Cake batter ice cream. The best, most amazing ice cream ever. Many try to copy it, none succeed.

Cold Stone is great, rich and fattening. My favorite combos are: rocky road, peppermint during Christmas, cake batter and heath bar, strawberry with banana and caramel. One thing to beware of is if they mix and mush your ice cream too much, it's way too melty too fast.

[In four part harmony] Ice creeeeeam... ...... Ice creeeam...... ...............Ice creaaaaam... ......................Ice creaaaaaaaaam! Summer nights were made for ice cream, so on a particularly oppressive summer evening after the sun went down I was pleased to take a call from my brother who I'd helped earlier in the day move new patio furniture from the store to his house. I was more than pleased to accept his offer of kind repayment and we set out to Cold Stone to even the bill. It's your standard Cold Stone. Hopping at night. Lots of groups and cute couples. Since I was with my brother and his cute girlfriend I suppose we counted as a group. Which is too bad, because being a cute couple is much more fun than being the third wheel that turns said couple into a group. Why? I dunno. It just seems that way. So I belly up to the stone and order the Founder's Favorite, only it's important to sub in 50% cake batter ice cream for the base. Add some gooeyness, nuts, brownies, and I'm out the door. I wish the outside table wouldn't have stuck to my arm. That's the risk with an ice cream place. As fast as they can dish it out, the public can let it drip. So just keep up the chase after sticky spills and it would go a long way. Other than that, it was a blur of spoonful after spoonful with a brainfreeze chaser. Totally satisfied.

I'm not one to pay massive $$$ for ice cream. I get a whole tub at the grocery store for less money! But when I feel like I deserve a special treat, money is no option. My boyfriend suggested Cold Stone the other day and I cringed. I didn't want him spending that much on me! I went with the smallest size of pumpkin ice cream and a graham cracker mix in. I loved it! Looking back, it was totally worth the money. I wish that I would have gotten a bigger size! My boyfriend ended up getting the coffee ice cream, and he loved it. We joked about how our kisses were going to taste like a pumpkin spice cappuccino.

My husband and I are really big fans of Cold Stone. The ice cream was great. But the staff not so much. They were very helpful when we were ordering, very attentive and helped us right away. However, when I walked to the other end to pay the girl had her back towards me and one of the other staff had to tell her I was waiting. But, that's not the worst part. My husband and I were sitting at the table right on the other side of the glass, opposite end of the cashier. We were enjoying our ice cream, and I think that the staff thought there was nobody in the place. They were talking/gossiping whatever you like to call it. But, the part that caught my attention was the cursing. Yes, one of the potty mouth girls slipped a few curse words in before they noticed that we were still sitting there. Would return just for the ice cream but the staff should be more professional.

Alright I'm writing this review really not in a mood to write a review so yeah. It must be done though. The wolves are howling. Cold Stone. Coooollldd Stoooonnee. Trying to get something going here. I love Cold Stone. I love ice cream. I love Cold Stones ice cream. I like Cold Stones wide variety of flavors. Usually have about a bakers dozen or so on tap (is that what you call it?, ice from the massive barrel vs a little baby carton. yeah, on tap.) They've got your classics, the choco, the vanilla, the minty kind. They've also got some creamier kinds, they've got peanut butter they've cake batter. Yeah this review really does suck so far. I literally haven't stopped typing though. Basically, I like ice cream a lot. If you like ice cream, you'll like Cold Stone. You know how it works. You pick your flavor, you pick your mix in, the mash it all up blah blah blah wham wham wham throw it in a cup or cone and you eat it. Pretty simple. If you're indecisive or whatever try their creations, they've got some on the wall you can pick from. 4th grading reading level is required. Except for the German one. Thats like 4th year Uni level. Shakes, sundaes, and splits are their too but you're lame if you do that just do what every one else does and get a flavor and mix it in with more sugar/some form of chocolate. Thanks. If you like Yogurt places over ice cream I've lost respect for you. Yeah, I do need to calm down you're right. Lets put it this way, if you'd rather go to Applebees then Chillis, stay away from me and Cold Stone, but if you'd much rather be cool, calm, and collected and go to Chillis, then come to Cold Stone over ANY [Note:ANY!] yogurt establishment [Note: boring tone, no caps, worse mood, depression, diarrhea, vomiting].

Went here yesterday with some friends. Poor girl was by herself and it got really busy but she handled it well. You prob shouldn't go into these places and be in a hurry anyhow. I ordered the founders favorite because it's my favorite and added bananas! It.Was.So.Good! Try it people. Cold stone is great. Almost anything you order will satisfy, depending on your mood. It's pretty unique the way they put it all together for you (on a huge "cold stone" slab). Fresh ingredients mixed with the tasty ice cream after you order. Served in a cup or waffle cone or in a waffle cone inside of a cup. Check-in to this location and you get a waffle cone in a cup upgrade for free. If you want good quality ice cream, come here. You will leave satisfied. :)

Overall, Coldstone is okay, not bad but also, not fantastic. Their ice cream and milkshakes are my favorite on their menu. However, my review is more about their ice cream cupcakes which I recently acquired a 6 pack for $10; 2 cake batter, 2 sweet cream , and 2 double chocolate, these are the only variety they come in without doing a custom order. I was disgustingly shocked with the taste of these cupcakes, especially since there's not much I love more than cupcakes and ice cream. They start with a dark chocolate "cup" that the entire thing sits in, it is nasty and has not much flavor. Next, is a chunk of cake, the only options are red velvet, chocolate, or vanilla and they're dry and bland. Next, there is some chocolatey fudge underneath the actual ice cream (on custom orders, you can pick any flavor). The cake batter had red velvet cake and cake batter ice cream, the sweet cream had vanilla cake and sweet cream ice cream, and the chocolate had of course, chocolate and chocolate. They were then topped with some sort of nondairy whipped topping, like the nasty shit you find on a kid's birthday party cake. It's really greasy and disturbing. Overall, they were too sweet and gross, they were pretty bland and just badly combined. Just get a milkshake instead and pass right over these guys!

We waited for about 10 minutes on a busy Saturday night before ordering ice cream. I had the mint mint chocolate chocolate, which not surpassingly was super chocolatey! Although I do love ice cream I'm not really a fan of Cold Stone. I feel like their ice cream is much too heavy and too creamy. My wife loves it though, so of course I indulge her.

Boyfriend and I went here and had a lovely experience. The boy working was very patient. My boyfriend is foreign and has an accent and asks a lot of questions sometimes, so some people get frustrated and let it show, but the boy working on Thursday night was great. Very helpful!

Leaving this place a good rating because out of all the Coldstones I've ever been to, this one had the most pleasant staff working. Everyone was high energy and very nice to me and my grandmother! They were very patient with us after she changed her mind at least twice. Kids these days don't usually show that kind of respect. Props.
