Cafe Fresh is one of the tastiest, healthiest eats in Utah County. Located inside of the health food fanatic store, Good Earth, this restaurant maintains the same level of organic goodness that the Good Earth store provides. I'm almost certain that every single menu item is organic and made fresh right in front of you. Don't expect this to be a quick lunch - in my experience even with relatively nobody inside I find myself waiting 15-20 minutes for my food. Last time I went I had the stuffed quesadilla. Filled with chicken, lettuce, cheese, it is to die for. Accompanied with some of the best chips and fresh salsa I have ever had, writing this review is making me crave it right now. I actually may go back for lunch today. The menu contains a variety of healthy options from wraps and salads, to smoothies and sandwiches. I haven't had anything here that I haven't liked. The prices are very reasonable - especially considering the quality of food you are receiving. Probably the only reason I'm not giving this restaurant 5 stars is because the employees often seem disgruntled for whatever reason. Hit or miss on that. If it's a nice day, head outside to the outdoor patio. Granted it is right on state street and can be a little noisy, it is a great place to enjoy your lunch and get some sun. Great restaurant here. Healthy food, good prices, and the taste is all there. Don't be afraid of the people inside of Good Earth, they are friendly and this food is worth it :)

I like how the sandwiches come with a side if fruit if you want. We're not talking the pathetic not ripe tiny fruit cups you usually get at restaurants. This fruit cup is legit. They mix strawberries, honeydew, and cantaloupe with small hints of fresh pineapple. Its enough to make you glad that you didn't pick fries or chips as the side instead. If you're starving then try the cilantro lime quesadilla. Its huge!

If you're looking for fresh healthy options this place is for you. They have great vegan and vegetarian options that taste great. They have really good smoothies that I always get and I've never tried a food dish that I didn't like. This place is almost like a little deli in a grocery store connected to good earth right there which is convenient for me, but some people might not like. The customer service can either be really helpful or kinda snobbish depending on who you get

I loved going to this place for lunch. This area has a lot of restaurants, but not all health focused and with more vegan/vegetarian options. I've been here many times, but usually ordered the same thing. When I know I like something it is hard to deviate! I loved the turkey-avo sandwich on wheat focaccia bread. So yummy!!!! It comes with either fruit or chips and salsa - and I normally had the chips and salsa. I've also had the salmon bowl as well and it is delicious and you get a decent amount of salmon for it being priced cheap. I've also had their green juice they sell in bottles - very good and a kick in the pants at the same time haha. Drink and eat your veggies! This restaurant is next to and inside Good Earth market - a place I loved to shop! I don't live here anymore, but I enjoyed it while I was there.

The wife and I love this place. This has been our new go to default location when we want to eat out and stay healthy. I've had the border salad, turkey cranberry sandwich ,Thai rice bowl, the Greek wrap, and cilantro chicken stuffed quesadilla and recommend them all. The dressings are freshly made which are a great on the salads. The portion sizes are very generous and the price is definitely worth it.

I really like this cafe. Not a lot of seating, but we really haven't had trouble getting a table. I've tried a lot of things from their menu from quesadillas to smoothies and everything has been delicious.

This place by far has the BEST gluten free bread I've ever tasted! Their sandwiches are amazing and they don't skimp on the toppings. I also love their avocado green salad and curry rice bowls! I haven't tried anything yet I haven't liked!

The only bad thing I can say about cafe fresh is that the two times I have been there, I have found a hair in my food each time. Other than that I like their food. My favorite is their cilantro lime quesadilla!

I had to try this cafe out for the Vegan selection. The food was amazing! I really enjoyed my meal. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is they forgot my fruit and I had to go back to get it. Service isn't impressive but the food was really good.

