Wanted to see what was up with these burgers, so on a Sunday after bowling took the whole crew. When I saw the sign saying that they served the burgers well done and juicy, I didn't know at the time that that was just a cruel joke. After an extremely long wait, the burgers arrived. No salt, dry, crumbling burgers. Zero flavor. Absolutely the worst hamburgers we have ever had. I can't imagine that this store could stay in business by serving food so terrible, so I'm assuming it must have just been the person cooking our burgers. It's like they cooked the burgers, forgetting to season them, and then left them sitting and drying out the whole time we were waiting. Or perhaps they had cooked some hamburgers the day before, and forgot to throw them out, and found them on the floor the next day and decided to serve them to us. The patties were literally crumbling apart--dry and flavorless. The one star is for the fries, which were excellent, but didn't make up for spending almost $60 for pure misery. Thanks Obama!!!!

Waited in line for 45 mins for the most boring and uninteresting burgers ever. They came in lousy paper bags with so much grease soaking through the bag. Looked like the bag has been dipped in water. They had so much grease in them and not in a good way either. The burgers and fries were about as dull and boring tasting as it gets and will leave a filmy after taste in your mouth. Yuck! Super overpriced for something so gross. Don't waste your money.

I got a bacon cheeseburger and fries. The food was great, but I waited over 20 minutes for my order. There were only about 6 orders ahead of mine, and my wait seemed about average, from what I saw. I would have left if I hadn't already paid a lot of money for a "fast food" burger. If you go wear comfortable shoes.

I love this place! The first time I cane here was when they first opened, I got the lettuce veggie wrap and Cajun fries. Those fries, I just couldn't stop eat them. And the wrap, I wasn't expecting anything great because it's a burger place, but WOW. I was impressed. They always got my food to me incredibly fast. I went for a second shot and the burger was killer! Officially one of my favorite spots. Thanks!

Mediocre burgers for big bucks. I spend less on steak. The fries are fantastic. The wait is terrible. I mat go back for the fries. No idea why people love this place so much.

Nothing fancy, just very, very good burgers and hand-cut fries! Well priced, too! The staff was friendly and talked us through building our own burgers with a ton of different options. Additionally, if you order the fries, be advised that you will get a TON of hand-cut fries. Fresh and delicious!

Burgers are great, fries could be alot better very soggy and oily. The staff was very nice even during a rush. But fries make the meal for me.

It's another Five Guys! The experience, like the food, was predictable; I got pretty much exactly what I expected. I came at the end of the lunch rush, and though there was a ten minute wait for my food, a clean table was readily available. The employees were friendly, and everyone seemed to be working hard to keep up with business, keep the counters stocked with ketchup, fry sauce and napkins, and keep the restaurant clean. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, small fries, and a water. The soda fountains are the kind with a touch screen and a seemingly infinite number of soda options. The fries were bland, as usual, but they tasted fresh and the fry sauce helped a lot. The burger was massive, fresh, and pretty good. I guess it's nice that Five Guys is here. There aren't a ton of places in town with really good burgers, so it's good to have another option, though I'd be happier with a Crown Burger. They aren't that expensive. My meal was $10 and change, which isn't bad and honestly not that much more costly than a value meal at a fast food restaurant. I won't go out of my way to come back, but I certainly didn't hate my experience at this restaurant.

Great burger joint. You can easily order a burger any way you like it with a wide variety of options/condiments to choose from. The Cajun fries are awesome and feed 2-4 people easily. I'd for sure toss it a 4 star but the price point is just a little too high. I ordered a burger and a small fry - no drink - and was out the door for just over 10 bucks

It's a five guys, so you know what you're getting food wise. I like the bacon cheeseburger with everything. I haven't eaten here since May, so hopefully they've sorted my problem out: I got up a couple times from my table (to refill my drink once and for more fry sauce the second) and returned to find the lobby attendant cleaning up my table. Not appetizing, and certainly not sanitary. This was during the lunch rush, so they were pretty busy, but I can't be been gone for more than a minute either time.

Had the bacon cheeseburger. I LOVE bacon, and I'm pleased to say it was delicious. The burger was neatly put together and tasted great. The restaurant was clean, and the employees were polite and helpful. The only negative thing I have to say is that the fries were kind of soggy with grease, I really don't mind greasy food most of the time, but the when your French fries look sad and droopy they just don't taste as good. I will be returning here in the future, I just hope the fries are better cooked next time!

Liked this place in Ogden, so we tried the new store in Logan. It was horrible. My hamburger bun was so soggy I couldn't hold onto it, but my biggest problem was that the meat was completely tasteless. Not a speck of flavor, no salt, no grill char, nothing. They could have boiled it for all I could taste. $10 for a cheeseburger and "little" fry. Won't be back.
