THIS PLACE IS DELICIOUS!! I don't know how, of all places, in middle-of-nowhere Utah, we stumbled upon this fantastic, genuine Thai spot, a block off of Main Street. I have been to Thailand and both the interior and food are just like what we had in Bangkok. Spices and ingredients are all fresh, and even the wait staff is all South East Asian. As an appetizer, would highly recommend the stuffed Angel Wings. Not sure what all is in there, some mix of chicken and clear noodles. Also had drunken noodles which were really tasty (and not drenched in too much sauce as they are most places) and duck in curry. O wow. This was the best duck I have EVER had, and the curry was not too spicy. If you come to Moab, eat here. Authentic Thai food, decent prices for dinner and just overall delicious!

Five stars for taste and service, three stars for price. Delicious thai food in a classy setting just off of Main Street in Moab was a good surprise. The atmosphere was classy, and the other diners were casual, still wearing hiking gear. The service was very good and attentive. The menu was pricey, but the food was delicious. I liked the vegetable and rice dish with pineapples and broccoli making for a flavorful mix with brown rice and sauce. Portions are small, but filling. If you sit in the corner, make sure not to stand up too quickly, as you could hit your head on the huge metal box fan, as I did.

my friends and I went to eat dinner in Sing Ha Thai restaurant. It does not taste as good as I expected. I ordered a pineapple curry rice. The rice is so dry and not done, and the pineapple does not taste like pineapple. The Tom yum soup is not hot. And we need to wait for a long time for the dishes. The duck is too done. However, the tea ice cream and the combo seafood tastes ok.

I love Thai food and being Asian I definitely know how Asian food should taste like! I usually do not eat Asian food in the middle of the desert. However, a week without Asian food sucks! I had lunch here, Pad Thai noodle was good and my other rice dish was very average. Great service from Thai waitress. Good to know that Thai people are the one working there! "3 Stars" as it should and would go there and I don't mind paying $1 or $2 more for average Thai food especially in Moab. I don't think the price is expensive for normal items.

Came here for lunch after leaving the deli next door because there was only 1 person working and 3 tables had not yet gotten their food. Service was very friendly, a little slow but that sort of seems to be the norm in Moab. Got the spicy basil fried rice, sriracha fried rice and pad see ew. All had really good flavor, were good size portions, and the jasmine hot tea had good flavor as well. Would definitely come back!

Unbelioevably awesome food! I got the hot tip from a local dude that said I should hit them during their lunch hour which ends at 3pm. The food was incredible, and under ten bucks for the whole lunch deal. Hard to believe a restaurant this good is in such a small out of the way town. It's obvoius they are really from Thailand, the food is the real deal. I don't think I've had better pad thai before. The tofu chunks were huge and flavorful. I have to admit I went back for lunch again the next day. Nice work, folks!

ELK! On the menu. We were on a quick break from work and they got us in and out. Thai iced tea, tempura app, elk Panang, friends had red spicy curry all was good traditional thai. I would go back!

Tried to grab a quick to-go meal from this location after a full day of visit from the Arches National Park. Tried calling to order, but no one picked up the phone, so just went to the shop to order. Ordered Pad Thai with medium spicy. I have to say this is one of the best Pad Thai I had had. Noodles were very flavorful with the adequate touch of spice and oil. The restaurant is run by Thai, so I believe it is pretty authentic. Great addition to my trip to the amazing arches!

Food was ok. I ordered the Yellow Curry. The menu gave options to make the dish "spicy," "hot and spicy," or "very hot and spicy." I chose "very hot and spicy." It was not very hot and spicy. The menu stated that the Yellow Curry contains tomatoes. There was one slice of a tomato. The portions were extremely small for the prices they were asking. The soup was pretty tasty. The spring rolls were tiny, and a burnt crispy... not good. I will say that the service was excellent and our server was very friendly and appreciative of our business.

We were in the mood for Asian food, but there weren't too many options in Moab, so we tried this place. Service was friendly and the food was good, though nothing special and a bit overpriced. I had a curry dish, which came with a small bowl of rice. At every other Asian restaurant I've ever gone to (and that's a lot), you get free refills of rice, so I asked for a second bowl when I finished the first. I was surprised to see a $2 charge on the check for what amounted to a few pennies worth of rice for the second bowl. I complained to the waitress and she removed it from the bill, but it shouldn't have been there in the first place. Overall, 3 stars.

  • Nadia C.

The food was good, service was slow and food is overpriced. I would not recommend this place. It only has a few tables and one has to struggle to get through. Overall not good.

Their pad thai is the best I have ever had! Restaurant was clean and nice service. I would go again.

