Even if their ice cream consistently ranks lowest in Consumer Reports (which is a slightly unfair comparison because they taste each categories' ice cream without any mix ins, and who would eat Cold Stone without a mix in?) Order Founders Favorite. Or the strawberry shortcake one. It's super good too.

I love it....got to say it is better then most ice cream parlors. Many different selections but get one the signature favorites and you will save on the toppings.

Parking lot is horrible. Small place. Alright service. The servers were friendly and helpful. Well, most of them were. My friend tipped em and they sung a song. Interesting. Only cost about 8 bucks for 2 Love It size cups. Just need a better location.

I've always had a great experience going to Cold Stone. The employees are very professional and courteous, and the ice cream is delicious! This review is specific to my experience last night. There was a couple in line ahead of me trying to use a Groupon or other similar type of coupon. Unfortunately, what they were using was specific to a different location, as this Cold Stone was not participating in that specific deal. The couple seemed very annoyed, but the young man behind the counter handled the situation very well. Instead of getting flustered or upset, he remained calm and explained that this happens on occasion since different locations participate in different promotions. He said that he would address the issue with his manager when he could. The couple seemed satisfied and left the store with a positive experience. As someone who handles customer complaints for my day job, it is extremely important to me that businesses have great customer relationship management skills. I was very impressed with this location, and especially the young man who handled the situation very professionally. I will definitely continue going to Cold Stone, but now I have another reason besides their delicious ice cream to go!
