. Occasionally, the owner/chef is visiting family in China and elsewhere and menu items are unavailable. Even when she is away, the hot pot is always simmering. Another testament to the authenticity of Four Seasons is the high number of Chinese natives who frequent the restaurant in large, festive groups as well as for a quiet family dinner. If you like the greasy, sugar-laden, all-you-can-eat feed troughs at Americanized "Chinese" buffets, this may not be your cup o' tea. However, for an authentic, fresh, healthy meal with an afterglow of euphoria, give Four Seasons a try - you won't regret it.

We came here as a result of searching Yelp and were not disappointed. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful.. Since it was our first time, he showed us how to do everything and by the end we were experts at cooking our own food. Good variety of foods to put in the hot pot. We liked the beef, chicken, and fish. I tried all the balls but would pass on them next time as they didn't have that much flavor. It was a fun experience and next time in town I will definitely go back.

This place is awesome. We were in at a really off time and no one else was in the restaurant. The owner re-stocked everything just for us and patiently taught us how the whole thing worked. Definitely a place I would love to go again!

This place is rad! It's so fun to eat here! I've never been to China, but I'm pretty sure this is what it would be like. You straight up cook your own food in your personal pot of boiling broth. You go through the buffet of seriously random - but way good tasting - raw Chinese food, throw them in your pot and go to town eating it when it's all cooked. Everything was SO much better than I expected, and I absolutely love it. 5 stars!

Watch out for artificial additives! The broth is clear as water but extremely tasty. I love hot pot and have tried many restaurants here and on the East Coast. Everything else is ok but I wouldn't drink the broth.

This place is spot on with a chain that has the disturbing image of a cute lamb in Xi'an--but the food is fresh, unique, and as authentic as needs be. My suggested strategy is to get the two pots of broth ( mild chicken/veggie) and a spicey (oil and fire!) to float your meal. Head to the bar to get the fixins and off you go...hot, tasty, and fun. If you are a little adventuresome with new foods, don't mind not knowing exactly what you're eating, and have time---you'll probably come back again. If not, contact the BYU Chinese Flagship and offer to take a starving college students out for lunch...with full translation.

I read the reviews here and had to go try it out. For those that are more familiar with Japanese cooking think shabu shabu and gyozas on steriods. The owners are very friendly! I walked in not knowing what to expect and they were very nice. There are two types of dumplings, ones like gyoza, but also another type that are much larger. Don't just order dumplings or you may leave hungry. They also have soup. I'm going to have to go back to try more of the menu. It was a nice clean, small restaurant.

Pretty good! I don't have any clue what it was we ordered since my coworker ordered everything in chinese. But we got two different dumplings...they were pretty fresh tasting, but they were just missing something that would make me wanna rave about them. i also got the....jan-jan noodles? they're not called that on the menu, but that's what i used to serve at my old college job. They were ok, but needed LOTS of spicing up to be awesome. i'd go back and try what else they got. maybe next time i go back to utah...not! lol

This place is so good! It looks a little sketchy at first but the owners are wonderful and the food is so good. Go at lunch its cheaper for basically the same food not that it's expensive anytime. I have seen and smelt there dumplings and they look amazing but I just can't get to them since I love hot pot so much. I am so addicted that after driving from salt lake to Provo every weekend to eat there I finally started doing it at home which is amazing. If you want something new, different and so so good try this place you won't be sorry.

This place could get a 5 just because of the cool cultural experience. But the food is also great. Lunch is like $10 and its a buffet including free drinks (and ice cream, which I was too full to try). I felt like it was a great value, it was unique experience and it was good, dumplings were fantastic, they are paid for in addition to the buffet (and in high demand so pre-ordering is important for big groups or lots of dumplings), but the whole gig is pretty cool without them. The Chinese man who runs it is amazingly friendly and chill and it was a great overall experience.

I was so thrilled to find a dumpling shop in Provo, UT so I rushed out to try it right away. Well, they don't have much to offer besides, buffet hot pot, dumpling and few variation of noodles. The good thing of the dumpling is they are freshly hand made. It will take some time to get it cooked, so don't order them if you're starving. Their dumpling is quite good and the skin in good enough to hold the juice inside and doesn't break when you pick it up from the steamer. Their so called Za Jiang Mien (Black Bean Noodle) is nicely cooked, and too salty for my taste. The interesting thing is there's no blackbean in the sauce at all. In fact, it looks and taste more of Cold Noodle than regular Za Jiang noodle. I might come back again, but they are definitely in lower priority to come back.