Went there a whilte back for lunch. It was delicious and a grerat price. Loved the lunch portion, too.

Sashimi is not fresh and quite overpriced. Shushi is average. In general the food is very average however the price is really high.

  • Mr B.

This Thai is authentic and I really wanted to believe 4 stars could be earned but unfortunately it was just average. No real pull in environment, food quality mediocre, and service in attentive. Decent Thai iced tea and satay but even the peanut sauce simply wasn't that good. In fact I think if go all the way to 2 stars if I wasn't influenced by the ambition to bring such diversity of food to Moab in a sea of mass tourist horror for food options!

So-so Thai food, but being a visitor from San Francisco and one who's partial to Asian food it was nice to give a restaurant like this to pass one dinner. Actually the chow fun style rice noodle wasn't too bad overall I guess. Prices are high compared to back home back about expected for the location, I guess. The male server was nice, but my knock against them are the two female staff who stood out as being unfriendly. In particular the one who played hostess when I came here back in May was especially in her greeting, like I was interrupting her free time showing up as a paying customer. Therefore, I give them a lower rating.

When there are no other options for a particular type of restaurant, I tend to be a bit more generous. I think if Sing Ha Thai were in a larger city, I'd rate it 3*, but for being in a tourist-heavy small town that caters to the outdoors, it's nice to see that Thai is an option at all. It's certainly better than many of the other Moab restaurants. It has been packed both times I've been here with a crowd waiting outside its doors (thankfully the waiting area is inside the entrance way of the business complex and thoughtfully adorned with chairs). When we were finally seated on our most recent visit (Oct '13), our server was nice but super-harried. No problem there, but it didn't feel personal or anything like that. Food arrived in an appropriate amount of time, which surprised me given how busy they were. The food was solid - nothing spectacular, but better than decent. It was fresh, properly cooked, and spiced at the level I requested. I've also been highly impressed both times by the tea options! They ship in some interesting and tasty leaf combinations, and I wish they'd sell a tinful of the dried Mango Passion to me. They serve the teas in a traditional cast iron teapot and leave you with the little Asian tea cups. Is the establishment overpriced? Maybe... but again, it's a tourist town and I expect it. It was as good as the first time, so I'm sure any subsequent visits will be consistent.

Service ok, but definitely don't deserve a 18 percent gratuity. If you ever want to come in a group, make sure you pretend that you all don't know each other so you pay gratuity base on the actual service you receive. Food - JUNK! The dishes are either tasteless or too sour. Don't be fooled by seafood whatsoever because you will be only getting about 4 small shrimps. If you crave for Thai foods in Moab, this place is the monopoly. Otherwise, spend your money somewhere else.

Brace yourself. This is a two-part story. Part I: We go in around 8:30 on a Monday for a late-ish dinner, famished after a long day of exploring. Place is busy, but there are a couple of open tables. We are completely ignored for the longest time, until the waitress comes up to us and tells us to hold on. We wait. For about 30 minutes. We are finally seated...after which we wait for another 20 minutes until we are finally given plates, napkins, and silverware. 10 minutes later and the waitress is finally ready to take our order. I open my mouth and the moment I say "I would like the drunken noodles without egg-" I get cut off and she basically snaps at us saying that there is no way that she can make the dishes without egg for us tonight, that she would prefer if we just left. So we got up and got the hell out of there, appalled and basically vowing to never come back after such a terrible experience with such a rude waitress and overall terrible service. Also, the items were pretty overpriced. Then. Part II: The next day, after a morning of lots of hiking and climbing around, we are again famished. We definitely have a hankering for some warm Thai food, and decide to drop our pride and go back to Singha. It was as if the waitress was a completely different person. Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde kinda stuff. She was nice, profusely apologized for the terrible service from yesterday, and made sure we were well taken care of. I ordered drunken noodles, and my family ordered fried rice. Drunken noodles were decent, but after having a bite from my sister's fried rice, I decided that Singha's food was sub-par, at best. The fried rice was crud, rather stale, and after so many experiences at tons of Thai restaurants all over the US AND as an LA native/bay area resident, this particular one was very low on my list. However, the prices were considerably lower for lunch than for dinner - for the same exact dishes. Singha? Meh. I've definitely had better food, DEFINITELY had better Thai, and without a doubt had better service. Also, the restaurant had a strange smell and didn't rank very high for ambiance/cleanliness. Tip: If you do go here, go for lunch.

Wonderful classic thai food!! I had some of the best drunken noodles I've ever had. The prices were reasonable, service good, and the atmosphere humble. My only complaint was that the only beer they had was pretty awful. Would highly recommend to thai lovers!

