Went last Saturday night. They were packed with a 20 minute wait. But boy was it worth the wait. Our waitress was Summer she was awesome. She had rolls on the table before we were even seated and anticipated our every need before we even asked. You never would have known they were so busy. The house salad is probably the best I've ever had. I had the smothered chicken breast it was juicy and very tender. My husband had a ribeye. He said it was the best steak he has had in 6 years. My son had the ribs and they were wonderful as well. Even the tea was sweetened just right for me. If you are a margarita drinker you have got to try the frozen sangria margarita all I can say is yummm. All this 3 teas, 2 bottles of beer and a margarita under $75.00. We WILL BE BACK.

Is it possible to give a restaurant zero stars? We have eaten at Texas Roadhouse for years. It's always been one of our favorite chains, consistently high quality food with great service. We were here just last week and, as usual, it was fabulous. Tonight we came for my husband's birthday. Call ahead seating was fine. The servers was gracious and happy and greeted us and took our order and delivered our salads promptly. My son was quiet and tired and kept his head in my lap. She was even inquisitive and happy about that. The entrees took a ridiculously long time. When they were delivered, they were cold. After we alerted our server to the problem, she returned both to the kitchen. They were delivered again only a tad bit warmer and now rubbery from being microwaved or over cooked because the steaks had been cooked to the ordered temperature the first time! We requested to see manager. The server asked her to come no less than 3 times. She only came after almost 15 minutes, when my husband finally emphatically and somewhat rudely told a passing hostess to send the manager NOW. She wouldn't even stand straight and have a normal conversation. She was bent over like a humiliated 5 year old. She actually asked if we wanted her to reheat the meals! After we told her no, we're done. She said she would tell our server to come clean up the table and she could comp the meal (the meal that was never suitable for eating) and "be right back". She did come back with two certificates for comped meals at a later date. Whoopee. Not really. Hope no one else has an experience this terrible at this location.

I hate giving restaurants with good food bad reviews. However, I am hoping the manager will read this and make some adjustments. My husband and I always sit at the bar because we get good service. Unfortunately the bar had horrible service. We ordered our appetizers, the potato skins, and they came out in a timely manner. But after we placed our food order it went downhill fast. We ordered two bowls of soup mine came out and my husbands didn't come until 10 mins later. We didn't have spoons so we asked the bartender if we could get some spoons. Her response "oh yea, we are out of spoons" We ate our chili with forks and cancelled the rest of our order after waiting nearly 40 mins and promptly left. The bartender was so rude to an older lady that I was embarrassed for her. She needs to learn about proper customer service. Oh last but not least they ran out of peanuts too.

I do not like Texas Roadhouse, I do not like them, sam I am. Everytime I go, I am disgusted. The restaurant is so nasty... and yes, I understand "the peanuts are part of the charm." It isn't the peanuts. It's the glass I had to send back. It's the silverware I had to send on a separate visit back twice in the same service. It's the snarkiness of the servers that I recieved both times I sent dirty dishes back. Granted.. the food has tasted fine every time, I can't help but wonder, if just my forks were filthy, how is my food?

Great food and great service. No lie I overheard the table cleaning guy behind me tell another worker "Man if I didn't work here I would be so miserable. When we get off we have to tell the company what great friendships we started here." I've never heard that from ANY workers anywhere before.

Okay, I have to start off by saying that we visited here on Elvis' birthday and the place was a zoo. Elvis impersonator, armadillo character thing, balloon man, and a bunch of line dancing. This was probably a good time for those with small children in tow (and there were many there!) but I wanted to turn around and head back to my car but obviously I didn't. The complimentary bread and honey butter was good. I opted for the dinner salad (served a bit on the warm side = yuck) and chili (it was just okay), my daughter had mac and cheese (Kraft), and my friend ordered the rib eye. The rib eye was described to me as "it tastes a bit rancid". Not sure what that really tastes like but I'm pretty sure it wasn't good. Especially considering she left half of it on her plate, which never happens! The service was okay considering how busy they were that night. The food came out quickly. Our waitress was friendly but lacked pre-busing skills, which is a little pet peeve of mine.

The worst experience! Service sucks! Management sucks! Took over an hour to get food. Food was not right. Steaks were not cooked right. Manager avoided coming to the table.

My steak and my wife's were both cold, like they had come off the grill at least 15 minutes beforehand. Entire visit was almost 2 hours. Wouldn't go back.

Well we still like going there but they have taken away the 11oz. steak special on Wed.nites...replacing it with an 8 oz and some mushrooms. Somehow we both think the steak actually doesn't taste quite as great as it was. Service is still great- Last server was Chad=who was terrific! We'll be back...just not as often.