I've never been to China myself, but I heard from at least two Chinese friends that this is place to go for authenticity. It's an unassuming little restaurant - the kind of place you could live just blocks away from and yet never even know it was there. But let me tell you, it's worth stopping in. We were greeted by the wonderfully nice couple that runs the place, and seated at a hot pot table. We decided to go with the miso flavored broth - very tasty. The buffet was loaded with crab, prawns, all kinds of meat, and a nice variety of veggies. I was vacillating between four and five stars mainly because of the price. I went with five for two reasons: the drinks and ice cream are included, and when I think about the sheer size of those giant prawns, I feel I got enough bang for my buck! Quite satisfied all around.

Hot pot is a method of cooking that comes from the northern part of China. A pot full of Chinese broth of your choice is brought to your table. You go to a buffet table, individually, where there are huge prawns, vegetables, meat of your choice and other delectable treats that are ready to be cooked. You place your food into the hot pot to cook until done. When you're out of food, return to the buffet table and select more food. You continue the process until you eat yourself silly. Now, if you don't want to try the hot pot, the dumplings are just fantastic. The owners, who are from Northern China, make them from scratch. From the menu, you select the type of dumpling filling you want and how you want it cooked - steamed, boiled or pan fried. One of the owners rolls the dough, flattens it into a circle and then fills it with the filling of your choice. This is as authentic as it gets in this valley. The food is a bit pricey but definitely worth it. ------------------UPDATE------------------- If you go in with a large crowd, don't order the dumplings because the owners will try to talk you out of it. We had 8 people show up on a Friday night and the owner said it would take too long to make the dumplings all of us wanted. We ended up going somewhere else that night. I'm dropping my original 5 star rating to 4 because of that.

This is not a joke!!! We've been trying to order dumplings (for 3 adults + 5kids), but they always have some excuses and never offer them. 1: called a couple hours ahead for dumplings, but got the answer "We went to Airport today, so no time for dumplings" 2: called a couple hours ahead again and were told "no dumplings today, too busy" 3: called a couple hours ahead again x2, and answer was " We are too busy" 4: called a day ahead. "too busy, come during weekdays" 5: called for weekdays appointment. " sorry, too busy." 6: Okay, forget about dumpling. We called for steam buns. "sorry, no steam buns today." 7: called 3 days ahead for Monday appointment. " sorry, my wife is sick. no dumplings" When can we eat dumplings?

  • Dan B.

One of the worst places you can take a first date. The hot pot is really messy eating. For example, imagine trying to shell crab with your fingers. Also, much of the food is not so tasty for most Americans. For example, fish balls. The dumplings are quite good. But the place is a little expensive for what you get. Best for people who have lived in Asia.

I have to say this place is AWESOME! They hand make their dumplings to order from SCRATCH. Blows my mind. Never in my wildest dreams did I expect to find a good legit Chinese restuarant in Provo. It should be noted that this isn't your typical Chinese restaurant (you know something you expect to see in SF or LA). It has more of a home cooking syle to it. Something a family in small town China would eat. Anyway the fact that they make their dumplings to order is a double edge sword. The product is great, but it will take time. Be prepared to wait. Another neat little thing is you can watch the mom (it's a mom and pop shop) make the dumplings you order. You can walk right over to their "kitchen" and watch her make your food.

Ok, after reading the other two reviews...very detailed and spot on, I must say...I have to comment. We frequent this place at least once or twice a month and are addicted to both hot pot and dumplings. However, in all of the times we have gone there, we have been turned away at least twice because they "ran out of food". Not kidding. We also had a problem ordering dumplings for a group of 5...and were told that they couldn't make that many for us. SO...in short, if you go for dumplings, make it a group of 4 or less. It is honestly the best REAL Chinese food in Utah, the price is VERY reasonable, and you will leave completely stuffed. Our favorites are the hot pot with spicy broth (it's pretty intense), steamed buns with beef and cabbage, or steamed dumplings with any filling...they're all good. They recently changed their policy also, and I think they REQUIRE reservations for all parties, so you might want to check on that. We haven't been back in the past couple of weeks... But will be soon! The fact that they have shunned us from eating multiple times doesn't effect my opinion of them...I have a sick obsession apparently.

My dad is Chinese and this place totally reminded me of my father's amazing cooking. The mildly spicy broth and the chicken broth were both very flavorful, and the dumplings were superb. The owner was very kind and eager to help whenever possible. Quick, prompt service + great food = 5 stars.

If you love Hot Pot this is a great place. Was our first time and the owners walked us through how to get the best experience. Definitely an Anthony Bourdain experience for us. Call ahead for fresh handmade dumplings! Great place for a new experience on date night!

Perfect cold weather meal. it's not the best quality meat you can get, but the price reflects that. Really tasty dipping sauces, soda fountain drinks, desserts all included in the $15 all you can eat price tag. highly recommended for an adventurous meal

The food was amazing. The broth was great as well as everything else that was there. The decorations were really cool and I really liked the information on china under the pictures and on the wall. The owners were so nice and friendly. It was our first time so the they showed us how and told us how long everything would take. At the end you get free ice cream! We will definitely come back again. It made this a spectacular Valentines day for sure.