Thai food in Moab, UT! Close to Arches NP so you can have lunch or dinner there. Tried the Thai iced tea - tasted nice & refreshing. Chicken satay $7.95- 3 average sticks of chicken w/ peanut sauce on the side. just ok. Pad see aw $13.95 - tasted fine, I just like fat rice noodles. Eggplant $12.95 - dish was nice Red curry pork $14.95 - tasted ok, kinda spicy

About average Thai food, bad service, unfriendly atmosphere. Unbelievable how bad the owner runs this restaurant. Yeah this is in Moab. He will be out of business less than a month in Los Angeles, or maybe even shorter.

One word, overpriced mediocre thai food. We had a pot of tom yum soup (way too much fish sauce which made it super salty) and a chicken yellow curry (lacking of any flavor and the carrots were still raw) To be honest, i'm not a great cook but my boyfriend and I both agree that I make both dishes much better than this restaurant did. I guess I can't expect much since it's in the middle of no where Moab, just surprised a Thai restaurant would pop up here. We should have stuck to PIZZA or American Cuisine and I advise you do the same.

Last night in Moab, and we couldn't take any more burgers/pizza, so off to Sing Ha we go. The place is crowded, and hotter than hades, even in March. We were seated promptly, and the woman who took our order was very nice. My wife and I split a Jungle Curry, happy to find a coconut milk free curry on the menu, and my daughter got her usual Chicken Pad Thai. Things went a bit south when our food arrived; the woman who brought our food was grim, never smiled, and strangely tried to take my daughter's big plate away. When we asked her to leave it, she took the small plates and snapped that we couldn't have both. How odd. I've eaten in hundreds of Thai restaurants on several continents, and never encountered someone like this. The rest of the meal was fine. The bill was high, $33 for 2 dishes, and I left a measly 8% tip to show my dissatisfaction. One thing that really irks me is that we were charged for rice. Serious, in a Thai restaurant? I had intended to speak with the Manager, but I couldn't find one, so I let my wallet do the talking. We all felt a bit queasy the next day, not sure if it was the food at Sing Ha or not, but I won't be back. The sushi joint next door looks much more promising.

Ordered to go... really enjoyed my meal! It's worth trying... and I'm from the San Francisco bay area where we are very used to good Thai food.

Moab surprised me! But to be honest with you I am from Asia and currently living in the Bay Area. So, the 3 star if for as my standard. But for Moab, it will be a 4 star! Their house special fish place is a NO. But their red curry roast duck and fried rice are good! In addition, don't go there during the busy hours. I think they are short in people. It will take 30 min to clean the table for next group. I ended up waiting for 1 hour to get seated and there was 4 empty tables with dishes.

Very good food and a nice staff which was very accommodating. There are a lot of restaurants in Moab and most are noisy tourist traps. We ate here tonight and found the food to be very well prepared with mostly fresh ingredients. The plates were nicely decorated. I have no idea how authentic the food is, but it is better than most other Thai restaurants I have been in. I will definitely return if we are ever in the area again.

Singha Thai Cuisine is a decent overpriced Thai restaurant. Decided to try the place after enjoying our day at Arches National Park. We arrived in time for dinner, and we were all hungry after all our hiking. The restaurant was packed, and we had to wait about 20 minutes for our table of 5. The food tasted fine. I tried the spring rolls to start with. Mediocre compared to what I'm used to. The portion was rather small for the price. I always order my favorite dish (pad thai) when visiting a Thai restaurant for the first time. Their pad thai is flavorful and a good entree choice. Did not try any of our companions orders. Although, they all said the food was good. Wife and I finished our meal with the sticky rice with mango for dessert. This dessert was very good, and the perfect ending to the meal. The restaurant was small and cozy. The service was good and bad. Our server was terrific. The hostess who did not greet us was rude. We had to search her out to ask for a table. She seemed very bothered to have to deal with us. She told us (in a rude way) to wait outside the dining area until a table became available. We almost decided to leave and not wait for a table, but our companions really wanted Thai food. Was the restaurant worth the wait? Well, I'll just say that next time we're in town.....I'd try a different restaurant before returning here again.

Food is decent here, but the service and atmosphere terrible. Save your money. Waitress freaked out about us wanting to get a mix or brown and white rice. No one speaks English, and I was sat under a giant ac/hv unit.

The chicken pri king has coconut in the sauce - I've never seen that before. Given the location, the decor and service was a-ok. I'll be back since I'm in Moab frequently and this place has flavors I just haven't found at the other joints.

