A good restaurant for pitstopping. Like the window says, while it looks like a fast food joint, it really isn't. I had the chef salad, which had romaine lettuce, pecans, canned mandarin oranges, and cranberries. I had the vinaigrette on the side which was nice and sweet. Good and plentiful. Also tried the grilled chicken panini which also pretty tasty. Tater tots and fries pretty standard. I felt prices were about a dollar or two more than they should have been. I didn't get to try their ice cream, but it was tempting considering they have many flavors. Traditional flavors and candy bars.

Absolutely awful! We called our order in and they told us twenty minutes. We arrived twenty minutes later and waited ANOTHER thirty minutes. The carbonation AND the ice were out.. $35 dollars, a cold hamburger and a melted shake later, it was a cold disappoint.

Burgers and fries here are excellent and even more so when you're considering where you are. The ice cream and shakes looked pretty good too; but we were too full to try them. Perhaps the next time.

Ate here while doing laundry. Super cheap spot and it gets the job done. I just had a French dip sandwich and my friend had a cheeseburger with fries. The French dip was surprisingly decent. The cheese and onions were cooked really well on top of it. I would advise against the dip though - that part wasn't so great. And upon my departure I ordered a small soft serve. Tastes exactly like the McDonald's version :)

This place is an excellent stop in on your way somewhere else. Probably one of the best tasting, best priced philly cheese sandwiches I've had. The hole in the wall places always have the best food. The staff was very friendly, they have a surprising variety of drinks, and the food was excellent. They randomly have sobe life water 0 calorie. I also tried one of their burgers from a friend, it was nice and thick, cooked perfectly, succulent and tasty. I noticed their pickles are on point. So random but they use quality pickles in their burgers. They also have a cute map of where people are from that have visited. If you're passing through or even live there, drop by and try it all! They also have good shakes, though I'm not a big shake person.

Stopped looking at a map and a local asked if we needed help. She told us to follow her to the only good breakfast place in town. She was right. Not fancy but great friendly fast service and good breakfast choices. Happy for the local help.

Not a fast food place. Burgers are fresh and cooked on the spot (which is why they are a little more expensive than a fast food burger place is) and they have recently added a few vegetarian options to the menu! Best place in town and the management is friendly and easy to get into contact with for any questions or concerns. Also, best shakes ever. Kind of like a McFlurry or a Blizzard from Dairy Queen but waaaaaaaaaaay way better! And absolutely everything is made fresh and on the spot, just like the burgers. Thanks Patio, I love you!

We loved this place! Hit it on the way to Colorado (used Yelp to find it, or probably would've hit the low rated A&W we saw first). We liked it so much we planned it on the way back! It's a Fifties style diner, nothing fancy, but the food is made once you order (but fast!). The grilled cheese sandwich is so good, and the homemade onion rings are fantastic! Everything there was really good. Including the teriyaki burger and green chili burger. Only had a tiny ice cream cone, so I can't comment on the rest of the ice cream. If you're going through here, you're foolish if you pass this.

Found this place on Yelp as we were driving through the area on a family RV vacation and we were craving burgers. What a great little spot in the middle of basically nowhere! Very friendly service and funky interior with license plates covering the walls. It takes a few minutes for the food but well worth it. Great spot for great burgers!

Great surprise for road food! Cute little cafe, sunny and feels very local. The staff were so nice and had huge smiles on, the owners must be great people. I had the chicken wrap which was a little smaller than a chipotle burrito and delicious. Crispy fresh lettuce and tomatoes, great sauce, very well executed! My husband had the Philly cheesesteak and said there isn't a thing he would change, toasted soft french bread, melty cheese, great beef, grilled delicious onions and peppers. Couldn't recommend this place more highly.

If I could go back and get that buffalo chicken wrap right now I would. It was sooooo good!! And those fries though. Man were they delicious. Yumm. They are closed on Sunday too which sucks because we chose not to eat in Moab so we could stop at this place!

Awesome fries, very good burger. Made fresh to order, and counter staff was nice too! I doubt you will find a better burger place in eastern Utah.

Great food. It's a burger place but I also like their grilled chicken salad. Everyone says the shakes are the best but I haven't tried one yet. It's not cheap but the food is high quality.

on our drive through Blanding we stopped at the Patio for some refreshments. I ordered a small shake but it was way past small with the contents piled past the top and then topped with whipped cream. The spoon stood upright so it was definitely a thick shake. Very delish. The wait was a bit long for ordering a couple of milk shakes and one order of fries. It looked like there was only one person working the walk-up window as well as the drive-up. the homemade fries were great. The special sauce was a little heavy on the mayo but went very well with the fries.

