So pretty standard fair as far as cold stone goes. The reason this wasn't so great was that my ice cream had frost in it. A big chain place like this shouldn't ever have frosty freezer burned ice cream. Especially for how busy it usually is. And they aren't very good mixers at this location. Meh. It can't be that bad because I still roll up in this joint on the regular. Blueberry pomegranate yogurt is my personal fave and it's not super high in calories.

Manager called us the day after (we called corporate customer service about our experience). He mentioned that the employee we interacted with wasn't the most customer-oriented (apparently we weren't the first to mention her lack if finesse), apologized and said he'd send a coupon. Suggestion for manager: If you know an employee is not good with customers, don't let her/him interact with customers.

Ordered a combo of chocolate and banana ice creams with peanut butter cups mixed in. Enjoyed every bite. The young woman who served me, as well as the rest of the crew, was upbeat and had very sunny dispositions.

A-OK about sums it up. Came for a random ice cream craving with friends, they had 5 employees working, which I thought was unnecessary, but whatever. Apparently they have happy hour shakes until 5 pm for $3, which is only about 50 cents cheaper... Marketing at its finest. Typical cold stone, pick your ice cream and your mix in. I just can't get over how expensive cold stone is. Sooo not worth it. I don't really do sweets but my friend got lemon custard with cake mixed in which was pretty tasty. Other friend got cake batter with brownies, but the brownie was too soft and mushy, it should be more cake like and chewy in my opinion.

Word to the wise... DO NOT bother ordering the "Hot for Cookie". It was a $5.00 piece of crap and it wasn't even done right. A *TINY* chocolate chip cookie, ONE scoop of ice cream, all covered up with whipped cream and shaved chocolate (to fill in the space on the practically empty plate). It was SUCH a disappointment. Oh! And they forgot to add the cookie dough.

I'm not sure what's up with the other reviews, I had no problems and I even had a ton of topping!

Well I am not of fan of sweets. But I do enjoy a good cup of Joe. And they do have some really good coffee ice cream. So I can say that I enjoy coming here.

I made the mistake of ordering a simple vanilla shake, only to watch her put in a tiny scoop of ice cream and then slather on way too much caramel. I could barely get the shake up the straw. I have been disappointed too many times now. I'm done with Cold Stone.

The ice cream is usually fresh, tasty and high-quality. It's jut TOO CREAMY for my tastes. It's the kind of stuff that requires a 32 oz. tub 'o water to wash it down. Cold Stone Creamery is excellent in extremely tiny doses. Anything more than a kid's cup is way too much of a good thing for me.

Good ice cream but the people that work there are very unhappy, unhelpful and snippy. This place reminds me of the "soup nazi" episode of Seinfeld. In a nut shell: good ice cream (though for the money.....eh) - horrible service. Better places: Iceberg, Leatherby's, even McDonalds just down the road.

If you are ever in need of good ice cream, great toppings, a happy atmosphere, and a good looking crew, then you should probably head to this Cold Stone. I mean, any Cold Stone is pretty damn great, but this one has generous portions, it's really fast, and as I said before, the crew that works there could be reason enough to go. They are super nice and friendly. My favorite, is getting the Strawberry Blonde signature dessert, but I change the strawberry ice cream for sweet cream, and BAM, you get perfection.

Cold Stone serves up some tasty ice cream treats at this Murray location. For my tastes I think their ice cream may be a little creamy as Charles indicated, and a little soft too. I would also agree with Charles when he said that Cold Stone is best in "tiny doses." For what it's worth the variety of flavors, the wide selection of mix-ins, and the other treats on the menus makes Cold Stone a good choice for a treat.

We had a gift card so we thought we would check it out. The ice cream is great and they have a lot of combinations so you aren't stuck coming up with your own concoction. The only downside, they are a bit pricey compared to your typical icecream shop.

Cold Stone's alright, there's nothing wrong with it. It's just not really for me. It's the richest kind of ice cream you could possibly go in search of, and truthfully I'm not a huge ice cream person to begin with, so it seems like a bit much. Plus it's not cheap. I think in the future I'll opt for a lighter fro-yo place.
