The Teriyaki Boy has become a staple of mine. The main cook is so nice. The food is delicious and for 8 bucks you can get the dinner Teriyaki dinner plate special with a drink. The cook prepares the food right out in the front and wears a cool red hat. Ha! It's the little things. Anyways the food is amazing. The price is great. I hope these guys stick around for a long time. The place is clean and always well kept.

We got the bento box (beef/Chk) and jimmy roll. My husband and I think about everything is above average but the chicken was probably the best either of us have had. The customer service was PHENOMINAL. Jimmy roll was definitely one of the best we have ever had as well. Place is clean and had a very comfortable aura. We will be back especially during lunch time for the great specials!

Chicken is perfectly cooked. The teriyaki sauce is good. $6.95 special comes with rice or fried rice with veggies and soda.

Fairly priced, teriyaki joint. Definitely worth a bite. We got the chicken, white meat, and beef teriyaki noodle plates. Also snatched up some spring rolls and dumplings. All were very delicious meals, cooked as we ordered, and delivered quickly.

I was lucky enough to just try this place following my hunger urges. Wow. Very good. Very. I could have eaten another plate. (And the portion I got was generous). I got the #8 beef and chicken with rice and vegetables. Freshly made, right in front of you. This is a place that you hope sticks around. Delicious and nutritious. I'll be back, and I don't even live here.

Love the food here. Generous portions and reasonably priced. My go to favorite is he chicken teriyaki combo. It comes with a drink and rice/ fried rice and vegetables. Sometimes I mix it up and get noodles instead of rice. Definitely go try this place out.

Great find while shopping near by. Ordered 3 teriyaki plates. 2 chicken and 1 beef. Your choice of White, Brown, or Fried Rice with Veggies. We tried all three. Both the chicken and steak were super tender and flavored just right. Rice and Veggies were good. They gave us a free gyoza appetizer while waiting. Super value for quantity you get. You could split a plate between two. Super friendly staff and cook! Will be back.

Stopped in for an afternoon snack of Dumplings. They're fried, which will thrill Mr H. and under $3 which thrilled me. I've had a delicious Teriyaki plate there before. Nice, clean little fast food place with fresh ingredients. Will be back soon for the Chicken or Beef and Shrimp Teriyaki with added Mushrooms for under $1!

Got a jimmy sushi roll it was good if the fish was fresher could be great .. I at times want noodles and rice with a little chicken this place hit the spot not a fine dining experiance but it did the job. Of as for the staff .. Amazing service !

This is the best teriyaki I've had. Far better than the stuff across the road. Or anything I've tried from a similar take-out style place. And the guy who owns the place is extremely hard working and cares about great service and food. Highly recommend!

So I'm giving this a three because service was great & fast. As for the food it was alright it just seemed like it was lacking in flavor. I tried added salt & pepper but that didn't help! If I'm in the area I might give it a try again.

I actually really liked this place! I had tried another teriyaki place across the street and I couldn't have been more angry at the horrible food I had paid for, but Teriyaki Boy was pretty dang awesome. It's nothing flashy and nothing super exciting, but it's decent, quick teriyaki. Huge enough portion that my husband and I could share and be sufficiently satisfied, especially when we paid the extra buck for more chicken. The price was right. The chicken was cooked fresh when you order. I love this place! Beats a burger and fries for sure!

Decent food I loved the teriyaki chicken, the shrimp bento, the miso soup, pot stickers even the California roll I have nothing negative to say about this place I will be coming back. Really impressed after reading other reviews about how mediocre the food was but its really good food. Thank you

Nothing fancy about this place but it was good nonetheless. I tried two things: Meal #1, which consists of teriyaki chicken, rice and veggies, and the Dragon sushi roll. Both were good, but overall, I enjoyed the chicken a bit more. The chicken was quality enough, prepared well (fat was cut away, etc.), and cooked perfectly (moist but still had a nice char to it). They give you a decent amount as well, which I like. The veggies that came with the meal were nice too - cooked very well and seemed fresh. The Dragon roll was okay. The avacado on top was fresh, and it was rolled nicely, but the shrimp tempura in the middle didn't seem very fresh (fried earlier in the day, perhaps?). And I thought the wasabi (served in a packet like ketchup) was a little weird. I definitely preferred the soy sauce without it. The space itself is very no-frills and kind of loud and echoey. They'd do their patrons a service to get something/decor up on the walls in order to dampen the noise levels. But regardless, this place is better than the other teriyaki joint that is close by.

Perfect Teriyaki! Best I've ever had. Everything was served fresh, and had a great taste. I ordered their chicken teriyaki and it was great. The chefs were awesome and you can see the job their doing as the grill is next to the register.

I went here with my boyfriend last week and loved it! We both ordered Bento Boxes, which come with a variety of things. I loved the ginger dressing on the salad and the teriyaki sauce was the best I've ever had. This place is a must-visit if you're in Utah!