Good food. Pretty fast service for how busy it was. Shakes are great food was very good. Will go again if we find ourselves traveling that way again.

This is a classic drive-in style burger joint. Perfect stop if you are on the road: good food, friendly atmosphere, and you don't have to wait long to eat. The burger was excellent.

The first disclaimer I'll note is that if you're just passing through and live in even a medium-sized city / town, you've probably had better burgers for cheaper prices. That being said, my friends and I hit up this place whenever we're going through Blanding because it's definitely the best place in the region as far as quality goes. They have a pretty good selection of burgers and other sandwiches as well as sides, although they don't really have any vegetarian options; I brought a veggie guy here once and the cook had to get creative with a veggie burrito. Their fries are pretty good (several options to choose from), and the dipping sauce is good (albeit perhaps a knock-off of In-N-Out). Also noteworthy are the shakes, which are really closer to a mound of ice cream until you let it melt a bit; they have a lot of flavors that you can mix and match, which is nice. As far as prices go, it's on the higher end of burger places I've been to, and it's interesting because they have a short statement about how they're not a fast food place, but the quality and ambience don't really reflect that of a nice sit-down place or the prices. Regardless of what they say, it's still much more comparable to an In-N-Out or another fast food chain (albeit with quality product) than any kind of classy burger gastropub. Seating can get cramped when it's busy, but usually you can find a free table. Parking is easy as well.

After the long drive from capital reef national park, we decided to grab a burger from here. It wasn't busy when we first got there, we order and got our food within 7 minutes. Then the place got very busy. But we got our food so that's all that mattered. The burger was delicious- can't tell you if it was truly delicious or just the starvation from the long drive made it delicious. But judging by the crowd that arrived after we got our food I have to say that they make a pretty tasty burger. Prices are higher than a fast food joint- but like the signs in the place say it isn't a fast food joint. Burgers weren't greasy and were fresh tasting. I'd eat here again.

We stopped here on the way to Moab and got some delicious food - Green Chile Burger w/tots and a Ham and Cheese w/curly fries. Both came with a drink and some delicious secret pink sauce. Well we devoured everything AND they had Dr. Pepper. Good food, clean place, clean bathrooms and it has kitschy character.

Passing through Blanding and read Yelp for reviews of a place to eat. The Patio Drive-in sounded right. It isn't. The guy at the counter should not be allowed to take orders - he has no idea of what is on the menu and can't answer simple questions - like 'what is the difference between a regular burger and the Big D burger'. He entered our order wrong. Good thing I looked at the receipt before it was delivered. The staff was too busy entertaining each other with no timeto clean up the place. It was filthy. I had a burger basket and my wife had the BBQ chicken wrap. The burger was OK but I've had better at many other places. The chicken wrap was very overpriced and only OK. The fries were good, but I don't think they were made from fresh potatoes as another review implied.

Yum! Delicious burgers! We've stopped in here a couple of times on drives through Utah. Most recently, we didn't eat lunch until 2pm because my hubby was craving a green chile cheeseburger from Patio. Burgers are grilled not fried and very tasty. I was leery of getting a salad at what is pretty much a burger place but the house salad was quite tasty with no iceberg lettuce included. My "small" milkshake was huge, thick, and served with a spoon.

Fantastic burger joint! The other reviewers that said this place was not good must be on drugs. We went inside to see if they could feed our football team for lunch. The employee called the owner and he was over in a matter of minutes. He worked out a deal for our kids that was within our budget. No chain restaurants would have done this. To say the least, the people were helpful, friendly, and fast. We finished our game, stopped for our food and couldn't have been more impressed. The burgers were huge and juicy! The meat was of great quality and was one of the better burgers I have ever had. Don't get me started on the shakes! I had a caramel pecan pie shake and am willing to drive three hours again soon to get another. I wish every town had a place like this.

No. Just no. Overpriced, terrible customer service, and holy cow it is SLOW. My burger came out after 40 minutes and the meat was dry and the bread was stale. Limp piece of lettuce and a sad little piece of tomato that aspired to be so much more. Tried and failed to finish it. There's two restaurant options in Blanding, this place and Subway. Go mainstream, go Subway.

These awesome tasty burgers from this little place were terrific. Highly recommended if you're in Blanding. They're simple and made to order, and reasonably priced. All the burgers come with a little tub of thousand island dressing.
