Please stop training new people!! Seriously my drinks taste so different every single day. Pretty sure these people have never made coffee before!! Train them before you put them on the sales floor.

If you open a coffee shop in Orem, you get 5 stars. That is unless your coffee is terrible... which Starbucks coffee is not. I stopped in here one Saturday morning and we extremely pleased to see that the place was packed. They still managed to get my coffee to me in record time. This place is great!

I am trying to find the new location but it's not showing in my results. This is the new Starbucks by the new Chipotle by University mall. I love the staff, as always, they are super nice and the only reason I'm holding off on giving it a solid 5 is because of how they made my drink. I've been a Starbucks Gold member forever and that is because of one drink that I always get - Matcha, I get this drink maybe at least thrice a week. You can just imagine how I memorize the taste already by now. I go to different Starbucks from different states and countries even but for some reason they didn't make my matcha right. it was bland and I didn't taste the matcha at all. I might give this location a try and if it's the same bland tasting, I will make sure to let them know. Probably matcha isn't a simple drink to make and needs more practice.

Love the new and bigger location. The decor is perfect for a coffee joint and there is a ton of seating now! However, I miss seeing the regular baristas that used to work at the old location. Maybe some or all of them still work there and I just haven't seen them, but the last few times I've been in, the new baristas are slow and not very friendly. The drive thru has cool new video ordering and I'm thrilled to finally have a drive thru Starbucks closer to home, but they are even slower at getting my very uncomplicated order out to me. All in all, it's still a Starbucks and I can't go without my hot peppermint mocha!

Genuinely friendly staff who customers by name. It's very clean instead. Ample outdoor seating. Top-notch baristas. The location is great, except with the mall doing construction causing parking to be annoying, but that's not Starbucks' fault.

The new location is not up to par. The drive-thur is slow, and there are new employees who don't know what they are doing. I ordered 5 items, which they handed to me, they couldn't even put the items in a bag. I asked for a large cup of ice, and the guy said that he could only give it to me this time, because they are not suppose to do that, I go to Starbucks every single day, and order similar items, and now the new employees are giving me a hard time about a cup of ice. Please train your employees.

I am a coffee snob & this Starbucks doesn't disappoint. The staff is friendly & eclectic-- just how you would expect any Starbucks staff to be! I only gave this location 4 stars because it is somewhat cramped/small, making it difficult to find seating or a place to study. Otherwise, no complaints!

The coffee is what you expect from Starbucks. Staff is friendly and helpful. This particular location is not the best for sticking around and it also doesn't have a drive-through, which is a bit awkward. But I've never had a bad experience here and the coffee is fine.

Why, hello. Nice to run into a Starbucks while in the area (just outside of the mall). It was a good stop, quick service, and nice employees. I especially appreciate it when they don't hesitate to say I can have a decaf even though they have to make it special. Thanks! There's a long work table in the middle of the store...great for spreading your laptop out and getting some work done. There's also other seating just to sip and enjoy. I wish Starbucks would make the city/state mugs for Utah and make sure each employee is aware whether one exists or not. I was searching everywhere for one and got mixed messages from different stores. This store suggested searching near the airport, while another one said the company doesn't make the mugs. All in all, it was a good stop that did the trick. I got a great cup of coffee, good service, and I was in and out within minutes.

This place is ridiculously slow. I travel for work and I am in Starbucks at least 5 times weekly, but only visit this location every other month. Being from Seattle, I do have high standards, but this place is a joke. Every time I visit I am amazed that I forget how bad it is. This morning, a Sunday, where there was only one customer in front of me, I waited 6 minutes for a black tea lemonade. While waiting, I heard that the barista only got 3 hours sleep (it's her fault btw, she was doing things she shouldn't have been doing). The cashier had a phone call and someone wanted to discuss something, but it wasn't the right time to discuss it. The third person had a hurt foot and was apparently irritated that people didn't understand why she was slower than normal. All this information was gladly shared aloud while I waited impatiently for my beverage. It's the only game in town, I'm sure that's the only reason they have a business.

It's a Starbucks if you need Starbucks. What it is not is a coffee shop. Unless its summer time when outdoor seating is available, you'll be hard pressed to find a place to enjoy that overpriced java you just picked up. Laptop toting novel writing hipsters get holed up in there and don't leave until they've blogged and tweeted all about American Apparel's new season of clothes and how their Starbucks coffee was so amazeballs.

This is not in the mall! It's in a small building on the south side of the mall, same building as Inkley's. Coffee was a little cold. No surprise, since they probably make less here! Nice, typical Starbucks.

So I have to say this is my FAVORITE Starbucks EVER. Why you ask? Because my coworkers and I get new names every time we go! We are always anxiously anticipating our trips out to UT so that we can go to this Starbucks. AKA Spellbucks. So when they write your name on your cup, they have these crazy spellings and since we're fanatics, we always document our new names w/ our iPhones & post the pics to Facebook. Although, I have to deduct 1 star because when I was there at the end of May... no names!! They called us by what we ordered... we were quite disappointed :p