We ordered Tofu curry and Crispy Boneless Duck with Red Curry. The Tofu Curry was good but the duck was totally inedible - half was too hard and dry to cut with a knife and the other half was all fat, gristle and bone. They totally denied anything was wrong with the duck, despite the fact that I left almost every bit of meat on my plate, and didn't remove any amount from our bill - until my husband pressed them. Then they begrudgingly removed the duck with attitude. This combination is not worth a second chance.

I've eaten lots of amazing Thai food, in Thailand, in the US, and in other countries. Passing through Moab, I was happy to find Sing Ha but ddn't expect much from it -- given its location I was happy to find Thai cuisine available at all. So, what a great surprise -- the food is outstanding! Got the Pad See Ew and Yellow Curry and they were some of the best examples of those dishes I've had. In particular, you really notice the high quality of the ingredients. A bit on the pricey side, but worth it. Definitely looking forward to eating there again next time I'm in Moab.

In Honolulu we have lots of Thai restaurants, so there's a good deal of competition and we can distinguish a good Thai restaurant from a mediocre one. This one definitely falls into the latter category, with many of the key Thai ingredients and spices apparently missing and seemingly replaced with inferior substitutes. I might give this restaurant a second chance if the service were better. I can't figure out why the people who "served" us never smiled, and even worse seemed to have a look of "we don't care if you're here or not" on their faces. They seemed to be busier eating their own dinner (in plain sight of the dining room) than serving ours. This is definitely the last time I'll be eating at this restaurant.

Delicious food, fresh ingredients!!! Service could be sometimes slow, but who cares on a vacation :). Lunch is typically served with a complimentary soup. Food was tasty and well prepared. Location is a plus, too - it is a walkable distance from most hotels and lodges. For information: There are restrooms available in the same building just by the entrance

As soon as my family and I walked into this restaurant, we felt very unwelcome by the owner. The food was okay, we ordered the pad see ew which was a bit bland, and the pad Thai which was very flavorful and made up for the bland pad see ew. Keep in mind, we are in Moab. Now the reason why this place gets 2 stars is because of the ridiculous tip that was added into our check. Our waitress was ready to hand us our check when the owner grabbed it from her and calculated our tip for us. She generously added 18% gratuity to the total WITH tax. Plus, we were only a party of 4. We wanted to speak up, but chose to not make a scene. We paid in cash with a 15% tip and left.

  • Jason W.

This would be a 2 star or 3 star restaurant in the bay area, but because it is in Moab I give it 5 because it is a straight departure from almost all of the other homogenous flavorless blandness. The spicy was actually spicy, and the food was pretty much en par with average Thai that I've had here in the bay area. I went with a bunch of other people so had a few dishes. I had vegetarian pineapple fried rice, tilapia, yellow chicken curry, spring rolls(NOt that great), fried tofu (ok). But the main dishes were quite good. Spices and flavoring quite lively which is welcome here in Utah.

There are two issues I want to address here: 1. Food--Sing Ha's food is fine. It's certainly not bad at all but it's not great Thai food. It's pretty standard fair and nothing too thrilling. Some dishes were bland (Drunken Noodles and Masaman) and others were good. Net net--a great break from road food and burgers. 2. Service--why the 1 star? Well, service was really good at the restaurant. The menu states that they automatically stick a gratuity on parties of 6 or more. There were 3 of us there for dinner. My wife and I work in the industry and they still put an auto-grat on our check. Not cool on a party of 3. We paid the amount they added to our check but added nothing else. They added 17%. I just got back and checked my credit card statement and the employees at Singha added another tip to my bill, this time in a different amount. These moves are not accidents, especially when they discretely put the tip on your bill in the first place (there's no indication other than a % sign). I'd be happy to give them 3 stars but this move is just BS.

We were in Moab during the thanksgiving long weekend. On Friday night we searched yelp and finally picked this one for dinner. It was a quite small place next to the main street of Moab town. When we stepped in, the waitress told that we have to wait for 40 minutes. So we decided to place the order and pick the stuff later. The restaurant décor was authentic and had only small seating area. One the order side I saw lot of traditional Thai herbs and spices on the display in small glass bottles. Sa-Tay Slices of grilled tender chicken on a stick, cooked perfectly but little dry and not so flavorful. Crab Rangoon -- Crab meat with cream cheese.Perfect combination with hot sauce. Thai Lomein - Stir fried egg noodle with egg, broccoli, bamboo shoot, carrot, red & green pepper and bean sprout. The lomein was very spicy and we were expecting that much of spiciness. Spicy Basil Fried Rice- Stir fried rice with egg, onions, Scallions, red and green peppers, and basil leaves and chicken. Even though we asked to make it as spicy, but I wasn't that much.Tastes yummy and it was my favorite dish on that day. Every staff member was busy and moving here and there. I guess they need more additional employees to accommodate the customer's atleast on the weekends. Definitely I would suggest this for someone who is visiting Moab area.