Service is usually friendly. We usually sit at the bar so we don't have to stand for the long table wait. Food prep takes a long time and then sometimes it's cold. But overall, it's an okay dinner place. The rolls and drinks are my favorite... Oh, and the shrimp skewers

Our waiter was excellent and we made him go back and forth several times. Very friendly staff. Huge portions and delicious food! Peanuts while you wait is so awesome

Always great service. Fresh salads with dressing made in house. Good menu options for apps, kids, and adults. Good food and comfortable, casual atmosphere. They have Andy the Armadillo every Tuesday for the kids.

One of my favorite places to eat steak. They have good quality steaks for a decent price. I love their rolls over here especially the sweet butter that it comes with. I ordered the ribeye like usually cooked medium rare, but it seems that it was too rare this time. The last time I ordered it was just perfect this time I was disappointed but this time my streak was a thicker cut maybe that's why. Well as usual this place always fills me up.

I went their for Father's Day and the wait was not long given our party size was small. We asked for a high chair for my 8 month son and our waiter told us we could not have one because we were at a booth and the high chair would block the walk way we asked for another seat that could accommodate us and they told us we would have to be added to the waiting list. At this time the wait was long so the waiter stated she could give us a boaster seat we agreed and she brought us one. After we got situated we noticed that the people sitting next to us had a high chair and the people across from us had a high chair I asked how this was possible and our waiter said they were not suppose to do that and she told the manger and the manger allowed them to keep the high chair at this time we were upset because our son kept sliding out the boaster seat because it was to big! We felt they were not accommodating to our kid and on top of that our steaks were dry and rubbery

I know I was raving just a matter of 2 months ago, but now I'm ranting about how BAD it is. Husband, a family friend, and I went 2 weeks ago, and it was TERRIBLE. First of all, we were seated in the back, very near the restrooms. I first thought that's okay because servers can't pick their sections. It got worse from there. Our server, Michelle, was just awful. We ordered some potato skins for an app- Husband had a coupon. Our salads came out (delivered by another server, BTW) when Michelle finally re-appeared to tell us they had not "cut any potatoes for skins tonight." We ordered the japeleno poppers which were so spicy and so bad. We all went through our drinks very quickly. Michelle came around 10 minutes(!) later with a water pitcher, but the kicker was she did NOT refill our drinks. Instead, she asked if "everything was okay?' and diasppeared with the pitcher. All our food was delivered by other servers other than Michelle who was flirting with bar customers. Yes, I could see that through the plex-glass. The food was awful, the service was worse, and chances are, Husband and I WILL NOT be back.

They aim to please, PERIOD! For a starter had the cheese fries, which comprised of very rich melted cheddar cheese and fresh bacon bits on top of steak fries. The house salad I had, had eggs, cheese, tomato, with house italian was nice. I ordered the sirloin beef tips, medium, with sauteed onions and mushrooms, loaded mashed potatoes. No complaints, nice smooth rich gravy with the sirloin tips. service was really good, Jason Gibson who happened to bet the managing partner and co-owner stopped by the table and even gave a sample of their baby back ribs - considering it was my first time ever going there. I had (2) 22oz Bud Light drafts, steak tips, house salad, appetizer and spent $24 - i thought that was very reasonable. Happy I went

I don't always eat at chain restaurants...but when I do it's Texas Roadhouse! And even though this place is sooo chainy (cue peanuts) it's probably one of my go to places for quick dining. I love the rolls, and I honestly have never had anything there I did not like. Except the peanuts, ALL restaurants should kill the peanuts.

I am only reviewing Texas Roadhouse for their phenomenal, out of this world, just like candy, melt in your mouth sweet potato. I love this little devil so much, my husband and I have actually gone here for dessert. Yes dessert. This sweet potato is as big as a small human baby and it weighs about the same. It is cooked to perfection- never mealy, always tender and sweet. Then it is topped with cinnamon, brown sugar and melted freaking mini-marshmallows on top. Freaking mini-marshmallows people. I have tried relentlessly to recreate this potato, to no avail. It would be so nice to not have to come here, and rather make it in my kitchen. Especially because the rest of the menu items are decent at best. Plus, it makes me sound quite wacky when I tell people I go here solely for sweet potatoes covered in mini marshmallows.

