Great food here! I am from Chicago so I've had many shares of good Japanese/Asian cuisine. The food here is definitely on par to the ones found in Chicago. I had ordered the Chicken Curry and my gf ordered the Pork Katsu Curry. Both are amazingly good.

Had a great bowl of soup here. First visit but would definitely go back & try some more of the menu.

My review is strictly about the sushi, I didn't have anything else. We ordered 3 different types of rolls to try out and if we ended up liking them the whole family was going to eat here for dinner. Well we did not return. The sushi is basically balls of rice with the most scant amount of meat. The California roll was filled full with avocado, not even sure if there was actually crab inside. The cost of the rolls was average about $8 a piece, but for $24 I could have just rolled my own balls of sticky rice.

So nice to find a place like this in a small town! Refreshing to find a place with tasty and light vegetarian options. The salad with the ginger dressing was a great starter, the stir fried veggies were fresh and the spring roll was delicious. The price was great and the service was excellent! If they had breakfast, I'd go back in the morning!

While this wasn't the greatest Asian-fusion food I've ever had, it was very good, especially for being in the middle of nowhere. Well above average, and very affordable. Great noodle bowls. If we are ever in Kanab, we will definitely be back here.

Our family is from Berkeley, CA, which I mention because we're spoiled by lots of great vegetarian and Asian food. So it was a fantastic surprise to find some of the best vegetarian Chinese food I've ever had at Fusion House. I ordered the Orange Veggie Chicken, which had just the right amount of sweet vs. sour and spice. We also got an order of avocado rolls, which were delicious. The evening we were there one of their wait staff was out, so the chef was also waiting tables. But they handled it with grace and humor. If we ever come back to Kanab we'll definitely eat here.

We eat here frequently for a refreshing change from other local restaurants. Service is always good, food is fresh and hot when it arrives at the table. Occasionally, things are a little salty for my taste, but I make sure to order "easy on the salt". Would like to see a bigger sushi selection!

Who would have thought you could find yummy Asian food in Kanab?? This place was a pleasant surprise! Had the avocado sushi roll (yum) chicken katsu (double yum, was crispy and tasty) and first time trying mochi ice cream balls and so glad I did! (They are ice cream balls wrapped in a sticky rice.) Prices were reasonable, lots of menu items and service was great. I'd definitely come back here!!!!

It's kind of a weird place because it had a good clash American and Asian foods, and the decor is blah, but the food was great. I got a mongolian beef wrap (hot) and it was delicious. The hostesses were very helpful, polite, and on top of things. This place is just taking off, but I can see it being another great in town.

Checked this place out on the way to the Zion Park. We had a choice of a couple of places to visit for dinner and were not disappointed with our choice. All of us had ordered different dished and all were great. Fried items were crispy but not dry. The spiciness level was just right. The salad was a bit weird in terms of ingredient selection but we were missing out on fresh veggies a lot by that time so we have devoured that one no problem. The volcano carry soup was really flavorful, but nor as spicy as advertised. All and all - great place for dinner, especially if everyone wants to try different dishes.

Pork katsu curry was good (I told them almost no spice). Chicken udon soup was tasty. California roll was good. Father-in-law indicated the beef teriyaki was really sweet but the beef was tender. The kids meals were really basic (french fries and tempura shrimp is kinda weird... maybe that is the fusion side of things). I would go back.

Kanab is not known for a wide selection of food choices but this is a place that sticks out. Although the decor is lacking the service and location are enough to bring you in, then the quality of food keeps you. The "Lunch Box" specials are filling and inexpensive and when you factor in the full menu, someone on a multiday trip to the area could easily eat several meals here and not get bored.

Fusion house. Though it may have a strange name, this place is very good. When arriving at the restaurant expect a long wait for food. But well worth it. It is a new place in Kanab but is lifting off very well. Try the mochi!! :)

Authentic Asian fusion cousin at a great price. Its a small venue but its really clean and the service was good. I had the coconut shrimp and the shimp tempura. My husband had the luch special and we were very impressed. I felt like I was in San Francisco again. ;)

Cool find in the middle of nowhere and of course this isn't California where I can find authentic Asian food so I shouldn't be too harsh. Even then, this place only gets 3 stars because... Food: 3/5 of our party ordered curry plates. We were expecting Japanese styled curry because that's the type of description it had. Japanese curries are not spicy at all so we all ordered medium spicy level. Worst decision. :-/ Spice levels here are on another scale. The curry I got was like "volcano." I'm scared to know what plain mild tastes like. They should've put a warning in their menu. Salad was drenched in sauce. WAY TOO SALTY. Mochi has been sitting for a long time. The skin was hard even after thawing it for a bit. How gross. Service: Even after our waitress knew that the curry was way too spicy for us, she didn't offer to change it out or anything. She just laughed and said "the spice level here is something else, huh?" Granted we should've asked for them to remake it, we thought we could finish it. It wasn't until we had eaten a good chunk that we realized we couldn't and by then, I felt sorta bad to ask. Still, being the waitress she should've offered to remake r for us! :-/ Never coming back. Whoever said this is like a taste of Japanese food in Japan is wrong. This is not even close.

Fusion food in Kanabe? I was very very skeptical. But I was wrong. Hands down the best Chicken Katsu curry I have ever had. Better than the stuff I have had in Tokyo!!!

What a suprise. We are here for a family reunion, my brother got here first and suggested it. Had a couple of rolls, unagi and California, the tereyaki combo and fried rice. All well made. Who would of thought you could get a decent unagi roll in Kanab??

Worst food I have ever had! Bbq rib is very very dry. Noodle is as hard as TV cable. Miso soup is MSG + salt soup. Totally a tourist hunter restaurant, don't know how they managed to get a 4 star. 1.5 star at most in my opinion.

Passable Chinese food. Ordered the lemon chicken and a side to share with my girlfriend. Lady who seemed like the manager/owner who served us seemed annoyed that we only had a small order and was turse when we asked for some utensils for our takeaway order. Only redeeming factor was the dumplings we ordered as they were dam delicious.

Surprisingly good Asian food for Kanab Utah. Long time Orange County residents who live next to little Saigon. You can't go wrong ordering food from here.

Fusion House is an amazing find in our Fredonia area! We lived in Japan for years and this food brought back so many great memories! From the coconut shrimp to the lemon chicken to the curry!! Yummy! The staff are very helpful and polite, and the place is CLEAN and renovated. If you are local they even give you a punch card :) We have made this our weekly Thursday night restaurant!

Best place in Kanab. Moo Shu tofu wrap was the best. Great vegan and vegetarian menu. Best place I've eaten on this road trip.