My boy took the wife and I here. It's a fave of his. I already had it on my bookmarks given the good ratings it's gotten. I can see why people like it, even though it's not going to end up being a regular place for me. I don't know how the owner would be able to handle the place if it was full. It took most of his time helping the 3 tables with guests. I followed my boys suggestion and we went with the miso base. When we picked our first set of food, I hadn't thought that it would all be cooking together for a while and we'd have to sort out whose food was whose later. Fortunately that didn't become an issue. The food items are all very inexpensive ingredients. That makes sense considering the price point, but I'd prefer to pay more for better ingredients. I did love the lily flower and the poached egg was really nice if it got pulled out with a runny yolk. Some of the other items did not need to be cooked nearly as long as the owner recommended. It was all pretty obvious knowing the ingredients. The dipping sauce works with the food. There is a lot of flavor in the broth. It's a very good price and it is an excellent alternative to many of the other choices around town.

Great selection of ingredients for hot pot- a tad salty on the broth. Friendly helpful service Delicious handmade dumplings with very fresh ingredients- thin soft skin, definitely worth getting even if you go for the all you can eat hot pot!

This review is way overdue. Made up for it by recommending it to someone heading to Salt Lake City next week. We went here last summer during our cross-country roadtrip and loved it. The owner was such a nice man and we enjoyed chatting with him. Good thing we each got our own pots because my husband and I like different flavors. I got to eat it Taiwanese-style with the raw egg and Asian BBQ sauce. Reminded me of how my parents made it. Other clientele included students from Asia who came over from Salt Lake City just to eat here, so you know its good because word gets around. Wish we could frequent this place on a regular basis! If we ever are in the area, this will be on the itinerary.

Fantastic place, my wife and four kids all loved it -- not an easy concurrence to get. We stopped by on our way out of town. The proprietor was extremely helpful in walking us through the process. None of us had done a hot pot before and he made sure we had a good time instead of feeling stupid. We did two setups one a miso the other a spicy base. They both were good. I liked the spicy just a little bit better. Other reviews give a good breakdown of the choices and sauces. It was all good, but surprisingly my favorite were the Shiitake Mushrooms. Highly recommend even if you don't normally do mushrooms. For me the taste was unique and I am getting a craving just thinking about them. The price was all inclusive: drink, meal and desert. Very good value. Excellent experience and we will definitely stop by next time we come to town.

This was our first time doing Hot Pot. A fellow customer gave us a quick rundown because the guy taking our order was not a lot of help. When the actual hot pot was delivered, the chef / owner took the time to explain the cooking time to us but perhaps a menu being given to newbies would be a good idea. We truly had no idea what was going on while we waited the twenty minutes for our pot of broth to be brought out. Because of a misunderstanding, we received plain miso instead of the spicy we asked for,( even the people who first explained mentioned that we ordered spicy ) so our broth was bland. Then we saw that we could have had two types of broth !!! Wow. I include that for your knowledge. If you dare visit. We enjoyed the food and the experience but won't ever go back there when we visit the area again. My husband went to pay and watched our chef, who seems like a really nice man, with a very popular place, wash dishes, turn around take money from him and then start cooking again. All without changing his gloves. The same gloves he was wearing when he brought us our food. It's a good thing we were done eating. I look forward to trying hot pot again, somewhere else. Sorry, but gloves are cheap. There is no reason for the chef to be. Cleanliness gets them a two star review. The only reason its not a one is the food was decent.

I absolutely love this place. My wife and I have been here at least two dozen times over the last 6 years. If the owners are both there (a really nice Chinese couple) are both there, ask the wife if she can make you some dumplings. They're to die for. If not, the hot pot stands on its own as a delicious, healthy meal. You get to cook your own food at your table. It only takes a minute or two and its actually pretty fun. The owner will help teach you how of you have never done it before. Good luck!

Stopped by to try something unique. We were a bit apprehensive since the place was empty and its a bit of a hole in the wall. But a couple walked in just before us and that gave us the courage we needed. Glad we stepped inside. Really nice owner, great service and good food. It was kind of fun just throwing stuff in a pot and cooking it. Still, there was a bit of an odd vibe about the place, and the type of food isn't something I'd want regularly, which is why I went with 3 stars.

It was very tasty. It was authentic Chinese not American. The chef/host was amazing. He told us how everything worked, what everything on the buffet is, and showed us how to cook everything. Overall the food was supper yummy and the service was great! Ps he is a wonderful whistler.

We got the hot and sour and miso broth. So good!!! The owner was awesome. He spent at least ten minutes with us explaining how to do the hot pot!!

