Great place for a lunch with co-workers or a date night. Not super fancy, but definitely has character. Good menu options, friendly staff, all in all a good experience! Don't forget to try to FH'zzookie ;)

Maybe I caught them on a bad night but my pizza was misshapen; as if they tried to move it while the dough was raw. When I got home I found pieces of char in the wrinkled bottom crust. There are to many good pizza places in the area to risk this place again...

Wanted to try this place out after hearing some positive reviews from some coworkers. The service was great. I am terrible with remembering my servers names, but this servers was literally the best that I have experienced in Layton. She recommended that we try the Foccacia appetizer and it didn't disappoint. Great texture. Then we ordered the Spicy BBQ Chicken Pizza. It was some of the best pizza that I have had since moving to Utah. It really wasn't spicy. It had the right kick. We did not try the FH'zzookie but it did look enticing. All in all, great place for a decent price. We ordered an appetizer, side salad, bread sticks and a large pizza for under 20 bucks. It always appeared that they had Daily Specials, so that might make more affordable depending on the day. We will definitely be heading back.

This is some of the best pizza I have had in Utah. What a little gem at the center of a bunch of hotels. This is an excellent place to grab a pizza while on business trip or if you live in the area. The BBQ chicken pizza is amazing! I will for sure make a trip back.

I got some food to go staying at a nearby hotel. The food was ready quickly and the service was good. They do not have their beer/wine license yet, so no tasty adult beverages were available. It is Utah after all....

Tried the Pulled Pork sandwich and I'm in love, it's my new go-to sandwich. Matt was one of the best waiters we've had anywhere, kudos to him.... 18 people and he knocked it out of the park!

Great stuff! My wife loved the Firehouse in Logan when she went to USU, so we were pretty excited to see one open around the corner. We weren't huge fans of the Firehouse in Centerville that closed, but this one is as good as Logan. The pizza was great, and our waitress was really friendly and accommodating. The only reason we didn't give five stars was the smoke. Something's wrong with their oven good or something. It was bad enough that our eyes were stinging and we had to change clothes when we got home. They had to open the door next to our table to air out the restaurant, which made it a little chilly. We'll definitely be back, but I hope they get that fixed!

One of my favorite restaurants ever! Such a cool, unique environment. The bread is super delish and I recommend the chicken cordon bleu pasta or calzone. Also be sure to get a fh'zookie if you have a sweet tooth- melt in your mouth skillet-baked cookie served with ice cream.

Do you want a bad server? Ask for Jordan W. My family and I walked in tonight, only 4 of us. The server didn't come to the table until almost 10 mins later. He took even longer than that to get us our drinks. He then tried walking away before we could give him our order. We sat there for just about an hour before our children's pizzas were brought out, and they were BURNT! What company actually thinks that bringing burnt food to the customer's table is ok?? Apparently Firehouse does. I told him it was burnt and he shrugged an apology and told me he would bring another. I told him no, that we would leave and find another place. They were not packed, plenty of open tables. I saw other tables get food, even really big tables. But one table in particulate, they got all of their food sporadically, Grandma's food was last. The food might have been good, but servers make and break a place. Hire someone that actually wants the job, not an asshole that doesn't care. I would put zero stars if it was an option.

One of my favorite places to eat, you will not be able to move when you leave because of how much food you ate and you will come back for more and more. It's literally the best pizza I have ever had in my life. I'm so addicted to this place. Unfortunately they chose the worst location, it's behind trees in the back of a parking lot. I hope they get good business in the future because it's always empty when I'm there.

Great service and great food. We had the dinner special with pizza, pasta, and the artichoke dip. Finished it up with a toffee Fhzookie. Delish!

Don't come in at 9 25 wanting one f'zookie. You will be met with an array of glares, although the cook was already making some for the employees there, shouldn't have been too difficult to make one for a guest. Your waitress will also be too busy flirty with the cooks and telling other emplyees who were leaving how jealous she was. We arrived back at the car at 9 48. Sorry to have made you wait on us for 20 minutes. Loved the place, but won't be back for dessert anytime soon.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