Man, tomorrow, I swear I'll start exercising. I know I need to. then, this will be my favorite place because I'm craving some sort of tasty food. Right now, this place is just a really killer alternative to tasty foods. Clearly, I'm not there yet. But if I was, I'd probably give this 5 stars. Right now, for my pretty-overweight-but-not-clinically-considered-obese butt, this place is just A-OK. 3 stars from a guy that craves nachos around 10 pm. thats not bad, right? The food is clearly fresh. The fresh squeezed orange juice was great. I bet, better with vodka in it. Is that bad thinking? I love fresh OJ. These guys have it down, and I'd love to try the other stuff they squeeze from scratch. I got the barbecue chicken wrap in a whole wheat tortilla. It was huge. The bbq sauce claimed to be famous.... and it was good. I'm sure with very little brown sugar. It had a very good flavor. Famous tho? That line right here makes me want to punch Richard Simmons in the mouth. I mean, Even more than usual. Man, I'm screwing up this review and treading on all you healthy people's ground. Hopefully I can be an object lesson of the fat guy giving 3 stars to a health food joint. It's a really good health food joint! Hopefully, as you run past me while proverbially jogging on this review you can throw me a bone. I prefer beef, but a pork or chicken bone will do. I'm not picky. They have fresh food, great juices and its all natural. And it tastes pretty good... even though I got stared at by hippies while I ate. As I type this, I just realized that I didn't take a nap on my desk after lunch that day. That's weird.

This place is great! I cannot say enough about the healthy food the quaint ambiance and the service. Also today was Veterans day and to my surprise my meal was free as I am a veteran. Somebody really putting something out there to say thanks for the vets. Awesome job guys!!!! The sandwiches are hand pulled turkey instead of slice mushed together packaged stuff. The salads are fresh and you can have healthy fruit in lieu of chips so what is not to like about this place. You can also shop in the amazing little market next to the café while you wait for your food. It is still my favorite place within 10 miles of where I work in Orem.

I'm a nutrition student, so when eating out my mind is always on the dietary guidelines. It's hard to find a place where literally everything on the menu is balanced and healthy, but this place is as good as it gets. I'd seen it a few times before actually going in to try it. Being connected to a health food store, I didn't expect much more than hummus and some weird vegan options, but it took me by surprise! Cafe Fresh has a menu packed with really delicious, really healthy, and really fresh foods. Everything I've tried so far has been delicious, and i'll definitely want to go back. My one grievance is that this place is getting to be too popular for it's own good. It has an extremely small kitchen and therefore an extremely small staff. You can expect good fresh food, but you might have to wait a bit before placing your order.

*Yay! I'm a fan.* I am though. Guilt-free dining is my jam, y'all. They have tons of vegan + vegetarian options and their quesidillas? To. Die. For. They had lots of smoothies and salads and yumminess. And I think you get free bread? I think? My only problem is that it was a l i t t l e bit price for a Cafe.

Food is great! Need to try the Go Green Avocado Salad with the Balsmic Vin dressing. Turkey Avocado wrap is also awesome. It always looks clean and the young staff are very friendly.

It's a good place to get a fresh food without any complexity. I went there after checking out the Good Earth store; so far it reminds me of Natural Cafe in Santa Barbara, except it has less items. The salmon pesto sandwich is quite good, but nothing special of the sauce. You do experience a freshness of fruit (comes with the sandwich) and fresh taste of Salmon, but nothing really standout from the fruit itself. The service is quite fast, maybe because I'm the only customer that they're serving at the time. I will probably give it another visit to try other sandwich.

Coming from Chicago, I was more than worried about finding fresh, light, and healthy food in Orem, UT. Lucky for me, Cafe Fresh saved the day (actually, it saved my week)! Besides Kneaders, Apple Spice Junction and Cafe Fresh, there aren't many healthy options in "downtown" Orem. These three restaurants make for gastronomic oasis! At Cafe Fresh, I would highly recommend the pesto salmon sandwich. SO YUMMY! Plus, there are many salad, wrap, and vegan options. The chicken avo wrap/ sandwich seems to be popular but I found that it was a bit too fattening for my liking with the mayo, cheese, and avocado. Plus, all sandwiches are served with fruit, or tortilla chips with salsa. The service can be fairly slow, especially during the lunch rush, but it is well worth it. Also, be sure to drop by the Good Earth grocery store. It could have been luck, but the produce I got there was amazingly ripe!

Tons of vegan/vegetarian options and fresh to boot... ...but the best part about this place is the high school flunkies who work at Junkies. Seriously, so amazing. You know they have been hitting the kava in a major way. Depending on how they feel, the food can be good or bad. If they are more interested in discussing the new Killers album then they are in making your wrap, well then you might just have to take a chill pill and wait it out. It's worth it to be nice to them cause if you are they will always give you free crap and actually take their ipod headphones out when you are trying to order. My 16-year-old crush usually slips me extra kava too. BONUS!