I came here with some friends looking for something new to try and instantly loved the place because the owner was so kind and helpful! My love was later reinforced when I tried the food... You start by choosing the broth you want, I chose the Szechwan Mala Spicy. The broth is placed in a little pot on a hot plate at your table and heated, then you choose the vegetables, meat, and noodle you want to put in your soup and wait for it to cook. My favorite was the pork! I recommend eating it with the peanut sauce...so good! Next time I would skip the beef and fish balls and just fill up on pork, noodle, and vegetables. They didn't have dumplings the day I was there, which made me so sad because I have heard nothing but good things about the dumplings. If you want the dumplings, you should call ahead and make sure that they are available!

The boss is a very humble and easy-going Chinese couple. We came as a group of 9 and called to check casually, but the boss has arranged our settings already without even securing our booking, which is really touching. The food and sauces are genuine and the flavor is real Chinese Szechuan flavor. Worth trying!

The service was super friendly and helpful. The food I ate was good. There was some un wholesome food on the cold bar. There was fish and chicken that looked spoiled. I really enjoyed the pork and lilly blossoms, and the peanut sesame paste. i put a raw egg in my noodles. my total was over $16 dollars, and I really can't see myself going back.

Delicious and unique experience. The owner was very helpful in teaching how to cook the food, and it tasted amazing. The restaurant itself is nothing fancy, but it was clean. All you can eat and drink. My wife and I will definitely go back.

this is more an experience than anything else. you walk into the restaurant-- in which the ambiance is minimalistic and mostly red. you're immediately greeted by a smiling chinese main wearing a hair net. how could you not start smiling immediately. long story short-- broth-- raw ingredients.. you cook everything yourself similar to a broth fondue but better because fondue places generally suck. they give you yummy sauces and choices of broth. this place was an awesome find and its all thanks to yelp. we had an amazing dinner and left as little soup filled fatties. would definitely go back. and for 15 per person it was a great deal.

My family and I come here all the time. The owner is SO great, and watching he and my dad try to have conversations over the massive language barrier is hilarious. The dumplings and "buns" as the wife calls them are addictive, and AMAZING. Always so moist and tasty. The only issue is, she is often on vacation in China. The buffet completely makes up for no dumplings-if you know what you like, ie spicy/not spicy and beef/seafood there is no way to not enjoy the meal. We ask for half miso half medium spicy, because the full spicy is just a bit too much to handle. This is truly my favorite place to eat in Provo, maybe even in Utah, and I HIGHLY recommend it; for the service, food, and ambience. PS it's an excellent way to warm up during the cold winter nights.

Unfortunately, I did not get to try the hot pot. I stopped in with a party of four seasoned and authentic Chinese eaters for a snack of xiao long bao, and we were not disappointed! However, the owner had forgotten about our call-ahead, and it took about 20-30 min for our first order of dumplings to appear (which is a totally acceptable time frame in my book for fresh made-to-order dumplings!). We downed 3 servings of xiao long bao (8 pieces per serving) and a bowl of za zhang mien (not as good as the dumplings). My mom said the dumplings were perhaps better than the ones she had in China from a world-famous restaurant there! I compared them to the ones I had a few years ago from Joe's Shanghai in NYC. Four Seasons' xiao long bao had a certain home-made quality about them that I really loved. They were plenty juicy as they should be, so make sure to let them cool down before you eat them! Xiao long bao should be eaten in a single bite, so as not to let any of the juices escape. They had vinegar and chili sauce to enjoy with the dumplings. This is a totally authentic gem in the midst of Provo, and well worth the effort and time JUST FOR THE HOMEMADE XIAO LONG BAO! The hot pot offerings looked pretty good, I will have to wait until I can make it back to Provo to try it out. There is parking in the back, as they are located right on busy University Ave. Look for the red banner!

I'm a longtime patron of Four Seasons - it's the best Northern-style hotpot I've ever had outside of China itself, and has the added American twist of the ingredients being basically all-you-can-eat (not the case in China). Discovered the place as an undergrad at BYU in the late 00s and loved it immediately. Run by a delightful middle-aged couple - Mr. Wang and Mrs. Pan - from Harbin, China. Their English is passable for hotpot-related topics, but for anything beyond that you'll need some Mandarin. I've never had a bad experience with the food, it's always been fresh and the service good. (Caveat: because I'm personally friendly with the proprietors and am a fluent Mandarin speaker I might get an overall better experience). Especially popular is the brown "peanut sesame" sauce that is served at each table - it's a personal creation of Mr. Wang's that he makes himself in the back. Highly recommended. Go for lunch for a cheaper price.

