Healthy Meal suggestions for Noodles & Company

The meals are good. Adding meat makes them incredible but costs significantly more (too much to be worth it for me). They have the fancy touch soda machine, which is fantastic. Last time I was there it was very, very dirty throughout the dining room. It wasn't a lunch or dinner rush or anything either, being a Sunday night here in Theocracy-laden Pollutionland. The dude who brought my meal also got dangerously close to thumbing my food. There would have been hell to pay for that! I don't care about the gluten-free noodle option. Any rational person who can google knows that gluten-free is a pointless fad diet with no scientific basis unless you're a medically diagnosed celiac. UPDATE: I went there again a week or two later, and the dining room was disgusting again. I don't know if the company just doesn't care about cleanliness anymore or what. Downgrade to two stars!

Way over priced for two people considering what you get on your plate or bowl. This place is a joke if you want FOOD. Now for you more trendy people who just like the idea of a fancy over priced order over the counter meal go for it. I would recommend making your own canned soup and horrible steak or I think it was steak sandwich. Yuck yuck do not go here please save your money

The staff were very helpful explaining dishes and how ordering worked. We met the manager Scott. Great personality, made us feel welcome. Good food. Large amount. I love the soda machine, so many choices.

I'm so sad there is no Noodles & Co. near my home in Cali. So good! Granted, I've only had the pesto, but it's AMAZING. And anything my boyfriend has had is also really good. Service is awesome and everyone is always willing to help you make a decision. Will always be on my radar for a quick and delish meal!

The food at noodles is super good. Go with the pesto cavatappi or the penne rosa with parmesan cheese. I use the mobile app to skip the huge line at lunchtime. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful

I love this place. Pretty much anything off of the Mediterranean menu is fantastic. Add some Parmesan chicken, a side of tomato basil soup and you're good to go. On a side note, my daughter says the meatballs and Mac-n-Cheese is good, but could use more cheese and less macaroni.

My husband and I were visiting Logan and usually love Noodles & Company. The staff was very friendly but the restraint was disgusting dirty! The drink stand had soda and trash all over and half of the tables hadn't been cleaned off and even more hadn't been wiped down. The cheese on my Mac&Cheese was less cheese and more soup. It didn't thicken or attach to the noodles at all. My croutons were very stale and chewy. I love Noodles & Company usually but it seems the staff at this one were cutting corners.

I'm not sure the exact date they opened, but it was within the past couple months. I went there for the first time ever and the cashier gave me a great and friendly explanation on the menu, there's Mediterranean, Asian and American food menus, which is such a great number of different kinds in 1! I had an OK side Caesar salad but I ordered a chicken penne rosa from the Mediterranean menu with a perfect amount of feta cheese crumbled on top. The penne was cooked perfectly as well and the sauce was such a nice spicy tomato and mushroom combination, it left me craving the leftovers later that very same day! Drinks are double what they are at the gas station, but which restaurants aren't these days? Pricing is pretty good, if you get a full lunch there its about 12 dollars a meal. if your just eating light it could just be 5-8 dollars. They keep the restaurant really clean and its a fun look and the serve beer and wine there as well. I will definitely go back again soon!!!

A good "fast fresh" option. I had never been and couldn't decide what to order. I asked the staff member taking my order what she would pick - the Japanese Pan Noodles or the Pad Thai and she said the pan noodles because they have more flavor. So that's what I went with and I'm glad I did, they were really delicious. My two other dining companions happened to order the same thing and we were all really pleased with our meal. I didn't do any add ons and found myself hungry again in about three hours. The restaurant got a little bit loud between the somewhat open kitchen, the music, and the amount of patrons but that's to be expected on a Friday night at 7pm. I've been told the chocolate chip cookie is incredible and it looked amazing. Kicking myself for not trying it. I guess I'll just have to go back!

They officially have gluten free noodles (besides the rice noodles used in the Asian dishes)! I LOVE Penne Rosa with feta, and have been ordering it with the asian rice noodles since going wheat-free. But the new GF noodles are much better. However, while it tasted great, I was still hungry after my meal. I also love the soda machine at this Noodles! There are so many to choose from (even though I really don't drink soda, I usually get tea). I'm not big into chain restaurants, but until I figure out how to perfect cooking penne rosa at home, I'll keep going to Noodles for my fix.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
