I understand this restaurant does well in St. George, but if they want to stay in business in Logan they need to step up their game. The food quality is average compared to other pizza places in town. The real dissappointment was the price versus the portion size. I paid $10 for the Calzone which came with nothing but a medium size calzone- no salad or anything to augment the meal. My wife got a pasta which was $15 and it came with a breadtwist. The pasta was good size but not $15 worth. The pizza was overpriced as well. $9 for their 'mini' (4 small slices) and that's all you get. This may work in St. George but we have 5 other specialty pizza places in town which provide more value for the money. If i cant get full off a $10 meal- your establishment has a value problem. I eat out 4-7 times a week, and i want to see restaurants succeed in this town. I give The Pizza Factory 18 months before they are out of business, unless the food value they provide is improved. As USU alum, I can tell you that college kids wont touch this place unless changes are made. You must have the college buy-in for a restaurant like this to succeed in logan. On a side not, our server was great. She always kept our drinks full, checked in on us, and was very helpful answering questions.

Ordered pizza from here twice and twice I was disappointed. The sauce is super bland. The salad bar is pretty good though and my kids like the breadsticks. They should change their name to the salad and breadstick factory because that's what they're best at. Also, no hot wings on the menu? Blasphemy!

Ok, so after reading reviews on Yelp I was a little hesitant to go here. A friend suggested I try it, and I'm glad they did! It was great! First time I had the lunch special calzone and salad bar with breadsticks. Salad bar was fresh with plenty of toppings, calzone was loaded and good, and the breadsticks were awesome! Seriously you should go here just for the breadsticks. No, really. I took some home to my wife and we've been back two more times just for the breadsticks. Plus they have a bunch of dipping sauces. The pizza is very flavorful with lots of toppings. And the blackberry Italian soda was a hit. Every time I've been the staff have been friendly and helpful. Give it a try!

We had looked forward to a good pizza, and boy were we disappointed. They are not very busy, pricing is probably the reason, so everything we had was stale-salad greens were brown, and other toppings were limp and old. Pizza was not good, crust was obviously old and did not cook well, so it was rubbery and doughy. When we told our waitress it was not good, she did nothing, as we only ate the toppings, as the crust was inedible, she should have adjusted the bill. We will probably not return here as there are better and cheaper places for pizza in Logan.

Love the huge bread twists they serve. Both the Parmesan and cinnamon are fantastic. The chicken Alfredo pizza was really good as well. Service was really friendly. We love taking our family here.

I have been here three times. The food is okay. Sometimes the pasta is a bit too greasy, and my husband says the Alfredo sauce is on the bland side. I really like the bread twists. The main issues I have had have been with the service. I have had a different waitress each time. The first time I went, I ordered a salad and asked for dressing on the side. However, my salad came swimming in dressing. The second time I went, the service was okay. The waitress did ask a lot of personal questions, and she couldn't manage to use the Parmesan shredder. The third time I went, which was last Thursday, was awful. It was for a slightly late lunch. There was only one other occupied table in our area, and they finished shortly after we got there. When we sad down, our waitress grabbed our drink orders and didn't ask if we were ready to order. She was in a rush to get back to chatting with her co-workers. Then she brought our drinks and rushed away again before we could tell her we were ready to order. Again, to gab with co-workers. Finally, after a while, she came and took our orders. She must have sensed we were annoyed because after she brought our food, she re-filled our drinks quite often. Maybe a little too often, but no big deal. She took a while with my card. When she came back, she said she had trouble running it. It's a fairly new card, and I haven't had any problems with it. But sure enough, when I checked my bank statement today, I found that she double-charged my card. Perhaps she was too distracted by her conversations with co-workers? Anyway, now I have to take time out of my day tomorrow to straighten that out. We were there a little over an hour. On our way out, we noticed that the booth next to us still had all the dirty dishes on it from the people who'd left when we arrived. All of the waitresses I have had at this restaurant have been very young and very pretty. A pretty waitress is a pleasure, but ONLY if she can do her job properly.