Very unpleased with this steakhouse . During our dining experience a mouse ran across the floor not to mention the coachroach climbing up the wall . Although they do serve peanuts it's very evident that they donot clean all of the peanuts up everynight because there were several shells and a piece of bread in the corner of the floor at 4 pm when they first opened . There are 2 small holes in the bar floor where the mouse went into an popped back out of . I wonder how many more mice they have . Also the area around the music machine smelled like a rotting corpse . I asked how the ribs where and the waistress stated she wouldn't eat them becauae they sit out all night . very friendly staff doesn't make up for the lack of cleanness . Sorry to bust the bubble but the truth has to be known

If you're in the mood for good steak in a casual and family-friendly setting, this is a good choice. The first time I went here, I really wasn't expecting to like it as much as I did. These kinds of steakhouses are a dime a dozen, and I figured this would be just another one. But instead of run-of-the-mill, it was high quality food, served by a very friendly waiter. I had the 12 oz. New York Strip that came out perfectly, just as I ordered it and it was quite good. Each entree comes with two sides, so I also had a baked sweet potato with cinnamon and brown sugar and an order of fresh veggies. It was all very good, and quite inexpensive. I took both my sons, each of whom also ordered steak, and our entire bill was under $50. They were a bit crowded as it was prime time on a weekend evening. Even so, our wait wasn't more than 25 minutes or so.

You will not find better service anywhere. Every single time I have been the service is exceptional. The food has always been great and I could eat those rolls until I went into cardiac arrest. The loaded sweet potato is heavenly and is more like dessert. Can't go wrong here. And there ain't no dang mice running across the floor. If there is one, its probably cause somebody brought him inside in a box so they could turn him loose and try to get a free meal. Even if he walked in on his own, it can happen wherever food is located. I hate when people take one isolated event and leave review based on that. Just seems to unfair to the establishment. And no, I do not know anybody associated with this restaurant.

I picked my steak from a display as soon as we walked in (a huge ribeye). We were seated right away. Had peanuts waiting at the table for us. As 1st time visitors, we got a small plate of BBQ ribs that were tender and delicious! Their complimentary hot bread and cinnamon butter were delicious. Beer was servered in a chlled frosted glass. My house margarita had a great taste (not chemically as in some restaurants). I chose a Caeser salad and it had a wonderful creamy, mildly sweet dressing. My steak was done to perfection, with grilled onions and mushrooms. The partner/owner Jason was very friendly and we felt very welcomed. the server line danced and fun country music. We had a great dinner and evening. Great value, great service.

good place for a weekday dinner, def do not come on weekends you will be waiting too long. Steaks are above average, they IMO can take a cheaper Sirloin and make it really good, they have great ribs, home made sides, decent salads, excellent pork chops and cat fish . I would not suggest the prime rib its too tough . Steak Tidbits are pretty yummy,I live close by so I am at this location a few times a month..beer is cold, service (weekday) is fast and place is priced right . Of all the Texas themed joints I like these guys the best

So, I do like this place. The six ounce sirloin steak is the meal I love best. The steak is consistently great and the price more than reasonable. Sure I could eat more but with the free rolls and peanuts I never leave hungry. To counter the negative reviews, this is not a 5 start/Michelin star steak house. A New York strip is less than twenty bucks with side not more than 50 a la cart. Yes you do get what you pay for. The one time I have got a bad steak ( it is a natural product sometimes there's a bad one) it was taken care of no questions asked. Oh 4-6 there's deals on the meals (which are often upgraded so be sure to ask) Lastly the draft beer is cold!!!

Came in on an extremely busy Thursday night. We got seated right away. Our waitress Madison was awesome and is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one. Everything in this place was bad. They give you sweet rolls with sweet butter while you're waiting. It tasted like dessert, no thanks. I ordered a burger and fries, my go-to at new places since it's hard to screw that up. . The burger was awful. It was a smaller burger on a giant, stale sesame bun. It was so dry I had to smother it in ketchup. The fries weren't terrible, weren't very good either. I got pretty sick a few hours after eating here. I wouldn't even bring my worst enemy here to eat.

The service was superb. Our server Virginea (yes, I spelled that correctly) returned to our table often, had a steak redone that wasn't quite to someone's liking, and was very friendly. We were seated promptly, the manager inquired as to our happiness, etc. My steak (a ribeye) was perfect. The fries and veggies were good, as were the complimentary rolls and peanuts. I would definitely come back here again.

The worst steak I've probably ever had. All but 2 people in our party got burnt rubber steaks. I couldn't take more than 2 bites and couldn't even finish it. It's really bad. Manager was rude and didn't do anything even though we all left 4-6 oz on our plates. Burnt bad! Go across the street to Firebirds or down to J Alexanders. It's a lot better, a LOT better!!!