Not vegetarian friendly. Unlike most Thai places, they refused to omit fish sauce in a lot of the dishes, including pad thai, which is something I order often in thai restaurants. Also bad service and pricey for small town Moab. Why would curries be priced at two dollars more than the main entrees?

Although the food was not bad tasting this was an absolutely horrible dining experience. I made a reservation. There was a party of 22 people at a table in the middle of the restaurant. The sound of their loud conversations was reverberating off the walls. The staff/owner/hostess was beyond rude. It took over an hour to get our food. We were given empty cups. The food was overpriced and the portions were small. On top of this they actually added a gratuity to our bill on a party of four. They obviously knew how badly they treated us. My husband confronted them and they were unbelievably rude. I stopped in the restroom on the way out and the toilets were overflowing and the floor was covered with human waste. Be warned!

My friend and I stayed in Moab while on our way home to San Diego from St. Louis. We had spent a long day at Arches Nat'l Park and were recently showered and STARVING. We looked on yelp & also consulted the lovely lady at the front desk of our hotel for some advice. The answer was obvious- Sing ha Thai. We walked there, were quickly seated & ordered some appetizers. My friend is a non meat eater and I am a meat eater. I don't mind compromising though so we got the veggie gyoza-they accidentally brought pork. But they were very apologetic & provided not only the correct dumplings br also some spring rolls free of charge. Everyone makes mistakes and we happily devoured all of it quickly which is why ther are no pics! We each got the spicy basil dish-my friend had veggies & I got chicken. It was scrumptious & hit the spot. I managed to get a pic before my inner fat girl went off and ate practically everything in sight. Check this place out for great food and a pleasant dining experience!

Food was ok compare to other Thai restaurant I've been to. The servers are very good at their job. The owner on the other hand is horrible at customer service. We sat at our table for a while until we got our service. Since the servers couldn't come to our table that often, I took the liberty to let them know everything that my table needed all at once. The owner was one of the servers that came to our table. I began listing my request, after the first item on the list, which was cold water for everyone, she immediate left the table. She was such in a rush to go to the next table. It was extremely rude. I feel bad for all the other servers that work there. If I were you, I would find a job somewhere else. To the owner, please work on your customer service skill. Hire more people, so that you are not constantly rushing between tables. Just charge more for your food, this is a tourist town. Tourists don't mind paying a little extra because they are in a vacation mood.

The entrance to this Thai place is unusual to say the least, the door has Barbershop and Thai listed on it, for a minute you think the barbershop and restaurant are in the same place. Thankfully they only share the common entrance. This is your regular thai place with great photos and paintings of Thailand, Buddha that add to its decor. We ordered Thai ice tea, my fav @ any thai place and veg spring rolls. The menu is little tricky when it comes to this dish. It shows (2) in the description, which lead me to think, the dish has only (2) rolls, however the dish has six rolls. For a part of four, we ended up ordering two plates, which was a little excess. For the main course, i decided to ditch my usual Pad-Thai and go with Red curry and brown rice, which was nice, not too spicy. We also ordered green curry, yellow curry and basil-mixed curry with rice. The food is pretty good, prices are decent, for a party four, our tab came to approx $65. all in all, decent place to visit, if you are longing for some thai. This is the only thai place in miles.

Avoid spending even a buck at this place. Their chef needs some basic training on how to prepare the meal. I never thought someone can ruin even the red curry!! Service was even worse. They were bringing someone else's food to us and vice versa. Totally chaos

One of the worst Thai food I've ever had. Not real Thai food--Americanized and bad service, yet pricy. Seems the people who work in this restaurant don't know how to treat and how to smile. You don't need to waste your money. You can find much better Thai restaurants in different places, but not in Moab.

Smallish restaurant, very nicely decorated. Friendly staff. We got a table quickly. The portion sizes were small, but the food was intensely flavorful. We had the eggplant stir fry, pineapple shrimp curry, and pad thai. The pad thai was very unique, quite unlike any I've had before and I would highly recommended it. The rest of the food was good too. We ordered medium heat and it had a bite, so beware of ordering any hotter. Overall a 4 1/2 star experience.