Eh, it was OK. I went into this expecting a lot, and was sadly disappointed. We chose the hot and spicy broth, which was great. But the ingredients at the buffet table just didn't look fresh or appetizing. The chicken looked like it was all congealed in some blob inside its tub. But we figured that once we cooked everything, it would all turn out. And once we did, for the most part, everything was fine, except for the noodles. The noodles tasted like fish oil. Very heavy fish oil. And because of that, it made everything taste like that. I don't know what it was; we didn't have fish. None of the shellfish was very appetizing either, which should be expected when eating shellfish this far inland. But I highly recommend the beef, that tastes amazing cooked in spicy broth. Overall, the staff was amazing and it was a fun experience to try. Just be careful with the noodles and avoid the seafood.

I don't really know what happened, i see that most others rate this place highly, and I've heard from friends how great it was too. But it was probably one of the worst dining experiences I've had. Just to highlight: not enough plates or cups (my wife and i shared a glass all night and the staff were backed up washing dishes), food buffet station was half empty and we kept having to ask them to refill it, food was not actually very good. I wanted to walk out so many times. So maybe I had a fluke night? The staff were really friendly and I'd give them 4 stars. Maybe they were under staffed that night, but for whatever reason, dinner service that evening was a disaster. Advice: i don't know...try it out maybe since there are so many high reviews? Hope that it doesn't turn out like my experience? Your call!

What a suprisingly fantastic dinner. This little hole-in-the-wall shines with super-fresh ingredients, attentive service, and flavorful foods. I went with a friend not knowing what to expect, and was greeted by a friendly Asian gentlemen who explained the process. A bubbly pot of chicken broth filled the air with savory aromas. We choose from a variety of fresh, raw meats and veggies. The raw stuff was added to the pot, and after 10minutes an amazing soup emerged. The friendly servers will also add a divider to the bubbly hot pot of broth, so you can create two different soups. What a great night out!

An Asian version of The Melting Pot without the fondue or chocolate dessert menu. Tip 1: Get your pot of broth split (regular and spicy) Tip 2: Don't expect world class service. You serve your own drinks, dish your own add ins, and cook your own food. Tip 3: Slurp your noodles slowly (or don't slurp at all) because a drop of spicy broth in your eye will send you to the restroom to rinse it out before you go blind.

We're glad we came back to Four Seasons Hot Pot. We were in Provo at BYU and decided to have an early dinner there. It's a hot pot, so it's very timely during this time of year. We had the miso soup as our base soup and added in their plenty of choices of vegetables, fish, shrimps, dim sums. We picked only seafoods but you can get their chicken or beef slices as well. The base already tasted great and the additions of the main ingredients only made it even greater! I missed the owner's familiar whistles while he preps up the ingredients in the kitchen . It's great to hear it again. He's really happy with what he was doing and happy to serve his delighted customers! You can never be wrong with Four Seasons Hot Pot!

I've been putting off this review for months because every time we go in we're told that the person who makes the dumplings isn't in that day - we've tried 5 different times now and every time we've left sad and dumplingless. Having said that, I still really like this place. The Hot Pot is great fun and you get tons of food. The man that runs the place walked us through it our first time and was very sweet to us, which was very much appreciated since we had no idea what we were doing. We had a great time trying the various things and watching them cook so I've gone back since and have never been disappointed with that, the only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is because it's been so difficult to actually have dumplings and since that's in the name of the place I feel like I should be able to order them more often than not. I'm going to keep going back and if I ever do get to have the possibly mythical dumplings I'll update this review.

Four Seasons is a locally owned all-you-can-eat Chinese hot pot restaurant located in Provo. Traditional Chinese hot pot involves a large hot pot with either regular or spicy broth (get the spicy and even if you don't like it too spicy, ask them not to make it too spicy). Once they bring out the broth, the work is pretty much on you to get drinks / food near the "bar". The traditional order is to put meat first, and then the veggies. My favorites were spam, beef, and some fish filet. The beef will cook in 15 seconds, and I'd let the fish filet and spam soak in flavor for about a minute. For veggies, my favorites were potatoes, tofu, and cabbage. These take longer to cook (you want them really soft and flavorful) so definitely leave them in for a few minutes at least. They will also give you a small cup of sesame sauce and chili oil. On your plate definitely mix these two and put your cooked food on it to enhance flavor. Finally, after the meal go ahead to the freezer and pick out dessert from ice cream sandwiches to creamsicles. For cold winters, there just aren't many things better than hot pot. I don't come here nearly as often anymore because there is a new hot pot restaurant in Salt Lake City that's much closer, but I make it a point to come here anytime I'm in Provo and really hungry.

Great atmosphere, super awesome service. We showed up for the first time and he gave us the run through about what to do. A couple things we noticed was that getting shrimp was kind of a bad idea since it was still shelled but still tasted delicious. We also weren't a huge fan of the dumplings. Aside from that it's a great way to spend a date and make some interesting soups!