Wow, where to start.... My family and I attended Halloween kids night. When arrived we were told it would be a one hour wait, but we are actually seated within 30 minutes. After being seated we had to wait 25 minutes for drinks to reach our table. We did allow that as a positive only because they were very busy. We received bread, even though we were a party of seven we only got four rolls. So that's obviously a negative. Our food came out in a reasonable time. When the food was delivered we were one dinnerplate short and it took an additional 10 minutes for that person to receive their plate. my dinner, I ordered a ribeye 12 ounce with a baked potato. Baked potato was very fresh and buttered as I requested. But my ribeye on the other hand was barely dead. I cut into the end of the ribeye and it wasn't medium is I requested it was plain raw, not even rare! The waiter came to our table and asked how our dishes were okay. I then presented my steak (forgot to photograph) to our waiter. The only thing he said was "oh wow I will get you a medium steak!" Manager return to the table with my steak 10 minutes later. It was medium as I had ordered. As I ate the first bite, I tasted a lot of fat. I've been trying to cut around the fat or gristle and come to find that 95% of my ribeye was gristle. I literally had 2 bites of a 16 ounce steak. I have never in my life seen a ribeye so Fatty. I then saw this same manager and just told her to take the plate that I would eat off my husbands plate. She was very courteous when taking the plate and did take my meal off the check. There was a balloon guy walking around making balloons for different tables. He sat in a chair across from our table and made a balloon for the guest's child. We waited for him to be done, because my children had balloon requests, but instead he told us he had another table waiting on us and that he would return. We waited an additional 15 minutes and he didn't return so we left. Needless to say it was a horrible experience. My husband and family have eaten here several times before and this experience was truly horrible. It was the dinner from hell.

This restaurant was really busy with a steady flow of customers coming and going. The atmosphere was very lively and energetic. The hostess and waitress were pleasant, friendly and polite. We were seated quickly and received a courtesy bucket of peanuts a trademark of the restaurant to snack on. The menu had a favorite of dishes: steaks, burgers, pulled pork, BBQ chicken, salads, sides and appetizers. I ordered the Pulled Pork Plate with steamed veggies and my husband ordered the Sirloin Hearty Cut Steak with a loaded baked potato. We shared the appetizer: Boneless Buffalo Wings choice of mild or hot sauce with Rattlesnake Bites (Fried Jalapenos) and Tater Skins. Served with your choice of two dipping sauces. The pulled pork was tender and favorable with a sweet spicy accent. The vegetables were undercooked and bland. My husband's steak was cooked to his liking and he enjoyed the loaded baked potato. The appetizer combo was very tasty. Overall, our waitress was attentive, the prices were reasonable and the food was okay.

Waitress was less than friendly. Warm wimpy salad, no rolls, soggy steak fries and undercooked steak made for a very unpleasant experience which is Surprising because we are frequent visitors to Texas roadhouses around the country. Will not come back to this location. Such a joke.

  • Darrin O.

I've been there twice and I was satisfied both times I went. The food was very tasty. The first time I went, I had the grilled salmon and that was seasoned just right. The second time I went, I had the smothered chicken. You have a choice of having gravy or cheese on it and I chose cheese. It also had sautéed onions and mushrooms. It was pretty good. The chicken was kinda small but if you were to get two fulfilling sides then you'll leave satisfied as well. Also with the free bread that comes to the table, you would leave full every time. The waitress I had was Jessica the second time I went and I forgot about the first time but both times I was served perfectly. Now my only thing is the menu... It's a lot but then it's not. It's a reasonable size but I would like to see more for more variety. Other than that everything else is great!

  • Pete S.

First the good news. Emelee our server was great. The peanuts were great. The ribs were a huge disappointment. Hey we're in Memphis...ribs should be outstanding. The meat was not good, the sauce was just sweet and gooey. Be careful when ordering a draft beer. You will get the largest size if you don't specify. Probably our last visit to a Texas Roadhouse. Too many mediocre experiences.

Longest wait time ever. Three of us waited on a table. Said it would be 30 minutes. An hours and 15 minutes later we finally just sat ourselves at the bar so we could eat. Our buzzer thing never even went off nor did they acknowledge that we were never sat.

  • Murray K.

Decent place for dinner. It's a little loud but the server was nice. I never had to keep asking for water. She just kept bringing it. The side salad was a little meager but the chicken was good. Overall, no different than in any town in America.

  • Andrea L.

It's a chain. It was my first time there. So here goes. Pros: My Ribeye was cooked to perfection. Seasoned right. Temp right. I was pleased. Hubby's chicken and pulled pork was also delicious. Cons: the peanuts on the floor. I know it's their thing but ewwww. Also a rib bone was under our table. Gross. They forgot to bring a side and my shrimp. My server was nice but instead of asking if we wanted refills on our drinks, I caught her checking a cellphone. Along with just about every other server I saw. So service was meh. The food was great. Hence three stars. I'll return because the steak. The steak.

  • darryl b.

The food is worth the price, it is what the name implys. I will say I was surprised with the quality of the steak I had, not that it was a great steak just that it was cooked as requested and my knife made it through the meat with reasonable ease. Only been here once. I am not often in the mood to step on peanut shells.
