Good food. Great location slow service. Consistently slow busy or not. They try to compensate by being friendly but still can be annoying if any kind of hurry. And portion size is consistently smaller than cafe rio

This location has serious staffing issues. Food is similar to other Costa Vida locations, this location is close to my house I've been here 6 or so times and the service and staffing are always a major problem.

This place is dirty. Save yourself the trouble and go to another Cost Vida location or Cafe Rio.

The burrito was small and the heater seemed like it was broke it was freezing in there! Not the typical costa vids experience.

Don't know how I'm supposed to call in an order when the only phone number listed for this location never gets answered. I will drive to a further location for the convenience of being able to call in my order.

Normally, I'd be indifferent about a chain restaurant opening up near me. But I'm surprisingly excited about having a Costa Vida nearby, in Farmington Station. To date, I've tried all of the restaurants in Farmington Station; and I'm only keen about making return visits to two of them. Now, I have a third that I can add to the list! I think that Costa Vida's sweet pork is better than Cafe Rio's, and certainly tastier than anything I could make myself. My favorite dish is the sweet pork tacos. But I'll take the sweet pork on a salad, any time too. On our first visit to this location, I had the sweet pork salad, and my husband had the steak salad. My kids were all content to eat black beans & rice. No complaints from me, or the peanut gallery about our meal. Our total came to $16-ish. Completely affordable. This location just opened & everything is shiny & new. We went on a weeknight around 5PM & were able to order immediately. Everything about this location was standard. There isn't anything about it that's awe-inspiring. But I know I'll continue to make regular visits because I'm fairly certain the quality will be consistent.

First time I have ever been to a costa vida! I really enjoyed my experience. The staff was very friendly ,the place was clean. The mango chicken salad was amazing, just like the picture! And the location is great because its right next to the mall. :D

I usually am a fan of Costa Vida so I was excited when I found out there was going to be one at Station Park...But the service at this location IS TERRIBLE. The employees are young and inexperienced- none of them can even make eye contact or force a smile let alone ask you what you'd like on your salad/burrito. The food (which is usually really good) is sloppy and the presentation is disgusting. Pieces of stray meat in the salad dressing, guacamole that has turned completely brown, and really soggy lettuce etc. Seriously almost lost my appetite while waiting in line but was afraid to say anything because the employees seem so unfriendly. What has happened to customer service?

TL; DR Decent food. Poor service. My experience here was not very good in terms of service. When placing my order I was asked what I wanted and as soon as "salad" escaped my mouth, the server placed a plain tortilla in the tin. When I said that I would like a whole-wheat tortilla with no rice she scowled at me and threw the one she started in the garbage forcefully. Later on down the line the same happened with the tortilla strips on top. Before I could say if I wanted them or not they were already on the salad. To add to the confusion, it was busy and the employees mixed up the line of people's orders. There were several times my fellow patrons and I exchanged puzzled looks at the seeming lack of order or clear communication in the assembly line. The food was great. I really enjoyed it. It's on par with Cafe Rio. Because of the experience I had here, however, I will not be coming back and will refer my family/friends/strangers on Yelp elsewhere. My advice to management would be to pay a little more to hire employees worth keeping. I got the impression that the employees didn't want to be there and, worse for me as a customer, didn't want me to be there either.

This place reminds me of la salsa, I had the two toco's meal fish, shrimp with mango salsa it was aright, my bro got the sweat pork burrito it was good, my wife got the beef burrito and it was okay. It wasn't bad and I give this place 3.5 stars due to it's a chain restaurant not real Mexican food. Kids friendly, clean and fast.

Costa Vida has great food and service! The sweet pork is fantastic and I love their chicken mango salad with the mango dressing! I also like that you can get a small or large salad where at Cafe Rio you can only get large. I also think their house dressing isn't as spicy as Cafe Rios. When I am watching my calories I get the mango salad with mango dressing and when I am not I get the pork salad with house dressing. Great options for dieters and non dieters!

Horrible horrible horrible!! If I could give them 0 stars I would! If you want dinner at Costa vida, go to the Centerville location! Or Zupas which is a few buildings down from this location. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I stood there for 5 minutes while 3 people sat at the cash register looking at me. Also, an employee was standing RIGHT BEHIND THE GLASS eating food out of a bag I assume he brought from home and licking his fingers. Disgusting!!! The girl that helped me was a total bitch (sorry for the foul language). She was snotty and short with me (I was slightly aggravated from having to wait 5 minutes with 3 of the employees sitting there looking at me!). Ridiculous service. I will NEVER be back. It also looked like the manager had a friend (or family member???) behind the glass and just sitting there chatting with him about something with their family... Really?? Do yourself a dove and NEVER go here. Ever. Go to Zupas or the centerville costa vida.

The most unorganized, under staffed Costa I've ever been to. Extremely slow service, very dirty and low supplies.

I'll start by saying that my wife & I enjoy the food at this Costa Vida, but not the service. Tonight was the worst experience I've ever had at this location and it was a doozy. 2 of the 3 employees didn't know how to make their pork nachos and had to ask me for assistance. I don't blame the employees for their lack of training; this is purely a result of poor management. After paying for the food and a drink I had to get my own cup because the cashier forgot to get me one. Where was the manager/supervisor during all of this? She was out front engaged in a personal conversation or on her cellphone.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