This was such a great little birthday treat. I did not expect such an experience, but this sure did deliver. My wife and I have never been to a hot pot restaurant, so at first it was a little scary. After a few minutes with the staff explaining everything and showing us how to cook our food, we were hooked. We had the hot and spicy base and pretty much tried everything on the bar. I would recommend the fish and the beef, both were amazing. The ice cream is needed if you like your food hot! I will be going back to this little hidden gem.

This was my first time having a hot pot meal, I was a little skeptical at first because I wasn't sure exactly what the food was and how it was cooked etc. So basically you get a hot pot brought to your table and you get up and choose the meats, veggies, noodles and bring it back to your table and it all cooks in front of you in the hot pot. The have variety of meats including chicken, fish, shrimp, crab, and beef. Veggies they had were broccoli, squash, zucchini, potato. For the broth you can choose different types, we got the spicy chicken broth. Oh and this place is ALL YOU CAN EAT!! And you can end your meal with free ice cream!

Amazing hot pot in Provo! Choose a soup base and all you're meat/veggies to make a delicious "Chinese fondue". The owner is very kind and will walk you through anything you're unsure of - cooking times, spice levels, even mixing the best kind of dipping sauce. Highly recommend the drive into Provo and would especially recommend if you're a kind of spicy adventurer like me

  • Anna A.

Ridiculously expensive for what you're getting. 0/10. Not even remotely worth it. No menu, no instructions or anything regarding how exactly everything works; we sat and watched people for minutes before attempting ourselves. Meat is questionable, and seemed to be only ever topped off, judging by the browned and rubbery bits on the bottom. Waited for 20 minutes before cups were available to get our drinks with, and the bowls were an endangered species. Don't bother even giving this place a chance, unless you're ready to spend 30 on a pot of broth.

When I lived in Utah due to the military, there were always sooo many generic chain resturants and not enough mom and pop eateriest that served good food. I love that this is an authentic Chinese hot pot resturant. They do have the best dumplings and meat buns, it is not always availible since when I say this is a mom and pop business, it means that the wife is the only one who makes the dumplings and meat buns from scratch and it is a time consuming process. Certainly call in advance to find out if they are in stock because they go fast and are absolutely amazing. I am Asian and they make it better than anyone in my family, which is a great compliment. The husband tends to be the server and he is super nice. Yes, his English is not the greatest but you know what, he is trying, so give him a break. The hotpot is great as well and as much as some people have complained that the broth is too salty, spicy or what not, they can adjust the hotpot as its cooking. In many ways it is selfserve so you can add more water to dillute the broth or thicken it with the vast variety of seasonings they offer. I suggest if you want to test a date's personality bring them here. It will measure they openess to try new things, paitence in waiting for the hotpot to be ready, how they treat the staff because if they are mean/rude to them that is pretty much the treatment you are going to get when they stop trying to impress you. Also a great way to test their intelligence and ingenuity since they would have to figure out how to make their own hotpot stew.

I'm new to hot pot cuisine, and I was skeptical about trying it, but I enjoyed myself. The cuisine is AUTHENTIC, and for me took some getting used to. I chose the spicy broth and I liked how the food took on different flavor as the meal progressed. The taste will continue to evolve and if you enjoy the taste of the chicken, don't expect it to taste the same 20 min later, because the broth takes on the flavors of the food over time. Overall, I enjoyed myself and definitely recommend this place if you're ever in Provo.

This place tastes amazing! I hate that it's so far but it's worth it. Ridiculous amount of items for you to choose from. Some freshness on items can't be helped, but the big picture is the fact that they even have it. By the way, this joint shouldn't be a place to have your auctioned marriage date at. I'm really bummed that their soup filled dumplings aren't available on demand. You have to at least call a day ahead for those.

Best. Dumplings. Ever. Fresh made wontons from scratch. Meat is ground fresh. Every meat and vegetable combo is incredible. I like the beef cilantro and pork celery. Absolutely my favorite Hot Pot restaurant in Utah! I love the owner, the food, and even the cozy tight knit location. We live in West Jordan but we make the drive any chance we get to eat this yummy, mouth watering delicacy called Hot Pot. I'm probably going to go tonight since I'm getting myself so worked up with this review. The variety, the freshness, and the quality of the ingredients in the self serve ingredient stand is amazing, to top that off you have such wonderful broth to go along with it. I always leave full, satisfied, and happy! For what you pay it's so worth it, I have been to many other hot pot places and nothing compares. I just wish it was closer so I could go more! I highly recommend this restaurant and I hope you have a great experience.

Good food, and a fun cultural experience. It is a buffet, where they place a pot (hot pot) in front of you and then you go to the food table and grab what you want and then place it in your pot. There is only one pot for the table, so get ready to share food. The staff is great. They are super friendly and the food is really good.

