Some were crunchy, which I like. Most were not. The Hot flavor will stain your hands like Cheetos. The Lemon Pepper are more lemon than pepper. The new Chili Lime is not good. The service and pickup time was pretty good. The lady at the cash register was in no hurry to help me even though I was the only customer in the whole store. Better than Buffalo Wild Wings, no where near as good as Ching's. I'll keep going to Ching's.

Fries are always on point, I never have to ask for extra sauce because their always generous with sauce and ranch. Could use more flavors though !

They always make your food to order so it never sits under a light...their fries are some of the best I ever had....they recently changed their menu everything went up a dollar but that's no problem with me my favorite flavor is the garlic Parmesan

Not enough staff so orders can be easily wrong. Check our order before you walk away. The food is good and service is too but I can't give them a 5.

Fast and convenient wings in 14 minutes [as they tout when you call in and has been true, most of the time] My favorite wings are the Lemon Pepper and Parmesan garlic. The staff has been friendly on every visit. The place is clean and they have two medium sized flat screens that always have a game on. They're open to midnight which has come in handy a time or two when I've had an eleventh hour 'Need For Wings' attack.

My previous review (generously) gave the fries 2 stars (taste 1 star, + 1 for being free). Using a coupon that gave me 5 free wings with wing purchase, I tried the original hot and the teriyaki. "Hot" were not hot at all. Teriyaki, my comfort fave, were bland. How is that even possible? I purchased (yes, they charge $1 for a tiny little cup) ranch to go with the "hot" wings and ended up dousing the teriyaki ones in an attempt to give them some flavor. Wing size - pretty small. Will I be back? Nope. Pretty sad when the best thing about this place is the overpriced dipping sauce! And they're open till midnight...

I love that this place is open until midnight. And the $.50 boneless wings on Monday and Tuesday are a great idea. The selection of flavors is good. And the fries are delicious. You know exactly what to expect from wing Stop. It will never be as good as some of the local joints, but it is nice to have this option. Better than BWW for sure.

Just kneeling on the sidewalk outside and licking it will give you the same experience as eating there. Well, ok, to be fair, the sidewalk will probably make you less sick.

Holy crap. I can't believe the other locations in this chain have good reviews. Good- The kids working were nice. Bad- Gross sauces. Blue cheese tasted like plastic. Emphasis on ick Waited 20 minutes for cold wings. Asked for naked and extra crispy and received neither. Everything was freakishly over salted. Super low quality wings. The picture of the brown rotten wing is mine. Grease was old and nasty. My stomach is trashed as I write this review. Sauces tried- Hawaiian - Flavorless but with a weird garlic aftertaste. Hot- Not hot and nasty salty flavor Atomic- The only one with a decent flavor but too hot for most Jamaican- Gross flavor and so salty you almost couldn't taste anything but salt This place SUCKS! PASS!

It's a wing chain. Not expecting too much, but my expectations were easily met. Nice service--the cashier had a ready answer when I asked what was good and was very clear and detailed with the order. The order took a bit longer than I expected, but the wings came out at just the right temperature in just the right amount of sauce. I didn't expect 6 wings to fill me up like they did, but they were generously sized and the meat was pretty good qualify (unlike, say, the wings I mistakenly ordered from Dominos the other day...). The dip was disappointing--unmemorable, uninteresting, and didn't really add anything to the wings. Half the wings were pretty good, but the ones I had in Cajun sauce were disappointing. I was pleasantly surprised by the baked beans--the sauce they were in was smoky and sweet, almost too much so, but once again better than expected. No Wifi, no outlets, etc. so don't plan to make a WingStop here for too long if you're toting along a laptop.

Eh. Wing Stop is aites. I was expecting alot better (Had HIGH expectations, especially since it was featured on so many food magazines and had so many good reviews). We came in and ordered fries and both boned wings and boneless wings. It was oversoaked with sauce, and the fries were just regular fries you can get anywhere. Nothing special or anything.

This location is awful!!! The wings here wasn't cooked enough & barely put any sauce on it!!! I ordered Cajun wings and it was sauceless & tasteless not spicy at all!! I was so disappointed!! The wing stop in Cordova is the best one!! I will never come to this location again!!!!!

This location is awesome! I Love Wingstop. Im almost here every weekend. All employees are great. Never had any bad experience or service. I think I have tried all the flavors except atomic. Great place and pricing.

We have friends from Texas who rave about Wingstop so after much anticipation we finally made it in to try the Colonial location. It was the biggest disappointment I can remember in a long time and was so comically bad that we ended up having a night we won't soon forget. The food was mediocre (and took an eternity to make), but service was the atrocious. The cashier was on the phone while taking our order, which probably explains why he got it wrong. Though he confirmed that it was for dine-in and after we waited 20 minutes at a table, we were given (more like dumped) our food in a to go bag. The wings (which were very messy) were tossed upside down in the bag making an epic mess. My husband ordered boneless wings and asked for a fork so that he could eat him. To our surprise and dismay the cashier shrugged and said "we out" and his only option was to use a plastic spoon. While it was very amusing to watch him eat boneless wings with a spoon, it was absolutely ridiculous. We asked for extra sauce and were charged an additional $1.09. Moments later another customer asked for the same thing and wasn't charged. The inconsistencies were glaring. Some of the flavors were good (lemon pepper) but the mild was so weak it was barely discernible as buffalo. With so many delicious zesty wing joints in town, this one should be last one your list! And don't forget to bring your own fork!
