These people were hired from 5:30 to 9:00 pm to cater a wedding. We bought food for 250 people. They showed up on time with marvelous food. The set up was beautiful. Unfortunately, at 8 pm they started cleaning up the food. We still had wedding guests standing in line with their plates. By 8:30 Aloha Catering was packed up and gone. With all of the food. Food we paid for. Calls went unanswered. If you're desperate enough to use these people I would suggest you don't pay in advance. I would suggest you tell them you have the check to give them as they go out the door, at the correct time.