You are going to make your own meal here. The idea is that you get a cooking pot on a table with soup base, pick the kind of soup and ingredients, and cook it. They have spicy soup, chicken broth, and miso soup base. We had spicy and chicken ones, which were very good but be careful with the spicy one because it's real hot. They offer quite a bit of varieties; seafood, meat, veggies, noodles, and rice. Everything was very fresh and tasty. We also had fun cooking too! Service was great! The owner was very nice and friendly.

The owner runs a one-man show and does an amazing job. He showed us everything and really took the time to help to know what the heck we were doing. The food was fantastic too. You just pick what you want and throw it in the broth for the right amount of time(which he tells you). Would go again.

It cost $16 to boil my own meat and vegetables in water. I feel like I'm taking crazy pills I have no idea how this was rated so high. People were super nice and service was good, but food was bland and overpriced.

It was a unique experience for me and my friends, but it's not something I would necessarily do again. As everyone has mentioned the owner/operator is very friendly and helpful, we didn't like that we all had to mix our ingredients as only one Hot Pot was provided for the 4 of us. It was all you can eat, but it still seemed overpriced for what you got.

Took my brother and his wife and kid to the closest Chinese place with good reviews, and got much more adventure than we expected! We had no idea what to do there with the soup and the raw buffet, but the owner came and demonstrated very enthusiastically at our table, helped my nephew entertain himself with Spider-Man dinnerware, and the food was delicious! Will go again, next time ready knowing what to expect!

Hot damn, just what I needed! ! Hot pot with spicy broth an all the fixings, wow wow wow! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who enjoys hot pot

This place was like finding a diamond in a mine. If you like soups then this is your place. Ask for the hot pot buffet. Pick your broth (I got spicy broth, it's not spicy) and make your way to the buffet booth where you can pick your meats and vegetables. Just make sure to keep your meats, seafood, and vegetables in separate plates. The couple that owns the place are very friendly and they will teach you how to cook the ingredients. This is a fun place to socialize and talk about the food. You do need at least 45 mins to an hour to really enjoy the meal.

I really loved the spicy base. The man that works there is very helpful to first timers. He helped me set up my pot and get everything ready. I want to rate it a touch below 4 but better than 3. The spicy soup is good. The not spicy soup (chicken broth) looked like water with a bit of chicken fat floating on top. The chicken broth was so visually unappealing that I couldn't get myself to try it. When cooking one's food in the spicy soup, the sauces are unnecessary. I think that is the way it should be. I think the price is a touch on the high side but the quality is better than what I expected in Provo UT. (An area not particularly diverse ethnically and would be particularly less diverse without BYU.)

  • Joshua M.

If I was rating this place purely on the service I'd give it 5 stars. Michael Wong had us smiling the whole time. He was friendly and we had fun learning about the hot pot. The food itself leaves much to be desired. The broth base is good, some of the ingredients are good. If you want a zany experience and don't care what you are eating than this might be for you. If you are focused on quality look elsewhere. $14.95/person for the hot pot at the time of this writing.

Scary and new. Fortunately there was a super-friendly proprietor to help! He gave us us broth, pointed us to things to dunk in the broth, and instructed on how long it should be there before consumption. There were sodas, all we could eat, and a freezer of ice cream sandwiches at the end! No fortune cookie, though. Not what I usually call Chinese. No leftovers.

Late review. Several years ago, my daughter and I found this little place after delivering Slug Magazine in Utah County. We stopped there half a dozen times always friendly, good food and fun place to dine. Our first time we were giving instructions on how to dine with a smile and much patience. Brought the family to it one afternoon and everyone had a great time. I will dine there next month when we are back in Provo. Friendly owners, fresh food, fun atmosphere, and the spicy broth is the bomb! Give it a try. We always went during lunch hours 1-3 PM. Miss this little gem. Cheers!

An interactive meal that is an excellent conversation starter. Nice atmosphere with great food. DIY authentic Chinese hot pot cooking. With your choice of hot and spicy or chicken dumpling broth, you have the opportunity to cook a collective soup on a hot plate. Select your proteins, veggies, and even noodles. Finish the meal with an ice cream bar! Regardless of the food, the service is great and the owner is very hospitable. I was recognized upon my second visit. The price may be high, but the experience is worth it!

This place is so great! It was our first time there and the owner was super nice showed us how long to cook the food for to make sure everything was cooked through, he was very attentive to make sure we had what we needed and the food was delicious I will definitely be returning

This is for sure the best hot pot Chinese restaurant in Provo Orem area, maybe the best in Utah. Their taste is designed for American flavor and fresh meat are kind of health. They will gives you detail instruction on how to cook and eat hot pot. If you wanna try some traditional Chinese food without surprised taste, this is a must go for you. And finally, the price is unbeatable. I mean it's a buffet, but it's not easy to clean those hotpot and prepared fresh beef slice. For me $15 is way worth it.

