After being on the road all day it was nice to see the familiar Denny's. Stayed at the Motel 6 right next door and ordered take out, it took 15 minutes and was quick! Got two omelettes with hashbrowns - veggie and steak. Was pleased that Denny's made my night enjoyable and easy.

Our waitress was excellent. Our food was just so so. We all like Denny's, however this Denny's is way below most. It was dirty. The bus "men" we very sloppy, they Cleaned a table in front of us and everything on the table went in the floor. Men's bathroom was very trashy. One of the waitresses had a hacking cough. Was coughing all over the place.

Its a good denney's -- Chain restaurant, what do you expect? The food quantity is huge -- ordered sirloin steak, salmon, and pot roast. Real good food!! Service was ok because there were many customers.

Don't do it...just don' t.do.it ! I get it...it's Denny's. I should have known. The food was disgusting and the service was terrible...slow and bordering on rude.

As Dennys go, I 've experience better. The restaurant was blasting the a/c, which one would thought we would have appreciated after a day of hiking at Arches. No, it was downright cold in there. We saw a few guest get up and go out to get sweaters. Our service was not the Denny's speedy efficiency we had come to expect. Not all of our order arrived (we gave up waiting and finally cancelled). to our benefit our bill was wrong, items orderd and delivered not charged - we brought to this to the waitress attention but we were told to not worry about it. Nice to get something for free, but we got it for free due to errors in the waitress/order process, not as a promo or act of kindness. Portions seemed small to us, some dishes lacked flavor and generally it was not the Denny's we have experienced back home.

This was a nice Denny's. Came here around 11pm with some friends before heading back to our hotel. We didn't get noticed at all for at least 10-15 minutes. It was pretty busy. I would have given this Denny's a low rating because of their service we actually got waited on. Our waitress was a nice young girl who looked so frazzled and stressed by the customers that I left a nice tip.

All of us had their pot roast meal. I actually liked it and ate every last bit of it. The others in the party didn't like it as much as I did. So I suppose I'll have to give this place just an average rating. Service was OK and we got our food pretty fast.

This place gets one star because the waitress(tall, brown hair, glasses) was really great. She was friendly and gave us tips on where to go and what to do--very cheery. If not for her, I would give 5 negative stars if I could. We waited 45min for our food when there were only(seemingly) 4 tables full; what we didn't know until after our food finally came out (after our 4th inquiry) was that there was a party of 18 in the back and only 1(!) cook! The manager finally came over to us and asked if everything was okay--why did it take 45 min for that? She took one of our 3 meals off the bill and apologized--too little too late. They should have told us about the big party in the back when we sat down instead of telling us there was just one cook 20 minutes into our wait. Our bad--we were being polite by not getting up and leaving.

WARNING: DO NOT EAT HERE! I wish I could give this place 0 stars. We forgot to check Yelp before eating here and we have paid dearly for our mistake. We have been waiting for an hour and have received a small bowl of soup and sauce for our nonexistent salads. We are incredibly hungry and decided to make a split second decision to eat here. DON'T HAVE REGRETS! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR! DON'T DO IT!

Went to moab with a large group for the weekend, we met the first day at dennys, I got there late so I was in a hurry but was told to wait for an open take even though there was a whole empty section behind the host, explained my situation the host todd me to wait, walked very slowly towards the kitchen where he talked to someone then came back even slower and said sorry but you have to wait. Asked if I can place my order while I wait for a table and was told by what looked like the manager that the host it's not a waiter and I had to wait to be seated our order to go. I left and went somewhere else, my group continued to go there because it's the only place in town that has the ability to seat then all and continued to receive crappy service like waiting 35 minutes to oatmeal, or getting attitude from the waiter because there were only two servers that day and our big group was causing then stress. Moab has plenty of options when it comes to breakfast, do yourself a favor and good one.

We did breakfast and lunch/dinner here on Sunday when the Diner was closed - breakfast was as excellent as dinner was ordinary. The reason, the staff. Danielle, together with the kitchen, delivered our very tasty breakfast, exactly as we ordered it, with all its little variations; and then checked a few moment later, checked to see it was as we intended. In the evening, the order was delivered, missing 2 ingredients, one being avocado from a chicken and avocado Caesar, and the server disappeared. We had to chase her for the avocado and bacon (also omitted) to be added some 5 minutes later. She then delivered my desert, and disappeared, without removing the dinner plates and bowls. Through desert, I observed she was on her mobile non-stop. No amount of smiling and well-wishes, will encourage us to tip more than 5%, let alone generously, with that kind of service - nor will we return to Denny's as long as the Moab Diner is available. Like so many eateries, poor uncommitted middle and senior management and well-meaning, but poorly untrained staff, cause them to underperform and ultimately close.