My wife and I were on a roadtrip from New York City to Chico, CA when we detoured up from Gallup, NM into Moab to see the Arches National Park. We always stop into the local visitor's centers and before leaving, we asked the ranger where we might find a Thai restaurant in Moab. He walked us outside and pointed at a building adjacent to their parking lot and told us that's the place to eat: Singha Thai Cuisine. Now, I must admit that my wife is Thai and we make our home part-time in Khao Lak, Thailand (tsunami area) and while on this roadtrip, we were missing Thai food. When we walked into this place we couldn't help but notice it was packed with one couple waiting to be seated. A good sign! We waited about 8 minutes and were seated in an area nearest the kitchen and not in the main dining room. We felt most comfortable there since it was more "Thai-like" and we also could converse with the staff...in Thai. My wife found out they were from NE Thailand and Bangkok and the whole staff are from Thailand. One of their staff-members is the retired Police Chief of Chiang Mai, a beautiful northern town 500km north of Bangkok. He brought his family so his daughter could find a better life in America. So, let's get back to the food. I'm no expert on Thai cuisine, so EVERY time I go to a Thai restaurant I order Pad See Eaw with chicken. My dear friend back in Thailand cooks this for me and its perfect and this is my measuring tool for all others. Let me say first hand, that the Pad See Eaw at Singha Thai was just as perfect (and perhaps even a bit better!) than in Thailand. The owners, Wat and Jojo, have done wonders to their food. I really felt like I was back in Khao Lak, Thailand! My wife had Tom Yam and Lad Kai and she was very impressed. Also, we shared sticky rice. Everything was wonderful! After the next day in Arches National Park, we took a break and went back to Moab and decided to have lunch at Singha Thai. We really enjoyed the night before and were craving more! This time we ordered lunch specials and it couldn't have been better. I ordered the Brocolli sauteed with fresh with carrots and mushrooms in a brown sauce. My wife ordered mixed vegetable delight in special brown sauce. The prices were about $7.50 and delicious and was well under what we would expect to pay in other cities. In fact, the dinner the night before was reasonably priced, too. We had good conversation with Wat, Jojo and their staff. They were all very cordial, polite and welcoming. We would encourage anyone going to Moab to stop in and have a great meal. We felt so welcomed and the food was fabulous. We wish the family many years of success and happiness. We will definitely be back again someday!

Worst green curry I've ever had. It was like a thin soup with no flavor in spite of all the vegetables. The rice was stale. The tofu was blah. My husband and I go to almost every Thai restaurant in every city we travel to and so we can honestly say that this place was a real disappointment. The food was more Americanized than any other Thai place we've gone to.

The one and only game in town for Thai in Moab. We gave it a try and were pleased. We saw a waitress form the Jailhouse Breakfast restaurant so even the locals go there, in fact almost everyone there seemed to be a local. They have a large selection of teas to choose from. I tried the Mango Passion fruit. The Ginger Chicken I had was good if not excellent. If I lived in Moab or was coming for a visit I would recommend Sing Ha Thai.

Let me start by saying I eat A LOT of Thai--in small towns and big towns alike. This was definitely on the low end of the scale. Drunken noodles (pad khee mao) was oily and flavorless. I asked for spicy, and I got spicy, but it was a flavorless heat. No hint of fish sauce, garlic, or any of the other flavors that make Thai food so yummy. I found two small leaves of Thai basil in the heaping plate of noodles--not near enough to spread the flavor around. Oh, and did I mention that it was EIGHTEEN DOLLARS for pad khee mao with tofu? My husband's yellow curry was thin, sparse, and equally flavorless. And it was equally exorbitant in price. The atmosphere is almost as bland as the food, and the service was stoic and disinterested. I can't even say "It's good for a small town in Utah", because I tasted the best Thai yellow curry I've ever had at a hole-in-the wall in Needles, CA, and I live in a town half the size of Moab and have two much better Thai restaurants within fifteen miles of my house. This place is not even good with lower "small town" standards in place. A real let-down.

We were looking for a decent and easy dinner after spending a whole day in the National Park. We saw this Thai restaurant and decided to give it a try. After see the price on the menu, we realized that the food was quite pricey. Since we were already seated so we just went ahead and ordered the dinner anyway. We were hoping that with the high price we should have reasonable portions of food. To our surprise, the portions came out so tiny. I could finish 2 entrees by myself, even though I am not a big eater at all. The food itself was very good, the service was just OK and not too attentive, but the portions were the deal-breaker. We felt like we were ripped off by the price per portion. You can expect to pay at least $40-45 per person (including tax and tip) for a drink, an appetizer and a regular entree. You will get decent food but you will not get your money's worth from here.