Oh My God! I found soup dumpling in Utah! After I moved from Colorado, I missed the good old Lao Wang's soup dumplings but I found one in all the way down in Provo. Don't hate, I still think Denver's soup dumplings is better than the Utah's. Do call ahead about your soup dumpling order. We found out you can cook two different soups in one hot pot! My choices of soup, Ma la and chicken broth. The only problem is the beef come out pretty dry from the hot pot. The owner was very nice to us. Maybe because we are Chinese. we love the place even it is all the way in Provo. We will return for some more delicious Hot Pot!

This place is a treat! The owner walked us through the process as we had never had hot pot before. He was very kind. The food was delicious and we will be back soon for more. I loved the tofu, potato noodles, and lily flowers, but really everything was delicious - especially with the peanut dipping sauce.

Best hot pot I've had in Utah. The service is incredible and I'm in love with the spicy broth they serve here. The peanut sauce is outstanding and the pickled carrots add a perfect touch. Come here if you like good food.

This hidden gem in Provo is a wonderful little hot pot restaurant. They offer an assortment of meats, fishballs, vegetables, and noodles. For the all you can eat, it also comes with sodas and dessert. The food was fresh. We ordered half chicken broth and spicy broth. Spicy was my favorite.

My coworker and i checked out this place yesterday while taking our lunch break. Pleasantly surprised how super friendly the owner was. He explained to us how long typically each ingredient is cooked. Food was good. My Venezuelan friend had his very first taste of fish balls and shrimp balls and he loved it. We had the spicy broth, and ummm yeah it was quite hot. I don't think I've ever enjoyed devouring all the seafood, vegetables and meat while sweating at the same time. Lol. Overall fun and unique experience.

  • Cory L.

  • Michael L.

The fact that they have shunned us from eating multiple times doesn't effect my opinion of them...I have a sick obsession apparently.

this is more an experience than anything else. you walk into the restaurant-- in which the ambiance is minimalistic and mostly red. you're immediately greeted by a smiling chinese main wearing a hair net. how could you not start smiling immediately. long story short-- broth-- raw ingredients.. you cook everything yourself similar to a broth fondue but better because fondue places generally suck. they give you yummy sauces and choices of broth. this place was an awesome find and its all thanks to yelp. we had an amazing dinner and left as little soup filled fatties. would definitely go back. and for 15 per person it was a great deal.

We got the hot and sour and miso broth. So good!!! The owner was awesome. He spent at least ten minutes with us explaining how to do the hot pot!!

  • London F.

Loved it. It was such a fun experience to make your own soup right at your table. The owner also came over and showed us how to make it like Artisans. It is a little more pricey than I expected, but a great date idea!

My favorite hotpot place in Utah. Though I don't live in Provo, but the food and their amiability has made me always going back. Miso soup base is my favorite. Oh! And they have dumplings too.

Great unique dining experience! The owner showed us how to prepare the food and prepared some for us at our table while mixing and explaining the sauces. I recommend this as a fun small group dining experience! Loved it!

Best. Dumplings. Ever. Fresh made wontons from scratch. Meat is ground fresh. Every meat and vegetable combo is incredible. I like the beef cilantro and pork celery. The garlic sauce and chili sauce (also home made) is amazing. Call ahead when you come or you could wait a while. Only 2 people that make everything from scratch.

  • Dan B.

Good food, and a fun cultural experience. It is a buffet, where they place a pot (hot pot) in front of you and then you go to the food table and grab what you want and then place it in your pot. There is only one pot for the table, so get ready to share food. The staff is great. They are super friendly and the food is really good.

  • Pita S.

    (5)
  • Blake W.

  • Koshoni S.

    (3)
  • James Z.

Amazing value all we could eat for less than $13 per person! The medium spicy was just right. The staff showed us how to do everything and cooking at the table was fun.

The service was just excellent as we were seated right away and found ourselves enjoying a meal within 20 minutes of arrival, not bad on a Saturday afternoon! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who enjoys hot pot

  • Tavo A.

  • John G.

I really loved the spicy base. The man that works there is very helpful to first timers. He helped me set up my pot and get everything ready. He showed me how to get the spices just right, the peanut sauce with the red chili sauce is amazing! Do not be intimidated by something new. Very good food, super service.

This place is the real deal. For all your authentic traditional Chinese Hot Pot swish swishing cravings. If you are new to Hot Pot meals, they will come out and show you exactly how to enjoy your meal. The service was excellent and friendly. I definitely recommend this establishment for anyone, including families.

    (4)

My dad is Chinese and this place totally reminded me of my father's amazing cooking. The mildly spicy broth and the chicken broth were both very flavorful, and the dumplings were superb. The owner was very kind and eager to help whenever possible. Quick, prompt service + great food = 5 stars.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