We were encouraged by the good reviews but very discouraged by the food we actually found there! It is hard to believe this is standard Thai fare for others, as it was far below standard for us. The flavors of the spices and the veg are a welcome change from the bland slabs of meat most restaurants in Moab want to serve you, but sadly this is just not good quality Thai food.

The food is ok. Service is ok. Just that it's too slooooooow

I love, love, love their drunken noodles!! Get them spicy. Love the service. It's amazing the size of crowds this family can handle.

We are from Portland, OR, and got a tip from a local to check this place out as "the best thai food in town." Unfortunately by the end we agreed we should have gone to the sushi joint next door. The Saki was over priced and tasted like cool-aid. We ordered a tofu Pad Thai dish which was about $14 (woah!), small, and okay. We also ordered a yellow curry dish that tasted more like chicken soup then curry. Their tempura (sp?) tasted like a basket of onion rings :( The whole deal came out to be $50. We were super bummed! I understand it's hard to get good authentic food out here, but the price did NOT match the quality.

I found Sing Ha Thai Cuisine online by simply googling "Thai Moab" - saw a few sites gave it 4/5 stars but didn't read any reviews. They were great! The food was solid, the iced tea was in true Thai style, and they gave us free spring rolls (I assume because we were a large party?)! The service was quick and attentive. Our pre-set table for 14 took up 4/5 of the length and 1/3 of the width of the restaurant. Sing Ha Thai is a gem in the middle of the Utah desert!

Food is ok, but I guess it's probably pretty good considering were in Moab where Thai people are not abundant. I was glad everyone looks Thai and it had a Thai taste. Dishes were ok

For Moab Thai, it's the best... for San Francisco it wouldn't stay in business, but you're in Moab... Tom Kha Gai Soup was very very good, the crab rangoons were a bit off. Very nice restaurant find in Moab.

Service was terrible! We waited more than 50 minutes while there were tables inside! Food tasted okay, considering it is located in Moab, UT.

My wife wanted to have Japanese for dinner in Moab. We went to the only Japanese restaurant in the town but found the wait was too long and decided to try this Thai place the next door. Their deco told us they are not cheap which turned out to be correct. Average price of dishes were around $13 which was at least $3-4 expensive than others in Bay area or a even in Salt Lake City. Their portion was also much smaller other than Thai fried rice. The noodles in Pad Ki Mow looked and tasted like they were cooked sometime ago and were not chewy. Although service was good, I don't think I get the value what I paid for and will look for other options.

I am so disappointed they added the gratuity in my bill by themselves. Just to make sure, we are a party of two. I believe they did it based on my race (I paid by credit card of American bank, so they know I am staying here.), and it is disgusting. it ruins my feeling and the dining experience-disrespected or discriminated. I regret dinging there. Food is not bad, but some are slightly overpriced. serving is slow and less attentive/friendly-below average.

Authentic family Thai in Moab! Had the green curry with chicken, brown rice. Solid and good. 4 stars for Moab, prob 3 in city. Classic no frills thai. Will return.

Service was quite friendly and competent. I had Green Curry with pork, my wife had Cashew Pork. We both felt they were quite good but not the best we've had. I can't speak to the authenticity, just to my likes in the course of eating at several Thai restaurants. Based on that, four stars.

Food is not that bad but definitely not worth even half the atrocious prices they charge for what is a typical average fare. Food is kinda on the bland side (even when asked to make it spicier), at least for those who normally eat authentic Thai food. Went there thinking this is a good change from the normal Mexican, Italian or Burgeg joints. Service was mediocre and careless at times (had to ask for napkins multiple times), even though the restaurant was barely 70% full. Shocker on top of the excessive pricing: They automatically add tips to parties of any size...even 4... not just those of 6 or more as stated in the menu. This last act by them put us off.

No,no why are five other tables getting served first? We waited the required hour. Nice place too! Oh it takes duck longer to cook..... That must be why the rice was hot and dry and the duck was cold...

Excellent Thai food. We have been coming to Moab several times a year for 8 years now and just discovered this. It is half a block off the beaten path and easy to miss. I had the Drunken Noodles and my husband the Pad Siew. Some of the best Thai food we have ever had.

I think this is the only Thai joint in Moab. It's decent. kinda pricey and flavors are seriously lacking... you know, that thai flavor thai food should have.

After seeing a bunch of burger and pasta places along the main drag in Moab and not feeling it, we asked around and got a tip from an employee at the Moab Adventure Center to try this place out. This restaurant in located in a building whose lobby is shared by a couple of businesses. The place was packed pretty well but we were seated promptly. We made our typical order of Pineapple Fried Rice and Chicken Pad Thai. Since we were really hungry, we added on some Shrimp Spring Rolls. The main dishes were fine and I liked that my noodles had a little more tamarind kick than I'm used to. The only down point of the meal was the spring rolls. Maybe the poor quality of the shrimp in the spring rolls could've been attributed to the fact that Moab is so far in land, but if you put an item on the menu it should be decent right? Anyway, the meal overall was satisfying and we walked out happy. If you're a weary visitor to Moab and are tired of the usual burger fare, keep Sing Ha in mind as a viable alternative.

As others have said, this place is a nice alternative to the bar grub available elsewhere in town. Not the best Thai I've ever had, but pretty tasty, good portions, reasonable price. We got our curries as "medium" and were happy with that level of spiciness, but could have used more frequent water refills, tho it was a busy time when we visited. Overall fairly happy with our experience.

The best Thai place in Moab! The only Thai place in Moab! Walking in, I was a bit concerned by the smell. The place had an overpowering smell like hot playdough. Yeah, really. Maybe some vintage coconut milk? Anyway the food was pretty good. The Massaman beef curry was the best. Veg. Pad Thai was average. Thai basil chicken was good also. Service was slow, even though the place wasn't full. The server left us a pitcher of water, a plus in my book. We had planned on ordering dessert, but we were given the bill instead.

Overall, we had a decent dinner at Singha, but found nothing to rave about. We had a coupon from Restaurant.com , which took some of the bite out of the resort-town prices. The Pad Thai was about what you'd get at dozens of other restaurants, but my brown potato curry seemed to be lacking flavor. Average service.

We were surprised to find a Thai restaurant in Moab. We had the lunch specials after a strenuous day of hiking in the Arches N.P. The food was delicious and the restaurant was not crowded probably because we came there around 2pm. The dishes were served quickly. The quantities served were sufficient. The only surprise was that the check came with 15% service charge added for 4 persons. Since we were happy with the service we would have paid that anyway.

Great food! Fresh veggies and herbs and not greasy. Kids loved the fresh spring rolls and pad thai. Adults had yum nua (sp?) beef salad and drunken noodles. Highly recommended.

This restaurant did a great job catering to a vegan diet, which was welcome in Moab. Although the menu doesn't list specific vegetarian items, the wait staff was well informed and even warned us when an appetizer we planned on ordering contained onions that had been fried in meat broth. We were very satisfied with our food and returned later in the same trip for another delicious meal.

The Pineapple Fried Rice is quite tasty, but pricey-- like $14! I guess since it has two proteins in it (shrimp + your choice of something else), that's their excuse? I also now have ANOTHER favorite that they make -- Spicy Thai Basil Fried Rice. Yum. I'm going to miss SingHa!

It's very hard to find great food in Moab, but Singha is hardly ever disappointing. The food is DELICIOUS, and they will make it as spicy as you want. I always get the drunken noodles, and it's always a toss up on which appetizer. The only problem i have had (in every moab restaurant), is when it's busy it takes a long time to get your food and check. I still think it's worth waiting though.

Its the best thai food in Moab. Ok its the only thai place in Moab. The food is decent and very Americanized. Flavors and spice were great. The thai iced tea was awesome! Price for lunch was very good. But the dinner price is higher for the same amount of food.

Sure, Thai waitress, thai decor, thai menu, but not thai flavor, and very expensive. Someone should tell them that Drunken noodles are that way because it has a sauce. Ours was bone dry and flavorless. They are a tourist trap and do not care for repeat business. Tried to upsell their herbal tea 2 page menu too much. Good/great service does not make the food taste better. When in Moab skip this one.

This place is expensive and the portions are medium-small so you certainly shouldn't eat here if you're starving after a long day of tromping outside. It's the only game in town though and a welcome change of pace.

Good food for a small town, very pricey. Charged me for extra rice on a $33.00 bill but still better than mcdonalds. I had pad siew and basil chicken, 1 stuffed chicken wing for 5.95

Very pleasantly surprised, the first decent Pad Thai I've had in the US. Can't understand the low reviews for this one; food is definitely a solid 4. Spicy, well seasoned, very reasonable portions.

Service was great but food, definitely 3 stars. We eat tons of Thai at home so our standards are high. Had the fresh rolls. They couldn't decide if they wanted to be fresh or not, as they had cooked onions in them for some reason. Had the Mussuman Curry with Tofu, which was nicely spiced and the veggies weren't too overcooked, but the curry sauce was super watery. Husband had the pad thai with tofu, which was good, but certainly not as spicy as he asked for.

Good but not great. Still, the veggies were fresh, the chicken was tasty, and brown rice (cooked perfectly) was an option.
